Further even if memory can tell you everything, when, what, how to say or do things, it is blind, mechanical, meaningless and the dangerous wrong source of speech and action. Only understanding can tell a person the correct thing to say or do that is truly not materially beneficial for himself and others.

Style is an attachment to substance that can be progressively erased but can relapse:

I have successfully erased my style and reaped its rewards of freedom from conflict, stress, restlessness and distraction and so I know style (stretching syllables, changing speed and loudness) is something separate that can be erased, it is not inseparably integrated with syllables. IT IS NEVER SEDENTARY LIFE IS UNHEALTHY, EXERCISE AND BRISK WALKING IS HEALTHY BUT ALL ACTIVITIES OF THE MIND AND BODY INCLUDING BRISK WALKING IS WORK AND SUFFERING, WEARS DOWN THE MIND AND BODY AND THE WISE PERSON WILL NOT ABUSE HIS MIND AND BODY BY SMOKING, DRINKING, OVEREATING, WATCHING TV AND HE WILL NOT UNNECESSARILY WEAR DOWN HIS MIND AND BODY UNDERTAKING ANY ACTIVITY INCLUDING BRISK WALKS.

IT IS ABSURD A MONK EMERGING CALM AND CLEARLY THINKING AFTER AN EXTENDED MEDITATION WILL NEED TO GO FOR A BRISK WALK TO SHAKE OFF ANY SUFFERING AND IT IS ONLY THE COUCH POTATO SLOUCHED ON HIS SOFA FOR HOURS EYES AGOG AND MIND DAZED FROM WATCHING TOO MUCH TV WHO NEEDS A BRISK WALK TO SHAKE OFF HIS WOES.

The Buddha said good is cessation, good is when they forever cease and he spends afternoons in seclusion, meditating not sleeping.

THAT SEDENTARY IS UNHEALTHY AND ACTIVITY, EXERCISE IS HEALTHY IS WRONG VIEW, DELUSION, IT IS NOT SEDENTARY PER SE THAT IS UNHEALTHY BUT IT IS THE UNHEALTHY PURSUITS WHILST SEDENTARY (SMOKING, DRINKING, EATING, WATCHING MOVIES, THINKING EMOTIONALLY) THAT IS UNHEALTHY AND IF THE UNHEALTHY ACTIVITIES YOU PURSUE WHILST BEING SEDENTARY HAVE HARMED YOUR MIND AND BODY CAUSING SUFFERING THEN ALL THE BRISK WALKING IN THE WORLD CANNOT REVERSE THE HARM BUT INSTEAD THE BRISK EXERCISE IS WORK AND SUFFERING, WILL WEAR DOWN THE JOINTS AND MUSCLES OF YOUR BODY.

IF A PERSON SITS CROSS LEGGED UPRIGHT, ALERT, MIND EMPTY, MIND AND BODY VACANT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE HE IS DAMAGING HIS MIND AND BODY, HE DOES NOT SUFFER BUT HIS BODY IS SERENE EVEN GREATER THAN WHATEVER SERENITY ORDINARY PEOPLE KNOW, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE HE NEEDS TO GO FOR A BRISK WALK AFTERWARDS TO SHAKE OFF THE STRESS OF HIS MEDITATION.

I know by experience style, thinking, like and dislike are suffering:

In the past I too had style, could not help thinking about this and that, I liked and disliked things (even though not as intense as others).

BECAUSE I HAVE NOW TRULY SHED MY STYLE THAT WAS NEVER AS INTENSE AS OTHERS, I KNOW STYLE IS SERIOUS SUFFERING AND SHEDDING STYLE IS AN INCOMPARABLE RELEASE FROM CONFLICT, STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION.

BECAUSE I AM ABLE TO STOP THINKING NOW, I KNOW THINKING IS ALWAYS SERIOUS SUFFERING NEVER A SOURCE OF HAPPINESS AND THE END OF THINKING IS AN INCOMPARABLE RELEASE FROM SUFFERING.

EVEN THOUGH MY LIKE AND DISLIKE WAS NEVER AS STRONG AS OTHERS, I HAVE NOW STOPPED LIKING AND DISLIKING AND I KNOW LIKING AND DISLIKING IS EVIL, SUFFERING AND NOT LIKING AND DISLIKING IS AN INCOMPARABLE RELEASE FROM SUFFERING.

THOSE WHO LANGUISH IN STYLE, THINKING, LIKING AND DISLIKING DO NOT KNOW THE INCOMPARABLE RELEASE FROM SUFFERING THE END OF STYLE, THINKING AND LIKING/DISLIKING BRINGS.
