Borrower does not see money he borrowed:
Supposed a house is realistically worth $100,000 and because it is the market rate, you borrowed $500,000 to pay for it. You don’t get to see the $500,000 you borrowed but you only get to see that ‘lovely’ house that is actually worth $100,000 but you foolishly dangerously borrowed $500,000.
In the same way, the banker has foolishly dangerously lent $500,000 for a house that was actually worth only $100,000.
The person who gets to see the money is the seller who happily pockets the money (not realizing he has karma for profiteering even if it is a willing buyer seller situation).
The banker is not without vested interests because he may get commissions that are higher with higher loan values and the banks get higher profits from bigger loans it provides.
THUS BANKERS AND BANKS HAVE VESTED INTEREST TO LEND MORE FOR A GIVEN HOUSE, THE HIGHER THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE THE MORE THEY LEND, THE MORE PROFITS AND COMMISSIONS, WHO CARES IF SOMEONE ELSE IS LEFT WITH THE BABY SHOULD SOMETHING UNTOWARDS HAPPEN LATER.
Pot calling kettle black:
Quote Samuelson: The use of "depression" to describe the economy is a case of rhetorical overkill that speaks volumes about today's widespread pessimism and anxiety.
Comment: He is actually scoffing (attacking that has nothing to do with reason but all about force or dislike) at others using a word ‘depression’ to describe today’s economic climate yet with his very next words he himself is guilty of rhetorical overkill by saying it ‘speaks volumes’.
How can using the word depression even incessantly speak volumes as in volumes of books? This is a false statement and rhetorical overkill and so if you want to accuse others of overkill, speak responsibly yourself.
He thinks today’s economy is sophisticated and has survived all bombs and grenades thrown at it and so he thinks a full blown depression is almost certainly impossible.
Don’t speak too soon or as emotional people might like to say, an economical collapse may ‘make his jaws drop’.
Justice In Malaysia:
In Malaysia, justice is an instrument used by the ruling elite to prosecute correctly ordinary citizens who break the law or persecute them (fabricate trumped up charges to jail them) and to avoid accountability if you are protected by the ruling elite.
Time and again Malaysia’s ruling elite has shown its true colours about its stance regarding justice and if you are still in doubt and uncertainty and believe there is genuine justice here, you are a fool or deluded.
The refusal of the court to call Najib as a witness despite evidence that he or his wife is involved in Altantuya’s murder is another indication that justice is only seen to be done not truly done in this country.
A woman has been murdered and it is the duty of the court to leave no stone unturned and calling Najib does not necessarily means convicting him but he must be interviewed as a witness to hear what he has to say and it does not matter if he is the deputy PM but his testimony should be sought in order that justice may be done.
In the case of Saiful, assuming his sodomy is genuine, he gets to meet the deputy PM personally to vent his grievance and then subsequently justice is pursued for him in haste and with the full force of the police.
Even if Saiful was sodomized, it is reported it was a few times and so there must be some consensuality for him to return for more sodomy and if he did not have the cunning to record incriminating evidence when he had repeated occasions to do so, the police should not be so enthusiastic to champion his cause or is it just a lie, the motive is to use the charge and Saiful to convict and remove Anwar from the nation’s political equation?
Nothing can speak volumes about another thing:
As the Buddha said, there are things that are possible and there are things that are impossible and it is impossible for anything happening to speak volumes (as in volumes of books) about another thing but it is a form of hype or falsity to say so in order to exaggerate to support one’s stance in a certain matter.
If you use ‘speaks volume’ without understanding that it is nonsense, makes no sense you are a fool who does not know what he says and he was not the first to speak it but he heard others used it, liked it and copied it and he is a copycat copying blindly without understanding because he liked (his mental force stirred attractively) the sound of it.
THERE ARE SERIOUS LIMITATIONS TO THE VERACITY OR DISCERNMENT OF ANYONE WHO CAN UTTER ‘SPEAKS VOLUME’ WITHOUT BEING AWARE HE IS TALKING NONSENSE.
Why does Najib not relish the chance to clear his name?
If you are truly innocent you will not remain silent but would relish the opportunity to appear in court to state the facts and the facts are that you are innocent.
IT IS ONLY IF SOMEONE HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE THAT WHEN HIS NAME IS IMPUGNED, HE DOES NOT RELISH THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPEAR IN COURT TO RIGHT WHAT IS WRONG.
IT IS AN EXCUSE AND WRONG VIEW TO SAY HE DOES NOT RELISH APPEARING IN COURT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE BAD FOR HIS IMAGE BECAUSE IMAGE IS ALL ABOUT SHOW AND AS IT IS, WITH THE INNUENDOS HIS NAME IS EFFECTIVELY SERIOUSLY TARNISHED AND APPEARING IN COURT AND CONFIDENTLY REFUTING ACCUSATIONS BECAUSE HE IS TRULY INNOCENT IS AN OPPORTUNITY NOT BE MISSED TO INDICATE HIS INNOCENCE.

