Before I discovered style was the cause of stress, restlessness and distraction after 1997, my freedom from suffering was hit and miss, sometimes I was quite free of stress, sometimes going for some tennis or the driving range, listening to music did the trick, sometimes not.

As soon as I realized that I was prolonging my words, changing speed and loudness and this was the fountain of my stress, restlessness and distraction and I made effort to eliminate it, I realized everyone not some people were also prolonging words, changing speed and loudness and not wanting to suffer I reduced my interactions with others, my path out of suffering was steadfast, certain. More and more I uncovered the deep extent of style in myself and others and as I distanced myself from style in myself and others my suffering rapidly subside. I was still subject to sudden intense stress which is mad stress as a result of lifelong stress that's now easily strongly triggered taking a long time to subside.

AFTER I DISCOVERED STYLE WAS THE CAUSE OF STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION AND I WORKED ASSIDUOUSLY TO ELIMINATE STYLE MY FREEDOM FROM SUFFERING BECAME ASSURED, UNWAVERING. THERE WAS STILL MAD EASILY TRIGGERED MAD STRESS AS A RESULT OF LIFELONG CONDITIONING BUT NOWADAYS I HAVE DESTROYED MAD STRESS.

ONLY THE PERSON WHO CAN RECOGNISE THOROUGHLY STYLE, ELIMINATE HIS STYLE AND MINIMISE INTERACTIONS WITH THOSE WHO HAVE STYLES ARE HEADING COMPLETELY OUT OF SUFFERING EVEN IN THIS LIFE.

Because style is the only and true cause of the tormenting triad of stress, restlessness and distraction, there are no other causes of stress, restlessness and distraction, only the elimination of style, the elimination of prolonging, changing speed and loudness will cure stress, restlessness and distraction. You can try what you want, smoke, drink, take medications, drugs, meditate on mountain tops, chant mantras, do yoga or tai chi, play sports but they will never cure your stress, restlessness and distraction.

BECAUSE STYLE IS THE ONLY CAUSE OF STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION ONLY THE END OF STYLE IS THE CURE FOR STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION. YOU ARE BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE MEDITATING IN SECLUSION, DOING TAI CHI OR YOGA OR DRINKING ALCOHOL OR MEDICATIONS.

A person with understanding cannot be delusional and he sees the truth immediately when pointed out to him:

A person with understanding is never delusional, it's only those without understanding because they are robots replaying from memory everything they say and do because they have style who can and are deluded not partially but totally.

A person with understanding may not know many things but when the truth is pointed out to them they quickly even immediately see the truth. It is never truth but memory subjects people in this world point out to each other so there's no opportunity to see the truth pointed out.

For one who sees truly a lot of people in this world are totally deluded and impossible to correct, they are clueless, blind as bats.

Prolonging words is the cause of sadness has a truth for you to see or not, it is not for you to remember. Similarly every hair on your head is numbered is a truth subject with something for you to see not remember. It means God knows everything bad you have done and you cannot escape accountability.

You look very pretty is a memory subject, it's for you to remember and feel emotionally thrilled, both remember and thrill are bad not good.

Great sadness, King Charles’ moving confession: Whatever is true and good never is moving or sad, there is no greatness in evil sadness. Style is made of false force and memory:

Style which is principally prolonging, changing speed and loudness or force in speech and actions is a joint product of false evil memory and force. Without memory and using force you cannot have style, no understanding is involved or necessary.

Memory is simply blind record and replay. Force is always harmful, blind and the only source of pain and pleasure that is mild pain. Without force there can be no suffering and death. If a person never used force or exposed himself to force from others it's impossible for him to suffer.

BOTH FORCE AND MEMORY ARE BLIND AND LEAD TO SUFFERING AND DEATH NEVER ESCAPE FROM SUFFERING.

