The Buddha could have used so many other words but he correctly stated ‘name and form’ as the direct results or products of consciousness.

The world of existence is about entities beings and inanimate objects, formed and formless and they are all separate whatever you might (incorrectly) construe about these entities they all boil down to ‘name and forms).

ALL OBJECTS AND BEINGS IN THIS WORLD HAVE A NAME AND FORM AND BOTH ARE FABRICATED USING MEMORY AND NOTHING ELSE AND THIS IS FALSE AND SUFFERING REQUIRES USE OF MEMORY THAT IS WORK, WEARS DOWN MEMORY TO ATTEND TO AND REMEMBER THEM.

The pressure of death and suffering is oppressive here but the vast majority are not fit to be tamed, not realizing the suffering ahead of them as vast as oceans and as long as eons, many are submissive to the king of death but even in heaven where there is respite from suffering and death, the reprieve is temporary not permanent, the Buddha said that the lifespan of beings in heaven can reach 60,000 eternities (you can wallow in hell for hundreds of thousands of eons too) but on exhaustion of that lifespan the being can fall even to hell depending on his past debts.

EXISTENCE IS A PRISON OR TRAP IN DEATH AND SUFFERING FOR EVERYONE AND THE ONLY ESCAPE IS TO RECOGNIZE MEMORY USE AND STOP ALL MEMORY USE WHICH LEADS TO AWAKENING.