Why Najib swore to God:
Najib said he swore to God three times in front of an assembly in Pahang that he did not know Altantuya.
There may be perverse logic why he swore so even though he knew it is false and he may even know he faced dire consequences if God exists and will punish.
He may be desperate, trying to persuade whoever can be persuaded that he is innocent so that he can carry on rather than lose power in shame or even face jail.
THUS THE DESPERATE NEED TO SALVAGE HIS POSITION, TO FIGHT FOR HIS POLITICAL SURVIVAL MADE HIM RESORT TO SWEARING TO GOD THAT WILL IMPRESS THE RELIGIOUS MINDED BUT GULLIBLE AUDIENCE THAT HE IS INDEED INNOCENT AND HE HOPES THERE IS NO GOD OR IF GOD EXISTS HE WILL UNDERSTAND HIS DESPERATION.
Desperation is about emotion not reason:
Desperation is an emotional disturbed panicky state of the mind as a result of a situation one finds oneself in.
A Buddha will not put himself into a situation in which he will be desperate and no matter what the situation eg a knife at his throat, a Buddha remains equanimous, neither liking nor disliking.

What is desperation?

CDOS are dynamite:
CDOs are collateralised debt obligations, or thousands of loans bundled together and split into millions of securities so no one can quite value them by splitting them all apart.
Apparently National Australia Bank has ‘rocked’ the market by announcing millions of debt obligation losses that it previously reassured as absent and there is suspicion of more hidden woes.
IT IS A REFLECTION OF THE HEIGHT OF DECEPTION IN THIS WORLD THAT FINACIERS WOULD BUNDLE TOGETHER THOUSANDS OF LOANS AND THEN SPLIT THEM UP INTO MILLIONS OF SECURITIES SO THAT NO ONE CAN QUITE WORK OUT FROM THE TANGLED MASS HOW MUCH IT IS TRULY WORTH AND THEY PARCEL IT OFF AS TRIPLE A SECURITIES.
Financial fraud or alchemy they call wizardry:
It is testament to the gullibility (vulnerability to falsity) not of ordinary people but highly educated supposedly intelligent bankers that it is estimated that more than a trillion US dollars (and counting) will be lost by banks through their investments in marvellous new instruments like CDOs (collateralized debt obligations) that now threaten not just the viability of their banks, not just the financial system but even create widespread economic chaos.
By definition (thousands of loans bundled together and split into millions of securities so no one can quite value them by splitting them all apart) CDOs are fraud or instruments of deception (what it appears to be is not what it truly is) and financial alchemy and what lures bankers to throw caution to the wind is a combination of greed for better returns these instruments offered, it is not their money but the banks they worked for that they are investing, the blind herd instinct to ape fellow bankers and their advanced false logic and perception of what is fraud is sophisticated financial wizardry.
Alchemy is deluded chemistry in the olden days when mad scientists thought by adding chemicals A, B & Z they can create valuable gold and in the same way modern financial alchemists think they can create valuable financial instruments by mixing lousy loans with good loans to create ‘more value’.
To mix up thousands of loans bundled together and then splitting them into millions of securities is scrambling or hiding or deception so how did all these sophisticated bankers and their Federal regulators not realize earlier what these CDOs are? Did they, blinded by the urge for maximal returns, not understand what these CDOs are and nevertheless invested because they have been given triple A ratings by august rating agencies and other respected fellow bankers are doing so?
Not just a few millions have been lost, not by foolish ignorant ordinary people but billions even trillions may have been lost by people who are supposed to be the cream of society, knowledgeable and intelligent who have made great fools of themselves and their banks.
Did the regulators like the Federal Reserve not understand what these CDOs are and that by definition they are fraud or financial alchemy not science and therefore take action to stop them much earlier?
THUS ANYONE WHO THINKS WE ARE TOO SOPHISTICATED INTELLECTUALLY, THE WORLD ECONOMY TOO DIVERSIFIED FOR US TO EXPERIENCE THE GREAT DEPRESSION OF THE 1930S MAY BE DELUDED. BENEATH THE FACADE OF MODERN SOPHISTICATION MANKIND IS JUST AS FOOLISH AND WICKED AS EVER AND TO AN EXTENT FAR GREATER THAN THEY WILL CONCEDE. The same false logic and perception that caused economists like Professor Krugman and many other experts to insist there is no speculation in the oil market, it is pure fundamentals, supply and demand and ‘don’t blame the speculators’ (says the Economist) is the same false logic and perception that caused regulators and bankers to perceive that CDOs are not dangerous scams but valuable marvellous new instruments to maximize profits for the banks’ deposits.

