Ambitious politicians with their avaricious wealthy financial backers proffer themselves to serve you but secretly they are in there for the glory, money, power and whatever trappings of power and once elected they pay lip service to the interests of those who elect them whilst they covertly reward themselves and their financial backers.

In order for a person to answer the question correctly he must have insight and that means discernment, the ability to see accurately or correctly what is happening and ordinary people who rehash everything, rehash even how and what they see or pay attention to, cannot see correctly and so it is impossible they can answer correctly what is behind the hate crimes.

Those who ask and seek answers to such questions are entangled not disentangled, they relish complications not non complications and this is the path to suffering, difficulties and death.

Many changes in Windows 10 but not necessarily good and may be vested:

I belatedly installed Windows 10 preview that will automatically convert to a licenced copy in July on my desktop because I was having a lot of trouble updating the computer which I suspect had a corrupted portion of Windows 8 that prevented me accessing Store that is needed to upgrade to Windows 8.1

If what I read at a website is correct, if you did a clean install of Windows 10 preview using ISO image as many are likely to have done, this may obliterate evidence of your prior ownership of Win7 or 8.1 that entitles you to a free upgrade to Win 10.

If this is the case then Microsoft is reckless in not notifying downloaders at its preview download site that if they did a clean install using an ISO image they will lose their right to Win 10 upgrade unless they have evidence of their Window activation code which is not easily obtained needing downloading of special software. Nowadays computer makers do not provide stickers with product activation code apparently to prevent people copying th code and applying to their computers.

I DISCOVERED BELATEDLY AFTER INSTALLING WITH TROUBLE ON THREE COMPUTERS THAT I MAY FORFEIT MY ENTITLEMENT TO WIN 10 UPGRADE.

Careful Windows explorer may tell you lies:

Normally when you click on a folder you expect the truth about the items displayed but Windows explorer may be falsely rehashing and what is displayed is a recorded rehashed list that is outdated, does not truly reflect the actual content.

I remembered well I copied some web pages into my USB drive for perusal at home but when I clicked on the folder, I could not locate the items, I searched elsewhere and found no trace until I remember past mischief by Explorer and I pulled out the USB drive and reinserted and now the new files were listed.

IT SEEMS THAT IF YOU SHUT DOWN WITH A USB DRIVE ATTACHED AND YOU RESTARTED EVEN DAYS LATER WITH THE SAME USB DRIVE INSERTED WINDOWS ASSUMED NOTHING HAS CHANGED WHEN YOU HAD TAKEN OUT THE DRIVE AND ADDED NEW FILES AND IT REHASHES FROM MEMORY WHAT WAS IN THE USB DRIVE THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE NEW ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS.

THIS IS BAD PROGRAMMING, WINDOWS EXPLORER SHOULD FRESHLY CHECK FOLDERS BEFORE DISPLAYING ITS CONTENT RATHER THAN FAKE REHASH WHAT IT REMEMBERED WAS IN THE FOLDER. THIS CAN BE A NUISANCE AND CAUSED MUCH TROUBLE AS IT HAS DONE FOR ME IN THE PAST.

NOWADAYS I TRY TO REMEMBER NOT TO INSERT THE USB STICK UNTIL I HAVE BOOTED UP THE COMPUTER THEN EXPLORER WOULD CHECK CONTENTS BEFORE DISPLAYING.

Microsoft’s programming is in many ways irresponsible that may be detrimental to users.

It is irresponsible programming to not always freshly check contents before displaying contents in a folder. If explorer had freshly checked and not rehashed folder contents how come it omitted fresh additions and it displayed them when the USB stick was reinserted?

SUCH PROGRAMMING IS DECEPTIVE AND WHATEVER IS DECEPTIVE IS EVIL, IT CAUSED ME A LOT OF TROUBLE BECAUSE I THOUGHT I PLACED THEM IN A WRONG FOLDER OR DID NOT DO IT.

What are the things necessary to know?

There are things that are necessary to know (and they are very few) and things that are unnecessary to know (they are plentiful) according to the Buddha who said it is necessary to know about suffering, the cause of suffering and the way out (as there is) of all suffering totally permanently.

Because they are not connected with the goal, do not relate to the rudiments of the holy life, and do not lead to disenchantment, to dispassion, to cessation, to calm, to direct knowledge, to self-awakening, to Unbinding. That is why I have not taught them.

"And what have I taught? 'This is stress...This is the origination of stress...This is the cessation of stress...This is the path of practice leading to the cessation of stress': This is what I have taught. And why have I taught these things? Because they are connected with the goal, relate to the rudiments of the holy life, and lead to disenchantment, to dispassion, to cessation, to calm, to direct knowledge, to self-awakening, to Unbinding. This is why I have taught them.

"Therefore your duty is the contemplation, 'This is stress...This is the origination of stress...This is the cessation of stress.' Your duty is the contemplation, 'This is the path of practice leading to the cessation of stress.'"

