The five hindrances:
The Buddha
spoke of five not six or seven hindrances and it is these hindrances that
maintain the being they are present in, without insight, in endless suffering
and death and these hindrances (covetousness or greed, ill will, restlessness,
sleepiness and laziness, doubt and uncertainty must be successfully overcome
before a being can obtain insight and embark on the path out of endless
suffering and death.
Whether the
hindrances are present in you and how strong they are, is objective cannot be
refuted in truth only falsity and if they are present and not successfully
destroyed the person is trapped in suffering now and (worse) later and he is
headed for eternal suffering and death not happiness and heaven.
The Buddha
said kingship over men is meagre compared to heavenly bliss and so you are a
fool to hanker over earthly delights, food, women and whatever.

"And when, Aggivessana, the ariyan disciple is possessed of mindfulness and clear consciousness, then the Tathagata disciplines him further, saying: 'Come you, monk, choose a remote lodging in a forest, at the root of a tree, on a mountain slope, in a wilderness, in a hill-cave, a cemetery, a forest haunt, in the open or on a heap of straw.' He chooses a remote lodging in the forest...or on a heap of straw. Returning from alms-gathering, after the meal, he sits down cross-legged, holding the back erect, having made mindfulness rise up in front of him, he, by getting rid of coveting (greed) for the world, dwells with a mind devoid of coveting, he purifies the mind of coveting. By getting rid of the taint of ill-will (wanting to harm others with mouth and hand), he dwells benevolent in mind, compassionate for the welfare of all creatures and beings, he purifies the mind of the taint of ill-will. By getting rid of sloth and torpor (sleep and laziness is not the way to heaven but suffering and death), he dwells devoid of sloth and torpor; perceiving the light, mindful, clearly conscious, he purifies the mind of sloth and torpor. By getting rid of restlessness and worry, he dwells calmly the mind subjectively tranquilized, he purifies the mind of restlessness and worry. By getting rid of doubt, he dwells doubt-crossed, unperplexed as to the states that are skillful, he purifies the mind of doubt.
PERPLEXITY,
PUZZLEMENT IS NOT HARMLESS OR BLAMELESS BUT THEY ARE DEADLY AND BLAMEWORTHY, A
HINDRANCE OBSTRUCTING YOUR WAY OUT OF SUFFERING AND DEATH.

In order to
tell the story you have to refer to your memory and in order to digest the
story you have to activate your memory system to remember as much as possible
what is told to you and so this is a pure memory to memory transaction that
activates, works memory, is suffering and collectively through repetitive
lifelong abuse wears down and destroy the memory systems of teller and reader,
and well deserved because the matter is evil not good and there is nothing
worth telling except in idle morbid curiosity.

would not bother myself to find out, it is frivolous, none of my business and
why would I trouble and overload my memory system?

NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD OR IT IS NECESSARY TO FEEL LUCKY, IT IS MAKE BELIEVE,
CONTROLLED INSANITY OFTEN SAID TO APPEASE OTHERS, TO PLEASE BRITONS THAT THE
MIGRANT FEELS LUCKY TO COME TO THEIR COUNTRY.

Happiness and bliss are states of the mind not feelings:
Everything
that exist, that is true can be clearly defined as such and such. Thus if there
is such a thing called happiness or bliss it can be clearly understood and so
if happiness is a state of the mind then you are incorrect, muddled to say ‘I
feel happy’ that has debt because it confuses others.
Happiness
and bliss are states that a mind shorn of all suffering and troubles (worries,
thought, restlessness), that have reached the highest levels (thinking has
stopped, like and dislike has stopped, pain and pleasure has stopped) becomes,
experiences.
In contrast
to happiness or bliss, there are unpleasant states of the mind like stressed,
restless, worrisome, pained (eg by cancer), sad or depressed.
HAPPINESS IS
A STATE OF THE MIND NOT FEELING.
STRESS IS A
STATE OF THE MIND NOT FEELING.
DEPRESSION
IS A STATE OF THE MIND NOT FEELING.
A FEELING
IS A PASSIVE SENSATION AS A RESULT OF CONTACT WITH MILD OR STRONG FORCE THROUGH THE SENSE PORTALS (SIGHT, SOUND,
TOUCH, SMELL, TASTE). IT IS FORCE THAT GIVES FEELINGS THAT CAN BE PLEASANT,
UNPLEASANT OR NEITHER PLEASANT NOR UNPLEASSANT.
THUS IT IS
SILLY TO SAY I FEEL HAPPY, I FEEL A STATE OF THE MIND. YOU ARE HAPPY OR NOT

