If a person has no self what more that he should have rights and so you have no rights but you have responsibilities because what you do can harm others and if you harm others you will be held to account and repay in suffering.

ANYONE WHO CHAMPIONS OTHERS’ RIGHTS, THEIR OWN RIGHTS MAY THINK HE IS RIGHT AND GOOD BUT HE MAY BE DELUDED, RIGHTS ARE THE FALSE EVIL NONEXISTENT CONCOCTION OF DELUDED MEN. YOU CAN END UP IN HELL WITHOUT RIGHT TO APPEAL OR LITIGATE AND THERE ARE NO RIGHTS IN HELL, YOU CANNOT CLAIM YOUR RIGHTS TO THE KEEPERS OF HELL, EVEN A TRIFLING MISDEED CAN SEND YOU TO HELL WHILST THE SAME MISDEED IN ANOTHER (WHO IS NOBLE) RESULTS IN MINOR SUFFERING HERE. This year's buzzword: 'Resilience'

A buzzword is a fad and that is about fashion or fancy not substance or meaning.

Resilience is not about goodness but evil. You only need resilience if what you do defiles yourself, keeps knocking you down or flooring you or setting you back and you pick yourself up to doggedly pursue it.

IF A PERSON ABIDES BY WHAT IS TRUE AND GOOD FOR HIM HE IS ALWAYS HAPPY AND IT CANNOT SET HIM BACK OR KNOCK HIM DOWN AND SO HE DOES NOT HAVE TO PICK HIMSELF UP AND DOGGEDLY PURSUE HIS OBJECTIVE AND SO WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT RESILIENCE IT IS NOT SOMETHING MARVELLOUS OR GOOD BUT IT IS ABOUT DOGGED PURSUIT OF SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHOLESOME. YOU HAVE TO BE RESILIENT IN THE PURSUIT OF WEALTH OR A GIRL OR YOUR CAREER OR TO BE A DOCTOR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WHOLESOME AND CAN HURT YOU.

Dr M should be thankful to Anwar:

If it is true that Anwar paid a key role in rehabilitating Dr M after he was expelled from UMNO and the vote of his faction was crucial in Dr M winning the presidency of UMNO then Dr M should be thankful, grateful to Anwar rather than bitterly despise him.

RESILIENCE IS ABOUT MAINTAINING A POSITION DESPITE PRESSURE/ATTACK OR BOUNCING BACK, RETURNING TO A PREVIOUS POSITION (THAT CANNOT BE WHOLESOME) AFTER BEING DISLODGED OR SUFFERING A SETBACK OR BEING FLOORED.

Resilience is a nice word for toughness:

Resilience is a high sounding word for toughness, resistance, withstanding and that is about force not reason. Toughness is not good but bad, those who are tough, even if they are gritty old ladies or ‘dainty young things’ are goats.

RESILIENCE IS ESSENTIALLY ABOUT TOUGHNESS, WITHSTANDING, RESISTANCE AND THAT IS ABOUT FORCE AND LEADS TO STRESS NOT ESCAPE FROM SUFFERING.

Putting the cart before the horse:

THE BUDDHA SAID THERE ARE THINGS THAT ARE SHARED AND THINGS THAT ARE NOT SHARED. YOUR BIRTH, DEATH, KARMA, MERIT, HAPPINESS AND SUFFERING ARE NOT SHARED.

IN THE SAME WAY, A PERSON’S BLAME IN A PARTICULAR SITUATION IS NOT SHARED AND SO IT IS WRONG TO HEAP THE BLAME ULTIMATELY ON YOU THE VOTER. THUS IF DR M HAS DONE WRONG, HE HAS HIS SHARE OF BLAME, IF YOU HAVE VOTED FOR EVIL INSTEAD OF GOODNESS YOU TOO HAVE BLAME AND IT IS DELUDED TO HEAP BLAME ULTIMATELY ON YOU THE VOTER.

If the Bank wants growth it must set finance free

People talk about ‘finance’ but do they truly understand what ‘finance’ means?

By finance is meant credit or debt and so he is saying if the Bank wants growth it must set debt or borrowing free.

GROWTH BASED ON BORROWING TO FUND ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD BRING RETURNS IS DANGEROUS, NOT TO BE ENCOURAGED.

GROWTH BASED ON BORROWING FOR CONSUMPTION (EG TO BUY THE LATEST GADGETS LIKE IPHONES, IPADS) IS INEVITABLY FATAL, THE BORROWED MONEY SPENT WILL NOT GENERATE INCOME TO REPAY BORROWING.

GROWTH BASED ON FINANCE AKA BORROWING IS NEVER SOUND, AT BEST IT IS RISKY AND SO BETTER NO GROWTH THAN GROWTH BASED ON FINANCE.

Can India rape suspects get fair trial?

It reflects delusion that people are concerned about fair trials even to the extent that even if they are guilty, a fair trial is paramount.

It is not a matter of whether they are given a fair trial but a matter of if they did it or not and if they did it they should be convicted fair or not fair. Thus if they can be proven with certainty to be guilty then anyone who speaks of being fair has wrong view that is the way to hell or the animal womb.

FAIRNESS IS NOT A CONSIDERATION, IT IS A MATTER OF WHETHER THERE IS EVIDENCE THEY DID IT.

It is the correctness of verdict never fairness of trial:

There is one consideration in any trial and that is the correctness of the verdict (not trial) never the fairness of the trial. It is only if you want to convict without knowing when there is a case of fairness, if you convict with knowing, with truth then the question of fairness does not apply. In more cases then are conceded, the guilt of the defendant can be objectively determined but it is the intractable delusion coupled with doubt and uncertainty of humans and judges/juries that make it indeterminate.

DEFENDANTS HAVE BEEN CONVICTED WRONGLY AND ACQUITTED WRONGLY NOT BECAUSE FACTS CANNOT BE OBJECTIVELY DETERMINED BUT JUDGES AND JURIES ARE DELUDED AND CRIPPLED BY DOUBT AND UNCERTAINTY, THEY FAILED TO MAKE THE RIGHT (LOGICAL) CONNECTIONS THAT IS CLEARLY DISPLAYED BEFORE THEM AND IF YOU CONVICT BASED ON KNOWING, ON TRUE LOGIC THEN THE QUESTION OF FAIRNESS DOES NOT APPLY.

