good is all stopping. Truth is the highest of taste is not an action but a

suffering state of his mind and with corrective actions he is released from
suffering to be raptured then calm then concentrated and finally equanimous.

WHOLESOME STATES OF THE MIND.

People with style are not free to speak without style:
Even if
they wanted they cannot speak without style. Style is a prison. Without
successfully erasing their styles through a dedicated course of mindfulness,

THOSE WHO
HAVE STYLE ARE IMPRISONED, TRAPPED IN STYLE, THEY CANNOT INSTANTLY SPEAK

Anxiety is diffuse fear:
Anxiety is
actually fear so if you feel anxious you are experiencing the emotion of fear
caused by style, nothing else. If you are chronically anxious you are
chronically fearful. When a person is fearful or anxious his resistance is
chronically aroused or strong even when he is doing nothing, his stylish
thoughts feed his anxiety or fear.
As a result
of constantly arousing resistance with his style or prolonging, changing speed
and loudness the anxious person's resistance becomes permanently aroused,
activated causing vague diffused anxiety that is tormenting because there is no
obvious cause for his anxiety or fear, his anxiety is mad, detached, free
floating, haunting.
ANXIETY IS
MAD LOW GRADE DIFFUSED FEAR WITH NO SOURCE BECAUSE HIS RESISTANCE IS

Just as
hate is targeted dislike and anger is provoked untargeted diffuse dislike, fear

Restlessness

Calm has
levels of highness and the end of style or the first higher state of the mind
is the first fundamental true level of calm. The end of thinking, like and
dislike and end of feelings, infinite space, infinite consciousness and
nothingness are progressively higher levels of calm.
CALM IS
NOBLE, HIGH AND HAS LEVELS AND STYLE IS THE CAUSE OF RESTLESSNESS THAT DESTROYS
CALM.
THE END OF
STYLE GIVES THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF THE MIND THAT IS THE FIRST HIGHER STATE
OF CALM OF THE MIND. THE NEXT HIGHER STATES OF CALM ARE NO THINKING, NO LIKE
AND DISLIKES, NO FEELINGS OF PAIN AND PLEASURE, INFINITE SPACE, INFINITE
CONSCIOUSNESS AND NOTHINGNESS. THE END OF FABRICATING OR USING MEMORY GIVES THE
HIGHEST CALM AND ENLIGHTENMENT.

Once the
Buddha banished a group of monks for talking loudly after returning from a
trip.
Gossiping,
talking loudly disturbing the peace is not proper and the Buddha can banish you
from his presence.
The Buddha
forbade ordaining boys because they were too young yet today boys are ordained
in Thailand. Ordainment is permanent not a school holiday stint.
High concentration is the secret to seeing the truth and
supernatural powers:
There is
true effortless concentration and false forced concentration. The concentration
of those who have style is forced false concentration eg when Tiger Woods is
focused on executing his shot or a pianist focused on his performance.
When the
mind of a noble person becomes calm as a result of mindfulness, analysis of
qualities and persistence his concentration rises to become fixed, unshakable.
This high concentration enables him to see the truth and endows him with
supernatural powers. The Buddha said a monk attained such concentration that
appears before the gods of the various heavens.
WHEN A
PERSON ATTAINS HIGH CONCENTRATION HIS MIND BECOMES FIXED, UNMOVING ENABLING HIM
TO SEE TRUTHS HE PREVIOUSLY WAS UNABLE AND HE WIELDS SUPERNATURAL POWERS.
Supernatural
power is not magic or special or exclusive. The secret to supernatural power is
high true concentration. If you have developed your concentration to a
sufficiently high level such that it is rock steady, immovable then you can
tell a mountain to move and it shall be done. All those who are enlightened
have supernatural powers according to the Buddha, he said the enlightened man
can fly cross legged through the air, go through walls, disappear and reappear
at will, hear as far away as heaven, touch the sun and moon with his hand.
Just as
high concentration is the key to supernatural powers, high concentration is the
key to being able to see the truth, the higher your concentration the more able
you are to see the truth. In order to have high concentration you must be calm
and restlessness is the enemy and destroyer of calm and the constantly changing
speed and loudness of style is the cause of restlessness that prevents calm and
concentration to develop to enable you to see the truth.
