Wittiness is a fabrication:

People who are emotional and like to impress others must always find a way of expressing what they want to say so that it will be impressive or others will be impressed by them.

Because it based on force and not reason, it is addictive such that in time it is an obsession to speak wittily, whatever you want to say and you get very good at it and become identified with it (self identity view, thinking witticism is part of your self that the Buddha said is one of three lower fetters to future woe).

Whatever is fabricated is artificial or contrived and false not natural and therefore by being witty you are conditioning yourself inexorably to falsity with which you also identify with (self identity view as a lower fetter to woe) and you are fool to think you will be crowned in glory in heaven for ‘genuine’ true witticism.

Not a gift but a bribe:

If your gift is actually a bribe then you are deluded with karma due for bribery and misleading others to perceive what is a bribe is a gift.

For instance, retailers tout ‘buy three get I free gift’ when it is a false representation, it is not a gift but on condition not just buying one but three. The gift is a bribe or inducement to buy more than you otherwise would and to call it a gift is to misrepresent or falsify with debt not merit.

Only something that is given free of encumbrances, with no conditions attached is a gift.

You may brush it off as semantics, it is ‘understood’ what is meant but you may be speaking carelessly calling a bribe or inducement to buy more a gift with judgment far worse than you realize.

The Buddha: " What is given to a virtuous person -- rather than an unvirtuous one -- bears great fruit.”

"What do you think, great king? There is the case where you have a war at hand. A noble-warrior youth -- untrained, undisciplined, fearful, quick to flee. Would you take him on? "

"No, lord."

" There is the case where a noble-warrior youth would come along -- trained, disciplined, fearless, not quick to flee. Would you take him on? "

"Yes, lord."

"In the same way, great king. When someone has gone forth into homelessness -- no matter from what clan -- and he has abandoned five factors and is endowed with five, what is given to him bears great fruit.

" He has abandoned sensual desire...ill will...torpor & lethargy...restlessness & anxiety...uncertainty. These are the five factors he has abandoned. He is endowed with the aggregate of virtue... concentration... discernment... release... knowledge & vision of release of one beyond training. These are the five factors with which he is endowed.

What is given to them bears great fruit.
This, too, is an exquisite treasure in the Sangha.

Unlike ordinary people who utter glib words that sound nice but when examined is meaningless or hollow, ‘by this truth may there be wellbeing is completely meaningful because the eight persons are truly worthy of gifts and whatever is given to them bear great fruits and by knowing this truth and practicing accordingly, the giver attains great merit.

The doctor is not the patient:

It is because the doctor is not the patient that he may prescribe the strongest or most expensive medicines in the strongest doses with little regard for the side effects that may be severe even life threatening because he is not the one who will suffer taking it or will pay for it and what constrains him is the law, fear of punishment should anything happen to the patient.

It is only when the doctor is the patient himself that he will take due care what he prescribes to himself because he is the one who will suffer the side effects should the medicine be too strong.

In the same way, the traders and speculators are not the ones paying for the oil that they trade, it is the consumers who will suffer and so they do not care if they bid very high, find excuses to bid higher on the basis of any rumour (attack on Nigerian pipeline) because consumers are the ones who have no choice but to pay for it and they have no hesitation in paying oil producers more and more money because they are not the ones paying the oil producers who are only too glad to be paid more but the increased prices is borne by consumers and they get commissions that may increase with oil prices and they profit from price rises.

THUS IT IS THAT BECAUSE OIL TRADERS & SPECULATORS ARE NOT THE ONES PAYING FOR THE OIL, THEY HAVE NO HESITATION TO PUSH UP OIL PRICES AND PUSH IT UP ON ANY WHIM BECAUSE THE COSTS WILL BE BORNE BY CONSUMERS WHO HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GET OIL THROUGH THESE TRADERS AND SPECULATORS. IT IS THESE TRADERS WHO PUSH UP OIL PRICES THAT BENEFIT OIL PRODUCERS THAT THEY THEN PASS THE BILL FOR CONSUMERS TO PAY.

IF THE DOCTOR HAS TO TAKE HIS OWN MEDICINE HE MAY NOT BE SO GUNG HO TO PRESCRIBE STRONG MEDICINE IN MAXIMAL DOSES.

Now you care too late:

You did not care but even joined in, in stoking and profiting with stock market and property boom but now that the same bubble that boosted stock and property markets and left them devastated have infected the oil market, causing you to pay prices that threaten to kill the economy and make you jobless, you care too late you did not care earlier and nip the cancer in the bud by knocking the foundations off the stock and property market bubbles.

THE OIL PRICE BUBBLE IS THE SAME AS THE STOCK AND PROPERTY MARKET BUBBLES WHICH PEOPLE WERE INDULGANT IN TOLERATING THEIR INFLATING AND NOW THAT THIS CANCER OF SPECULATION HAS INFECTED A VITAL LIFELINE, THEY CARE TOO LATE THEY DID NOT CARE IN THE PAST.

TAKING STEROIDS MAY GIVE YOU A FEEL GOOD FEELING FOR A WHILE BUT WHEN THE SIDE EFFECTS SET IN THEY MAY MAKE YOU MAD AND KILL YOU.

Najib’s abuse of power:

Najib’s admission he met with the person accusing Anwar of sodomy before he made the report is tantamount to abuse of power because what has Najib got to do with the case which in theory a case of wrongdoing by Anwar on the person in which the relevant authority to consult is the police, not deputy PM.

He is unlikely getting involved in his personal capacity but using his office to lend weight and therefore he is abusing his power.

Anwar was jailed for six years for abuse of power because it was alleged he used his position to suppress accusations of homosexuality.

Najib's correct posture in the case should be to advice the plaintiff to see his lawyer and lodge a police report and wash his hands off the case rather than meet and discuss course of action with him as he did.

Playing off one consumer against another:

The report below states that Australian BHP has struck a deal with China that doubles iron ore prices and BHP hopes to strike similar deals with other consumers.

It may be that BHP has reached saturation production and there is a shortage of iron ore or the costs of production has soared so that it is forced to demand a much higher price or that may be bluff, there is still plenty of spare capacity and the cost has remained approximately the same but driven by greed and seeing consumers like China that appear like drug addicts desperate for their daily iron ore ‘fix’ so that they can arm twist them by asking for more and China the other desperate iron ore addicts have no choice to cough up extra money. This ploy may or may not succeed and if it does BHP has successfully forced consumers to pay more so that they can un-righteously, greedily make more profit.

Thus the case may be made that BHP speculated that consumers are desperate for their iron ore, are hooked to their iron ore like drug addicts and sense an opportunity to grab more money and held consumers to ransom by demanding higher prices, playing off one consumer against another because armed with this improved deal with China, BHP can pressure other consumers to pay up or be deprived.

NO MATTER HOW SHORT THE IRON ORE SUPPLY, IF THE COST OF PRODUCTION REMAINS THE SAME, A RIGHTEOUS SUPPLIER WILL DISCUSS WITH ITS CUSTOMERS AND THEN FAIRLY RATION HIS SUPPLIES BETWEEN THESE LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITHOUT RAISING PRICES BECAUSE THE EXISTENT PRICE ALREADY IS PROFITABLE BUT FACED WITH INCREASED DEMAND, THE GREEDY DISHONEST SUPPLIER DESIRING TO EXTRACT A POUND OF FLESH MAY USE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXTORT, TO PLAY OFF ONE CUSTOMER AGAINST ANOTHER SO THAT HE CAN DOUBLE HIS PROFIT OR MORE.

THIS DE FACTO IS A FORM OF SPECULATION BY THE PRODUCER. HE SPECULATES HE CAN EXTRACT MORE MONEY FROM HIS DESPERATE CUSTOMERS, HE MAY EVEN WITHOULD STOCK TO ENHANCE THE APPEARANCE OF SHORTAGE AND THEN HE GOES AROUND PLAYING OFF ONE CUSTOMER AGAINST ANOTHER.

THUS IF THIS IS A FORM OF SPECULATION OR UNFAIR BEHAVIOR ON THE PART OF THE SUPPLIER OF IRON ORE, BHP AND YOU OR PAUL KRUGMAN SAYS IT IS FAIR SUPPLY AND DEMAND FUNDAMENTALS, THERE IS NO SPECULATION OR HANKY PANKY HERE, THEN YOU MAY BE DELUDED OR CONNED AND THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO HEAVEN BUT TO PERDITION BECAUSE IF YOU DID NOT SEE OR KNOW THERE IS NO UNDERHAND TACTICS AND EVEN SPECULATION HERE, YOU SHOULD NOT SPEAK AS IF YOU ARE AN EXPERT AND THERE IS NO SPECULATION HERE THAT THEREFORE INDICATES OIL FUTURES ARE NOT THE CAUSE OF OIL PRICE RISES AND SPECULATION IS NONEXISTENT OR INSIGNIFICANT IN THE OIL MARKET.

BHP almost doubles Chinese prices

BHP and Baosteel held lengthy talks before agreeing the deal

Mining giant BHP Billiton has reached a deal with China's largest steelmaker to almost double iron ore prices.

Under the agreement, covering contracts for one year from 1 April 2008, BHP will increase its prices by up to 96.5% for deliveries to state-owned Baosteel.

The news comes days after BHP's rival Rio Tinto secured similar price rises with Chinese and other Asian firms.

Deals by the two groups are closely watched as they determine what smaller firms can expect to charge each year.

After announcing the deal at the Australian stock exchange, Anglo-Australian firm BHP added that it hoped to secure further agreements with other customers in China and Asia.

Soaring demand from China and rising commodity prices have led to strong profits for mining firms, who are in turn pumping more money into boosting output.

Consumers too are guilty and gullible:

Not just suppliers like BHP play dirty but consumers too are gullible to fall into the deception by suppliers that they are short of supply and you better pay more to secure your supplies because desperate for their iron ore like drug addicts desperate for their daily fixes they are willing to pay more as demanded to secure their supply at the expense of other consumers provoking the other customers to bid more in an arms race that is applauded by the greedy supplier on the sidelines and he will make matters seem more desperate by spreading rumours of shortages and withholding stock until a deal with higher prices are struck.

Shortage is a lie:

The fact that BHP has been able to conclude an enhanced deal with China and hope to conclude similar deals with other consumers indicates it has plenty of stock and it is using increased demand as an excuse to extract more blood out of consumers.

Perhaps BHP had 20 years of supply based on the lower rate of consumption say 5 years ago but even at the current rate of consumption it may last just 5 years but that is not a shortage but a more rapid rundown of supply that is just as profitable at current prices.