THE WISE
PERSON WILL GUARD HIS MIND SO THAT HE RESIDES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IN HAPPINESS
FREE OF SUFFERING OR PAIN AND AS SOON AS HE DETECTS UNHAPPINESS CREEPING IN, HE
KNOWS, CAN SEE WHAT IS OR ARE THE CAUSES AND HE SWIFTLY ACT TO CORRECT.
REFLECTING
THEIR ABSENCE OF UNDERSTANDING, PEOPLE ARE MUDDLED ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPINESS AND
WHAT IS FEELING WHEN THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS THAT CAN BE CLEARLY DEFINED.
THE HIGHER
THE PERSON’S STATE OF THE MIND, THE HIGHER HIS HAPPINESS. THUS THE PERSON WHO
RESIDES IN THE CESSATION OF THINKING HAS A HIGHER HAPPINESS THAN THE PERSON WHO
HAS STOPPED PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS/STRENGTH.
Whatever
you may think of longevity, it is not a force and so it reflects muddled
thinking and no understanding to call it a force and the consideration is never
about truth and goodness but material gains.
Force is
invisible, no one can see force but the effects of force are visible or
palpable.
Longevity
is a fabrication, a concept for conceptualizing people, people who like to
conceptualize not for reasons of truth or good but for material gain purposes
or calculating and rather than necessary or harmless, the mind given to
conceptualizing, dealing with concepts is heading for torment.
YOU ARE NOT
FREE TO SPEAK AS YOU PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU SAY MUST MAKE SENSE OR YOU ARE
COURTING INSANITY AND DEBT.
IF YOU
THINK WHAT IS SAID IS OK OR MAKES SENSE, YOU MAY BE RIGHT OR DELUDED AND
DELUSION ENDS IN INSANITY, SUFFERING.
TRUTH
EITHER IS OR IS NOT, SO LONGEVITY IS EITHER GOOD OR BAD FOR THE ECONOMY, IF IT
CAN BE BOTH A BOON AND BANE THEN THE MATTER IS FALSE NOT TRUE. ONLY WHAT IS
FALSE HAS PROS AND CONS, GOOD AND BAD AND THE ‘GOOD’ WHEN SEEN CORRECTLY IS
ALSO BAD. WHATEVER IS TRUE AND GOOD HAS NO PROS AND CONS, HEAVEN HAS NO PROS
AND CONS.
AND SO IF
LONGEVITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ARE NOT MATTERS OF TRUTH AND GOODNESS AND
THEREFORE FALSE AND YOU THINK THEY ARE TRUE AND GOOD OR YOU NEVERTHELESS WISH
TO PARTAKE THEN YOU ARE COURTING SUFFERING NOT HAPPINESS.
What he
says is actually a mouthful of marbles, incomprehensible except to the deluded.
History and polls are not beings and cannot judge anything. If you have true
understanding you do not need history (nor can it) to tell if his presidency is
good or bad, true or false.
IF WHAT HE
MEANS IS HISTORY TELLING IF HIS PRESIDENCY IS GOOD OR BAD, A SUCCESS OR
FAILURE, THEN NEITHER HISTORY NOR POLLS OR POPULARITY CAN JUDGE THAT BUT IF YOU
TRULY UNDERSTAND YOU CAN TELL THE NATURE OF HIS PRESIDENCY.
If you
think the matter has something of reason or meaning you are deluded, it is
merely a description dependent on memory and intended for the memory of those
who are greedy, invested in this world.
BECAUSE IT
IS ENTIRELY A MATTER OF MEMORY, THOSE WHO ARE RECEPTIVE ARE HEADING FOR
INSANITY AND DESTRUCTION WHEN THEY PERISH WITH THEIR MEMORY SYSTEMS THAT THEY
HAVE WORKED TO THE GROUND OR RUIN.
Suffering is a state of the mind not a feeling:
Suffering
is a state of the mind captive to force not a feeling. It is those who are
trapped in the ordinary state of the mind where they cannot escape whose mental
forces control the mind that experience the state of suffering that can be
tormenting and reach homicidal suicidal levels.
Those who
are able to access the higher states of the mind cannot suffer, the higher the
state of mind they ascend the happier they are.