IT IS ALWAYS THE CORRECTNESS OF A VERDICT THAT IS PARAMOUNT AND THIS CORRECTNESS DOES NOT INCLUDE FAIRNESS TO THE DEFENDANT EXCEPT IN YOUR FALSE PERCEPTION IT DOES. A CORRECT VERDICT DOES NOT INCLUDE FAIRNESS TO THE DEFENDANT.

It is again an indication of no true understanding but following rules that people in the west have become obsessed with fairness without seeing the specifics of a case.

The circumstances of the case make it absurd to talk about fairness. The rape involved the driver and his cohorts in the bus he drives. If it can be determined the rape took place in his bus which was not carrying other passengers at the time and there other incriminating evidence (eg DNA) then it has to be him who is guilty unless you are crippled with doubt and uncertainty that nevertheless someone else was responsible.

FAIRNESS SHOULD NOT BE AN INDISCRIMINATE RULE BUT IT IS A CASE BY CASE BASIS, THERE ARE SOME CASES WHERE THERE IS INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE, WHERE SENTIMENT OR PREJUDICE OF JURORS MAY INFLUENCE BUT IF THE EVIDENCE IS CONTROVERTIBLE THEN YOU ARE DELUDED, MAD TO CRY FAIRNESS.

THOSE IN THE WEST HAVE BECOME OBSESSED WITH FAIRNESS WHICH IS ACTUALLY OFTEN A RUSE BY DEFENCE LAWYERS TO ACQUIT THEIR CLIENTS. RATHER THAN WASTE YOUR EFFORT TRYING TO BE FAIR TO THE DEFENDANTS YOU SHOULD DEVOTE YOUR EFFORT TO ARRIVE AT A CORRECT VERDICT.

Guilt can be allotted never heaped:

Guilt cannot be heaped (ultimately you are responsible) but it can be allotted. Thus if Dr M deceived voters he is guilty of deception and this guilt cannot be heaped onto the voter who may be guilty of gullibility which is not blameless but blameworthy. If I did not vote for BN I am not guilty of electing them but those who voted for them are guilty.

ANYONE WHO HEAPS BLAME ON ANOTHER WHEN HE IS NOT ENTIRELY TO BLAME, SOME OF THE BLAME BELONGS TO OTHERS IS GUILTY OF MISLEADING OTHERS WITH KARMA ATTACHED.

A correct verdict is automatically fair:

It does not matter how you arrive at the verdict whether the presiding judge is a dustbin man or learned judge, so long as the verdict is correct you cannot be more fair to the defendant and so your attention should be devoted to arriving at the correct verdict not being fair to the defendant which only detracts from the purpose and even causes miscarriages of justice.

IN ARRIVING AT A VERDICT YOU SHOULD NEVER CONSIDER ABOUT BEING FAIR TO THE DEFENDANT BUT YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON THE CORRECTNESS OF THE CONCLUSIONS THAT LEAD TO A VERDICT. THOSE WHO ADVOCATE FAIRNESS ARE ADVOCATING EVIL, TRYING TO MAKE EXCUSES TO ACQUIT.

THUS INSTEAD OF ASKING IF THE TRIAL WILL BE FAIR YOU SHOULD ASK WILL THE VERDICT BE CORRECT OR RIGHT? BY SPEAKING OF FAIRNESS YOU ARE ALREADY SIDING WITH THE ACCUSED.

Soros: We don't understand markets

He implies markets are such sophisticated and complicated things that it is not human fault but the fault of marvellous amazing markets that we don’t understand markets.

As the Buddha said, everything can be understood, if there is such a thing as ‘market’ it can be thoroughly understood and it is not the fault of markets or reality that ‘we don’t understand markets’ but it is the fault of ‘we’ or Soros that he does not understand markets. It is an unwitting admission that he does not possess true understanding because it is impossible for a person with true understanding not to understand.

EVERYTHING CAN BE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD AS SUCH AND SUCH, TRUE OR FALSE, HARMFUL OR BENEFICIAL, MEANINGFUL OR MEANINGLESS.

IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF MARKETS THAT SOROS DOES NOT UNDERSTAND IT BUT IT IS THE FAULT OF SOROS, HE DOES NOT TRULY UNDERSTAND THAT HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND MARKETS. HE IS BLAMING MARKETS WHEN HE SHOULD BLAME HIMSELF.

Apple loses most valuable crown

Another fall in Apple's shares means the company loses the title as the world's most valuable publicly-traded company.

Apple did not announce heavy losses recently but in fact it had record sales and ‘healthy’ profits so the recent sharp falls in Apple share prices that made it lose the most valuable company to Exxon does reflect that it was most valuable in the past but as a result of recent losses it is no longer most valuable but its previous most valuable status is virtual not real, in anticipation of its continued stellar performance, investors have valued its share prices way above what it actually is and the fear that Apple is now losing its shine caused investors to unload Apple shares depressing its price and therefore virtual worth.

APPLE HAS NOT SUSTAINED MASSIVE RECENT LOSSES TO TRULY JUSTIFY THE SEVERE DECLINE IN ITS VALUE BUT INSTEAD THE PAST VALUATION WAS OPTIMISTIC, NOT TRUE BUT VIRTUAL THAT IT COULD SUFFER MASSIVE LOSSES IN VALUE AS A RESULT OF RESULTS THAT ARE STILL QUITE HEALTHY. THIS IMPLIES THAT APPLE’S PAST STATUS AS MOST VALUABLE COMPANY WAS HYPE, BASED ON POTENTIAL RATHER THAN REALITY AND THIS IS A DELUDED WORLD. THOSE WHO TALKED ABOUT APPLE BEING THE MOST VALUABLE COMPANY IN THE PAST ARE SPEAKING FALSELY WITH KARMA ATTACHED. IF IT TRULY WAS MOST VALUABLE HOW COME IT HAS LOST ITS STATUS EVEN WHEN ITS PROFITS ARE STILL VERY HEALTHY?

