If you smile, shrug off and accept your suffering you are never going to escape death and suffering and exit for heaven, only when you stop smiling and accepting your suffering, know the exact cause of your suffering and eliminate it then you are heading out of suffering now and forever.

You watch children play, they run and fall down, pull themselves up and smile at their parents and then continue, if the pain is too much they burst into tears. If they did not run or they watched where they are going they may not have fallen. To smile in the face of disaster, shrug off what happened is also wrong not right. You must remember life is full of dangers, you can die falling if you crack your skull.

There are actually two types of attitudes, programmed generalized behaviors and rules.