The Buddha is not unnecessarily wordy but precise:

"And what have I taught? 'This is stress...This is the origination of stress...This is the cessation of stress...This is the path of practice leading to the cessation of stress':

So you think you understand what the Buddha said or he is beating around the bush unnecessarily?

‘This is stress’ means stress is a particular specific experience of a being that is objective and cannot be disputed, applies to everyone and can be known or recognized and many ordinary people are vague, they don’t even recognize stress until it seizes them tightly.

STRESS CAN BE RECOGNIZED EVEN WHEN IT IS VERY MILD AND EASILY SNUFFED OUT AND THE WISE PERSON LEARNS TO DETECT STRESS LIKE HE DETECTS CANCER AT A VERY EARLY STAGE.

This is the origination of stress means all stress has cause eg in raised self resistance, in the mad use of force to constantly prolong, change speed and loudness.

ALL STRESS HAS CAUSE, IS NEVER WITHOUT CAUSE AND THE CAUSES OF STRESS CAN BE KNOWN AND RECOGNIZED.

This is the cessation of stress means the mental and bodily state wherein stress is absent exists and can be experienced.

THERE IS A STATE OF THE MIND AND BODY WHEREIN STRESS CEASES AND THIS CAN BE EXPERIENCED AND SHOULD BE CULTIVATED UNTIL IT IS THE DEFAULT STATE. I CAN ATTEST THAT FREEDOM FROM STRESS IS POSSIBLE AND EXISTS EVEN HERE.

This is the path of practice leading to the cessation of stress means there is an escape, a training that when successful, leads the person to the permanent, effortless escape from stress.

AND SO THE BUDDHA IS NOT LONGWINDED BUT HE STATES PRECISELY THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT STRESS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

STRESS AND ITS OPPOSITE THE ABSENCE OF STRESS ARE TO BE RECOGNIZED, STRESS HAS CAUSES AND A WAY OUT AND THEY BOTH HAVE TO BE RECOGNIZED.

Stress is like a noose that torments and will kill the fool:

The person who does not know he is a prisoner of stress and does not work to extricate himself from stress has a noose around his neck that periodically tightens even to near fatal levels before relenting somehow and as he grows old the noose becomes tighter and more tormenting and more difficult to escape and he does not realize later his torment will grow to terrible levels and stress will finally mercilessly kill him off.

STRESS IS LIKE A VIPER OR COBRA IN THE ROOM WITH YOU, ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WORK TO GET OUT OF THE ROOM WILL BE BITTEN TO DIE PAINFULLY.

You must identify stress and non-stress, the cause and escape from stress:

The Buddha had many times said that at the heart of what he taught is stress and the escape from stress (that is the source of all suffering and endless needless deaths).

You want to exist, there is eternal existence free from all suffering, all attacks by others and endless deaths in heaven.

What the Buddha says is that you must give priority, pay attention to identify stress as it waxes and wanes in your mind and body, you must be familiar with non-stress, you must know what cause stress as it is possible to know and you must know the path permanently out of stress as there is a path out of stress.

STRESS IS NEVER PLEASANT, IT IS ALWAYS UNPLEASANT AND CAN REACH EXTREMELY UNBEARABLE LEVELS AND DELUDED FOOLISH PEOPLE ONLY BEAR STRESS, TRY TO MITIGATE IT IN VAIN WITH ALCOHOL, DRUGS, EXERCISE, HOBBIES, MUSIC, TAI CHI OR WHATEVER NOT REALIZING THEY ARE DROWNING GRADUALLY IN STRESS THAT WILL FINALLY KILL THEM ONE WAY (EG HANGING THEMSELVES) OR ANOTHER (EG CANCER).

‘We do not know’ is the correct answer, there is nothing basic or not basic about that nor is idea involved, ideas are concepts and that is not involved with knowing. If you have an idea it means you do not know but you suspect and that is not knowing.

MANY SPEAK THUS AND THEY THINK NOTHING WRONG WHEN THERE IS SIGNIFICANT FAULT.

PETALING JAYA: The Pakatan Rakyat coalition will emerge united and stronger, said former opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Conveying the message through his lawyers, Anwar said the recent turmoil in PR would be fixed as they were looking at ways to make the coalition stronger.

"Let me begin by wishing all a blessed Ramadan."

"I recognise that in spite of recent events, the purpose and strength of the Opposition in the continuing struggle to save Malaysia from Barisan Nasional's (BN) poor governance and authoritarianism, endures.

"We are now working to forge a stronger and enduring partnership, to better serve the rakyat," Anwar said, adding that it is very common for strained ties, especially in an open and democratic political coalition.

Anwar also expressed his confidence that the issues surrounding the tripartite coalition could be resolved.

"Meanwhile the rakyat can take heart, that despite all, there is a functioning and robust Opposition at both state and parliamentary levels.