Dr M’s letter was falsely addressed to Tunku but intended for the Malays:

Dr M’s letter was addressed to the Tunku, criticizing him heavily and blaming him for the riots but it was NEVER intended solely for the TUNKU but cyclostyled and distributed to the Malays. It is a form of divisive speech that the Buddha said can send a person to hell.

IF YOU ARE GUILTY OF FALSITY THEN YOU ARE ASKING FOR SUFFERING. DR M’S LETTER WAS FALSELY ADDRESSED TO THE TUNKU BUT IT WAS MEANT FOR PUBLIC OR MALAY CONSUMPTION AS IT WAS WIDELY PURPOSELY PUBLICISED AND SO YOU ARE GUILTY OF BELYING YOUR STATED INTENTION. (Harakah) - Prominent blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin (pic) has chided Malaysians for being more quick in pointing fingers when things go wrong in the country, and urged them to see how they contributed to the current mess by voting in Barisan Nasional without fail.

This is the deluded ranting of a person who does not truly understand what he says.

If this country has indeed been brought to its knees by the corrupt and abusive practices of its elected leaders then the leaders and those responsible for the corruption are entirely to blame for doing what they have done, the blame of voters lies in voting for them, allowing them to perpetrate their misdeeds or being silent accomplices.

IF THERE INDEED ARE SERIOUS CORRUPTION AND ABUSES OF THE JUDICIARY SYSTEM THEN IT IS NOT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TO BLAME BUT THOSE WHO ARE CORRUPT AND LAWLESS WHO ARE TO BLAME. IS GOD ALSO TO BLAME FOR NOT INTERVENING AND ALLOWING THE ABUSE TO CONTINUE?

"These four types of individuals are to be found existing in the world. Which four? The individual who goes with the flow, the individual who goes against the flow, the individual who stands fast, and the one who has crossed over, gone beyond, who stands on firm ground: a brahmin.

"And who is the individual who goes with the flow? There is the case where an individual indulges in sensual passions and does evil deeds. This is called the individual who goes with the flow.

"And who is the individual who goes against the flow? There is the case where an individual doesn't indulge in sensual passions and doesn't do evil deeds. Even though it may be with pain, even though it may be with sorrow, even though he may be crying, his face in tears, he lives the holy life that is perfect & pure. This is called the individual who goes against the flow.

"And who is the individual who stands fast? There is the case where an individual, with the total ending of the first set of five fetters (self identity, doubt and uncertainty, faith in rituals and rules, ill will and greed), is due to be reborn [in the Pure Abodes], there to be totally unbound, never again to return from that world. This is called the individual who stands fast.

"And who is the individual who has crossed over, gone beyond, who stands on firm ground: a brahmin? There is the case where an individual, through the ending of the mental fermentations, enters & remains in the fermentation-free release of awareness & release of discernment, having known & made them manifest for himself right in the here & now. This is called the individual who has crossed over, gone beyond, who stands on firm ground: a brahmin.

"These are the four types of individuals to be found existing in the world."

People unrestrained in sensual passions,
not devoid of passion, indulging in sensuality:
they return to birth & aging, again & again --
seized by craving, going with the flow.

Thus the enlightened one, with mindfulness here established, not indulging in sensuality & evil,
though it may be with pain, would abandon sensuality.
They call him one who goes against the flow.

Whoever, having abandoned the five defilements,
is perfect in training, not destined to fall back,
skilled in awareness, with faculties composed:
he's called one who stands fast

In one who, having known, qualities high & low
have been destroyed, have gone to their end,
do not exist:
He's called a master of knowledge,
one who has fulfilled the holy life,
gone to the world's end, gone beyond.

Who has ended mental fermentations?

The Buddha spoke of the individual who is the highest, who has crossed over and he said he has ended all mental fermentations.

The person who can attain at will the highest states of the mind, who can reside with the cessation of thinking, cessation of like and dislike, cessation of pain and pleasure and even beyond, reached the realm of infinite space, consciousness, neither perceiving nor not perceiving, such a one has crossed over.

WHEN YOUR THINKING, LIKING AND DISLIKING, EVEN PAIN AND PLEASURE HAVE CEASED THEN THIS IS HIGHER THAN NOT DOING EVIL AND SHEDDING THE FIVE LOWER FETTERS AND TRULY ALL MENTAL FERMENTATIONS HAVE ENDED. THINKING, LIKING AND DISLIKING, PAIN AND PLEASURE ARE MENTAL FERMENTATIONS.

Government must act boldly to revive growth

He talks about reviving growth but what is the nature of the growth he wants to revive?

The past growth was based on debt, on borrowing not spending money the person or government has (and it has now ended in mountainous un-payable debt) and it was spent almost entirely unproductively on profligate consumption on houses, properties, cars, gadgets and food and drink.

THERE WAS RAPID GROWTH IN THE PAST BUT IT WAS NOT BASED ON WEALTH BUT DEBT, CREDIT AND IT WAS SPENT WASTEFUL ON CONSUMPTION THAN PRODUCTIVITY AND NOW GOVERNMENTS AND THE MASSES ARE SADDLED WITH MASSIVE EVEN UNPAYABLE DEBTS AND YOU WANT TO REVIVE GROWTH BY RETURNING TO DEBT AND WASTEFUL CONSUMPTION? WITHOUT UNDERTAKING DEBT AND WASTEFUL CONSUMPTION CAN THERE BE A RETURN TO GROWTH? CAN YOU NOW GROW PRODUCTIVELY (NOT WASTEFUL CONSUMPTION) WITHOUT BORROWING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE HAVE MOUNTAINOUS DEBTS TO SERVICE?

Talking nonsense and a tall order:

If the past growth was based on spending one’s wealth and it was not spent wastefully on useless consumption in surfeit (excess), it is impossible we could be in such trouble now and it is because the past growth was based on debt, on borrowing and spent on useless crass consumption like expensive houses and offices, cars and what nots that we are now in such a mess and so in order to return to growth you must return to past borrowing and crass consumption (assuming it is physically possible) or you must reform, growth based on money you actually have (not borrowed) and spending on items that will generate revenue whilst at the same time repay the mountain of past debts.