WHY SHOULD YOU RAISE PRICES WHEN YOU WILL SELL OFF YOUR STOCK IN 5 YEARS INSTEAD OF 10 YEARS WHEN THE PROFIT YOU WILL GET IS THE SAME BUT GAINED FASTER IF YOU SOLD IT OFF IN 5 YEARS? MAY IT NOT BE BETTER IF YOU CAN SELL OFF YOUR STOCK FASTER AND REALIZE THE PROFITS FASTER IN 5 YEARS THAN WAIT 20 YEARS? SO WHY SHOULD YOU RAISE PRICES JUST BECAUSE YOUR IRON ORE STOCK WILL RUN OUT AT THE FASTER CONSUMPTION IN 5 YEARS THAN AT THE PREVIOUS RATE IN 20 YEARS?

Not a shortage:

A shortage is when you cannot meet the demand for the moment.

BHP is not only able to meet the demand for the moment but even for many years to come.

Just because your stock of iron ore will run out in 5 years at current increased rate of consumption compared to 20 years at the previous rate of consumption does not mean there is a shortage now. It is only in 5 years time at current consumption when your iron ore begins to run out will there be a genuine shortage.

IF THERE IS A SHORTAGE WHY IS BHP ABLE TO SIGN NEW DEALS INTO THE FUTURE TO SUPPLY IRON ORE? THUS ANYONE WHO TOUTS SHORTAGE AS A GENUINE CAUSE FOR RAISED PRICES HAS FALSE PERCEPTION AND LOGIC.

Naivety:

If you think all suppliers are upright fair minded greed free people who would not use robust demand as an excuse to raise prices, to put a gun to consumers’ head to demand fatter profits, then you may be correct or living in Alice Wonderland.

If you think consumers are rational, unemotional people who will not use underhand tactics, will not hoard at the expense of fellow consumers to secure supply in a tight market, then you may be discerning or a fool living in Alice Wonderland.

THE TRUTH MAY BE THAT THIS IS A WORLD WHEREIN BOTH PRODUCERS AND CONSUMERS ARE COMPLICIT, FAR FROM INNOCENT AND ARE VULNERABLE TO OPPORTUNISTIC EXPLOITATIONS TO PROFITEER OR PAY MORE TO DEPRIVE OR PRICE OTHER CONSUMERS OUT OF THE MARKET.

IN THE CASE OF OIL PRICES, IT IS NOT CONSUMERS WHO ARE CLAMOURING TO PAY HIGHER PRICES, IT IS NOT PRODUCERS WHO ARE DEMANDING HIGHER PRICES BUT IT IS THE BAND OF MAD TRADERS & SPECULATORS WHO ARE PUSHING UP PRICES.

The fair and unfair trader:

Suppose you have a maximal iron ore production capacity of 20 tons per day and now demands exceed 20 tons per day and you are unable to cope.

A honest supplier will tell all his loyal customers that he cannot produce beyond and will then proportionately distribute his maximal production to his loyal customers without raising prices.

The dishonest supplier, assuming it is true he has reached saturation production will play off one customer against another, asking one how much he will pay and if he pays more, he sells more to him at the expense of the customer who refuses to pay more.

YOU OR PAUL KRUGMAN MAY DECIDE THAT THIS IS ‘FAIR DINKUM’ OR PERFECTLY JUSTIFIED BUT IF GOD DECIDES IT IS UNJUST, IT IS OPPORTUNISTIC PROFITEERING THEN YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HEAVEN BECAUSE IT IS GOD WHO DECIDES WHO GOES AND DOES GO TO HEAVEN.

The evils of profiteering:

Asking a higher price for your produce in a tight market has ramifications eg China will pass the cost rises onto consumers and this exert pressures for everyone to raise prices that may have serious impact on the economy as in petrol when the high prices can deprive the poor of petrol that is essential to their livelihoods and may bring the economy to a standstill as everyone raised prices touting high fuel costs.

Tofu may raise dementia risks:

You hear reports touting tofu or soybean as good for this and that and now you have a report that you risk dementia eating it.

Thus if you keep reading and following all these various health edicts which are conflicting your mind will be cluttered by various conflicting ‘facts’ and you will be disturbed such that you might want to give up.

The inveterate health fanatic may nevertheless insist that he can balance the eating of the right amount of tofu or in a certain way or style that would ensure he benefits whilst not getting dementia.

AS JESUS SAID, YOU SHALL NOT CARE FOR WHAT YOU SHALL EAT OR WEAR, SO HOW CAN YOU BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE HEALTHINESS OF TOFU? Najib’s no knowledge of anything:

In his haste to convince listeners (falsely) he is innocent, Najib has spoken falsely to say he has no knowledge of anything.

It is impossible that he has no knowledge of anything for he must have some knowledge of some things and so he is speaking carelessly, emotionally to give the impression he is clean.

It is possible for God who has powers over Najib to make him truly have no knowledge of anything eg by existing as a worm in the future and so he is speaking carelessly asking to be judged. A person speaking like this is a fool and so we have fools as leaders in this country.

Badawi implicated in food for Iraqi oil scam:

Badawi is a hypocrite calling for the elimination of corruption in Muslim countries when he himself is corrupted.

As deputy PM, he was named by UN and US reports as being involved through companies owned by close family members in scams that paid bribes to Saddam Hussein and made millions in profits from buying Iraqi oil in exchange for food for the Iraqi people.

It is unlikely just here but in other places Badawi has been feeding at the trough in contradiction to his touted image of Mr Clean.

Price rises and shortages are independent entities:

Price rises and shortages (due to increased demand or reduced supply) are independent entities that have nothing to do with each other and it is always an excuse or false reason to cite shortage as a reason to raise prices. Instead opportunistic profiteering is the reason to raise prices in the presence of a shortage.

Thus anyone who argues and perceives that shortages or increased demand naturally lead to and cause price rises has false logic and perception that is the path to mad logic and perception.

No stock is the ultimate shortage and in the presence of out of stock, you can raise the price of oil to a million dollar per barrel of oil and still there will be no stock.

If you are selling hot dogs and the demand is so high you sell out rapidly then you can either sell on a first come first basis at the usual price which already gives you a good profit and when you have sold out you tell customers you are out of stock and they should look elsewhere for hotdogs. The unrighteous hawker will sense an opportunity to profiteer, he will raise his price to increase his profit and even hide surplus stocks from view to give an appearance of going to run out soon to convince customers to quickly grab what remains.

Economics is a relatively young branch of science and there are those who will debate whether it is a science or not and so it is that economics is young and its principles may not be or is not based true or un-muddled thinking but it is a ‘mushy’ science based on muddled thinking.

And what is a fundamental principle in economics that may be false?

The economic principle of supply and demand, that shortages arising from either increased demand or reduced production results in price pressure or inflation blamelessly and naturally is false.

It is not shortage (a mismatch of supply and demand) that leads scientifically to higher prices but it is human avarice, desire for unrighteous gains through opportunistic profiteering that is the cause of price rises in the situation where supply and demand is tight and in situations where it is sensed by greedy people that supply is tight, speculation comes into play through consumers themselves, retailers or producers and even intermediaries called speculators who are in the market purely to benefit from expected price rises as a result of expected shortages.

SHORTAGES NEVER BY THEMSELVES CAUSED PRICE RISES BUT IT IS PEOPLE WHO START TO RAISE PRICES THAT CAUSE PRICE RISES. IN THE EXPECTATION OF SHORTAGES, CONSUMERS BUY MORE THAN NEEDED (HOARD) AND ARE WILLING TO PAY A BIT MORE EXERTING PRESSURE ON FELLOW CONSUMERS TO SIMILARLY BID UP PRICES IN AN ESCALATION OF UPWARD BIDDING THAT MAY SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL, RETAILERS AND PRODUCERS SENSING OPPORTUNITY FOR GREATER GAINS MAY THEMSELVES HOARD OR WITHOLD STOCK FROM THE MARKET TO ENHANCE THE SHORTAGE AND INCREASINGLY DEMAND MORE FOR THEIR ‘VALUABLE’ COMMODITY. There was a report that big banks like Barclays are themselves trading (a nice word for speculating) in the commodity markets and have made millions. Unless Barclays own oil refineries and sells petrol, it is in the oil market not for need but for profit and it is precisely the present with escalating numbers of such heavy weights like banks and pension funds with financial muscle in the commodity markets that is spurring the crazy rise of commodity prices to stratospheric levels that threaten the viability of the global economy.

IT IS BECAUSE THESE SPECULATORS LIKE BARCLAYS ARE NOT PAYING AT THE END OF THE LINE FOR THE OIL THEY TRADE IN THAT THEY DON’T CARE IF THEY PUSH PRICES EVER HIGHER SO THAT THEY CAN REAP TRADING PROFITS, DEALERS DON’T CARE BECAUSE THEY GET COMMISSIONS FROM SUCH TRADES AND THEY THEMSELVES MAY SPECULATE TOO. IF BARCLAYS AND DEALERS HAVE TO PAY AT THE END OF THE LINE THEY WILL CERTAINLY BALK AT BIDDING UP PRICES.

IT IS BECAUSE THESE TRADERS AND SPECULATORS ARE NOT THE ONES PAYING FOR THE HIGHER OIL (BUT HAPLESS CONSUMERS ARE THE ONES) THAT THEY ARE SO ENTHUSIASTIC PUSHING UP PRICES SO THAT THEY CAN PROFIT FROM THE PRICE DIFFERENCE FROM WHEN THEY PURCHASED AND SOLD ON THE OIL.

AND SUCH HEFTY PRICE RISES ARE DISCRIMINATORY, IT PRICES OUT THE POOR DEPRIVING THEM RELATIVELY OR ABSOLUTELY THE OIL THEY NEED TO SURVIVE WHILST RESERVING WHATEVER OIL THAT IS LEFT FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THOSE WHO CAN AFFORD INSTEAD OF SHARING EQUITABLY WHATEVER THERE IS LEFT.

NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY WASTE, THE POOR CANNOT WASTE AS MUCH AS THE RICH WHOSE CONSUMPTION OF OIL IS PROFLIGATE AT THE BEST OF TIMES (THINK MONSTER LIKE SUVS AND DRIVING FOR PLEASURES. THUS PRICE RISES IN THE FACE OF SHORTAGES REAL OR IMAGINED ARE UNFAIR, PENALIZE THE POOR AND FAVOR THE RICH AND THOSE WHO SEE NOTHING WRONG IS IMMORAL. BECAUSE THERE IS GOD AND HE WILL PUNISH IMMORALITY, THOSE WHO ADVOCATE PRICE RISES ARE NATURAL AND BLAMELESS ARE HEADED FOR PERDITION NOT HEAVEN.