"It is nothing that we cannot resolve and overcome. I have no doubt that the opposition, reorganised with new forces including NGOs, will emerge united and stronger from these troubles," he said.

Anwar, whose serving a five-year jail for sodomising his former aide urged his political colleagues and the public to stick together with the PR struggle until victory was achieved.

"From behind these iron bars, I urge you, my colleagues in the Opposition and my fellow Malaysians, to press on with this great struggle until victory is achieved, and the nation saved.

"I assure you, that I will never give up this struggle as long as there remains breath in this body,"Anwar said.

The relationship among the parties in the PR is at its worst, especially after PAS had passed a motion to cut ties with the DAP at its 61st muktamar (general assembly).

DAP and PKR had officially announced that the PR coalition is "already dead", as there was no longer collaboration between DAP and PAS.

Gods would approach the Buddha for his approval in what they say:

There are many instances where Gods would approach the Buddha and speak and ask for his approval.

For instance brahma Sanankumara approached the Buddha and uttered, ‘amongst those who worshipped clan, the warrior caste is supreme, amongst men and gods it is conduct and knowledge that determines merit, he who is higher in conduct and knowledge is higher. The Buddha approved.

Microsoft goofed is reason it is giving Win 10 previewers ‘free licence’:

Apparently those who are testing Windows 10 preview who did not know their Win 7 or 8 licence keys (nowadays manufacturers don’t even supply buyers with Windows keys) are stranded, they cannot prove prior ownership of Win7 or 8 even though they have genuine licence because the clean install of preview wiped out the previous installations and so Microsoft is appeasing these by giving them Win 10 for free if they continue in the program.

Quote: But the problem is that if Microsoft goofed up and somehow bricked your existing Windows 10 install, and you were testing on a Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 machine and forgot the license key (or weren't given it properly by your OEM) you'd essentially be left with nothing unless Microsoft gave you a recovery option.  Being a good sport, Microsoft has done precisely that, via the clean install ISOs.  But their existence also creates an interesting loophole as you can use them for a fresh install on a machine currently running Windows XP or Vista.

Window 10 preview installs wipes out evidence of previous ownership:

The mistake Microsoft made was that win 10 preview installs obliterated evidence of previous legitimate Win 7 or 8 installs and so if these users did not know their licence keys they have no proof of previous legitimate ownership and thus are not eligible for free upgrade when they were.

Lucky I did not install Win 10 preview on my new Dell:

A brief check around the Dell showed there is no sticker with Win 8 activation keys which were apparently dropped because they could be copied and used on other machines and I think Dell does not tell you the product keys.

You can only know the keys if you install certain free software from the internet but I do not trust these ‘free’ software.

AND SO IF I HAD INSTALLED WIN 10 PREVIEW ON THAT COMPUTER WITHOUT FINDING OUT THE PRODUCT KEYS USING SOFTWARE DOWNLOADED FROM THE INTERNET I MAY BE LEFT WITH AN ILLEGITIMATE COPY OF WIN 10 LATER.

Microsoft’s mistake hands pirates free copies of Windows 10:

I tried to install Win 10 preview on an old Vista machine but it won’t install (unless you have tech ‘savvy’) and so all those who installed previews must have Win 7 or 8 to begin with and it is only a matter of whether they are pirates or not.

And so by their mistake in obliterating the status of previous installs, Microsoft had inadvertently lumped legitimate licence holders with pirates who have no valid product keys and so it has no choice in order to avert a furore and public embarrassment to strike a compromise, all those on preview who did not activate to full Win 10 copy will also receive the full copy but they must remain guinea pigs to test future unstable modifications in order to continue receiving a full licence.

MICROSOFT HAS MADE A FOOL OF THEMSELVES IN THAT WIN 10 PREVIEW CLEAN INSTALLS WIPED OUT EVIDENCE OF LEGAL OWNERSHIP OF LICENCE THAT MANY WITHOUT PREVIOUSLY FINDING OUT AND JOTTING DOWN THEIR PRODUCT KEYS CANNOT PROVE LEGITIMATE OWNERSHIP (COMPUTER MAKERS NOWADAYS DO PROVIDE PRODUCT ACTIVATION KEYS ON THEIR COVERS AND DON’T TELL YOU SO AND YOU CAN ONLY TELL BY INSTALLING SPECIAL ‘FREE’ SOFTWARE FROM INTERNET.

NORMALLY XP AND VISTA MACHINES CANNOT INSTALL WIN 10 PREVIEW AND SO YOU MUST BE EITHER LEGITIMATE OR PIRATE WIN 7 OR 8 USER AND IN ORDER TO APPEASE LEGITIMATE PREVIEWERS MICROSOFT IS FORCED TO GRANT THEM FULL SUPPORT PROVIDED THEY REMAIN GUINEA PIGS FOR FUTURE TEST BUILDS.