Growth based on debt and unproductive unaffordable consumption:

If the past growth was based on true wealth and spend on productive affordable items it is impossible the world has reached this crisis and it is precisely because the past growth was based on debt, on borrowing and spent on unproductive unaffordable items that we are in such a mess and so to return to growth would mean either to return to borrowing and unproductive spending disregarding the already massive even fatal pile of debt accrued or spend based on wealth (you are already bankrupt so what wealth have you to spend?) spent on productive items and AT THE SAME TIME REPAY YOUR MASSIVE DEBTS.

Anyone who speaks thus is setting himself up foolishly unnecessarily for punishment, for karma.

It is not fuss which is about obsession and stirred mental force but all head gear are important in that if it is meaningless and you think it is meaningful you will go mad.

There are many types of headgear (eg pope’s, bishop’s, captain’s) but the true purpose of a headgear is to protect from sun or cold or the elements. Many headgears are symbolic, to denote a person’s status or deemed religious.

TO SPEAK OF BLOODY FUSS IS TO STIR EMOTION, EXPRESS DISLIKE AND IT IS TO ATTACK OTHERS THAT HAS KARMA DUE TO BE REPAID IN FUTURE SUFFERING AND SO THE PERSON WHO SPEAKS THUS IS A FOOL.

WHILST ONE SHOULD NOT FUSS OVER HEADGEAR AS MANY DO AND IT IS SUFFERING RATHER THAN PLEASURE, ONE SHOULD BE MINDFUL OF THE PURPOSE OF HEADGEAR WHICH IS ONLY TO PROTECT AGAINST THE ELEMENTS, TO WEAR HEADGEAR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE (EG FASHION) IS TO PRACTICE FALSITY THAT ENDS IN INSANITY FOR THE PRACTITIONER AND HENCE HEADGEAR ARE NOT FRIVOLOUS, IF YOUR PURPOSE OF WEARING IS FASHION OR SHOW RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION YOU ARE DELUDED AND THAT ENDS IN INSANITY.

HENCE HEADGEAR ARE NOT UNIMPORTANT, IF YOU WEAR IT FOR THE WRONG REASONS YOU ARE COURTING FUTURE SUFFERING. BUT IF YOU DENIGRATE OR MOCK OTHERS FOR THEIR HEADGEAR YOU TOO ARE ASKING FOR SUFFERING.

Respecting spirit of Thaipusam

THE Malaysia Hindu Sangam has appealed to those attending the Thaipusam festival in Penang on Sunday not to consume alcohol.

You are not allowed to speak as you wish without understanding what you say and to do so is to court karma, future suffering.

Only beings have spirit, Thaipusam is an annual event and the spirit of Thaipusam is a fabrication without knowing.

If anything, it is ‘understanding the meaning of Thaipusam’ not ‘respecting the spirit of Thaipusam’ which is false and does not make true sense.

Different people may have different ideas about the spirit of Thaipusam which is an event not a being and only beings have spirit.

It is not so much a matter of respecting something which is about a blind stirring of mental force to be fearful or deferential but more important is that you understand the meaning of something.

IT MAY BE TRUE IN YOUR DENSE FALSE PERCEPTION THAT THE SPIRIT OF THAIPUSAM EXISTS BUT IF IT IS NON-EXISTENT, IT IS AN IMAGINATION OF YOUR MIND THEN YOU ARE COURTING INSANITY AND WILL GET IT.

Getting in the CNY mood to welcome the Year of the Snake

You are asking for karma to be repaid as suffering to tell others to get into the CNY mood.

A mood is a sustained emotional state and it is always false and suffering and conditions the mind to suffering and falsity and so when you tell others to get into the CNY mood you are telling them to get into something that is false and sustained harmful emotionality.

THERE ARE NO GOOD (EG CNY, LOVE MAKING) MOODS AND BAD (EG DEPRESSED, MELANCHOLIC) MOODS, ALL MOODS ARE ABOUT SUSTAINED EMOTIONS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO SHAKE OFF AND SO YOU ARE DELUDED TO RECOMMEND MOODS TO OTHERS AND THERE IS KARMA TO BE REPAID AS SUFFERING FOR RECOMMENDING SUFFERING TO OTHERS.

Are Malaysians a caring lot?

THE brutal gang-rape cum attack of a woman in New Delhi, India on Dec 16, had ignited a lot of debate on public’s role in combating crime around their neighbourhood.

Care is something a person does on a case by case basis, not an adjective attached to you in which you are then a programmed robot who cares on a programmed basis that is either for show or to meet a false mad emotional need to care.

CARE IS WHAT YOU PROVIDE OTHERS AS CASES ARISE, YOU DO NOT BECOME A CARING PERSON WHICH IMPLIES YOU ARE A PROGRAMMED ROBOT ADDICTED TO CARING THAT EITHER FOR SHOW OR TO MEET EMOTIONAL OR IRRATIONAL NEEDS.

IT TAKES A FOOL TO POSE AND ANSWER THE QUESTION. MALAYSIANS ARE A DISPARATE NOT HOMOGENOUS LOT AND NOT EVERYONE CARES OR DO NOT CARE.

You cannot appreciate the full glory of brahmas:

Brahmas are the highest beings and they are normally formless and in order for them to appear before lesser beings including angels they have to take on grosser forms and even angels cannot appreciate the full glories of brahmas because you need to become a brahma yourself to know the glories of a brahma.

It is said, light appears, brahma appears, the appearance of a brahma is preceded by light. The Buddha said it is impossible for ordinary people to fully appreciate him, to truly praise him because it is beyond the capacity of ordinary people to know the Buddha as he ACTUALLY is.

In the same way when Jesus and the Holy Spirit appears amongst men, it is as attenuated or weakened or reduced forms, you cannot appreciate or know them as they actually are, you can only know a fraction of what they actually is.

LIGHT APPEARS, BRAHMA APPEARS, BRAHMAS HAVE TO TAKE ON GROSSER OR WEAKENED FORMS TO APPEAR BEFORE LESSER BEINGS INCLUDING ANGELS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR LESSER BEINGS TO TRULY OR COMPLETELY APPRECIATE THE FULL GLORY OF BRAHMAS, YOU NEED TO BECOME A BRAHMA TO KNOW THAT.

A tainted restricted mind cannot appreciate an untainted unrestricted mind:

The Buddha said a mind can be deluded or not deluded, restricted or not restricted.

It is impossible that a restricted mind can understand or appreciate an unrestricted mind.

BECAUSE ORDINARY PEOPLE’S MINDS ARE RESTRICTED AND BRAHMAS ARE UNRESTRICTED, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ORDINARY PEOPLE TO APPRECIATE THE MINDS OF BRAHMAS AND FURTHERMORE WHEN BRAHMAS APPEAR IN THE LOWER REALMS THEY HAVE TO TAKE ON GROSSER OR LESSER FORMS AND WHAT PEOPLE SEE IS NOT THE BRAHMA IN FULL GLORY BUT A LESSER OR REDUCED FORM.

Freedom from 10 things gives the Buddha unrestricted awareness:

The Buddha said is mind is freed from 10 things as a result of which he dwells with unrestricted awareness.

1)  Forms

2)  Feelings

3)  Fabrications (thinking, scheming)

4)  Perception

5)  Consciousness

6)  Birth

7)  Aging

8)  Death

9)  Stress

10)              Defilements

It is not easy but even impossible for ordinary people to become freed of the above without guidance from a Buddha and even with guidance many fail to attain it and so to become enlightened by themselves is impossible,  enlightenment is a state that a few can achieve with guidance.

IT IS FREEDOM FROM THE TEN THINGS THE BUDDHA LISTED THAT GIVES THE BUDDHA UNRESTRICTED AWARENESS.

Bahuna Sutta: To Bahuna

I have heard than on one occasion the Blessed One was staying in Campa, on the shore of Gaggara Lake. Then Ven. Bahuna went to the Blessed One and, on arrival, having bowed down to him, sat to one side. As he was sitting there he said to the Blessed One: "Lord, freed, dissociated, & released from how many things does the Tathagata dwell with unrestricted awareness?"

"Freed, dissociated, & released from ten things, Bahuna, the Tathagata dwells with unrestricted awareness. Which ten? Freed, dissociated, & released from form, the Tathagata dwells with unrestricted awareness. Freed, dissociated, & released from feeling...Freed, dissociated, & released from perception...Freed, dissociated, & released from fabrications...Freed, dissociated, & released from consciousness...Freed, dissociated, & released from birth...Freed, dissociated, & released from aging...Freed, dissociated, & released from death...Freed, dissociated, & released from stress...Freed, dissociated, & released from defilement, the Tathagata dwells with unrestricted awareness.

"Just as a red, blue, or white lotus born in the water and growing in the water, rises up above the water and stands with no water adhering to it, in the same way the Tathagata -- freed, dissociated, & released from these ten things -- dwells with unrestricted awareness."

There are no restrictions to the Buddha’s awareness:

If you think the Buddha is like you, there are things he does not see and know just like you then you have wrong understanding.

Nowhere does the Buddha say there are things he does not see, does not know, does not understand, is baffled by, instead he says his awareness is unrestricted and he attributes this to his residing with his mind totally freed of 1) form 2) feeling 3) perception 4) consciousness 5) fabrications 6)birth 7) aging 7) death 9).

Whatever is a system is a fabrication and those who conform to it, who keep in mind what the system is and act according to it are robots.

IT IS NOT GOOD BUT BAD TO HAVE A SYSTEM OF MERITOCRACY WHICH ARE ONLY NECESSARY TO DISTRIBUTE MATERIAL REWARD IN A SOCIETY TO GO GETTERS AND IGNORING STRAGGLERS WHO ARE DEEMED INFERIOR WHEN THE PROCESS MAY INVOLVE FOUL PLAY.

ONLY ROBOTS HAVE A SYSTEM OF MERITOCRACY AND THOSE WHO PRACTICE MERITOCRACY ARE ROBOTS.

WHATEVER IS A SYSTEM IS A PLAN AND WHATEVER WHO PRACTICE ACCORDING TO PLANS ARE MINDLESS ROBOTS.

Consciousness is a product of force:

All actions be it perceiving (seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling), thinking, speak and doing require force.

Just like actions, consciousness too is a product of force, without force there can be no consciousness just as without electricity there can be no picture and sound on the TV or iPad.

Consciousness is a separate product of force just as actions are products of force but it is big mistake to think that force is therefore indispensable and good. Force is still evil and harmful even if it is the source of consciousness and the Buddha implies so.

The Buddha said from ignorance (not knowing) comes fabrications or activities of force and from force comes consciousness which implies consciousness is dependent on fabrications, on force and without fabrications consciousness vanishes. It is consciousness that then give rise to the world of existence that then necessitates portals of communication with this world in the forms of senses (sight, sound, touch, smell and taste) contact through which gives rise to feelings that may be pleasant, unpleasant, neither pleasant nor unpleasant and these feelings give rise to craving that gives rise to clinging or sustenance/maintenance that gives rise to becoming that necessitates birth that then leads to decay and suffering and thence death.

BY IMPLICATION, THE BUDDHA SAYS THAT CONSCIOUSNESS IS A PRODUCT OF FORCE AND RATHER THAN GOOD, CONSCIOUSNESS TOO IS NOT WHOLESOME AND THE ROOT OF SUFFERING ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA. IGNORANCE NOT CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE SOURCE OF ALL BEINGS AND WITH THE CESSATION OF IGNORANCE BROUGHT ABOUT BY ENLIGHTENMENT, THE BEING CEASES TO FABRICATE, CEASES TO STIR FORCE AND THAT LEADS TO THE END OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND ALL THE TROUBLES THAT ENSUES.

CONSCIOUSNESS IS NOT PERMANENT, ARISES AND DIES AND RATHER THAN A PLEASURE IT IS SUFFERING COMPARED TO ITS CESSATION.

CONSCIOUSNESS HAS CONCENTRATION THAT VARIES GREATLY AMONGST BEINGS RANGING FROM ORDINARY BEINGS THROUGH THE 1^{ST (NO STYLE)}, 2^ND (CESSATION OF THINKING), 3^RD (NEITHER LIKE NOR DISLIKE), 4^TH (NEITHER PAIN NOR PLEASURE) AND FURTHER UP, THE INFINITUDE OF SPACE, CONSCIOUSNESS, NEITHER PERCEIVING NOR NOT PERCEIVING.

