Style must be controlled by opposite force:

Those who have style are constantly prolonging every syllable they utter and this must be controlled by opposite force or brakes or resistance because prolonging generates the unpleasant feeling of sadness. This control of prolonging inevitably reaches breaking point and the person becomes overwhelmed by sadness.

SADNESS IS THE FEELING OR SENSATION OR EMOTION OF PROLONGING AND SADNESS IS UNPLEASANT AND MUST BE CONTROLLED BY OPPOSITE FORCE OR RESISTANCE BUT AT TIMES THE PERSON STRUGGLES TO CONTROL HIS SADNESS THAT THREATENS TO OVERWHELM HIM. The Buddha never advocated action:
