No one with true understanding would
pay attention to ratings which is controlled insanity that ends in insanity.
Anyone who is concerned about his
ratings and so does or say things to boost his rating is doing things for show
to boost popularity not genuine and anyone who thinks a person’s rating is
important, valuable is deluded because it is not a matter of his ratings but is
what he does good or bad.
ANYONE WHO IS CONCERNED WITH RATINGS
(POPULARITY) IS DELUDED. IT IS NEVER NAJIB’S POPULARITY THAT IS OF ANY MATTER
BUT IT IS WHETHER HE IS DOING THE RIGHT OR WRONG THINGS.
Truth is never about ratings but right
and wrong:
Truth is never about ratings but
whether something is right or wrong, which is objective and applies to
everyone. Ratings are about popularity, being liked by others, doing things
that please or stir others’ mental force to like you and that is always evil,
false and the way to insanity.
How come no one bullshits like me or is
this the truth that this world cannot accept for it neither sees it nor knows
it?
Why there is self-resistance and stress:
The reason there can be self-resistance
that leads to stress through speech and actions is because all a person’s
musculature is built in opposite pairs of flexors and extensors, abductors and
adductors, antagonists and agonists and whenever an action occurs where both
muscles of an opposite pairs are active at the same time there is self-resistance
and it is this accompanying self-resistance that is the cause of stress.
IT IS BECAUSE THERE IS AN EXTENSOR ACTING
OPPOSITE THE FLEXOR, AN ANTAGONIST ACTING AGAINST THE AGONIST MUSCLE THAT IF
BOTH ARE ACTIVE TOGETHER THEY RESIST EACH OTHER AND THE RESULTANT MOVEMENT HAS
SELF-RESISTANCE LIKE A CAR DRIVEN WITH THE HANDBRAKE ON THAT IS THE CAUSE OF
STRESS. WHENEVER THE FLEXOR ACTS WITHOUT AN ACTIVE EXTENSOR THEN THERE IS NO
SELF RESISTANCE AND NO STRESS LIKE THE CAR DRIVEN WITHOUT THE HANDBRAKE ON.
WHETHER THE PERSON KNOWS OR NOT, IF
WHAT HE DOES OR SAYS EXPOSES HIM TO DANGER, IS FALSE OR WITHOUT KNOWING THEN
SELF-RESISTANCE IS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED AND THIS RESULTS IN STRESS AND
CONDITIONS HIM TO ALWAYS ACT WITH RAISED SELF RESISTANCE.
WHEN BOTH AGONIST AND ANTAGONIST ARE
ACTIVE AT REST THEN THERE IS MUSCULAR TENSION, THE PERSON IS TENSED AND THIS
TOO IS A FORM OF STRESS.
Those who study science or medicine are
aware about the muscular system and how muscles act opposite each other in
pairs of agonists and antagonists yet they lack INSIGHT that it is this very
nature that is the basis of resisted actions that is the root of the stress
they all suffer even terribly from.
It is potentially dangerous actions that
stir self-resistance:
Stress and self-resistance are matters
purely of force, not reason. Whenever a person’s action (including speech)
exposes him to danger his self-resistance is automatically raised and if he
keeps exposing himself to danger in time his self-resistance is permanently
automatically raised.
Thus actions or speech that is
conducted without seeing or knowing, that is false, that exposes himself to
suffering automatically raises self-resistance. Thus style or the use of force
to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness exposes the person to totally
unnecessary, meaningless and harmful additional force and must always stir
self-resistance that leads to stress. No one can stretch his syllables knowing
it is true and good because it is useless and harmful and so if you stretch
syllables without knowing it is true and good, you must stir self-resistance.
STIRRING SELF RESISTANCE DOES NOT
REQUIRE UNDERSTANDING OR REASON, IT IS PURELY A FORCE TRANSACTION, A REFLEXIVE
RESPONSE TO ACTIONS THAT EXPOSES THE PERSON TO DANGER. YOU DON’T NEED ANY
UNDERSTANDING TO SELF RESIST.
Loneliness and restlessness are illusions
of stirred mental force:
Loneliness, boredom and restlessness
are not true, they are simply machinations, illusions of a person’s stirring
mental force that is meaningless, suffering and leads to actions that harm the
person and so anyone who suffers from, is a slave of loneliness, boredom and restlessness
is not safe, in danger of suffering now and the future.
Nowadays my mind is steady and
concentrated, has reached the higher states where I neither think, like nor
dislike and I am aware I do not experience loneliness, am not bored (by lack of
stimulations) and I am not restless (looking for things to do or say) and I
know it is an incomparable release from suffering rather than painful
self-deprivation.
FOR ONE WHO SEES CORRECTLY, LONELINESS,
BOREDOM, RESTLESSNESS ARE MEANINGLESS, ALWAYS SUFFERING AND ILLUSIONS OR
MIRAGES CREATED BY THE STIRRING OF ONE’S MENTAL FORCE THAT IF NOT DESTROYED, IS
SUFFERING NOW AND LEADS TO SUFFERING LATER.
LONELINESS, BOREDOM AND RESTLESSNESS
CAN BE DESTROYED. IF ONE’S MENTAL FORCE NO LONGER STIRS AIMLESSLY, BY ITSELF,
THEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE PERSON TO BE LONELY, BORED OR RESTLESS SUCH THAT
HE SEEKS CHANGE, SEEKS COMPANY OR EXTERNAL OBJECTS TO ASSUAGE HIS LONELINESS,
BOREDOM AND RESTLESSNESS HE PERCEIVES AS REAL AND MEANINGFUL OR INEVITABLE.
Loneliness is born of fear, insecurity
and suffering:
Loneliness is not true or meaningful,
it is born of a person’s unresolvable fears, insecurity and suffering, a person
who has vanquished his fears, insecurity and suffering, whose mental force has
been stilled does not suffer from loneliness is happy in his solitude as the
Buddha said.
Loneliness is suffering, habituating
and becomes more dishevelled and intense with conditioning and leads to doom
not just here but eternally.