THIS WORLD AND ALL BEINGS ARE BORN OF IGNORANCE AND DRIVEN BY FORCE OR STIRRED ENERGY AND FORCE IS THE ROOT OF ALL TROUBLE AND SUFFERING. UNTIL A BEING SEES AS IT ACTUALLY IS THAT FORCE IS NOT GOOD, NOT SOMETIMES GOOD AND SOMETIMES BAD, SEES FORCE AS A SOURCE OF HIS TROUBLES AND QUITS FORCE PERMANENTLY TO EXTINGUISH HIMSELF, CLOSE HIS ACCOUNT WITH THIS WORLD, HE WANDERS ON IN EXISTENCE WHICH IS ACTUALLY MEANINGLESS AND SUFFERING TO SELF AND OTHERS ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA.

Bodhi Sutta: Awakening (1)

I have heard that on one occasion, when the Blessed One was newly Awakened -- staying at Uruvela by the banks of the Nerañjara River in the shade of the Bodhi tree, the tree of Awakening -- he sat in the shade of the Bodhi tree for seven days in one session, sensitive to the bliss of release. At the end of seven days, after emerging from that concentration, in the first watch of the night, he gave close attention to dependent co-arising in forward order, thus:

When this is, that is.
From the arising of this comes the arising of that.

In other words:

From ignorance as a requisite condition come fabrications.
From fabrications as a requisite condition comes consciousness.
From consciousness as a requisite condition comes name-and-form.
From name-and-form as a requisite condition come the six sense media.
From the six sense media as a requisite condition comes contact.
From contact as a requisite condition comes feeling.
From feeling as a requisite condition comes craving.
From craving as a requisite condition comes clinging/sustenance.
From clinging/sustenance as a requisite condition comes becoming.
From becoming as a requisite condition comes birth.
From birth as a requisite condition, then old age and death, sorrow, lamentation, pain, distress, and despair come into play. Such is the origination of this entire mass of stress and suffering.

Then, on realizing the significance of that, the Blessed One on that occasion exclaimed:

As phenomena grow clear
to the brahmin -- ardent, absorbed --
his doubts all vanish
when he discerns what has a cause.

It boils down to force and it is evil not wondrous:

Existence and this world all boils down to force, it is orchestrated by force and dependent on force and though you may celebrate existence and think existence is marvellous you are misguided because existence is a mass of suffering, fraught with karma that lead to suffering as vast as oceans.

AS THE BUDDHA SAID, TO ONE WHO SEES, THERE IS NOTHING (AND IT IS ALL AN ORCHESTRATION OF FORCE THAT IS EVIL AND HARMFUL) BUT TO THOSE WHO DON’T SEE OR ARE DELUDED, THERE IS PLENTY AND MARVEL AND THEY ARE HEADED FOR PERISHING AND NEEDLESS SUFFERING. THE BUDDHA FURTHER SAID GOOD IS CESSATION, GOOD IS WHEN THEY FOREVER CEASE, YOU MAY BE RIGHT TO DEFER BUT YOU MAY BE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE, YOU THINK YOU ARE SET FOR ENDLESS PLEASURE BUT YOU ARE GOING TO BE AMBUSHED, SLAUGHTERED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND THE NEXT TIME YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO QUIT MAY BE EVEN MANY ETERNITIES LATER.

"Remember, we study history to try and understand the past, not to judge it."

People think they are very clever telling others this and that when they may be indulging in complications that end in suffering and insanity.

History is a record of the past and we study or refer to history to remember what happened, that is all there is to it.

THERE IS NO NEED TO UNDERSTAND HISTORY AND IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS TRUE UNDERSTANDING IT IS IN VAIN TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HISTORY.

HISTORY WHEN IT IS TRUE IS AN ACCURATE OR FACTUAL ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST AND THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE UNDERSTANDING, ONLY KNOWING OR REMINDER IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN OR HAVE NOT READ IT.

WE STUDY HISTORY TO REMEMBER THE PAST NOT UNDERSTAND IT. RECORDED HISTORY IS A RECORD OR REMINDER OF THE PAST THAT YOU MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN OR HAVE FAULTY MEMORY.

Making things difficult for yourself and others:

Don’t complicate things making it difficult for yourself or others or you will be accruing debt to be repaid as suffering, if you are not sure of what you say it is best to shut up.

History is simply a record of the past either written or transmitted orally. It may be accurate or faulty and we study history not to understand history but to remember the past that we did not know or may have forgotten.

HISTORY WHETHER ACCURATE OR CONCOCTED, IS A RECORD OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED OR PURPORTED TO HAVE HAPPEN AND YOU STUDY HISTORY OR THE RECORD OF WHAT HAPPENED TO KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED THAT YOU DID NOT KNOW PREVIOUSLY OR MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN, NOT TO UNDERSTAND HISTORY.

Understanding and judging history are separate things:

You study history because you want to know what happened in the past, not to understand or judge it, understanding and judging history are separate things that must not be confused with studying history.

HISTORY OR AN ACCOUNT OR INFORMATION /DATA OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY UNDERSTANDING, MERELY PERCEPTION, REJECTION OR ACCEPTANCE AND REMEMBERING IF NECESSARY. UNDERSTANDING WHY IT HAPPENED OR TRYING TO INTERPRET THE MEANING OF WHAT HAPPENED IS SOMETHING DIFFERENT, BESIDES THE POINT NOT PART OF THE STUDY OF HISTORY, IF YOU THINK UNDERSTANDING IS INVOLVED IN STUDYING HISTORY YOU HAVE FALSE PERCEPTION OR MUDDLED THINKING.

You are mad to judge history:

History is what happened and cannot be judged, what can be judged are the actions or deeds of the protagonists in history.

ANYONE WHO TALKS ABOUT JUDGING HISTORY IS TALKING NONSENSE, HISTORY CANNOT BE JUDGED BUT DEEDS OR PROTAGONISTS IN HISTORY CAN BE JUDGED.

You study history to find out about the past not understand history:

Whenever a person studies history it is to find out about the past, understanding history is something entirely different that must not be confused with the study of history.

History is a record to tell descendants in the future what happened and you study history to find out what happened in the past and this finding out does not require understanding except in your muddled perception it does.

