But markets are not concerned for long term, they only do ‘short term’ and interest rate cuts means boost means economy sustained and push prices up. Understanding is never involved and people blinded by greed do not have understanding, they only have fear (based on emotion or stirred force) as counter check to their greed.

That everything people say or do is rehashed from memory, never freshly specifically composed for the present situation is the truth that ordinary people cannot see and requires insight and understanding, is no use to remember.

Why internet surfing and reading is tiring for all:

What is tiredness?

Tiredness is the unpleasant force generated experience and condition of the mind and body that is the result of prolonged exposure to force generated by self or others, prolonged use of force to do mental (remembering too is work) or physical work and it requires time and reduction in exposure and use of force to gradually recover but recovery is never complete and the tired person’s mind and body is gradually being worn down so he is not as strong as previously, his vitality diminishes until he finally succumbs and dies from the relentless onslaught of force that finally kills everybody here.

There is no good and evil tiredness, all tiredness is evil, warning of harm that is permanent.

THUS CORRECTLY UNDERSTANDING TIREDNESS, THE WISE PERSON WILL PAY ATTENTION TO RISING TIREDNESS AND STOP WHAT HE IS DOING THAT IS CAUSING TIREDNESS AND NOT ALLOW TIREDNESS TO BECOME SEVERE, DAMAGE TO MIND AND BODY TO BECOME SEVERE. Rather than focussing on and addressing specifically what is wrong with the economy, interest rate cuts is the easy way, blind, general across board answer by reducing the burden of debt and easing borrowing costs and this is always wrong and therefore dangerous.

The Setapak Condo robbery victim’s blame:

This young woman was robbed, assaulted losing two teeth, during a petty robbery staged in a condo lift in Setapak.

If she had been more sedately attired, been mindful, paid attention to the right things, she was flexible not a robot, she may have averted the robbery with loss of teeth, money and handphones.

Robbers plan their robberies and they usually profile their victims and she would fit the profile of young, show off in dress and apparently reasonably affluent. A lot of people, although they are well dressed to attract others and present an image of desirability, have learnt to shut off the world around them, they do not pay attention to the surroundings, to two men lurking by the lift, pretending to be busy occupied with their handphones, like a robot absorbed in her own private world, they think everyone is admiring them, they are aggressive and no one would dare attack them and they enter the lift ignoring the two who followed her in and until she was attacked, she was immersed in her own private world, presuming she would get off the lift and into her private condo unit instead of being punched, floored and dragged.

IF SHE WAS NOT A SHUT OFF ROBOT, SHE WOULD SURELY HAVE NOTICED TWO CHARACTERS LOITERING AROUND THE LIFT AND THEIR APPEARANCES WILL BE THUGGISH AND CAUSE FOR CAUTION AND BEING AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ROBBERY IN A LIFT, SHE WOULD NOT GET IN IF THERE WERE NO OTHERS AROUND OR IN THE LIFT, SHE WOULD ELECT TO WAIT OR GO ELSEWHERE TEMPORARILY JUST IN CASE THE TWO GUYS ARE ROBBERS.

Even in a severe recession, if the governments take care of the bare essentials of the down and out, they can survive quite well and if they are discontented, then they have blame and punishment due.

It is the escalating obscenity that sportsmen like footballers, golfers, formula one drivers are paid millions just to knock balls around, CEOs like Ted Turner pay themselves millions and what they do is screw women on their office tables for lunch and use their political clout to influence leaders of their governments. Doctors and lawyers pay themselves exorbitantly for their work.

AND SO THERE IS A MAD ARMS RACE OF ACQUIRING WEALTH WHERE THOSE IN PRIVILEGED POSITIONS PLUNDER BY HOOK AND CROOK, PUSH PRICES UP (PROPERTY, SHARE PRICES UP) SO THAT THEY CAN TRANSFER MORE OF THE COMMON WEALTH INTO THEIR POCKETS AND IT BECOMES A FREE FOR ALL IN NAME WHEN IN TRUTH, THE DICE IS LOADED AND THE PRIVILEGED OR CONNECTED FEW ARE GUARANTEED A LION SHARE OF THE SPOILS.

The difference between maintaining and prolonging:

Africa's economy is in grave danger

If Africa’s economy is true and good it is unlikely if not impossible it is in grave danger and so it is because it is false and bad that it is in grave danger and reflecting his indifference to truth and good, he is concerned about the danger Africa’s economy is in and not its falsity and evil. Inside the Secretive Circle That Rules a $14 Trillion (CDS) Market

(This article shed light on the murky dangerous world of credit derivatives which can again devastate the world financial and economic systems. The biggest players are also the referees and so this is an arbitrary system upon which the entire world financial system hangs. It is self regulatory and that is recipe for abuse and cover-up)

Fifteen of the biggest players in the $14 trillion market for credit insurance are also the referees.