And the Blessed One, perceiving that, on this occasion, pronounced this solemn
utterance: `Happy is the solitude of him who is full of joy, who has learnt the
Truth, who sees (the Truth). Happy is freedom from malice in this world,
(self-)restraint towards all beings that have life. Happy is freedom from lust
in this world, getting beyond all desires; the putting away of that pride which
comes from the thought "I am!" This truly is the highest happiness!'
Self-resistance is the basis of doubt and
uncertainty, conflict and diffidence:
The Buddha said doubt and uncertainty
is one of three lower fetters to future woe and so it must be universal here,
there is not a being who does not harbour doubt and uncertainty and so the
mechanism behind it must be something fundamental, present in everyone here.
It is the resident background
constantly raised self-resistance opposing everything the person says or does,
indeed think and perceive that is the source of the nagging doubt and
uncertainty all ordinary people here experience no matter how certain they try
to project themselves.
Similarly the constantly clashing or
opposing of forces is the source of insoluble conflict and the person with
self-resistance must experience diffidence that he strives to cover up with
acted confidence.
Rather than harmless or true, it is
deadly conditioning and false perception to deem a year as best or worst and
only deluded people will indulge in such deadly mad enterprises.
By worst year is meant many failures or
setbacks or lack of successes which lead to sadness, dislike, anger. These are
all material considerations that are not suitable for attention and subjective
never objective.
IT IS DELUDED, CALCULATING PEOPLE WHO
WILL APPRAISE A PASSED YEAR ACCORDING TO MATERIAL ACHIEVEMENTS.
ONE SHOULD NEVER BE PREOCCUPIED BY
WORLDLY SUCCESSES OR FAME UNLESS YOU WISH INSANITY AND ENTRAPMENT IN THIS WORLD
OF SUFFERING. IT IS BECAUSE SUCCESS AND FAME ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU THAT YOU WILL
DENY THIS IS YOUR WORST YEAR OR EXALT AT YOUR SUCCESSES DURING THE YEAR.
The truth about festive giving:
Festive giving as practiced by humanity
has a truth that is objective and cannot be denied and your view differs then
it is wrong that has serious consequences for you.
Only giving which sustains the life of
the recipient is meritorious thus simple foods (not sumptuous food), medicines,
clothing & shelter not extravagant unessential items or how expensive the
gift is, is of matter. If the recipient is not in need, is well off, then the
giving is a senseless bribe.
Festive giving here is an annual ritual
according to expectations to people the giver wants to appease or bribe (eg
hamper to customers or business associates). Whether something is a ritual,
rehashed even stereotypically is not subject to dispute and if giving is
according to a ritual then it is controlled insanity that ends in insanity. It
is not an accident that Christmas becomes an annual time for exchange of gifts
except that it conforms to a ritual and faith in rituals the Buddha is the
fetter to future woe.
iPads, Rolex watches or perfumes are
not essential items and if the recipient is well to do and related to you (son
or wife) or you want to bribe the person there is little merit, even karma giving
which conditions recipients to be materialistic and engrossed in material
acquisitions.
Gifts given to evil people may even
incur karma, gifts (that are essential) given to the noble ones even if very
cheap result in much merit.
IT IS NOT THE VALUE OF THE GIFT THAT
MATTERS BUT IT IS HOW ESSENTIAL AND IF THE GIFT IS LUXURIOUS, FOSTERS
MATERIALISM AND THE RECIPIENT IS RICH, WICKED, NOT IN NEED OF GIFTS THEN RATHER
THAN MERIT YOU MAY BE COURTING DEMERIT.
THERE IS LITTLE MERIT EVEN MUCH DEMERIT
IN THE GIVING AS PRACTICED IN THIS WORLD.