According to this article, Australia’s Tinto demanded much more from China to match iron ore prices on the Chinese spot market whilst China’s Bao steel would only offer rises to match Brazilian prices.

Call it manipulation if you don't like speculation:
If you don't like the word speculation in artificially determining (raising) a commodity's price, call it manipulation by sellers instead.
Peeved by a sudden drop in oil palm prices, Malaysian producers are announcing a raft of measures designed to artificially shore up price by reducing supply in the delusion that shortage permits them to raise prices.
What they are doing is the same to what Australian iron ore producers are doing, seeing 'hot' demand as an excuse to demand more money or manipulate buyers.
There is the righteous and unrighteous vendor.
Supposed you are successful vendor of 'hot cakes' that get snapped up so that you are 'sold off' within hours.
If you are righteous you will honestly maintain the old price that already confers a handsome profit.
If you are an unrighteous seller, you will take the opportunity to incrementally raise the price so as to increase profit because you sense that people may be willing to pay more.
YOU MAY THINK GOD AGREE WITH YOU, IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT YOU DEMAND MORE TO INCREASE YOUR PROFIT AND IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT CONSUMERS ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT BUT YOU MAY BE A FOOL BECAUSE YOUR RAISING PRICES EXERT INFLATIONARY PRESSURES THAT MAKE OTHERS DECIDE TO RAISE THEIRS SO THAT RUNAWAY INFLATION ENSUES AND YOU HAVE KARMA SHOULD IT CAUSE SUFFERING TO THE MASSES.
Huge drop in palm oil prices

MIRI: The Government will take urgent measures to counter the drop of international crude palm oil prices.
Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Peter Chin Fah Kui said steps would be taken to ensure the decline in prices do not become a long-term trend.
Chin said the Government would lower the current stock of crude palm oil in Malaysia by exporting crude palm oil to countries like India, Pakistan, China and the Middle East instead of exporting refined palm oil and increasing export for the coming winter months to western countries where it could be used as bio-fuel.
Other measures include increasing usage of crude palm oil for bio-fuel production in Malaysia, encouraging local power producers to use crude palm oil as raw material to produce energy and having more industries and factories use crude palm oil instead of diesel as their feedstock fuel.
“The ministry expects palm oil to contribute up to RM60bil in revenue to the country’s coffers this year, but the substantial drop in the global price may upset this target. We are worried this may be the start of further decline in the price of palm oil and will take counter measures to maintain a good price,” he told a press conference here yesterday.
The past week has seen the price of the commodity tumble from more than RM3,500 per tonne to RM3,095 per tonne.
The price earlier this year was up to RM4,000 per tonne.
The difference between speculation and manipulation:
Speculation and manipulation are two different things but they often occur together.
Speculation is the buying of something that you do not need or need in much less quantity on the perception that its price is going to rise so that you will profit by keeping it or selling it. If you hear price of sugar is going to go up you may speculate by buying four bags instead of the usual one thus causing a shortage and price rise.
You can also speculate by short selling, selling something you don't have in the hope of buying it back later cheaper on the speculation prices will drop.
By buy more or selling more in speculating you exert pressures for prices to ris or fall and therefore there is an element of manipulation in speculation.
Manipulation is merely artificially engineering price rises on excuses to profit more. You can corner a market eg in iron ore so that you can dictate prices. You can secretly corner most of the shares in a counter and then prop up prices to sell at excessively high levels to suckers who think the share is worth that much.
Thus in the presence of 'hot' demand for your 'hot cakes' you can manipulate by demanding for more in effect subscribing to the 'philosophy' who bids highest gets it. If demand for his cakes was not that hot he would not have asked for more and so it is opportunistic profiteering to ask for more because of hot demand.
Krugman probably wrong & wrong:
It was Krugman’s contention that speculation is not responsible for the meteoric rise in oil prices because iron ore prices similarly rose without the intermediary of speculators because it was a purely supplier purchaser relationship.
It was wrong and probably wrong in different aspects.
Firstly it is wrong to compare iron ore with oil. If there are intermediaries in the oil chain between supplier and final purchaser and there are none in the iron ore chain then it may be wrong to compare price rises in the two because they may be two different things. Just because there are no speculators involved in the iron ore price rises does not mean there must be no speculators involved in oil prices or they are insignificant.
INTERMEDIARIES ARE INVOLVED IN THE OIL MARKET CHAIN (EVEN IF IT IS NOT INVOLVED IN IRON ORE) AND OIL MAY CHANGE HANDS MANY TIMES BEFORE IT COMES TO THE FINAL PURCHASER AND IT IS LIKELY EACH WILL TAKE A CUT OR PROFIT THAT WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE FINAL PURCHASER AND SO IT IS UNFAIR OR WRONG TO COMPARE ITS PRICE RISE WITH THAT OF IRON ORE WHERE THERE ARE NO INTERMEDIARIES WHERE A DIFFERENT MECHANISM MAY BE INVOLVED IN ITS PRICE RISE. JUST AS YOU CAN CREATE A BOMB WITH TNT, DYNAMITE OR NUCLEAR MATERIAL, DIFFERENT MECHANISMS MAY BE INVOLVED IN OIL AND IRON ORE PRICE RISES.
Secondly, the iron ore market may not be totally a direct wholesaler purchaser market because there is a spot market mentioned in China where prices are much higher than what China’s Baosteel pays Australia’s Rio Tinto and what happens on the spot market clearly influences what happens on the wholesale market because Rio Tinto is demanding a price rise to match the spot market price whilst Baosteel is (quite rightly) balking.
The spot market I presume is an emergency on the spot or urgent market where purchasers who have no previous contracts for iron ore desperately needing an immediate supply of iron ore are forced to pay higher prices to secure iron ore they urgently need.
For Rio Tinto to ask for price increases when its costs remain the same is unfair and tantamount to putting a gun at the head of the consumer (Baosteel) or manipulating consumers and to ask for a price rise to the level of the spot market is even more crass because the spot market prices reflect prices paid by desperate consumers needing urgent immediate supply. Surely if someone is buying iron ore from you long term, they should expect some discount off the spot market price.