AS THE BUDDHA SAID, MUDDLED THINKING IS NOT THE WAY TO HEAVEN BUT SUFFERING, CLEAR THINKING IS THE WAY OUT OF THE MORASS OF THIS WORLD. YOU CAN ONLY HAVE CLEAR THINKING IF YOU ARE UNEMOTIONAL AND THERE IS NO FALSE FORCE STYLE IN YOUR SPEECH AND THEREFORE THINKING.

Thus it is clear thinking to conclude that the doubling of iron ore prices is not due to inflation or tight supply and demand but it is due to speculation by consumers trying to outbid each other to corner supply and producers themselves who sense an opportunity to profiteer from a commodity in great demand and this speculation is not only present in the oil market but more highly developed or organized with a separate body of speculators who have totally no interest in oil but in there based on the suspicion oil prices will rise in the future and they can reap profit and by their very presence in increasing numbers and financial clout they exert inexorable pressure for oil prices to keep rising to insane levels.

It is muddled to say that because there are no intermediaries in the iron ore market there is no speculation and the iron ore price rise is blamelessly due to market forces or inflationary pressures and because iron ore prices can rise without the presence of speculators, oil prices must be similarly rising blamelessly as a result of market forces, whatever speculation that may be present is healthy, is not the cause of the rise when the case may be that $70 out of $140 per barrel oil price is the result of this speculation.

ECONOMICS IS A RELATIVELY YOUNG SCIENCE AND MAY NOT BE A SCIENCE ITSELF BUT BASED ON PRINCIPLES THAT ARE FALSE OR CAN BE PROVEN UNTRUE AND EVEN IF IT IS A SCIENCE, SCIENCE ITSELF MAY BE BASED NOT ON TRUTH BUT UNDERLYING PRINCIPLES THAT CAN BE OBJECTIVELY PROVEN TO BE FALSE. Understand enough to falsify & attack:

This is a world where there are many beings who have no understanding at all, they merely ape what others do and get along quite fine until their lack of understanding proves fatal and they get themselves killed.

There are yet others with some understanding but only enough understanding to falsify, up play and downplay truth or reality and use their understanding to attack others with words.

Very few are they who understand enough to speak the unadulterated truth and goodness to benefit themselves and others and it is these who are sheep headed for safety.

When Jesus asked his disciples if they were still without understanding when they discussed not having brought bread along on the board it implies that this is a world where beings are without understanding and don’t understand and only those in whom genuine (as opposed to false or robotic or command) understanding can be cultivated who will be chosen out of this world to eternal life.

PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD UNDERSTAND ENOUGH TRUTH TO EXAGGERATE THINGS THEY LIKE AND THEIR ASSETS AND DOWNPLAY THEIR FLAWS OR DEFICIENCIES, TO FALSIFY OR FABRICATE LIES AND WHAT IS MEANINGLESS (EG NEW DANCE ROUTINES, NEW COMPUTER GAMES) AND TO ATTACK OTHERS BUT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENOUGH TRUTH TO TELL THE PLAIN TRUTH AS IT ACTUALLY IS.

The many evils of style:

A major component of a person’s style is how he uses force to stretch his syllables, change speed and loudness that has differences and similarities with others but is consistent in him and this style in speech has its equivalents in his motion, thinking and perceiving (how he sees, hears, smells, tastes and touches).

Style has no advantages but it is necessary in order to falsely and harmfully impress, please, intimidate and dominate others which is essentially to stir the mental forces of others to be attracted to you or themselves (pleased) or to fear you.

As a result of having style, you must be a robot, suffer from stress, restlessness, distraction (cannot concentrate), sadness, hurt, fear, and be doomed to suffer from the eight madnesses.

Everyone who has style must be a robot because his consistent brand of simultaneous substance and style must be memorized and regurgitated from memory and so he is just a rehashing robot.

Because style is about the use of force that is unnecessary to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness and this constant use of force impacts on the mind and body, it creates stress that is insoluble and renewing and the person is harassed by stress and doomed to succumb to malignant stress.

Anyone who does or says what is unnecessary is practicing (controlled) restlessness and because stretching, changing speed and loudness are unnecessary he is practicing controlled restlessness. Further forceful changes that are unnecessary as in forceful changing speed and loudness is forceful restlessness that is addictive and conditioning.

The simultaneous substance (what he says) and style (angry way he says it) is divisive of his and others’ attention and so he is conditioning himself to have his attention divided or switched off.

Anyone who practices style is practicing controlled conflict because the stretching of his syllables is a forceful prolonging that clashes with the accelerating of speed and loudness of that syllable which is a forceful hurrying and so at the same time as he is delaying he is also hurrying that is controlled conflict that will end in mad conflict.

Sadness is the consciousness experience when his mental force of going against self is purposelessly, uncontrollably prolonging and it is the constant use of force to prolong that is a component of his style that is the progeny of his sadness. Thus anyone who has style must suffer from sadness that is conditioning and will end in depression and even suicide.

When the person is hurt by something happening or said, he experiences naked sharp mental pain as a result of his mental force of going against self accelerating in speed and strength unopposed impacting on his consciousness. Thus the use of force to accelerate in speed and loudness that is a key component of his style is the progeny of his hurt feelings.

Anyone who has a strong mental force of going against self must have a strong mental force of self preservation just as a powerful car must have powerful brakes and it is the sudden rise in strength and speed of his force of self preservation with a sudden drop in speed and strength of his mental force of going against self that is the cause of his fear. Anyone who does not use force to fabricate style does not need a strong force of self preservation and therefore cannot have fear.

All emotions apart from fear, sadness and hurt are derived from like and dislike, are variations of like and dislike and anyone who has style must have strong likes and dislikes because his style is intended to stir like for himself and others. When you want others to be impressed with your style you want to stir their mental force attractively for you. When you want to please others with your gentle style you want them to like themselves as a result of your style.

In order to have style you must use force and this constant use of force is the generator of the emotions that are variations of like (thrilled, excited, greedy, lustful, pride) and dislike (anger, hate, disgust), conflict (forcefully delaying in stretching whilst forceful rushing in rising speed and loudness) sadness, hurt and fear. A person who has style must have mad violent urges, because he is using force unnecessarily all the time, it becomes compelling for him to use force that increasingly escapes his control and he is vulnerable to violent outbursts that may be homicidal.

All people with style must suffer from the eight madnesses: mad rote or robotic behaviour or speech, mad violence, mad emotions, mad stress, mad restlessness, mad distraction (cannot concentrate, in a daze), mad sadness, mad hurt, mad fear, mad logic, mad perception(because he perceives what is harmful and meaningless, his style is meaningful and beneficial). In addition he must suffer from mad conflict because his simultaneous delaying in stretching syllables clash with his at the same time rushing in accelerating speed and loudness.

THE BOTTOMLINE IS THAT THERE IS AN ESCAPE FROM THE MANY SUFFERINGS OF STYLE BY PAYING ATTENTION TO STOP STRETCHING SYLLABLES, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS.

BECAUSE STYLE IS UNIVERSAL IN THIS WORLD & BRUTALLY INESCAPABLY ENFORCED BY EVERYONE ELSE ON EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE FUNDAMENTAL THAN THE ELIMINATION OF THE MANIFOLD SUFFERINGS OF STYLE THAT MAKES THE EXISTENCE OF EVERYONE HERE A CONTROLLED TORMENT THAT WILL END IN TRAGEDY OR HEARTBREAK, THERE IS NOTHING MORE FUNDAMENTAL OR ESSENTIAL THAN FOR SOMEONE TO POINT OUT THE NATURE OF STYLE, WHAT ARE ITS WOES AND WHAT IS ITS PERMANENT CURE IF POSSIBLE.

THUS IF I HAVE DONE SO WHERE NO ONE ELSE HAS DONE SO, THEN WHOEVER IS THE COUNSELOR JESUS DESCRIBED MUST ALSO DO WHAT I HAVE DONE AND IF I HAVE DONE SO I WOULD HAVE RENDERED HIM OBSOLETE AND WHAT JESUS SAID AS FALSE THAT ONLY THE COUNSELOR IS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE TO COME AND TEACH YOU ALL THINGS.

Why style is controlled conflict:

If you are forcefully delaying at the same time as you are forcefully rushing you are practicing two (forceful) opposite things at the same time that must clash and that is forceful conflict that must be controlled and therefore controlled conflict.

When you stretch a syllable you are prolonging or delaying its completion.

When you accelerate in speed and loudness through the same stretched or delayed syllable, you are rushing.

Dr M is spinning himself into insanity:

It is impossible Dr M can see and know there is a concerted campaign against Najib but he is saying so because he does not like what is going on, he is speculating perhaps based on hearsay himself.

There may not be and it is not necessarily that there is a concerted campaign against Najib but it just happens that there is a high profile trial that is in danger of miscarriage of justice if Najib and his wife are the true perpetrators and it is understandable why (brave) people will come forward at this crucial juncture of the trial to declare that they have evidence implicating Najib in which case it is not a concerted campaign against Najib.

If in truth there is no concerted campaign against Najib and Dr M or you perceive there is then that is false perception that because it is accompanied by emotion that this must be true, is conditioning Dr M to false perception that will descend into (well deserved) mad perception. Dr M has a lot of blood on his hands that will make him weep bitterly even for another eternity and more.

Mahathir: There’s a concerted campaign against Najib

KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is convinced that there is a concerted campaign against Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and that “somebody is behind it” besides Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The former prime minister said he could not understand why the Deputy Prime Minister was coming under constant attack, adding that he believed the allegations against Najib were all hearsay.

“There is a concerted campaign against Najib. I don’t know why. Not just by Anwar but also by this other chap (Malaysia Today editor) Raja Petra (Kamaruddin) and also a number of others.

“Somebody is working behind this, maybe to undermine Najib’s possibility of challenging the Prime Minister,” he said after calling on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who is here to attend the 6th Developing Eight Nations Summit.

Dr Mahathir said there was no proof to the allegations against Najib.

“You can’t just say that I heard somebody did this. This is not proof,” he said.

Dr Mahathir said he could not understand why his former deputy (Anwar) was “going after Najib” when it was not the latter who reported on Anwar’s behaviour.

“I think he has always been attacking Datuk Najib. Maybe he thinks that Najib is standing in his way of becoming the Deputy Prime Minister or even the Prime Minister,” he said, adding that Anwar could never join Umno again as the party would not accept him.

Sadly:

Sadly, things appear to have taken a turn for the worse since then. Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has been attacked relentlessly by his predecessor Mahathir Mohamad who blames him for the Front's poor showing. In turn, Dr Mahathir himself is being attacked by a High Court judge for attempting to influence trial outcomes when he was in power.

Comment: What purpose does it serve for him to be sad and what meaning is there in sadness that it should be invoked for this occasion and every occasion that he hopes to share with readers?