practices that it had abandoned it is not a case of turning back the clock
which is a falsity that attracts those attracted to falsity.
If you accept such speech, see nothing
wrong then you are attuned to falsity, have no eye for truth and rather than

If I lend you a lot of money, then your
economy too will grow spectacularly, is that any cause for ‘optimism’ or
bullishness, does not mean you are recovering your economic health? In the same
way governments have many ways to stimulate growth like printing lots of money
that people with true understanding don’t give a damn about but it is cheating
and storing up even worse future trouble.

Thinking is to rehearse & select what

A major function of thinking is to
(mentally) plan/rehearse and select from what is recorded mentally what to say

Thus thinking is a requisite, vital for people who rehash or are robots, it
enables them to plan/rehearse/improve what they want to say or do that is not
in truth but for calculated selfish objectives.
Thinking is work and it is addictive or
programming so that if a person keeps thinking, in time he is a helpless slave
driven to constant thinking which is never a source of happiness but it is
suffering even to homicidal suicidal levels. Not only is thinking work, it is
usually accompanied by emotions even very strong emotions that dangerously
distort the thinking process and makes thinking even more tormenting.
Thus if a person is not a robot, he
understands correctly things he sees and hears and specifically composes an
answer to speak the truth rather than be devious or exploitative, he does not
need to think, to mentally rehearse/plan/improve or select from recordings what
he wants to say or do that would be calculating, please or impress the other
person. Just as does not need to think and therefore does not think here, the
person of truth can totally dispense with all thinking, can stop thinking to
reside in the here and now, fully in touch with reality rather than lost in
thought.
THINKING IN EMOTIONAL PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS
ACCOMPANIED BY EMOTIONS WHICH IS MAKES WORSE THE SUFFERING AND WORK OF
THINKING, EMOTIONS DISTORT THINKING MAKING IT BIZARRE AND DANGEROUS.
THE PURPOSES OF THINKING ARE ALWAYS
EVIL, UNNECESSARY AND CALCULATING AND THEY ARE TO SELECT WHAT OF THE MANY
RESIDENT PLANS TO ACTIVATE, TO REHEARSE, PLAN, ADJUST WHAT ONE WANTS TO SAY OR

dedicated to thinking, automatically thinking and he cannot help not thinking
and rather than happiness it is work, suffering and mad because there is no
true need to think.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO THINK, ALL YOU NEED
IS TO SEE CORRECTLY AND SPEAK AND DO THE TRUTH.

ready to usher in the new year, here is my take on what is likely to happen,
not happen and who we should watch out for.
The Buddha said let there be nothing of
the future, present or past for you and if this is so how is it that you look
ahead, something you cannot do in truth but only in evil guessing balancing
your greed with your fears or anxieties?
Anyone who looks ahead is undertaking
suffering and insanity, is vested in this world and will return here, not to
enjoy yourself but to suffer even endlessly.
IT IS SUFFERING AND UNNECCESSARY WORK
AND GUESSING NEVER HAPPINESS LOOKING AHEAD AND BECAUSE YOU ARE GREEDY FOR GAINS
YOU WILL RETURN HERE ENDLESSLY TO SUFFER NOT ENJOY YOURSELF.
AND SO ANY SPEAKING THUS IS DELUDED AND