STYLE IS THE FATHER OF HIS DELUSIONS BECAUSE THE REPLAY STYLE NECESSITATES MAKES HIM A TOTAL SLAVE TO HIS BLIND RECORD REPLAY MEMORY THAT DICTATES EVERYTHING HE SAYS AND DOES.

It's impossible for a person with style not to have ill will, hate others because he's prostituting himself to others who are poisoning him with style he accepts and pretends; acts as if it's wonderful. He's prostituting himself not because he is so good but for sensual and material gain motives. A person without style has no reason to hate, he doesn't poison himself with his own style and he recognizes others are poisoning him with their styles and delusions and he avoids exposure to others.

I remember I used to ask myself decades ago, how can I give up golf and tennis?

Today I have permanently given both up, it's impossible I will pick up a racket or golf club, it's rubbish, meaningless, suffering not happiness swinging a racket or club.

Sports reinforce evil emotions:

Hit a good shot, tennis or golf and you're thrilled which is training yourself to be emotional that's dangerous, suffering and bonds you to suffering. Hit a bad shot, hit the frame of your racket and you are upset, disappointed, angry with yourself that's also training you to be emotional.

I remember the many blisters in my hand and feet, sprained muscles and ligaments, the hot sun and rain.

Sports is about emotions, even if it is supposed to be friendly you want to beat the opponent and he wants to beat you. It trains you to fight, compete and become more and more emotional that's the way to suffering not safety.

YOU HAVE TO BE A MASOCHIST TO LIKE TENNIS OR GOLF, IT'S SUFFERING AND TRAINS YOU DANGEROUSLY TO BE EMOTIONAL.

IF YOU THINK SPORTS IS ABOUT HAPPINESS AND THE WAY TO HEAVEN YOU ARE DELUDED, IT'S ABOUT FIGHTING AND ADDICTS YOU TO EMOTIONS AND HELL.

There is nothing great or good in sports: Anyone who thinks there's something great, elitist or marvelous about golf, tennis or football or any sport you care to nominate is deluded and delusion is a bond to this world together with greed and ill will.

Sports is about aggression, competing, fighting to win, fighting with or without instruments according rules and a plan and faith in rules and rituals is a bond to future suffering according to the Buddha.

SPORTS IS ABOUT FIGHTING, REPLAYING ACCORDING TO PLANS, RULES AND RITUALS AND OF WHICH ARE UNWHOLESOME SO THOSE HOOKED TO SPORTS ARE HOOKED TO SUFFERING AND DEATH.

Sports is about robotic replay: Sports is about being a replaying robot of a game. You train and train until you can replay shots, actions as perfectly as to meet demands during the game.

All sports are fabrications with a set of rules, to be played ritually with the objective of winning, beating the opposition. There's no true meaning in any sports, it's false, make believe and so it's controlled insanity fighting passionately to triumph.

ALL SPORTS IS ABOUT TOTAL REPLAY FIGHTING RITUALLY ACCORDING A PLAN WITH RULES.

There are bullion banks that hold gold and silver instead of money. They can lend their bullion for a fee and this borrowed gold or silver which must be returned can be used to short or control gold and silver prices on the Comex exchange. Should prices rise sharply these borrowers may default causing system failure.

The Federal Reserve through its proxies cannot default in dollars it can print freely but it can default on gold it sold without possession. When buyers find they have no gold to take possession, there will be a market crash, who wants to buy gold that doesn't exist?

So there will be no buyers and plenty of panicked sellers and the gold price could collapse and trade suspended until assured gold supply is restored.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE THROUGH MAJOR BANKS MAY BE BORROWING GOLD FROM BULLION BANKS FOR A FEE TO SHORT THE MARKET DEPRESSING GOLD PRICES. THEY CAN PRINT MONEY TO BUY GOLD AT HIGHER PRICES TO COVER LOSSES.

BUT THE SITUATION TODAY IS DANGEROUS, MAD TO SHORT BECAUSE BIG MONEY CENTRAL BANKS AND THE SUPER RICH ARE BUYING AND TAKING DELIVERY, DRAINING THE MARKET OF GOLD. Because central banks are taking delivery of the gold, draining the exchange of gold a time will come when short sellers cannot buy gold to deliver and therefore default that may bring the market down disastrously.