Further, buyers like Baosteel may themselves speculate on the spot market by buying more iron ore than they need and selling the surplus for profit on the spot market thereby artificially exacerbating whatever shortage there is and producers like Rio Tinto may in addition be players on the spot market too.
EVEN IF THERE IS NOT EVEN A SPECULATOR IN THE IRON ORE MARKET, PRODUCERS LIKE RIO TINTO ARE DEFINITELY MANIPULATING OR ARM TWISTING BUYERS BY ASKING FOR MORE BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN DEMAND MORE IN A TIGHT MARKET. MANIPULATION IS SIN AND UNFAIR JUST AS SPECULATING IS.
BECAUSE THERE IS A SPOT MARKET IN IRON ORE, AT LEAST IN CHINA WHERE ANYONE CAN PARTICIPATE AND THEREFORE SPECULATE TO PUSH UP PRICES TO MAKE MONEY AND EVEN CONSUMERS LIKE BAOSTEEL AND WHOLESALERS LIKE RIO TINTO MAY OPENLY OR SECRETLY PARTICIPATE IN THIS SPOT MARKET TO REAP PROFITS FROM PURE TRADING AND SPOT MARKET PRICES INFLUENCE DIRECT WHOLESALE PURCHASER PRICES (AS MANIFEST BY RIO TINTO’S DEMAND TO BE PAID THE SPOT MARKET PRICE FOR ITS ORE).
Speculating and manipulating:
Speculation must not be confused with manipulation because the two are different things although they can coexist.
You need to speculate, take up a position by buying a stock of commodity before you can manipulate it to gain profit by price rises or falls.
Thus someone can speculate in a share by first buying a substantial stake in that company and then manipulate by spreading rumours of lucrative new business deals that will cause its share price to surge and he will then sell on the news.
If the iron ore market exists entirely as a club involving end users like Baosteel and producers like Rio Tinto then there are no speculators involved but manipulation may still occur but if there is a parallel spot market then it can and does influence the wholesale price of iron ore.
WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT MANIPULATING CUSTOMERS, HOLDING THEM TO RANSOM BY ASKING FOR RAISED PRICES WHEN YOUR COSTS ARE STILL THE SAME BECAUSE YOU SENSE STRONG DEMAND IS UNRIGHTEOUS, MAKING MORE MONEY THAN YOU ARE ENTITLED THAT RAISES INFLATIONARY PRESSURES BECAUSE THE COSTS WILL BE PASSED TO CONSUMERS AND CONSUMERS MAY THEMSELVES RETALIATE BY RAISING THE PRICES OF THEIR GOODS SO THAT INFLATION RUNS OUT OF CONTROL POTENTIALLY DESTABILIZING THE WHOLE ECONOMY.
SPECULATING IS EVIL AND EVEN IF THERE IS NO SPECULATION IN IRON ORE (SOMETHING THAT MAY NOT BE TRUE), IF THERE IS MANIPULATION, IT TOO IS JUST AS EVIL.
The basis of speculation & manipulation is greed:
Even though speculation and manipulation of commodity prices for profit are two different things that must be separated from each other, their aetiology or cause is the same and it is greed.
Because greed is sin, speculation and manipulation are both sins.
No matter how short the supply or how strong the demand a commodity never raises its own price but people that include sellers, buyers and professional speculators do.
In the face of a 10% shortage, the right thing to do is for everyone to share the shortage by reducing their consumption by 10% each and it is unrighteous to price out the poor by raising prices to hoard supplies for those who can afford.
Driven by greed people speculate (investment is a nice name for speculating) or manipulate (spreading rumours of deals or impending price rises) commodity price rises).