The Buddha

Rudeness and politeness are false considerations of deluded people:
People in
this world value politeness and upbraid others for being rude not realizing

THAT YOU SHOULD BE POLITE AND NOT BE RUDE AND ONLY THOSE WHO ARE DELUDED, DO
NOT UNDERSTAND VALUE POLITENESS AND CENSURE RUDENESS WHICH ARE ABOUT PROGRAMMED
WAYS OF BEHAVING THAT PLEASES OR UPSET OTHERS BUT IT IS THAT YOU SHOULD BE

It is
abiding delusion of ordinary people that rude is bad and polite is good because
in truth politeness is the back of the hand whereas rude is the front of the same
hand and so both sides are bad.

SAY YOU ARE RUDE THEY DON’T LIKE YOUR BEHAVIOUR, WHAT YOU DID UPSET THEM, NOT
BECAUSE IT IS FALSE OR WRONG AND TO ONE WHO DISCERNS EVEN THE PRIZED POLITE
BEHAVIOUR IS A PAIN TO RECEIVE, IS HYPOCRITICAL, IMPERSONALLY REHASHED BECAUSE
IT IS EXPECTED OF THEM.
BY AND
LARGE THE BEHAVIOUR IN SPEECH AND ACTION OF ORDINARY PEOPLE ARE WRONG, INCURS
DEBT AND SO IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE RUDE OR POLITE, THEY ARE BOTH WRONG
AND LIABLE FOR SUFFERING IN REPAYMENT.
PEOPLE IN

MEMORIZATION THEN TRUTH IS IMPOSSIBLE NOT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND FOR YOU.

The
alleged draft charge sheet against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak released by
whistleblower site Sarawak Report had carried the initials of the late
deputy public prosecutor Anthony Kevin Morais, claimed his brother.
In
a statutory declaration (SD) today, Charles Suresh Morais said when he saw the
charge sheet that appeared on the website on July 30, he recognised his
brother's initials.
“After
having looked at the (two-page) draft charge sheet once again, I noticed that
one of them was amended and initialled.
“After
studying that particular charge sheet in detail, I noticed that the initial
next to the amendment made was that of my brother, Kevin. I am familiar with
his signature and his initials,” he said in the SD.
Charles,
who was accompanied by lawyer Americk Sidhu, revealed the SD in a press
conference in Kuala Lumpur.
Kevin
Moraes knew something going to happen to him:
Just prior to his
murder Kevin made a will in London and he sent an USB drive to someone in US
for safekeeping indicating he was involved in something very serious.