SHORT SELLING IS CRIMINAL AND SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SHORT SELLING GOLD IN A BULLISH MARKET WITH STRONG BUYING SUPPORT AND BUYERS TAKING DELIVERY IS ESPECIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DANGEROUS FOR SELF AND OTHERS. THIS MAY BE WHAT IS HAPPENING. THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY CONTROL EVERYTHING.

The proviso for a successful rigging of the market to keep gold and silver prices low is if most buyers do not take delivery and the supply of gold is sufficient to meet delivery but should there be massive delivery that exceeds supply then the short selling without stock may be exposed.

Lending and borrowing is wrong, a sin with debt and if you don't know, it's not because you are very good or discerning but you are a fool.

By lending out bullion to make money and by borrowing bullion from bullion banks it allows speculators to make money from markets selling to short bullion more than actually exists giving an illusion there is more gold or silver than there actually is. This can be dangerous, can lead to market collapse.

BUYING AND SELLING IS ITSELF WRONG, BORROWING AND LENDING TO SELL IS EVEN MORE WRONG AND DANGEROUS. THE MOTIVE IS TO MAKE MONEY DISREGARDING RISKS.

Experts say China has 31,000 tons of gold vs America 8,000. America's gold reserves is unaudited so could be less. It's still amassing gold encouraging masses to buy gold. When they have enough they will revalue the yuan to gold that will make gold much higher vs dollar.

There are considerable advantages if China declared the actual amount of gold it has pegged the yuan against gold where America cannot or will not.

China already secretly owns much more gold than America, reputed the biggest gold owner at 8000 tons. China may have 31,000 tons even more.

Should China peg the yuan conservatively to gold it will boost its debt ridden economy. Why would foreign yuan holders trade in their yuan for gold if they can buy more gold with their yuan on the market? Should China refuse to trade gold for returned yuan there will be a dumping of the yuan. People will prefer to hold a gold backed yuan than a dollar backed by unpayable debts.

China is encouraging citizens to buy gold that will make those who heed very rich if gold is pegged much higher against the yuan. If China pegs the yuan much higher against the gold, gold prices worldwide must soar otherwise people will abandon other currencies in favor of the yuan.

IF YUAN IS PEGGED AGAINST GOLD MANY TIMES HIGHER THAN CURRENTLY IT WILL MAKE CITIZENS WHO BOUGHT GOLD VERY RICH OVERNIGHT AND GOLD WILL SOAR IN OTHER CURRENCIES OTHERWISE PEOPLE WILL SELL OTHER CURRENCIES FOR YUAN AND GOLD.

Pegging the yuan against gold has little risk for China because it is an industrial powerhouse exporting all over the world and what it needs are oil, food and raw materials it can pay with gold earned from its exports elsewhere.

By contrast pegging against gold is a handicap for America, its infrastructure and industrial base is in tatters, it imports a lot, it's in deep deficit and a voracious military to feed. This may be why America wants to eliminate China by hook or crook even nuclear war.

If China pegs the yuan against gold at a much devalued value, then other currencies have no choice but devalue in tandem, who will sell gold to you for so many ringgit when they can sell gold for much more yuan and use those yuan you bought to buy more ringgit?

Malaysia is irresponsibly printing money to festive support civil servants. This devalues the currency and savings of people in banks.

When currencies are pegged to gold governments will be forced to be more fiscally responsible.

Many credible experts say silver is a steal currently due to price manipulation and it may outperform gold as there is a shortage and burgeoning industrial demand for silver.

The Malaysian government is not promoting citizens buy gold because it will undermine the ringgit.

Who will sell gold for usd2500 when they can get much more yuan selling to China and then convert yuan back to UUS dollar? Thus a China devaluation will force a US evaluation against gold.