MATTERS BUT HOW TRUE AND GOOD SHE IS, IF A PERSON IS TRUE AND GOOD, SHE CANNOT
BE UGLY BUT BEAUTY IS SUBJECTIVE AND WHAT GOATS WORSHIP AS BEAUTIFUL MAY NOT BE
CONSIDERED SO BY SHEEP.
Contrived and uncontrived beauty:
There is beauty that is uncontrived and
there is beauty that is the result of effort, tampering, decoration and this is
false, evil and only appeals to those who are deluded and evil themselves. The
wise can tell immediately what is natural beauty and what is made up beauty (eg
augmented female breasts) and rather than beautiful they are even abominations.
Thus whether the new Apple’s beauty is
natural or contrived can be objectively known and if it is contrived then it is
deceptive and abominable and only fools will be drawn to its beauty rather than
how good it is as a computer.
THE PURPOSE OF A COMPUTER (AND INDEED
EVERYTHING INCLUDING A FEMALE) IS NOT TO LOOK GOOD BUT TO WORK GOOD SO WHY ARE
YOU HARPING AND DROOLING AND EXHORTING OTHERS TO DROOL OVER ITS LOOKS?
Beauty and great tastes are the way to
eternal death and suffering:
Anyone who gets excited by beauty and
great food is a fool, headed for eternal suffering and death when there is
eternal life free of suffering.
It because you are excited by beauty
and great tastes, great food that you are attached to this world and must fall
sick, get backaches, stomach pains and diarrhoea and whatever happiness you
derive from beauty is scant compensation for the terrible endless suffering and
death you must endure and so you must be an incorrigible fool to harp and get
excited with whatever beauty you find in this world.
THE PERSON WHO IS NOT STIRRED OR
EXCITED BY ANY BEAUTY HE FINDS IN THIS WORLD IS NOT ATTACHED TO THIS WORLD AND
HE ESCAPES FROM THIS WORLD TO TRUE HAPPINESS AND ETERNAL LIFE. THE FOOL IS
EXCITED BY AND MAKES MUCH OF WHAT LITTLE BEAUTY HE FINDS IN THIS WORLD.
Many are drawn by curiosity or for
reasons that can be known, to such news headline and that is never by reason or
necessity but by stirred mental force, it is force that is the basis of their
action to find out more about the matter.
And what is the basis of this
curiosity? It is greed, programming to find out more about matters related to
money or that may have impact on their material wellbeing (eg they hold shares
and are interested in ‘market conditions or events’).
THAT APPLE HAS STRUCK A DEAL WITH CHINA
ON IPHONE IS NOT A MATTER OF INVOLVEMENT OF ANYONE APART FROM CHINA AND APPLE
BUT MANY ON THE SIDELINES ARE VERY INTERESTED IN SUCH NEWS EITHER BECAUSE THEY
ARE INVESTED IN THE MARKETS OR OUT OF PROGRAMMED IDLE CURIOSITY THAT MEANS
THEIR PERCEPTION IS PROGRAMMED NOT NATURAL OR FREE AND THEY ARE HEADED FOR WOE
NOT HAPPINESS. IT IS NOT A MISTAKE BUT PROGRAMMING THAT SOME WILL BE VERY
INTERESTED IN MARKET NEWS, SOME ABOUT SCIENCE, SOME ABOUT SEX OR FOOD OR
FASHION. THIS IS NEVER BASED ON REASON OR NEED BUT PROGRAMMED STIRRING OF
MENTAL FORCE THAT MEANS THEY ARE CONDITIONED ROBOTS IN DANGER OF INSANITY.
Modern man is sicker than ever:

I did not realize my Sharp fridge freezer
had a temperature regulator because for the sake of ‘aesthetics’ it was
camouflaged as a sliding toggle at the back with uncoloured markers so that it
looked very much like the horizontal ventilation slits around it and even
though I had looked around in the past, I failed the notice the slider until I
used a torch to see what the words said and then I noticed it was a sliding
toggle.
A TEMPERATURE CONTROL SLIDER SHOULD BE
CLEARLY VISIBLE AND AT THE FRONT RATHER THAN MERGED AND UNMARKED AT THE BACK SO
THAT USERS ARE AWARE IT EXISTS RATHER THAN CAMOUFLAGED SO THAT IT APPEARS AS IF
PART OF THE DÉCOR. IT REFLECTS MODERN MAN IS GETTING SICKER, PERVERTED IN HIS
SENSE OF WHAT IS IMPORTANT, TO HIM APPEARANCE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FUNCTION,
JUST LOOK AT THE COMPLICATED UNNECESSARY CURVES OF MODERN CARS INCLUDING
‘CONSERVATIVE’ MERCEDES AND BMW.