Your money may be substantially gone:
Most people have savings in bank accounts and pension funds and this money may be substantially gone but their bank and fund statements tell them they are fine, even fabulously wealthy.
This money may have gone because bank managers have foolishly lent them eg in credit card debts, subprime loans and vehicle loans that may default or their pension funds have siphoned off a lot of money as commissions and insider trading (using your money to buy shares they are selling) or they are invested in shares and properties whose value are grossly overinflated.
Many people have enjoyed paper gains, the shares and houses they bought have risen considerably in value and they think they are wealthy but if shares and house price can fall back to earth, they may find their paper wealth rapidly disappearing.
Supposed sooner or later, the truth must be known, the true value of your bank deposits (lost in the banks’ gambles) and pension funds must come to the surface. Then apart from panic and anger that may see some people get lynched, you will realize you are much poorer than you think and thenceforth even if you wanted to spend, you have no money to spend and the banks may not have money to lend you.
Further a lot of people may have foolishly taken on debts lulled by the false sense of security that they have assets to back up their borrowing so that faced with the reality their savings or assets are lost they may become even insolvent. How do you spend if you are insolvent?
Yes, your money is still in the system but it no longer belongs to you but to those who have stolen it or unrighteously dispossessed you, it is now in the hands of bank managers and fund managers and those who shrewdly sold shares and properties at much inflated prices to purchasers who may be pension funds or borrowers using your money deposited in banks.
YOU THINK YOUR MONEY IS STILL THERE IN THE SYSTEM BUT A SUBSTANTIAL PROPORTION OF IT MAY NO LONGER BE THERE BUT THE MANAGERS OF YOUR MONEY WILL NOT TELL YOU OR BASED ON INFLATED VALUATIONS OF ASSETS THEY HOLD, THEY TELL YOU IT IS STILL THERE.

Turning out otherwise:
It was the Buddha who said that this world or thinking is deceptive. However well thought your plans or expectations, it always turns out otherwise.
Thus Bush may think it is a cinch deposing Saddam and then using Iraq’s oil to finance its rebuilding and make reparations for all the debts Iraq owed the world through the Gulf War but things have turned out far worse than in Bush’s worst nightmare that it could.
People think they have found the right girl or man in their lives and when they get married it turns out otherwise.
Thus this world and thinking in particular is deceptive. You think it will be so and so but it turns out otherwise and the wise person will learn to dispense with his thinking, would not trust and rely too much on thinking. Thinking is not as wonderful as it is touted but there is a world free of thinking based on direct seeing and thus knowing that is far superior in terms of knowing and freedom from suffering.
Even in enlightenment there are differences:
Kassapa, an enlightened elder said that apart from the Buddha, he was foremost in asceticism (denying himself, being untouched or stirred by whatever allures of this world) whilst it is said that of the Buddha’s two deputies, Sariputta was noted for his wisdom and Moggalana his supernatural powers.
Thus even in enlightenment there are strengths and relative weaknesses of individuals with the Buddha being the perfect one as he claimed, perfect in everything and fully self (not other) enlightened.
THUS IT MAY BE WRONG VIEW TO THINK WE ARE ALL EQUALS BECAUSE THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES IN EACH BEING’S NATURE IN TERMS OF DISCERNMENT, WISDOM, VIRTUE, CONCENTRATION, EQUANIMITY & EVEN SUPERNATURAL POWERS. AS THE BUDDHA SAID, TWO PERSONS MAY PERFORM A TRIFLING MISDEED AND ONE GOES TO HELL WHILST THE OTHER EXPERIENCES MILD BRIEF SUFFERING IN THE HERE AND NOW.
Batman is make belief and false:
Batman and Superman et al do not and cannot exist and they are make believe in terms of their indestructibility, super powers, costumes and unflappability under stress.
Whatever is make belief is false and anyone who appreciates make belief appreciates falsity not just here but everywhere else to an extent far greater than they realize like the tip of the iceberg.