The
brother of Anthony Kevin Morais has claimed to be in possession of a pen drive
sent to him by the deputy public prosecutor just before he was murdered.
“It
is in safe custody in the US with someone who has instructions to release it
publicly should anything untoward happen to me for swearing this statutory
declaration,” said Charles Suresh Morais.
“The
contents of this pen drive clearly and unequivocally reveal the investigation
Kevin had been tasked with just before his untimely death, which implicates
certain personalities who currently walk the corridors of power in Malaysia,”
he added in a statutory declaration today.
He
told reporters at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur that the pen drive arrived
at his home in Atlanta in late October.
Kevin
was murdered sometime between Sept 4 - the date he was abducted - and Sept 16,
the date when his remains were found in a cement-filled drum.
Kevin knew something was going to happen to him.
"I
could sense this from the conversations I had with him over the phone shortly
before he was abducted.
"This perhaps explains why he felt it necessary to
travel to London on Aug 3, 2015 and while there, to see solicitors who drew up
a will for him dated Aug 13, 2015 in which he specifically bequeathed his
apartment to a dear friend of his.
"Why
do this when it had always been his intention to retire to London and live in
that apartment?" he said.
Charles
disputed police's explanation that Kevin was murdered because he was
prosecuting a government pathologist for corruption.
"This
accused (doctor) is intelligent enough to realise that getting rid of the DPP
prosecuting his case will not emasculate the charge he is facing for the simple
reason there are many other DPPs who would take over that prosecution.
"Kevin
was killed for other reasons and I believe these other motives were due to the
fact that he knew too much about the criminal acts of those high up in the
echelons of power in Malaysia and he needed to be silenced because of
that," he said.
He
also told reporters that had made a statutory declaration because he was being
bombarded by questions from reporters about the status of Kevin's body which
had been retrieved by their younger brother Richard Dilaan Morais two days ago.
This
was despite the police, the Kuala Lumpur Hospital holding Kevin's body and the
Attorney-General's Chambers all being given notice that he (Richard) intended
to seek a second postmortem on Kevin's remains, he said.
He
said he was not comfortable with holding an impromptu press conference and
therefore opted to lay out the facts surrounding Kevin's murder in his 18-page
statutory declaration with the assistance of his lawyer, Americk Sidhu.
Did
a '360'
Another
reason to make the declaration, he told the press conference, was because he
was 'puzzled' by the Attorney-General's Chambers' moves.
He
said its officials had initially told him to go ahead and arrange the second
postmortem but instead then told him in a subsequent meeting to seek a court
order.
“They did a '360' on me. We quickly
went to get the court order. When we had it approved, the body had been taken
out,” he said.
Charles
also questioned his brother Richard's motives for retrieving the body.
He
claimed that Kevin and been estranged from his two youngest brothers Richard
and David Ramesh Morais, and had not spoken to them since 2004 until his death.
He
said that Richard may have been instigated by 'high-ranking officials' to
retrieve Kevin's body, but added that he does not know who may be behind it.
With
the body out of the morgue, it would be moot to track it down for a second
postmortem, he said, adding that he does not know the
whereabouts of Kevin's remains.
He
said he wanted a second postmortem done because the first postmortem merely
stated in a single line that Kevin's cause of death was 'probable
asphyxiation'.
“I am a layman but I am pretty sure
that would be thrown out of court if that was produced as evidence,” he said.
On
Sept 28, six men were charged with Kevin's murder while two others including
the army pathologist were charged with abetment.

SD had stated: "Sometime in September 2013, I was in Atlanta at a dinner
function when I received a call from Kevin who was
very distraught. Kevin told me that he had received a telephone call from the
police informing him that the IGP wanted to see him the next day.
"Kevin
at this stage was a DPP with the MACC or the AG's Chambers. He was told that Richard had been seen leaving the scene of the Najadi murder
at Bukit Ceylon in July 2013 and the IGP wanted to know what Kevin knew about
this.
"Kevin
informed the IGP that he had not been in contact with Richard since 2004 and
knew nothing of this".
Khalid
had previously declared the case of Najadi's murder as solved after Najadi's
shooter Kong Swee Kwan was sentenced to death last year.
This
was despite an Interpol notice out for Lim Yuen Soo,
said to be the mastermind who hired Kong to carry out the hit.
It
was later revealed police earlier this month succeeded in locating Lim and had
detained him for eight days.
However,
police said he was released as there was insufficient evidence to charge him.
The
Najadi murder was brought up as a side issue in the SD Charles made about
Kevin, who was in September himself a murder victim.
According
to the SD, Charles said he was informed by the authorities about the
post-mortem results which concluded Kevin was suffocated to death.
Kevin's
body was later discovered in a cement-filled drum on September 16.
In
the SD, Charles claimed Kevin was murdered as he had knowledge about wrongdoing
by those in the corridors of power and claimed to be in possession of
information about this, which was given by his brother.
Charles
had revealed the SD today after failing to get a second post-mortem after
Richard claimed Kevin's body on Nov 23 against his wishes.
Charles
alleged that Richard had claimed the body at the urging of "high-ranking
officials".
Linking available evidence with discernment:
Kevin’s
brother was at the scene of Najadi’s murder which is linked to his complaints
about large amounts of money in someone high standing’s account. Kevin was
summoned to see IGP the next day to answer question about his brother’s
presence at murder.
Kevin is
involved in the investigations in the 1MDB corruption case.
Shortly
before his abduction and death, he went to London to draw up a will and he sent
a USB drive to US for safekeeping.
EVEN IF
PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH, THERE IS ALREADY ENOUGH
EVIDENCE TO SAY KEVIN’S DEATH HAS MORE TO IT THAN MEETS THE EYE.