If sadness is as I said, the harmful, meaningless involuntary prolonging of one’s mental force of going against self as a result of something happening, what meaning is there and what does it serve to cause your mental force to prolong as a result of things having taken a turn for the worse?

IF HE DID NOT THINK WHAT HE SAID MADE SENSE OR IS MEANINGFUL, HE WOULD NOT HAVE SAID IT. BECAUSE HE PERCEIVES IT IS MEANINGFUL WHEN IT IS MEANINGLESS TO SAY HIS MENTAL FORCE WAS STIRRED TO PROLONG HELPLESSLY AS A RESULT OF THINGS TAKING A TURN FOR THE WORSE, HE HAS ADVANCED FALSE PERCEPTION THAT WILL END IN MAD PERCEPTION.

What the two Citicorp analysts who applauded Malaysia’s decision to hike fuel prices as the right move do not realize is that it is tantamount to them saying cutting off their heads right move.

Because raising prices is harmful to the economy and unjustified and they think it is a competitive move, will benefit the economy, they are deluded and they are headed for perdition that is akin to saying ‘cutting our heads the right move’. If you are saying this and you think you are not saying this, aren’t you a great fool who does not know what he is saying?

BECAUSE APPLAUDING MALAYSIA’S MOVE TO HIKE FUEL PRICES IS FOOLISH, WHAT THESE CITICORP ANALYSTS ARE SAYING IS ‘CUTTING OFF OUR HEADS THE RIGHT MOVE’.

Achieving closure but not distorting history:

Quote: Closure (regarding May 13 1969) can be achieved but history should not be distorted.

What he said sounds nice or impressive or stirring but it makes no sense, is nonsense.

If history is distorted in the process of closure then it is not a closure but a cover-up or non closure.

‘Closure’ is a word that is bandied around probably started by Americans that fellow goats find attractive and so they like to use ‘closure’ about this and that as if they are talking authoritatively when they are just aping others with in vogue lingo.

If closure is impossible regarding May 13, it is never going to happen then you are talking about what is impossible is possible and that is self delusion and promoting delusion in others that closure regarding May 13 is possible with deadly karma for him.

WHAT IS THE USE OF TALKING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN, CLOSURE OR THE REVELATION OF ALL THE TRUTH ABOUT MAY 13?

Either Najib or Anwar Must Be Lying:

If Najib has foolishly proven himself objectively to be a liar then he has proven that Anwar speaks the truth. If Najib has proven himself as the speaker of the truth then he has proven Anwar is a liar.

Because the issues in which they adopted a position must either true or false, there are no other possibilities, then they cannot be both wrong or right but either one must lying and the other telling the truth.

Thus the outcome of the controversies embroiling the nation is either Najib or Anwar is a liar, either one speaks the truth. There is no other way. If Anwar is a liar then Najib is the speaker of the truth and if Anwar speaks the truth, Najib must be lying and there are no part time liars but all liars are fulltime and incorrigible.

There are matters in which both adopted stances where the public who are in the dark cannot know whether they are telling the truth or not (eg Najib knew Altantuya and was involved in her murder or Anwar sodomized the man) but there are matters in which both have dwelled on in which it is clear who is lying and telling the truth and by inference from the objective falsity of what Anwar or Najib said elsewhere, the wise observer can tell quite well if not certainly who is the straight faced blatant liar in the matters stated even as they counter accuse the other of lying.

Thus either Najib & his wife knew Altanturya and are involved seriously in her murder or they are not, either Anwar sodomized the man or he did not. The public cannot tell whether these allegations are true or not, only Najib and Anwar know the truth of the matters apart from God and those who witnessed the acts.

Najib has even gone so far as saying God will vindicate him in the Altantuya case not necessarily because he is telling the truth but he is foolishly trying his utmost to salvage his image and career not realizing that invoking God has grave consequences in punishment for him. He thinks God doesn’t mind or maybe there is no God after all, only the law of the jungle.

What are the issues in which the public can verify whether Anwar or Najib is a truth speaker so that by inference they can deduce if they are telling the truth regarding Altantuya and the sodomy case?

Recently Najib dismissed the opposition fuel protest rally as a failure when what he said is definitely false and dishonest. The government had tried their best to sabotage the rally by setting up road blocks and forcing an avenue change if I am not mistaken. Thus instead of saying the rally is a failure, he should say the government has successfully sabotage the rally. I saw videos of the event and there were a lot of people attending and they were not paid to do so or coerced as in government rallies and so even if it was not a ‘tremendous’ success it was a modest success and so Najib is false to say it is a failure. If Najib will speak falsely unfairly here, he can and will speak falsely unfairly elsewhere that indicates his positions in the Altanturya case and Anwar’s sodomy case that is irreconcilable with Anwar’s positions might be wilfully false.

He is a slick liar in being able to immediately or extemporarily twist facts around to his advantage as when he said why all these sudden attacks on his integrity now (when Anwar is faced with sodomy allegation) regarding the Altanturya case when Anwar never brought it up in the past when he could? The implication is that the allegations against Najib are all false and maliciously designed to detract from allegations facing Anwar. What he said is false too because Anwar has highlighted and called for investigations regarding Najib’s involvement in the case and corruption in Arms procurements many times in the past.

TO THE FOOLISH, THEY ARE CONFUSED IN MATTERS THEY DO NOT KNOW AS TO WHETHER WHICH OF TWO PARTIES OF DIFFERENT STANCE IS TELLING THE TRUTH BUT TO THE WISE, JUST BY WHAT THEY BOTH SAY ON THE MATTERS AND WHAT THEY SAY ELSEWHERE HE CAN TELL WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH AND WHO IS LYING. THERE ARE NO PERFECT LIES AND EVEN AS THE PERSON DENIES HE IS INVOLVED, THERE ARE TELL TALE SIGNS IN WORDS THAT DO NOT TALLY AND HOW HE SAID IT THAT INDICATES IT IS A BLATANT, STRAIGHT FACED LIE.

THUS IF NAJIB HAS PROVEN HIMSELF A LIAR, HE HAS PROVEN THAT ANWAR IS THE SPEAKER OF THE TRUTH.

Which statutory declaration is likely false?

Razak’s private investigator made two statutory declarations, one deliberately over a period of time attended by a lawyer, Amreek Singh whose demeanour and speech indicates he is a reasonable man and another repudiating virtually everything if not everything he said in the previous declaration submitted barely 24 hours earlier accompanied by a lawyer who looked like a crook.

IT IS UNLIKELY IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE THAT AMREEK SINGH WOULD HAVE COACHED THE PI TO WRITE THE DECLARATION, THE PI MAY BE SEEKING FAME AND FINANCIAL REWARD FOR COMING FORWARD BUT THERE MUST BE SOME BASIS OR TRUTH TO WHAT HE SAID, OTHERWISE HE IS A FOOLISH AND BRAZEN MAN TO CONCOCT THINGS THAT SLANDER THE DEPUTY PM AND THE RISKS IN WRATH THAT THAT MIGHT BRING TO HIM (HE SAID HE WAS FEARFUL FOR HIS LIFE AS A RESULT OF THE DECLARATION).

ON THE OTHER HAND, THE HURRIED NATURE OF THE SECOND DECLARATION ATTENDED BY A LAWYER WHO LOOKED LIKE A CROOK IMPLIES LIKELY IF NOT CERTAIN INTIMIDATION AND HIS SUBSEQUENT DISAPPEARANCE IS OMINOUS, THE POLICE MAY BE LYING ABOUT HIS WHEREABOUTS BUT WHATEVER THE TRUTH ABOUT HIS DISAPPEARANCE WILL SURFACE JUST THE TRUTH OF ANWAR’S BLACK EYE AND THE ALTANTUYA MURDER HAS SURFACED. THERE ARE NO PERFECT CRIMES AND THERE MUST BE WITNESSES EVERYWHERE.

ONLY NAJIB AND PEOPLE ALIGNED WITH HIM (NOT BADAWI) HAS AN INTEREST AND ABILITY IN COERCION TO SWIFTLY BRING ABOUT THE PRIVATE PI’S RETRACTION AND DISAPPEARANCE IF IT IS MALICIOUS AND SO FOR NAJIB TO SAY HE DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING IS AGAIN LIKELY A STATEMENT OF FALSITY.

Rushing is the inevitable consequence of delay:

If you have delayed yourself eg to show off or impress or please others, the inevitable consequence is that you must afterwards have an urge to rush to catch up after your previous foolish delay and it is in the nature of things that what is sequential, rushing after delaying progresses to become simultaneous, rushing even as you delay.

THUS IF I AM CORRECT, ANYONE WHO MANIFEST STYLE AND THAT EMBRACES ALL BEINGS HERE, MUST SUFFER FROM ALL THE ABOVE SEVERE MADNESSES IN A WAY IN WHICH THEY MUST CONTROL BUT WILL SLIP FROM THEIR CONTROL. What does the ability of oil prices to drop so much so fast tell you?

It tells you that the price is dictated by a band of deluded greedy people (traders and speculators that may include banks like Barclays), who are greedy for profit and nervous about losses. If you are leveraged, you are even more nervous about losses that can be magnified to wipe you out and so any negative news will cause you to dump oil or make an exit from the oil market whilst anyone positive news will cause you to jump back in and book more oil than you can afford by trading by margin.

Once you have bought oil at a price you will not sell it off except for a higher price unless you are forced by circumstances like expiring option or collapse of demand.

THUS ANYONE WITH GENUINE REASON WILL SURMISE THAT OIL PRICES ARE NOT DETERMINED BY GENUINE REASON BUT DICTATED BY SPECULATORS GREEDY FOR GAIN AND FEARFUL FOR LOSSES ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE USING MARGIN TRADING AND ANYONE WHO TELLS YOU WORLD PRICES ARE CORRECT AND FAIR (IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE PAUL KRUGMAN) IS PUTTING HIS HEAD ON THE CHOPPER BOARD.

Why are all these analysts analyzing oil and not analyzing my backside? Because there is plenty of money to be made analyzing a hot commodity like oil but no money to be made analyzing my backside.

Oil prices fall by more than $5

Oil prices have fallen almost $10 in two days

The impact of a global economic slowdown on demand for oil has caused prices to fall by more than $5, with London seeing the largest drop.

Crude oil prices fell to about $136 a barrel, well down on the record price of almost $147 set in London last week.

Leaders at the G8 meeting also called for suppliers to boost production.

The fall in the oil price helped to boost share prices in New York where the Dow Jones index closed more than 150 points, or 1.3% higher.

US light, sweet crude fell $5.33 to end the trading session at $136.04 a barrel.