Manipulation is to iron ore as speculation is to oil:
The differences between soaring iron ore and oil prices is that in iron ore it is manipulation (sellers holding a gun to the heads of consumers) that is predominant with speculation also present in its spot market but not so well developed compared to oil whilst in oil, it is speculation that is rampant and it is far more organized with many financially powerful entities (pension & hedge funds, banks themselves) in the market with manipulation probably present to an extent that may be greater than appears to the eye.
THUS IT IS FALSE LOGIC AND PERCEPTION OF KRUGMAN TO SAY THAT BECAUSE IRON ORE SALES IS A DIRECT SELLER BUYER MARKET WITH NO ROOM FOR SPECULATORS AND IRON ORE PRICES HAVE RISEN SPECTACULARLY, IT PROVES THAT OIL PRICES ARE SIMILARLY CAUSED BY FUNDAMENTAL SUPPLY AND DEMAND FACTORS NOT SPECULATORS BECAUSE THE PRICES CAN BE PUSHED UP NOT JUST BY PURE SPECULATION WHICH IS ASCENDANT IN OIL BUT ALSO BY MANIPULATION WHICH IS ASCENDANT IN IRON ORE. Health minister puts his head on chopping board:
Health Minister Datuk Liow Tiong Lai said the Malaysian Medical Council must look into the case.
“I have instructed the director-general to look into the case to ensure that professionalism is maintained,” he said.
Whether he meant it or he is saying so to be seen doing his part or it is expected of him, the health minister is foolishly putting his head on the chopping board of karma for saying what he said.
WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT, CORRECTING INJUSTICE WHERE ONE MAN (ANWAR’S) INTEGRITY AND MORALITY IS THREATENED OR PROTECTING PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY OF A SCUM WHO WOULD FABRICATE TO SMEAR ANOTHER?
HIS STATEMENT IS NEVER BASED ON REASON BUT BASED ON RESENTMENT OR DISLIKE OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED THAT EMBARASSES THE RULING COALITION OF WHICH HE IS PART OF AND TRYING TO SUPPORT. IT IS BASED ON DISLIKE (RESENTMENT IS A FANCY NAME FOR DISLIKE) AND INTIMIDATES OR THREATENS AND THAT IS ILL WILL OR FORCE. HE HAS A PERVERSE SENSE OF PRIORITY AND JUDGMENT THAT BREACH OF PRIVACY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXPOSING CRIMININALITY.