FINDING OUT WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST IS NOT UNDERSTANDING HISTORY AND DOES NOT INVOLVE UNDERSTANDING.

Totally besides the point or irrelevant:

"Remember, we study history to try and understand the past, not to judge it" is actually irrelevant, beside the point, it is a form of nonspecific recorded understanding that can be rehashed for many situations. Just go into the specifics of the issue at hand, no need to lecture others about what is history and why we study history.

The person with true understanding sticks to the matter at hand, he does not lapse into generalities like ‘remember, we study history to try and understand the past.’ It is a sign of no true understanding that the person must refer to generalities and try to complicate matters by bringing in history and the purpose of studying history and readers without true understanding are hoodwinked, sold the con.

Patronizing and didactic:

The speech of a person who speaks of "Remember, we study history to try and understand the past, not to judge it" conforms to that of a person who is patronizing and didactic or moralizing and the only way you can speak in a way as to be classified as patronizing and didactic is if you are a robot, you behave in certain programmed predictable recurring ways.

What is consciousness?

According to the Buddha, everything that is true, happens can be known thoroughly as such and such and so if there is such a thing call consciousness that people keep referring to, it can be thoroughly known and defined and it reflects people’s lack of true understanding that they find it mysterious, ‘undefinable’ or difficult to pin down (vague).

Consciousness is simply awareness, when a person is aware he is conscious, when he is not aware he is not conscious of what he is not aware of.

Consciousness can either be an independent entity or it is a dependant entity, the result or product of something else.

Consciousness is not constant; it is an individual (separate) faculty that has beginning (eg when you awake) and ending (when you sleep) and it is not standalone but it is dependent on, orchestrated by, produced by a person’s mental force. Just as a TV or computer screen is dependent on electricity or power or force to come to life, consciousness is dependent on mental force to come alive and with the switching off of power or mental force either voluntarily (where the person is a master of himself) or involuntarily, consciousness comes to an end temporarily or permanently (the person departs or dies).

CONSCIOUSNESS IS SIMPLY A PERSON’S AWARENESS AND IT IS NOT SEPARATE OR INDEPENDENT BUT DEPENDENT ON MENTAL FORCE TO COME ALIVE AND IT IS NOT PERMANENT AND CAN BE SWITCHED ON AND OFF EITHER TEMPORARILY (SLEEP/WAKE) OR PERMANENTLY (BIRTH/DEATH). A PERSON’S CONSCIOUSNESS IS NOT UNCHANGING BUT IT CAN CHANGE IN QUALITY AND EXPANSE.

A person’s consciousness or awareness may be restricted in those who are lowly to his surrounds, his body, he has no access to the minds of others or it may be unrestricted as in the case of the Buddha to stretch even to what is happening in heaven, hell, he can encompass your mind in his mind.

A PERSON’S CONSCIOUSNESS OR AWARENESS CAN BE RESTRICTED EVEN SEVERELY OR IT MAY BE LIMITLESS, HE IS AWARE OF THINGS EVEN IN HEAVEN, HE CAN ENCOMPASS OTHER BEINGS’ CONSCIOUSNESS OR AWARENESS INTO HIS OWN.

A person’s consciousness has qualities that differ from person to person and it can change in the same person. Thus the ordinary person’s consciousness is beset by suffering, stress, constant prolonging, changing of speed and strength of his mental force, constant thinking, emotions, pain and pleasure. As a person successfully develops his mind, his suffering significantly diminishes as his thinking ceases, his liking and disliking ceases, his experience of pain and pleasure ceases.

CONSCIOUSNESS IS LIKE THE CANVASS ON WHICH EVERYTHING IS PAINTED, IT IS LIKE THE TV SCREEN ON WHICH ALL PICTURES AND ACTIONS TAKE PLACE AND THIS SCREEN OR CONSCIOUSNESS IS DEPENDENT ON ELECTRICITY, DEPENDENT ON MENTAL FORCE TO SUSTAIN IT, THAT POWER OR MENTAL FORCE CAN BE SWITCHED ON OR OFF. THERE IS NO NEED TO MAKE MUCH OR BELITTLE CONSCIOUSNESS, IT IS JUST SUCH AND SUCH AND THE PROGENY OF FORCE THAT THE BUDDHA SAID IS SUFFERING, UNSATISFACTORY AND TO BE ABANDONED. THE PERSON WHO IS ENLIGHTENED HAS CEASED FABRICATING AND WITH THE END OF FABRICATING, CONSCIOUSNESS CEASES AND HE CUTS HIS TIES WITH EXISTENCE AND ITS MASS OF SUFFERING.

History is not something that requires study and understanding:

There are things that require study and understanding like designing and making a new car but history is not one of those entities except in a person’s delusion or false perception.

The more powerful you are, the happier you are, according to new research

This is a statement of delusion, it is impossible that it is true. Power has nothing to do with happiness.
What is true is that those without style, who have reached the first higher state of mind are happier than ordinary people and those who can stop thinking or have reached the second higher state of mind are even happier than those who have not. Those who have reached the third higher state of mind, neither stirring their mental forces to like or dislike are even higher in happiness.

Happiness is not subject to dispute:

There is such a thing called happiness and such a thing called suffering and they cannot be disputed. However ordinary people are deluded, what they call happiness (eg smiling, laughing, joking) the Buddha said, the wise have found is suffering and what they call suffering (not smiling, laughing, not joking) the wise have found is happiness.

THERE IS DISAGREEMENT OF WHAT IS HAPPINESS AND WHAT IS SUFFERING BUT IT IS THE WISE WHO ARE CORRECT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO HAS SHED IS STYLE WHICH IS THE SOURCE OF HIS RENEWING STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND INABILITY TO CONCENTRATE CAN BE HAPPIER THAN THOSE WHO HAVE STYLE. ONLY THE PERSON WHO HAS STOPPED THINKING HAS HAPPINESS THAT IS INCOMPARABLY HIGHER THAN THOSE WHO CANNOT STOP THINKING.

THE HIGHER THE CONCENTRATION OF YOUR MIND, THE HAPPIER YOU BECOME, THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GREATER HAPPINESS EXCEPT IN DELUSION.