In London, Brent crude fell slightly more - $5.44 - to $136.43 a barrel.

According to one oil analyst, prices fell sharply "amid concerns over the general health of global economies."

Sucden analyst Nimit Khamar said: "Many economies face a bleak economic outlook which could reduce the demand for oil, especially at current prices."

Traders were also relieved that, according to forecasts, Hurricane Bertha had weakened and was likely to miss US offshore oil platforms this week.

More money being bullish about oil:

If you are an oil analyst making a living analyzing oil, there is more money to made by being bullish about oil than being honest or bearish because if you are correct, the people who consult you usually are wealthy with money to invest will reward you handsomely especially after they made a lot of money on the oil market from your analysis.

Thus consciously or unconsciously, as an analyst you tend to bend facts and twist things around to be bullish about the oil market just as stock and property analysts were bullish about the stock and property market until the bubbles collapsed and they turn around to tell you the outlook is bearish when you can see for yourself if you have eyes to see.

THUS IF YOU ARE AN ANALYST IN ANY INDUSTRY, IT PAYS TO BE BULLISH BECAUSE THE INDUSTRY IS LIKELY TO THRIVE MORE AND INVESTORS WHO BENEFITED WILL REWARD YOU AND SO YOU ARE FOOL IF YOU THINK ANALYSTS ARE EXPERT, KNOW EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY HAVE VESTED INTERESTS. Vibrating in synchrony:

Just as articles in a room including walls tend to vibrate in synchrony to the vibrations of a loudspeaker especially in the bass frequencies, in the same way, the mental force of a person tends to prolong, change speed and loudness automatically in synchrony to the prolonging, changing speed and loudness of the speech being heard even if he does not realize what he hears has forceful prolonging, changing speed and loudness.

Senseless and sensible conflict:

If you desire to buy a computer and a television set but you have money to buy only one, then you are faced with a choice or dilemma or conflict as to which one you must choose at the expense of the other and this is a sensible conflict.

If you are at the same time forcefully delaying by prolonging your syllable whilst you hurry by accelerating in speed and loudness through your stretched syllable, you are then senselessly practising forceful conflict because it is conflict to delay and hurry up at the same time. Why Saiful Is Keen To Swear:

There will be those who will be swayed by Saiful’s challenge to Anwar to swear before religious officials to perceive he must be genuine in his allegation of sodomy.

This is not necessarily so because he may prefer to lie by swearing than to face in (unbearable) shame his friends and society if he climbed down and refused to swear which is nothing much or just another act to close his eyes and regurgitate to a person who may pay lip service to religion and places worldly pursuits at far greater priority than truth.

As a result of the publicity generated by his allegation, if he did not back up his allegation so that he appears to be lying then he would have lost face which is very important to proud goats in order for them to continue to function in the society they desire to thrive in. If he was not an ambitious person who will not deny himself, he would not be hanging around both UMNO and PKR leaders and so being very proud and perceiving a backing down in swearing as an indication he lied for material gains, he feels compelled to up the stakes by swearing.

Such people do not know God and may not even believe in God even if they profess to do so and so they think there is no divine punishment if they went to the charade of swearing when the opposite is true, the punishment they will receive as a result of falsely swearing is far worse than any human punishment.

Bad karma to ask others to swear:

Jesus said do not swear, let your yes be yes only and just as you must not swear, you must not ask others to swear because it comes from evil not good.

Swearing is not an instrument to determine the truth, just as someone can lie he can also swear falsely to escape human punishment and so by asking others to swear to prove their innocence you are forcing them to repeat their lies with additional karma then if they did not swear. If someone has committed falsity he will be punished and there is no need to subject him to potentially additional karma if he is forced to lie in swearing to save his skin.

Thus if you think swearing is a good instrument at determining truth when it is a poor instrument, the guilty party may swear falsely to nullify the purpose of swearing, then you have wrong view that the Buddha said led to hell or the animal womb. Further if the swearing achieves or nothing and it potentially forces the guilty party to repeat his lie incurring additional karma for him then you are instrumental in persecuting him, in inciting him to lie again that he would not have done had you not forced him to swear.

THUS IT IS WRONG VIEW TO THINK SWEARING IS A GOOD INSTRUMENT AT ARRIVING AT TRUTH, IT INCURS KARMA NOT MERIT ON THE PERSON WHO REQUESTS OTHERS TO SWEAR.

Scoffing is verbally attacking another:

Quote: Biological clock? Men will sleep through it.

Comment: It is not that the person knows the statement is false but he dislikes it for some reason and so what he or she said is scornful or derisive or mocking. The person is dismissive or sarcastic.

You may dislike something said or happening but scoffing is not about disliking the thing or person but verbally attacking to put it or him down.

Attacking another verbally is the same as attacking him physically thus anyone who scoffs or derides another is attacking him with words and that is ill will that prevents him from going to heaven.

So well disguised and accustomed are people to scoffing and pouring scorn that they are often unaware they are pouring scorn or verbally attacking another and in the process putting their heads on the chopping board which is not the way to heaven but even another eternity in perdition.

Neither rushing nor delaying:

Although it is possible to conduct your entire life neither rushing nor delaying even for one moment, it is never seen in this world that indicates that although possible this is not the way of this world and may be or is the way of heaven.

Compared to always rushing and then delaying, neither rushing nor delaying is an incomparably superior, saner and blissful un-harassed existence. This is universal and applies to everyone, it is not that if you are the devil, then always rushing and delaying is more blissful than neither rushing nor delaying.

And you need force never reason to delay and rush. Only force can cause a person to delay or rush and so if you are always rushing and delaying, even if you do not know it, even if you deny it, you are a man of force, driven by force to constantly rush and delay that is not only suffering to yourself but persecutes those who come into contact with you because they can experience the force changes associated with rushing and delaying that tends to induce the same in them and stress them.

Further, because rushing and delaying is based on force, and whatever is based on force is conditioning, you become conditioned or addicted to rushing and delaying that can become so intense or compelling, you are seized so intensely it is hard or impossible to extricate yourself.

Compared to rushing and then delaying to then rush again, to rush at the same time as you delay is even more agonizing, more maddening and because all ordinary people do so when they accelerate in speed and loudness (rush) through the syllables they always stretch (delay), they are CONSTANTLY practising the ultimate in controlled agony: RUSHING AT THE SAME TIME AS THEY DELAY which is like walking even running on tiptoes.

BECAUSE RUSHING TO THEN DELAY AND EVEN MORE SO, RUSHING AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU DELAY IS MEANINGLESS, CONFLICTING AND STRESSFUL, IT IS ONLY MEANT FOR SHOW TO IMPRESS, PLEASE, INTIMIDATE AND DOMINATE OTHERS, ANYONE WHO OBJECTIVELY PRACTICES RUSHING AND DELAYING IS A GREAT FOOL, AND IF YOU DO NOT KNOW YOU ARE DOING IT ALL THE TIME YOU ARE AN EVEN GREATER FOOL, THERE ARE SERIOUS LIMITS AS TO HOW DISCERNING AND PERCEPTIVE YOU CAN BE.

Everything may be fine and they may be smiling and suddenly they may hear or see something happening that may even be said gently and suddenly and rapidly they experience hurt rising even like a stab on their minds or heart.

Feeling hurt is the consciousness experience when his mental force of going against self rises in speed and strength as a result of something happening unaccompanied by the protective shielding rise of his force of self preservation and the naked impact of strength and speed on his consciousness causes sharp searing pain that usually seizes him to deny with a smile or attack the source of his hurt.

Whether you realize or not, if you use force to say or do things to impress and please others against your true wishes you must feel hurt that is conditioning so that increasingly it can arise by itself to intense levels out of proportion to what has happened.

You never use true reason to say or do things against self but you always shut off true reason and use force to power through what you said or did that is in a plan of how and what you must say or do and you are merely a robot using force to execute the plan.

If you must fabricate style or stretching, changing speed and loudness, you must go against self because that mandates the constant use of force that is painful and conditions the mind to constantly automatically use force.

Why do people with no interest in oil buy oil futures if not to hope that they may profit by a price rise later and the very fact that many such people dominate the exchanges is going to cause pressure for oil prices to rise in a bidding war or panic.

Buyers and sellers themselves can be speculators and profiteers and just because there are no intermediaries, no futures in iron ore does not mean buyers and sellers cannot act as speculators themselves to push up prices.

Just as rumours of a shortage of sugar or rice that may not be true may cause consumers to collectively stock up (hoard) more sugar than they need and retailers and wholesalers may withhold stock to help create an artificial shortage because they expect prices will rise and they can sell their stock at a higher price than in the past, the same can happen with iron ore where desirous consumers like China fearing a shortage may hoard more iron ore, attempt to outbid rivals or offer more money to get the iron ore and shrewd suppliers like Australia may feign shortage or withhold stock hoping for higher bids in the process causing prices to rise and other consumers to offer higher prices in an arms race to secure iron ore for themselves.

THUS BUYERS MAY ACT AS SPECULATORS BY HOARDING UP A COMMODITY THEY ARE DESPERATE TO GET AND THINK WILL RISE IN PRICE CREATING ARTIFICIAL DEMAND MORE THAN IS THERE SO THAT OTHER CONSUMERS ARE FORCED TO COMPETE BY BIDDING MORE AND SELLERS MAY SENSE BUYING PRESSURE AND CREATE BUYING PRESSURE BY WITHOLDING STOCK IN THE HOPE OF GETTING A HIGHER PRICE WHEN A SHORTAGE DOES ARISE AS A RESULT OF WITHOLDING.

KRUGMAN MAY THINK HE IS CORRECT BUT HE MAY BE WRONG ON SEVERAL COUNTS. WHAT APPLIES TO IRON ORE MAY NOT NECESSARILY APPLY TO OIL. BUYERS AND SELLERS MAY BECOME SPECULATORS THEMSELVES AND CONSUMERS MAY SHOOT THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT BY OFFERING HIGHER PRICES IN AN ATTEMPT TO SECURE SUPPLIES THAT SHREWD SELLERS MAY PURPOSELY WITHOLD IN THE HOPE OF MILKING MORE OUT OF FOOLISH DESIROUS CONSUMERS.

There are many ways to cook a fish:

Just as there are many ways to cook a fish, you can steam, fry or whatever other way cook it or eat it raw, there may also be many ways to speculate or profiteer in a tight market.

The futures trading market where anyone with money is not only entitled to buy but he is assisted by margin finance provided by dealers is one way and direct buyers trying to muscle each other out by bidding higher thinking they will pay a bit higher now than pay much more later and sellers may profiteer by withholding supplies until they get a higher bid.

EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO SHORTAGE, RUMOURS OF PENDING SHORTAGE WILL CAUSE CONSUMERS TO HOARD THEREBY FULFILLING THE SHORTAGE SO THAT CONSUMERS WHO ARE LEFT OUT ARE FORCED TO PAY HIGHER PRICES DEMANDED BY RETAILERS OR BLACK MARKETEERS AND SELLERS THEMSELVES MIGHT HOARD SO THAT THEY CAN DEMAND A HIGHER PRICE FROM THOSE DESPERATE TO GET STOCK WHEN A SHORTAGE DOES OCCUR.

THUS KRUGMAN IS EXHIBITING FALSE LOGIC TO SUGGEST THAT THE FACT THAT THERE ARE NO INTERMEDIARIES AND NO FUTURES MARKET IN IRON ORE MEANS THAT SPECULATION IS NOT THE CAUSE OF PHENOMENAL PRICE RISES IN OIL PRICE.

A definition of a speculator:

A speculator is anyone who hoards stock more than he truly needs or he does not need in the hope of making a profit or gaining when the price rises or he sells stock he does not have (short selling) in the hope of profiting by buying back later at a lower price.

Thus a consumer who normally needs one pack of sugar is speculating if he buys three bags of sugar because he thinks prices will rise or there will be a shortage. He profits by paying less for the three bags than he would if he did not buy.

Similarly sellers may also speculate by withholding stocks more than they usually do in the hope of fostering a shortage and exerting pressure for consumers to pay a higher price.

THUS CONSUMERS AND SELLERS MAY THEMSELVES BE SPECULATORS. CONSUMERS IN THEIR HASTE TO SECURE STOCK AT THE EXPENSE OF FELLOW CONSUMERS MAY BE WILLING TO PAY HIGHER PRICES THAT FORCE OTHER CONSUMERS TO ENGAGE THEM IN AN ARMS RACE OF BIDDING HIGHER THAT IS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND MAKE THEM FALL INTO THE ARMS OF THE SELLERS.

It is dangerous to compare:

It is true logic to find out or work out what is happening in a specific situation eg why oil prices are rising so high than to transfer the conclusions of another situation eg iron ore price rises in the absence of a future market or intermediaries because the comparison may not be valid and it is merely the transfer or copying of the explanation of one situation applied to another that has nothing to do with genuine specific to the occasion reasoning but just a regurgitation of an explanation.

Thus in the case of the phenomenal price rises in the oil market, it is correct to find out the facts of the case to come to a conclusion whether speculators are responsible for the price rises.

The facts of the case are that in recent years first powerful hedge funds and now pension funds are entering the oil markets where speculators’ power can be amplified by margin trading.

If you agree that these hedge & pension funds and individual speculators have no use for the oil, they are merely in the market looking for profit, then the only way they can profit is to sell their contracts they hold later for a higher price meaning for oil to rise in price in the future.

Either these speculators have nothing to do with subsequent oil price rises, it is merely incidental and they are passive benefactors of the subsequent price rises or they are instrumental in exerting pressure that would otherwise not have been if they were not present in the market. If you agree their presence provides additional unnecessary competition for buying oil whose supply is tight, then they are instrumental in causing price rises to greater extent than if they were absent.

If 100 people are chasing or purchasing the same commodity where there were 10 in the past then surely they are going to exert pressures for prices to rise and if these 90 extra people purchasing has no business purchasing, they are merely hoping to profit by selling higher later, then they are speculators and their presence in the oil market is creating unwarranted pressures for oil to keep rising in prices to the detriment of the economy.

IT IS DANGEROUS TO COMPARE SITUATIONS AND IT IS NOT TRUE REASONING BUT MERELY THE COPYING OR TRANSFERING OF THE EXPLANATION IN ONE SITUATION TO ANOTHER SITUATION THAT MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE. WORK OUT THE SITUATION BY EXAMINING THE FACTS OF THE CASE OF THE OIL MARKET AND FIND OUT OR UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY COLLECTIVELY TELL.

The oil market has changed:

IN THE PLACE OF SUCH FINDINGS, KRUGMAN IS SAYING IT IS RUBBISH, THE PRICE IS SO HIGH BECAUSE OF MARKET FORCES OR FUNDAMENTALS WHEN NO SUCH ENTITIES EXIST. APART FROM GREEDY AND FEARFUL BUYERS AND SELLERS MARKET FORCES AND FUNDAMENTALS DO NOT EXIST.

Paying more to pay less:

Consumers want to pay the least for what they want to buy but in their foolishness and eagerness to avoid paying more they may fall for the trap set by sellers and speculators because eager to lock in a lower price before it rises further and eager to disadvantage fellow consumers they are willing to pay more to get the goods first before it rises further thus making them and their fellow consumers fall into the arms of unscrupulous speculators and sellers who want to profit from price rises.

SO LONG AS COSTS REMAIN THE SAME, IT IS SELLERS AND PRODUCERS WHO STAND TO GAIN THE MOST FROM PRICE RISES AND BECAUSE THE COST OF IRON ORE EXTRACTION SHOULD BE THE SAME, THE DOUBLING OF IRON ORE PRICES REFLECTS A MORE THAN DOUBLING OF PROFIT FOR AUSTRALIAN IRON ORE PRODUCERS.

Once consumers and sellers are accustomed to higher prices it is very difficult to revert to previous lower prices unless demand has drastically collapsed and sellers are desperate to sell and hence once the genie of price inflation is let out of the bottle, it is hard to revert to the ‘good old days’, once the car is pranked it will never be the same again and those speculators who have caused the oil price to rise so high has serious debts for creating economic mayhem that may destabilize the system.

The speculator premium:

According to the US House committee, speculation is adding $70 to the price per barrel of oil.

Thus if the price is $140 today, it should be $70 without speculators.

Prostitution, drugs & oil:

Where there is excrement there flies will gather and because there is money to be made by speculating in oil, there speculators must also gather and anyone who dismisses the role of speculators in ramping up oil prices is either complicit himself and does not want any prying investigations or he is a fool like Paul Krugman speaking without personally examining the oil market.

Just as the mafia does not have to be told but they moved in to control the prostitution and drug trade because they are desirable commodities with a lucrative profit, in the same way speculation and organized crime do not have to be told but they will move into the oil market in any way they can and control it if possible so that they will derive lucrative profit from an item that everyone needs.

WITHOUT SEEING AND KNOWING THAT SPECULATORS ARE INDEED NOT PRESENT IN THE OIL MARKET OR THE INFLUENCE THEY WIELD IS INSIGINIFICANT, YOU ARE A FOOL STICKING YOUR NECK OUT TO BE CHOPPED TO SAY IT IS NOT SPECULATION BUT FUNDAMENTALS OR BLAMELESS MARKET FORCES THAT IS THE CAUSE OF THE PHENOMENAL PRICE RISE.

HOW WAS I TO KNOW I WAS WRONG THEN IS AN EXCUSE BECAUSE IF YOU DID NOT KNOW THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE SPOKEN AS IF YOU KNEW WHEN YOU RUBBISHED SPECULATION. A hypothetical iron ore supply demand situation:

What is true for iron ore may not be true for oil and vice versa.

Suppose Australia is the only source of iron ore and the demand for it is usually 5 tons per day and Australia has a maximum capacity to produce 10 tons per day.

Because of the construction boom in China and elsewhere the world demand for iron may soar from 5 tons per day to say 12 tons per day which is over Australia’s capacity to supply.

Faced with such a shortage unrighteous and foolish consumers will seek to deprive each other of iron by offering a higher purchase price to the producer so that he will sell preferentially to him and in order to guard against shortage, he may even order more than he truly needs thereby exacerbating the shortage and exerting more pressure on prices.

When you have reached the limit of supply the right thing to do is to keep your consumption within the physical limit rather than to boost consumption regardless and raise the stakes by offering higher prices hoping to corner available stock at the expense of other consumers. All this will only benefit producers who will reap excess profit as a result of the price rises.

In practice, when faced with a saturation of supply, all sorts of possible underhand tactics are deployed by buyers and sellers to gain unfair advantage and it is likely if not certainly that speculation in one form or another (eg hoarding) by buyers and sellers are involved that causes price to rise higher than it would if everyone played fair.

Supposed if people jumped the gun, we have not reached the point of shortage but the entry of extra fictitious buyers who do not need the commodity boosts demand more than the limit of supply so that there is a panic bidding to secure oil for yourself and the expense of others, then it is wrong to attribute shortage as the cause of price rises but it is exacerbated or entirely caused by the entry of these fictitious buyers artificially increasing demand.

Even in the iron ore situation malicious rumours may be spread to coax buyers to pay a higher price and if it is not speculation it is a form of racketeering or profiteering.

Oil producers are themselves speculating in oil:

This report says that oil producers are using the money they earn to pump money into the oil futures thereby driving up prices.

Double boon for oil nations from the soaring price of crude

OIL-PRODUCING nations are getting a double benefit from the soaring price of crude, according to experts. Not only are revenues booming, but their sovereign-wealth funds have been pumping money into commodity index futures, helping to boost the price.

Crude rose to nearly $143 a barrel on Friday, before closing just above $140, after another wild week of fluctuations.

The price dropped below $132 in the middle of the week after the release of data showing rising American crude stocks and falling consumption, but then surged again on a prediction from the president of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) that the price will rise to between $150 and $170 and a threat from Libya to cut production.

The US Congress, which is on the point of introducing measures to limit speculation in oil futures, heard from one hedge-fund manager last week, Michael Masters, that without it the oil price would drop to between $65 and $70 a barrel.

The Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), which oversees the US futures markets, insists speculation is not responsible for the rise in prices.

Last week, the acting chairman, Walter Lukken, conceded that the CFTC could not be sure of the amount of index trading in energy markets because of the methods used by traders.

Stephen Briese, editor of Commitmentsoftraders.org, and an expert in commodity-futures trading, said there was $230 billion (£115 billion) of investment in commodity-index futures, some of which came from sovereign wealth funds.

“The CFTC has abrogated its responsibility under the Commodity Exchange Act, which says it shall establish speculative-trading limits to prevent excess speculation,” he said. “Instead, it is systematically eliminating trading limits.”

Hank Paulson, the US Treasury secretary, will visit London this week for talks with Alistair Darling about the soaring oil price and the credit crunch.

Paulson, like Gordon Brown, says the answer to the high price lies with greater output from the oil producers. Despite the surging oil price, analysts do not think the Bank of England will be pushed into a rate hike.

The European Central Bank is set to raise its rate from 4% to 4.25% this week, but a survey of analysts by Ideaglobal.com suggests the next move in Britain is likely to be downwards.

Style divides attention and is evil:

There is style present in the substance of a speech or motion that also distracts but the major component of style is how a person speaks or does a same thing in different ways that the recipient can experience.