OK will you also tell the truth?
Since the health minister speaks as if he is such a virtuous upholder of truth and goodness, the patient’s confidentiality must be protected not breached, will he also uphold to truth to say that medical evidence indicates the allegations of sodomy against Anwar is false, has no medical backing?
If he will keep mum whilst police prosecute Anwar based on false medical evidence then he is a hypocrite to speak as if righteous that patient confidentiality must be protected.
Oil subsidy benefits rich more than poor:
Oil subsidies ‘benefit rich more than poor’
THE Government’s recent move to cut petrol subsidies was a good one, as the funds would be better used to benefit those in need, according to Universiti Sains Malaysia associate professor Dr Chan Huan Chiang.
Comment: This is a professor saying it. It is a view and it may be correct or wrong, logical or illogical. If it is illogical then he has false logic that will end in mad logic and that is always hellish.
Proportionate to their income, the oil subsidy definitely benefits the poor more than the rich and alleviates the burden of cost of living.
Even if petrol prices rise, the rich are still able to use petrol whilst petrol may be out of the poor’s reach and they may have to be more economical in its use.
The rich are also taxpayers and so it unfairly penalizing them in saying they should not be subsidized, only the poor should be subsidized and because the rich benefit more, subsidies should be abolished.
IT IS NOT SUBJECTIVE BUT IT IS OBJECTIVE THAT OIL SUBSIDY BENEFITS THE POOR MORE THAN THE RICH BECAUSE THE POOR CANNOT AFFORD FUEL PRICE RISES AS MUCH AS THE RICH.
THE RICH ALSO PAY TAXES AND SO THEY ARE ENTITLED TO FUEL SUBSIDY AS MUCH AS THE POOR AND SO IT IS UNFAIR TO ABOLISH SUBSIDIES JUST TO DEPRIVE THE RICH.
THUS THIS PERSON WHO CALLS HIMSELF PROFESSOR HAS FALSE LOGIC THA OIL SUBSIDY BENEFITS THE RICH MORE THAN THE POOR.
THE TRUTH IS OIL SUBSIDY ALWAYS BENEFITS THE POOR MORE THAN THE RICH BECAUSE THEY ARE STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET AND THE RICH ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO THE SAME SUBSIDY BECAUSE THEY TOO PAY TAXES.
Police & Minister Gives Medical Report Credence:
By denying arresting the doctor and saying that breach of patient confidentiality will be investigated police and the minister has inadvertently given credence that the medical report exists and it is not a fabrication by opposition sources.
THUS THE DOCTOR EXISTS AND HE DID EXAMINE SAIFUL ON THE DATE STATED AND HE FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF SODOMY. WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO CONFIRM OR RULE OUT OLD OR RECENT SODOMY BY EXAMINATION IS ANOTHER MATTER.
Why the poor always benefit more from petrol subsidy:
A poor man may save $1000 per year compared to $6000 for a rich man with the presence of subsidies but just because a rich man uses more petrol and saves more does not mean he benefits more from subsidies.
The removal of subsidy (if in truth petrol is subsidized not the raising of petrol prices so that the government may reap more profit from its people that it may in truth be), causes not just petrol prices to rise but the price of many essentials and food rise in tandem and the poor with their lack of disposal income will be more hard hit than the rich who usually have disposal incomes or spare cash who can cope better with the knock on rise of prices everywhere.
In this sense, petrol subsidy benefits the poor more than the rich.
As for the rich using more petrol, they too pay more tax than the poor. It may be some rich practice tax avoidance but this is another issue and the tax department should go after them, apart from the karma they bequeath themselves from tax evasion, a form of dishonesty.
The rich and the poor are all equal citizens of this country and thus the rich should also have their petrol subsidized like the poor, it is discrimination not to subsidize their petrol just because they are rich.
BECAUSE RAISING PETROL PRICES CAUSES THE PRICE OF MANY ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO RISE AND THE POOR CAN ILL AFFORD THESE RISES, PETROL SUBSIDIES THAT KEEP A LID ON INFLATION BENEFIT THE POOR MORE THAN THE RICH WHO HAVE MORE DISPOSAL INCOME TO COPE OR BUFFER SUCH RISES.
Does a maliciously faked disease deserve confidentiality?
If a person has a genuine disease then there is justification that you do not expose it without his consent.
If a person is faking a disease in the name of incriminating another for material gain, does he deserve the protection of confidentiality especially when it will be abetting and the police who are supporting him in perpetrating his crime? A case may be made that you are abetting a crime in invoking confidentiality because it will enable the crime to continue.
THUS THE MINISTER AND THOSE WHO WILL WAG THE FINGER OF CONFIDENTIALITY IN THIS CASE HAVE SHOWN THEMSELVES TO BE BEINGS WITH NO GENUINE SPECIFIC TO THE CASE REASON BUT THEY ARE RULE BOUND, APPLYING THE RULE OF CONFIDENTIALITY TO THE CASE, NOT NECESSARILY ALWAYS BUT AS AND WHEN IT SUITS THEM OR THEY GAIN ADVANTAGE FROM IT. SUCH PEOPLE MAY NOT BE AVERSE TO TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES MOCKING WHAT INFORMATION PATIENTS GIVE THEM AND NOT THINK THEY ARE ALSO BREACHING CONFIDENTIALITY.
Patient confidentiality is a rule and all a person needs is to understand the words of this rule and what they require of you and then you use force not genuine reason to carry it out. Ordinary emotional stylish people severely underestimate the existence of rules and rituals in their lives, they often fail to realize they are not genuinely reasoning in a situation but merely retrieving and applying rules to explain and take apparently appropriate action in speech or conduct in that situation.
A lot of doctors discuss patients behind their backs not because of consultation but to mock them and that too is breach of confidentiality that is worse than this case because confidentiality was breached in this case to expose a serious scam perpetrated by the patient and even the police force.
A fair price above all:
Whatever a commodity be it oil or anything else, a fair price should be fixed that will be fair to consumers and the retailer. There should be reasonable profit without unfairly profiteering from the consumer and to this end, the fewer intermediaries (speculators) feeding in the chain, the lower the final cost of the product.
If you charge exorbitant price for a commodity, people will soon smell a rat and those retailing other goods would clamour to similarly profiteer and those whose products are in demand, who can hold a gun to the consumers’ heads will likewise raise prices leaving those who have no leverage over customers lagging behind.
THE RESULT OF THIS IS AN ARMS RACE TO RAISE PRICES BY ALL RETAILERS AND THIS IS INFLATION THAT CAN SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL GRIEVOUSLY HARMING THE ECONOMY.
Exactly how much it costs producers to produce oil and how much they are getting for their oil and by arithmetic, what they make per litre may be known. Exactly how much the existence of parasites called speculators add to the cost per litre can be calculated if not by you then by God.