ASSASSINATIONS OF THEIR OWN AGENDA AND GET AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE OF THEIR
EXTENSIVE LINKS WITH COMPLICIT GOVERNMENT.

Mankind as wicked and deluded as ever,

Mankind today is just as wicked and
deluded as in the past, the difference today is that mental constraints in
placed previously have been lifted so that his wickedness and delusion have

This question is never derived from

With two days before
Christmas it's becoming clear that shoppers won the annual game of chicken, as
retailers roll out aggressive last-minute deals to entice would-be buyers.
A single being can play chicken with
retailers but it is unlikely if not impossible that en masse shoppers have

reasons for the shopping pattern? It could be shoppers are burdened by tight
finances and so they restrained their shopping and now in panic retailers are

WITHOUT KNOWING BECAUSE YOU TRAIN YOURSELF TO PERCEIVE WHAT YOU DID NOT SEE AS
HAPPENED TO BE TRUE AND BY TELLING OTHERS THIS, YOU INCUR DEBT TO BE REPAID AS
SUFFERING IF THEY BECOME DELUDED BY YOU.
WHAT IS POSTULATED IS FAR FETCHED EVEN
IMPOSSIBLE TO BE TRUE.

something meaningful or important to say to do and so it is not a matter of
‘God contacted me’ but what God said to me. If you had a phone call from a
beggar you won’t be broadcasting to the world, “I got a phone call from the
beggar” would you?
PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD HAVE VALUE SYSTEMS
AND IT IS PROGRAMMED AND DELUDED AND LEADS TO FUTURE WOE NOT SUFFERING. IT IS
NOT A MATTER OF YOU GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE POPE BUT WHAT MEANINGFUL OR
IMPORTANT WAS CONDUCTED DURING THE CALL. GOD WILL NOT CALL YOU TO SAY ‘HI!’
The delusion of value systems:
All
emotional stylish people who are robots or rehashers subscribe to values
systems they share in common with fellow robots and they do not realize these
are false, a form of programming that is never harmless but leads to woe.
A person of truth does not have any value system,
he does not value this and not that but he understands whatever is presented to
him as true or false, good or bad, essential or unessential and thus
understanding and not wishing to suffer, he inclines towards truth and
goodness.
VALUE SYSTEMS ARE ABOUT PROGRAMMING AND ONLY
UNWITTING ROBOTS HARBOUR VALUE SYSTEMS, THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND TRULY CAN TELL
WHAT IS PRESENTED IS TRUE OR FALSE, GOOD OR BAD AND THEY DO NOT NEED VALUE
SYSTEMS TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO.
What is there to value?
Something is either true or false, good or bad,
there is no such thing as part true or part false, part good or part bad and so
if you can see things as they actually are, you see gold and know its actual
nature is (not good, illusory not true) what is there to value or devalue it?
You see gold and your mental force is stirred to be attracted or lust and so
you value or treasure gold, I see gold but I am not stirred, do not lust at it,
so why should I value or devalue gold? Gold is a treasure to you but not to me,
the higher mental states are a treasure to me, not gold.
Here again is an unconscious evil value system lost
on ordinary people. It is not the contents of the order book that is important
but the value in currency that is important.
PEOPLE DO NOT REALIZE THEY HAVE VALUE SYSTEMS AND
THEY ARE FALSE AND THEY ARE HEADED FOR INSANITY. IT IS NOT AN ACCIDENT THAT THE
BOAST IS ABOUT THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE ORDER BOOK, NOT WHAT IS MEANINGFUL IN
THE ORDER BOOK, ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT MONEY AND MAKING MONEY AND ATTRACTING
SUCKERS TO BUY THEIR SHARES.

bonds over the next two years to refinance the group’s current borrowings and
for working capital purposes.
Many big companies cannot survive without endless
borrowing and should credit markets dry up they may ‘go belly up’ and so all in
the corporate world whether local or international may not be so hunky dory and

Here again people are expressing a value system
that is deluded.
People who do not understand and are infatuated
with themselves and things talk of my first love, my first kiss, my first date
when they are all meaningless, much ado about nothing important that is the
path to woe.