Whenever a person speaks with style, he is simultaneously expressing style and the substance of what he wants to say that may be true, false or makes no sense and forces the listener to pay attention at the same time to what the stylish person wants to say and how he is saying it.

Because his style is based on force or how he uses force to stretch or prolong syllables, change speed and loudness and whatever is forceful attracts attention much more than the force free substance, style when present is a potent attractor of attention that is drawn from the substance of what is said that should in truth be the focus of attention. It is because what people say are not honest, they are merely saying it to get what they want or please others that it must have an accompanying style to draw as much attention away from the insincere or false substance said.

Only the substance of what is said has meaning and no man of truth will simultaneously express style or force changes to distract attention from the truth of what he is saying.

If you keep on dividing your attention and that of others by your present style in what you say, your attention will become increasingly easily divided and harder to reconstitute and it may even become permanent divided or scattered and that is maddening or suffering.

The wise position regarding oil speculators:

Whether there are speculators in the oil market, who they are and how much influence they exert may be known by God if not by you and me and if you do not know or see you should refrain from taking up partisan position that is actually putting your head on the chopper board if it turns out you are wrong or deluded.

Leave it to God whether there are speculators in oil or not and the reason you join in is because you are opinionated, you do not deny yourself, if you are Paul Krugman you think you are an expert dispensing expertise to others.

The Buddha said there are things that are essential to pay attention to and address and there are things that are unessential not worthy of deliberating and conjecturing the role of speculators in the oil market is unessential and therefore should be abstained.

A person like Paul Krugman is emotional and attached to or conditioned by his opinions that if false, conditions his mind to falsity that will end in confusion and madness.

An unemotional person like me is not emotionally attached to my view that speculators are present in the oil market and even responsible for raising the price of oil by $70 per barrel. (If the world price is unfair, rigged, then the Malaysian government is unfair in wanting its citizens to pay world prices for oil when it produces its own oil) and therefore not bonded by my views. I do not form self identity views (a fetter to future woe according to the Buddha) based on my belief oil speculators are present.

Based on the reports you read everywhere and using genuine reasoning, you do not need to be a professor of economics, you do not need to compare it with the iron ore market to surmise that the oil market may be infested even in epidemic proportion by oil speculators and therefore you are foolishly brave to say no speculation.

Current oil price unjustified even if no speculators:

If even it is true there is not a single speculator in the oil market, everyone putting a buy order has use for the oil he is buying not ‘investing’ because it is an ‘appreciating asset’ (nice term for speculating), the rise of oil is not based on fundamental but evil and greed. Why is that?

In the absence of speculators, the reason oil has risen so high is because of consumers wickedly, un-righteously trying to price each other out of the oil market by bidding up prices they are willing to pay that hopefully it is too high your competing consumer cannot pay and will drop out. This is muscling out others and sin. Rather than sharing the shortage, you want to push others off the table so that you can have everything to yourself.

EVEN IF THERE ARE NO SPECULATORS DRIVING UP OIL PRICES, THE CURRENT OIL PRICE IS UNFAIR AND REFLECTS PROFITEERING UNLESS THE COST OF OIL PRODUCTION HAS RISEN PROPORTIONATELY, SOMETHING THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

IT MAY REFLECT CONSUMERS TRYING TO PRICE EACH OTHER OUT OF THE MARKET BY BIDDING HIGHER TO SNAP UP WHATEVER AVAILABLE STOCK (UNLIKELY IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE) OR PRODUCERS DEMANDING MORE OR WITHOULDING STOCK (UNLIKELY IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE). EVEN IF THESE ARE THE FACTORS BEHIND THE PRICE RISES, IT IS UNRIGHTEOUS OR EVIL BY SELFISH CONSUMERS NOT WILLING THE SHARE THE SHORTAGE (THERE IS NO SHORTAGE YET) OR OPPORTUNISTIC PRODUCERS.

IF YOU THINK IT IS UNLIKELY OR IMPOSSIBLE CONSUMERS ARE BIDDING UP PRICES (WANT TO PAY MORE FOR THEIR OIL) OR PRODUCERS POINTING THE GUN AND DEMANDING MORE MONEY, THEN UNLESS THE WORLD IS MAD THEN IT MUST BE SPECULATORS THAT ARE EXERTING THE DRIVE TO PUSH UP PRICES. NOT ONLY ARE THERE SPECULATORS THERE MAY BE MANIPULATORS WHO HAVE EVEN CORNERED THE MARKET.

Would you buy oil if it is a depreciating asset?

Would you buy oil or put money into oil futures if you knew it was a depreciating asset, you will definitely lose money.

Would you buy oil or put money into oil futures if you knew it was a appreciating asset, everyone tells you they made fabulous money investing in oil?

And so it is that it is because oil is a desirable asset, everyone who has made money ‘investing’ in the oil market or bought a futures option has made money that many are enticed to ‘pile in’ exerting even greater pressure for oil prices to rise (self fulfilling prophesy) in a classic bubble parabolic curve described by Soros.

Speculators are not interested in oil, has no use for oil but they are interested in the quick riches to be had should they bet correctly and oil rise by the time they sell later.

My aim is to get a boyfriend:

Why get a boyfriend?

A reason why some women resolve to get a boyfriend is because of dependency needs that may be emotional or financial. If you are happy, you do not need others but if you are inadequate then it is foolish to look to someone to lean on because your pillar of strength can turn out to be a brute.

I have no urge to get a girlfriend because I am adequate by myself and a girlfriend may be a burden difficult if not impossible to bear and live with.

Badawi’s curt reply:

Badawi is false to say that:

If Badawi is false to say that it is common for an accused person to claim he is innocent then he is guilty of an offense with punishment not just here but far more places that he is aware in his ‘wildest’ imagination.

Badawi would like to be able to say that Anwar is guilty but he is not mad (yet), he knows he has no right to say Anwar is guilty because he did not see the sodomising and it is all based on hearsay and so he hints or casts aspersion to the effect. In so doing or in hinting, he does not mean what he said nor said what he meant and he is a hypocrite and that is not the way to heaven and if he cannot go to heaven even another Age of perdition awaits him.

Unless Badawi saw or knew it as true Anwar sodomized the person, he has no right to imply whether it is true or not because by implying you are lending weight to what may slander the other person, it is almost as good as slander and even hell awaits him.

Jesus said you will be judged for every careless word you say and this is careless driven by an emotional urge to lash at his detractor Anwar and he is a fool if he thinks he has acquitted himself well, he did not slander Anwar but merely said what is true, it is "common for an accused person". Exactly what Badawi has in mind may be known to God and if it is driven out of ill will to imply Anwar’s guilt, his head is on the chopping board.

Krugman tells you oil prices are fair:

In refuting that speculators are responsible for the high oil prices, Krugman is saying the current high oil price is a fair price that you should accept without complaints, it is all about fundamentals, supply and demand, there is a shortage and therefore you must pay more.

This is wrong view because no matter how short, the high price is not justified because unless costs have risen in tandem, someone must be profiteering far in excess of the past and this can either be producers themselves or speculators.

THE CURRRENT HIGH PRICES MAY BE OR IS UNJUSTIFIED, IT CONFERS EXCESSIVE PROFITS ON EITHER PRODUCERS OR SPECULATORS ON THE EXCUSE THAT WE ARE FACING SHORTAGES AND SO WHOEVER TELLS YOU THE CURRENT PRICE IS TO BE EXPECTED, IS FAIR IS ASKING FOR JUDGMENT IF IT IS UNFAIR, EXORBITANT.

Switch off or be divided:

Faced everywhere with audio & visual input from others that have a wicked simultaneous substance and style combo, a being either must learn to switch off (detach himself from the reality he craves to exist in) or constantly divide his attention between the substance and style of whatever he sees and hears others doing or say.

And so it is that in order to cope, beings trapped in this world have learnt very well to divide their attention even rapidly between how and what someone is saying or doing or they have learn to switch off, ignore what is said or done.

To learn to divide or alternate your attention is to learn how to divide it and a divided attention is suffering, conditioning to suffering that will end in the agony of a scattered or blurred concentration. A scattered concentration cannot see things clearly, cannot see the truth and thus by dividing another person’s attention with your styled speech you are preventing him from focusing and seeing the truth.

To learn to switch off is to learn to dangerously detach yourself from reality so that you miss what is going on that may be vital even for your survival. Thus by rendering styled speech you are conditioning another person to dangerously detach from reality, to seek a private world of fantasy that is always delusion filled.

Often the person descends into a daze even rapidly when he hears what is said and even repeated loudly to him but he cannot understand what is said to him even when it is a vital matter.

THUS ANYONE WHO SPEAKS WITH STYLE IS NOT MERITORIOUS BUT A WICKED PERSON WHO IS DIVIDING HIS OWN AND OTHERS’ ATTENTION, CAUSING HIMSELF AND OTHERS TO DANGEROUSLY SWITCH OFF.

When you speak angrily to another person, he must pay attention to the angry way you are saying whilst at the same time try to make sense what is the matter you are angry about and often people switch off, refuse to hear what you are angrily berating him. Either way you are not only making him suffer by dividing his attention or making him switch off but you are conditioning him to better divide his attention or switch off and that is karma not merit.

Insist you have the right to speak angrily or tenderly (to seduce or curry favour) but if it is true it divides and switches off attention in others, then you have debt and are not headed for safety after death.

Premonition:

This youth seems to have had a premonition when he described his death by stabbing weeks earlier.

It may be karma, debts to be discharged have to be discharged and unless you enjoy pain bear in mind what you say or do that may lead to pain.

Murdered teenager Ben Kinsella predicted his own death in a creative-writing school essay written a few weeks earlier.

The 16-year-old described striking similarities to his own death as he wrote that he was stabbed in the back several times.

The essay was found among his possessions following his death in Sunday.

Ben, an A-grade student who hoped to become a graphic designer, was killed the in the early hours of Sunday after a fight broke out in a bar where he was celebrating finishing his GCSEs.

'Once in the gut for good measure.

'The pavement feels so very cold on my so very punctured back.

'Everything feels cold. Numbness persists.

'As I stare up at my killer-to-be he feels not the slightest measure of remorse at what he has just committed.

'Instead his dark smile sickens me in ways I couldn't imagine.

'He holds a phone to me and clicks the button. Flash, my misery a mere picture used to broadcast the monstrosity society has become.

'I can only wonder whether I deserve to die here, now.

'Was it all for a reason? Who can say?'

He goes on to write how he is surrounded by loved ones in his hospital bed but his world turned black and he was then in heaven.

Sister Brooke made a statement at the scene of his murder on Monday.