Firms such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. wrote the rules, are the dominant buyers and sellers and, ultimately, help decide winners and losers.

Has a country such as Argentina paid what it owes? Has a company like Caesars Entertainment Corp. kept up with its bills? When the question comes up, the 15 firms meet on a conference call to decide whether a default has triggered a payout of the bond insurance, called a credit-default swap. Investors use CDS to protect themselves from missed debt payments or profit from them.

Once the 15 firms decide that a default has taken place, they effectively determine how much money will change hands.

And now, seven years after the financial crisis first brought CDS to widespread attention, pressure is growing inside and outside what’s called the determinations committee to tackle conflicts of interest, according to interviews with three dozen people with direct knowledge of the panel’s functioning who asked that their names not be used. Scandals that exposed how bank traders rigged key interest rates and fixed currency values have given ammunition to those who say CDS may also be susceptible to collusion or, worse, outright manipulation.

The trade group that oversees the process, the International Swaps & Derivatives Association, is now proposing rule changes that it says will reform the determinations committee. The proposals include limiting the people who can be involved in decision-making and prohibiting panel members from discussing decisions outside meetings, according to a document obtained by Bloomberg News.

 “You’ve got a self-regulatory body that has handed the authority over an entire market to those folks who have the greatest self-interest and have no prohibition for putting their interests ahead of the broader market,” said Joshua Rosner, managing director of the financial research firm Graham Fisher & Co., who wrote a report on the shortcomings of the determinations committee earlier this year.

Conflicts Mitigated

ISDA says its system is transparent. “Regulators have full transparency on the trades and positions held by all market participants,” according to ISDA spokesman Nick Sawyer. On its website, ISDA says conflicts are mitigated by having both buyers and sellers on the panel.

CDS on corporate and sovereign debt, which are subject to the panel’s decision-making, have bubbled into prominence lately. The plummeting price of oil and other commodities has caused some corporations and governments to struggle to keep current with creditors. For instance, CDS prices are showing that traders have priced in 93 percent odds that Venezuela will default within five years, according to S&P Capital IQ CDS data.

The stakes go far beyond a few hedge funds and banks. Although the market for credit insurance on individual companies and countries has shrunk by 59 percent since 2008, more money is now invested in benchmark CDS indexes than at any time since the committee’s creation in 2009, according to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. Mutual funds increasingly use CDS because they’re having trouble finding bonds to trade. That means the determinations committee is increasingly affecting the $3.5 trillion of bond mutual funds, a staple of U.S. retirement savings.

Risk cannot be swapped out, it must be avoided:

A credit default swap (CDS) is a financial swap agreement that the seller of the CDS will compensate the buyer (usually the creditor of the reference loan) in the event of a loan default (by the debtor) or other credit event. This is to say that the seller of the CDS insures the buyer against some reference loan defaulting. The buyer of the CDS makes a series of payments (the CDS "fee" or "spread") to the seller and, in exchange, receives a payoff if the loan defaults. It was invented by Blythe Masters from JP Morgan in 1994.

It is a delusion not without calculation of self-gain by acting as commission taking middleman and paid organizer (even party to lending and borrowing) that you can swap out the risks of lending by devising instruments to offset risky loans with safer loans such that much more loans and greater risks can be undertaken without danger.

Why do people lend money they own? It is because of greed to make money out of the money they own as a result of which they risk losing their money if the borrower defaults.

It is good to give money particularly to those who are needy but it is ALWAYS evil to self and others to lend money.

IT IS EVIL TO LEND MONEY BECAUSE YOU ARE AT RISK OF LOSING THE MONEY AND YOU ARE PROMOTING GREED TO EARN MONEY WITHOUT WORK USING YOUR MONEY.

IT IS EVIL FOR THE BORROWER BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW CONFIDENT HE IS OF REPAYING, HE IS PUTTING HIMSELF AT RISK AND LIVING BEYOND HIS MEANS BY BORROWING.

THIS IS THE CORRECT UNDERSTANDING AND REFLECTING MANKIND’S WRONG AND THUS NO UNDERSTANDING, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF LENDING OR THEY THINK IT IS OK IF WELL SUPERVISED OR REGULATED OR IT IS EVEN GOOD FOR LENDER AND BORROWER BECAUSE THEY BOTH MAKE MONEY.

AND WITH THE WORLD DROWNING IN DEBT (IT IS A LIE THAT MALAYSIA’S AND CHINA’S AND AMERICA’S DEBTS ARE MANAGEABLE, THEY ARE UNPAYABLE), 14 TRILLIONS IN A DEVIL’S BREW OF CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS, IT IS EXPLOSIVE ENOUGH TO BLOW THE ENTIRE SYSTEM TO SMITHEREENS.