Happiness impossible to equal:

Whatever the happiness or good fortune of a person with style, with prolonging of syllables, changing of speed and loudness, it cannot equal the happiness of one without style because he is freed from the tormenting prison of endless stress, restlessness and inability to concentrate.

Whatever the happiness of the person who cannot stop thinking, the happiness of the person who can stop thinking is higher because his mind is united, one pointed not distracted by thinking and his happiness is much higher than the person who has shed style.

Whatever the happiness of the person who can stop thinking, the happiness of the person whose mental force is not stirred to like or dislike is higher.

Whatever the happiness of the person who neither likes nor dislikes, the happiness of the person who feels neither pain nor pleasure is higher.

God 'will decide' Super Bowl

Deciding is what people have to do and what troubles them, decision making may not reflect the reality of this world but the falsity of beings that compel them to make decisions.

No decision may be involved when God separates the goats who are banished to eternal suffering and sheep who are rewarded with eternal life.

If God sees immediately who is a sheep and who is a goat, what decision is there for God to make as to who to banish and who to save?

DECISION MAKING MAY NOT BE A NECESSITY NOR IS IT CORRECT OR TRUE BUT DECISION MAKING IS THE CURSE OF THOSE WHO ARE BLIND, WHO DO NOT TRULY UNDERSTAND. IF YOU SEE TRULY EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE AS IT IS POSSIBLE, WHAT IS THERE TO CHOOSE, TO DECIDE?

Why decision making is false and superfluous:

Decision making only comes into play if you have to decide between what is right and wrong, what is good and bad. If you know what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is bad and you always choose what is right and good, what is there to decide?

It is only when the person does not know what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is bad or he does not always choose what is right and good or there is no right and good in the matter, he has to choose between two evils, that he must decide which requires pause, hesitancy and deliberation or thinking.

QE has left companies with a £90bn pension bill, MPs told

Decision making is the affliction of robots:

Decision making is not a necessity of existence but it is a necessity of those who are robots.

Robots cannot act except what is programmed in them and so when faced with a situation where they have multiple options as to how to act they are faced with a dilemma, quandary as to which of those multiple options which are all false to select.

A person who is not a robot will only act if he truly understands the situation and most if not all situations are amenable to understanding and once truly understood, the correct res ponse or thing to do is obvious, there are no two alternative different correct options.

ONCE A PERSON CORRECTLY UNDERSTANDS A SITUATION THEN THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS STRAIGHTFORWARD.

IT IS ONLY IF A PERSON IS A ROBOT WHO DOES NOT HAVE TRUE UNDERSTANDING, WHO LOOKS FOR CUES TO GUIDE HIS RESPONSE THAT CAN ONLY BE AMONGST RECORDED OPTIONS THAT HE IS FACED WITH EVEN AGONIZING DECISION AS TO WHICH WILL MAXIMIZE HIS MATERIAL GAIN OR MINIMIZE HIS LOSSES.

Making decisions is a major function for robots:

People who are robots are not actually responsible for what they say or do, that is the responsibility or preserve of their mental jukeboxes. Their role consists of deciding which of the various recorded options they have that they should select for replay for the situation that would be most appropriate, will please and impress others. Often what they say or do is by knee jerk automatism, they do not even have to decide, it is (dangerously) automatically decided for them by force of habit.

And so what are the duties of a robot?

1)  To modify existing recordings in their mental jukeboxes, to add new recordings that may be impressive or pleasing or have self advantage.

2)  To decide which of the available recorded options to play back. It is never genuine understanding but it is recorded rules logic that they often refer to in order to decide what to say or do.

3)  To speed up or slow down, add more or reduce the force used during playback.

4)  To stop and switch tracks as required to meet changing demands.

NO MATTER THEY CANNOT SEE THAT THEY ARE REHASHING ROBOTS AND HOWEVER MEANINGFUL OR REAL THEY THINK THIER LIVES HERE ARE, THE LIVES OF REHASHING ROBOTS ARE MECHANICAL, MONOTONOUS REPETITION. THEY ARE VOYEURS VICARIOUSLY EXPERIENCING WHAT THEIR MENTAL JUKEBOXES ARE DOING, WHAT THEY DO IS TO ADD OR MODIFY THE EXISTING POOL OF RECORDINGS, DECIDE WITH RULES LOGIC WHICH OF SEVERAL OPTIONS TO ACTIVATE AND AFTER ACTIVATION THEY CAN ONLY SPEED UP, SLOW DOWN, PREMATURELY STOP OR SWITCH TRACKS.

Let others decide what they study history for:

Just as people study medicine for many often irrational reasons, there are no compelling or true reasons why people should study history.

It is wrong and nonsensical to tell others the true reason they study history is to understand it because notwithstanding that there is no need to study history, you merely need to find out what happened in the past, there are no compelling reasons why people should study history and they study history for many sundry reasons like as a career to make money or gain fame as a historian or academic or authority, or because they are partisan (eg a Jew would want to find out everything about Jewish but not Chinese history), as an irrational obsession or out of curiosity.

CURIOSITY OR INTEREST IS NOT A VALID REASON TO STUDY HISTORY BECAUSE IT IS MERELY A STIRRING OF MENTAL FORCE THAT IS BLIND AND MEANINGLESS TO STUDY HISTORY.

THUS IT IS NONSENSICAL TO TELL OR IMPOSE ON OTHERS THAT THEY SHOULD STUDY HISTORY TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT JUDGE IT. IT IS AN INDICATION OF AN OVERBEARING PERSON WHO SAYS THINGS WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING OR REGARD AS TO THE SANCTITY OF WHAT HE SAYS.

PEOPLE STUDY HISTORY FOR MANY REASONS LIKE FOR CELEBRITY OR STATUS AND AS AN OCCUPATION TO MAKE MONEY, WHO ARE YOU TO TELL OTHERS THEY STUDY HISTORY TO UNDERSTAND IT? BECAUSE IT IS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND FALSE TO SAY IT, ONLY NECESSARY TO SAY IT FALSELY TO TICK OTHERS OFF (SCOLD THEM) YOU ARE DICING WITH INSANITY AND THE FACT THAT YOU SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH WHAT YOU SAY REFLECTS ADVANCED FALSE PERCEPTION.