She said: 'Ben really was one of the kindest and gentlest boys God created. He had a heart of gold.

'We always knew that Ben would make a special mark in this world and although this is the worst possible circumstances hopefully he will be the one that finally puts an end to this.'

Shortages never caused price rises:

A shortage no matter how acute is never the true reason why something eg oil prices soar to such heights but it is always an excuse to raise price by producers, assuming that speculators or manipulators are non-existent.

You read everywhere people who tout themselves as great intellectuals eg Samuelson below defending the high oil price as the inevitable consequence of high demand and saturated production when they all have false perception that if they do not correct (unlikely by themselves) they are headed for insanity or mad perception.

In the presence of a shortage panic sets in and consumers start to try to secure stock for themselves by snapping up more than they really need and willingly paying a bit more to get it in a process that slowly drive the price of that commodity up, abetted by retailers and producers who see an opportunity to reap greater profits from foolish panicky consumers by withholding stock and keep asking higher and higher prices.

THE ONLY GENUINE CAUSE FOR A PRICE RISE IS IF COST OF PRODUCTION HAS RISEN FORCING PRODUCERS TO ASK A HIGHER PRICE TO MAINTAIN THE PROFIT MARGIN.

THUS ANYONE WHO PERCEIVE AND TOUT A TIGHT SUPPLY AND INCREASED DEMAND FOR THE CURRENT HIGH OIL PRICE HAS FALSE PERCEPTION THAT WILL END IN MAD PERCEPTION, WHETHER YOU ARE KRUGMAN OR SAMUELSON OR NOT.

SHORTAGES IS AN EXCUSE BY RETAILERS TO RAISE PRICES IN A PROCESS AIDED BY PANICKY CONSUMERS TRYING TO SNAP UP WHAT AVAILABLE STOCK THERE EVEN IF THEY PAY MORE.

You don’t see consumers dying to pay more for oil but they are demonstrating and so it is impossible that high oil prices are due to consumers.

It is impossible oil producers are demanding higher prices and so it must be someone else, speculators and even manipulators who have secretly cornered the market who are dictating prices pushing them ever higher until the bubble bursts.

The headline is deceptive and his position is actually the opposite of what the headline states and he may think he is cute but he is trying to deceive others as to his true position with karma far greater than he dreamt possible. He is a deluded man like Krugman/

The candidates say financial slimeballs are piling into commodities markets and pushing prices to artificial and unconscionable levels. If only it were that simple.

Tired of high gasoline prices and rising food costs? Well, here's a solution. Let's shoot the "speculators." A chorus of politicians, including John McCain, Barack Obama and Sen. Joe Lieberman, blames these financial slimeballs for piling into commodities markets and pushing prices to artificial and unconscionable levels. Gosh, if only it were that simple. Speculator-bashing is another exercise in scapegoating and grandstanding. Leading politicians either don't understand what's happening or don't want to acknowledge their complicity.

Granted, raw-material prices have exploded across the board. Look at the table below. It shows price increases for eight major commodities from 2002 to 2007. Oil rose 177 percent, corn 70 percent and copper 360 percent. But that's just the point. Did "speculators" really cause all these increases? If so, why did some prices go up more than others? And what about steel? It rose 117 percent—and continued increasing in 2008—even though it's not traded on commodities futures markets.

A better explanation is basic supply and demand. Despite the U.S. slowdown, the world economy has boomed. Since 2002, annual growth has averaged 4.6 percent, the highest sustained rate since the 1960s, says economist Michael Mussa of the Peterson Institute. By their nature, raw materials (food, energy, minerals) sustain the broader economy. They're not just frills. When unexpectedly high demand strains existing production capacity, prices rise sharply as buyers scramble for scarce supplies. That's what happened.

"We've had a demand shock," says analyst Joel Crane of Deutsche Bank. "No one foresaw that China would grow at a 10 percent annual rate for over a decade. Commodity producers just didn't invest enough." In industry after industry, global buying has bumped up against production limits. In 1999, surplus world oil capacity totaled 5 million barrels a day (mbd) on global consumption of 76mbd, reckons the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Now the surplus is about 2mbd—and much of that in high-sulfur oil not wanted by refiners—on consumption of 86mbd.

Or take nonferrous metals, such as copper and aluminum. "You had a long period of underinvestment in these industries," says economist John Mothersole of Global Insight. For some metals, the collapse of the Soviet Union threw added production—previously destined for tanks, planes and ships—onto world markets. Prices plunged as surpluses grew. But "the accelerating growth in India and China eliminated the overhang," Mothersole says. By some estimates, China now accounts for 60 percent to 80 percent of the annual increases in world demand for many metals.

Commodity-price increases vary, because markets vary. Rice isn't zinc. No surprise. But "speculators" played little role in the price run-ups. Who are these offensive souls? Well, they often don't fit the stereotype of sleazy high rollers: many manage pension funds or university and foundation endowments. Their modest investments in commodities aim to improve returns.

These extra funds might drive up prices if they were invested in stocks or real estate. But commodity investing is different. Investors generally don't buy the physical goods, whether oil or corn. Instead, they trade "futures contracts," which are bets on future prices in, say, six months. For every trader betting on higher prices, another is betting on lower. These trades are matched. In the stock market, all investors (buyers and sellers) can profit in a rising market and all can lose in a falling market. In futures markets, one trader's gain is another's loss.

Futures contracts enable commercial consumers and producers of commodities to hedge. Airlines can lock in fuel prices by buying oil futures; farmers can lock in a selling price for their grain by selling grain futures. What makes the futures markets work is the large number of purely financial players—"speculators" just in it for the money—who often take the other side of hedgers' trades. But all the frantic trading doesn't directly affect the physical supplies of raw materials. In theory, high futures prices might reduce physical supplies if they inspired hoarding. Commercial inventories would rise. The evidence today contradicts that; inventories are generally low. World wheat stocks, compared with consumption, are near historic lows.

Recently the giant mining company Rio Tinto disclosed an average 85 percent price increase in iron ore for its Chinese customers. That was stunning proof that physical supply and demand—not financial shenanigans—are setting prices: iron ore isn't traded on futures markets. The crucial question is whether these price increases are a semi permanent feature of the global economy or just a passing phase as demand abates and new investments increase supply. Prices for a few commodities (lead, nickel, zinc) have receded. Could oil be next? Barron's, the financial newspaper, thinks so.

Politicians now promise tighter regulation of futures markets, but futures markets are not the main problem. Physical scarcities are. Government subsidies and preferences for corn-based ethanol have increased food prices by diverting more grain into biofuels. A third of the U.S. corn crop could go to ethanol this year. Restrictions on offshore oil exploration and in Alaska have reduced global oil production and put upward pressures on prices. If politicians wish to point fingers of blame for today's situation, they should start with themselves.

For instance the root of a person’s stress, restlessness, distraction (cannot concentrate) sadness and hurt is very simple, it is because of the constant use of force to prolong, change speed and loudness in his speech and motion. Thus anyone who tells you it is very complicated or impossible to unravel or it is blameless part & parcel of life is confusing others with karma.

The Buddha said his teaching is for those who delight in non complication not those who delight in complications and not just in religious matters but everything in life it is actually very simple and to tout complication is to lead others astray and falsely impress others with your intellectual ability.

THE TRUTH ABOUT EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS ACTUALLY VERY SIMPLE. AS THE BUDDHA SAID, BOUND ROUND BY DELUSION THIS WORLD ONLY APPEARS REAL OR MEANINGFUL, TO ONE WHO SEES, THERE IS NOTHING. COMPLEXITY IS A DEAD END, A MAZE THAT LEADS TO MENTAL TORMENT AND SO IF YOU TOUT COMPLEXITY WHEN THE MATTER IS ACTUALLY VERY SIMPLE, YOU ARE HEADED FOR INSANITY AND YOU HAVE KARMA LEADING OTHERS ASTRAY.

THE SITUATION REGARDING HIGH OIL PRICES MAY APPEAR VERY COMPLICATED BUT IT IS ACTUALLY VERY SIMPLE. NO AMOUNT OF SHORTAGE BE IT INCREASED DEMAND OR REDUCED PRODUCTION CAN CAUSE PRICES TO RISE EXCEPT THAT IT REFLECTS OPPORTUNISTIC PROFITEERING BY SELLERS OR PANIC DRIVEN HOARDING BY BUYERS BOTH OF WHICH ARE ABSENT IN THE OIL MARKET AND ALTHOUGH THERE MAY BE SHORTAGES IN THE NEAR FUTURE THERE IS STILL PLENTY TO GO AROUND AND SHORTAGE IS MERELY AN EXCUSE TO PROFITEER. CONSUMERS ARE NOT CLAMORING TO PAY HIGHER OIL PRICES AND ALTHOUGH PRODUCERS WELCOME THE EXTRA PROFIT FROM HIGHER PRICES, THEY DID NOT ACTIVELY PUSH FOR IT AND SO IT LEAVES ONLY SPECULATORS AND EVEN MANIPULATORS WHO HAVE CORNERED THE MARKET, WHO HAVE NO INTEREST OR USE FOR OIL EXCEPT TO PROFIT FROM PUSHING UP PRICES WHO ARE THE CULPRITS. EVEN IF YOU CANNOT SEE THIS, GOD CAN SEE AND IF THIS TRUE, SPECULATORS AND EVEN MANIPULATORS ARE THE CAUSE OF CURRENT HIGH PRICES WHICH ARE UNJUSTIFIED OR UNFAIR AND YOU THINK IT IS FAIR AND NOT SPECULATORS WHO CAUSE IT, YOU HAVE WRONG VIEW THAT ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA LEADS TO HELL OR THE ANIMAL WOMB EVEN FOR ANOTHER ETERNITY.

‘GHOSH’ IS PRETENTIOUS, EXPRESSING PRETENTIOUS AMAZEMENT OR CONDESCENSION AND ANYONE WHO CAN BE GHOSHED IS NOT HEADING ANYWHERE NEAR HEAVEN AND THAT MEANS ANOTHER ETERNITY OF PERDITION.

Only force can make things difficult to understand:

The truth is that everything that happens or is true in this world is knowable, needs no force to see and know and is easy to see and understand and it is the presence of force in a person’s mind that makes anything difficult even impossible to see or know.

IT IS THE PRESENCE OF FORCE IN THE PERSON’S MIND THAT DICTATES WHAT THE PERSON WILL SEE AND NOT SEE, THE WAY HE WILL SEE AND NOT SEE, HIS DELUSIONS AND LIKES AND DISLIKES (PREJUDICES) THAT PROVE THE FORMIDABLE IF NOT INSURMOUNTABLE BARRIER FOR HIM TO TRULY SEE OR KNOW.
