Those who have reached the higher states of the mind don’t suffering and their inner happiness is much higher than whatever pleasures that can be obtained and so they are able to resist and wean themselves off the irrational urge to seek pleasures and avoid pain.
Seeking pleasures and avoiding pain is actually controlled conflict and mad because pleasures is mild pain in disguise and the same dangerous evil force that gives pleasures is the same force causing pain.
SEEKING PLEASURE AND AVOIDING PAIN IS CONFLICTING BECAUSE THE SAME HARMFUL DANGEROUS FORCE IS BEHIND THE PLEASURE YOU SEEK AND PAIN YOU AVOID. PLEASURE IS ACTUALLY MILD PAIN THAT RESULTS IN SIGNIFICANT PAIN AFTERWARDS.
PAIN AND PLEASURES ARE MEANINGLESS, FALSE, SENSATIONS TO BE EXPERIENCED OR TASTED AND REMEMBERED WITHOUT NOTHING THAT CAN BE UNDERSTOOD AND ACTUALLY PLEASURE IS ALSO SUFFERING AND DO THOSE FREE FROM SUFFERING, HAVE REACHED THE HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND INCREASINGLY TURN AWAY FROM PLEASURES.

You cannot have pleasures without pain and so long as you seek pleasures you must face pain that reaches excruciating and prolonged levels.