No matter how short the commodity or high the demand, if the cost of oil production remains the same and you are already making a decent profit at $1.90 per litre it is not fair for you to raise prices to $2.70 and pocket the difference just because the world price has risen. Just because others jump off the cliff does mean you must similarly jump off the cliff.
Shortage and increased demand is an excuse to manipulate or raise prices abetted or accentuated by speculators jumping in to outbid each other pushing prices higher and higher.
Denial is not suffering but happiness:
Jesus said you should deny yourself and this is the hardest if not impossible thing for ordinary emotional people not because it is true that it is hard to deny yourself but they have perverted sense of what is suffering is pleasurable and so they will not deny themselves.
This is a world of suffering for everyone, no matter how rich or replete with sensory enjoyment you are. Thus if you will not deny yourself as Jesus commanded you will not deny yourself of suffering you call pleasure and you are deluded if you think you are benefiting others because you also make others suffer.
The Buddha said what others call happiness (not denying themselves) that the noble ones call suffering and what others call suffering (denying themselves) that the noble ones have found is happiness. Thus the Buddha is saying beings in this world have a perverted perception of what is suffering is happiness and what is happiness is suffering and delusion is incurable unless the person wants to turn to be healed.
Informing police about patients treated for gunshots:
You have cases of criminals getting treatment for gunshot wounds and police routinely asks doctors to come forward to reveal who has come for such treatments.
Does the Minister launch investigations to punish the doctor for breach of confidentiality?
If you asked the gunman he would be outraged that his confidentiality has been breached.

On the wrong road:
It is never suffering or difficult denying yourself as Jesus commanded but it is like the lifting of a heavy burden, release from suffering to deny yourself as the Buddha said.

THUS IF YOUR DENIAL IS FULL OF DIFFICULTY & SETBACKS, YOU KEEP FALLING BACK THEN YOU ARE KIDDING YOURSELF THAT YOU TRULY DENY YOURSELF.

It is already happening and it seems that many US house owners who can actually continue to service their mortgages but because they are now in negative equity (their houses are worth less than their mortgages) are deliberately electing to default, to walk out of their houses and by a quirk of US law, banks cannot go after them but must foreclose and absorb whatever losses (that ultimately are borne by shareholders and depositors in that bank) and they have limited recourse to pursue the defaulters.

It is no secret that if the ruling elite and their ‘running dogs’ the police can nail Anwar genuinely on a homosexual charge they will do anything pay anything to do so.
If Anwar is truly homosexual and a sexual predator, the way to fairly ‘nail him’ is to provide documentary evidence namely via audio or video recording of him ‘caught in the act’ as Dr Chuah or Lingam were caught and in this age of sophisticated micro audio and video recorders it should be fairly easy to plant such devices on the body of Saiful or in the locations where such acts were said to occur.
If police have not done that or not succeeded in doing so and they nevertheless insist on pursuing Anwar by means of medical reports and DNA which can both be doctored or planted, then it indicates quite clearly they are not interested in ‘nailing Anwar’ fair and square but more by hook or by crook and they are therefore not honourable people.
It is not the people of Malaysia who are fascinated by Anwar’s sexuality but it is the ruling elite and it cannot be a coincidence that their interest becomes heightened whenever Anwar looms as a threat to their downfall.

IF INCRIMINATING VIDEOS OF ANWAR EXIST EITHER HETERO OR HOMOSEXUALLY, SURELY IT WOULD BE AIRED PUBLICLY, WHETHER IT WAS FAIR OR NOT AND THE FACT THAT NO SUCH VIDEO OF ANWAR IS CIRCULATED REFLECTS HE IS LIKELY TO BE SEXUALLY CLEAN.
THE FACT THAT NO VIDEOS OF ANWAR IS CIRCULATING INDICATES HE IS LIKELY SEXUALLY CLEAN.
THE SAME CANNOT BE SAID OF THE RULING ELITE BECAUSE THE REASON NO VIDEOS ARE CIRCULATING IS NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE CLEAN BUT NOBODY DARE CIRCULATE THEM.

Azizan Swore Anwar Did Not Sodomize Him:
I think I remembered that during the sodomy trial, Azizan actually recanted, he swore Anwar did not sodomize him and yet the court deemed it fit to nevertheless convict Anwar of sodomy based on the sole evidence of Anwar’s wife’s driver Azizan.
It goes to show there is a travesty of justice in this country, it is just a circus to do the biddings of the ruling elite. Dr M himself has admitted inadvertently that the sodomy charge in 1998 was a conspiracy. But now even PAS leaders are in doubt, suspect that perhaps Anwar is a sodomite after all.
Thus if it is true Anwar is innocent, all those who have a part in slandering Anwar face grave karma that is far more tormenting than they may imagine in their wildest dreams.
THE FACT THAT IF IT IS TRUE AZIZAN SWORE IN COURT THREE TIMES ANWAR DID NOT SODOMIZE HIM AND YET THE COURT PROCEEDED TO CONVICT ANWAR SHOWS THE TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY AND THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT BUT THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CASES OF ABUSE OF JUSTICE BEFORE AND SINCE, EVEN AFTER DR M’S DEPARTURE.
