There's pain and suffering associated with things you see and hear, what others say and do that may be directly or hidden pain arousing and normally people are controlling, resisting this incoming pain and on occasions their control and resistance fails it is experienced as hurt.

HURT IS AN EMOTION FELT WHEN CONTROL FAILS TO STOP THE PAIN, ASSAULT ACCOMPANYING THE THINGS OTHERS SAY AND DO.

It is because of the style present everywhere in everyone and yourself that you are forced to constantly resist, control suffering and on occasions when this control of suffering fails or is inadequate you experience hurt, searing unshielded pain.

Hurt is like the straw that periodically breaks the camel's back, no matter how tough you are, how you swear by your style, after relentless continuous exposure to suffering and pain from yourself and others your resistance or control snaps every now and then causing you searing hurt that you may blame on others but you are to blame foremost for having style that demands continuous control of the suffering it generates, you are to blame for exposing yourself to the style and suffering originating from others. You deserve to be hurt and hurt is not the way to heaven but to endless suffering and deaths mostly in the animal world.

Nowadays I don't generate hurt for myself because I have abolished my style that's a source of suffering and hurt, I minimize association with others who have styles.

Hurt is not the curse of existence but it's the curse of existence of those with style and consort with others with style and it's the way to suffering, perdition not safety and heaven.

Heaven is the pure realm with no karma creation that occurs in the lower realms. Thus, according to the Buddha the noble disciple extinguishes himself in the bliss of heaven whilst the ordinary person who desires further existence, depending on his previous karma, can go down even to hell after he has exhausted his lifespan in heaven.

Whoever leads others to suffering shall himself find suffering, whoever leads others out of suffering shall himself find happiness. It's unlikely if not impossible a person with style doesn't lead others to suffering, it's unlikely if not impossible a person without style will lead others into suffering.

The many suffering caused by style:

Sadness is caused by prolonging, a component of style, confusion and restlessness are caused by changing speed and loudness, another component of style, conflict and stress are caused by resistance or control necessary because of style. Fear too is caused by style because the person with style is a slave of memory without understanding and he panics, does not know what to do when something dangerous happens.

In short many are the ailments caused by style which is a curse to the person himself and to others.

A mind without style is centered:

There is such a thing as a centered mind the Buddha spoke of. When the person's mental force is no longer prolonging, changing speed and strength his mind is centered, happy, not suffering. Further if thinking has stopped, like and dislike stopped, he is not feeling his mind is even more centered.

The less you prolong, change speed and strength the less you suffer until when style has totally stopped, suffering totally stop and you have reached the first higher state of the mind.

Distraction is suffering and dangerous and style is the constant cause of distraction because the simultaneous substance and style combo scatters, divides the person's attention so he cannot focus fully on the matter at hand.

Everything in existence is made of evil memory:

Everything in existence is made from memory. Force is not self-existing but it is created from memory. Consciousness has a form made from memory and it's powered by force like electricity made from memory. Thoughts, speech and actions have forms made from memory and a drive made from force that is also made from memory.

Existence revolves around memory which is simply blind record and replay. When a being wisely ends all using memory he is released from further existence.

Like and dislike may be styled:

Like and dislike may not be a plain standard attractive and repulsive stirring of a person's chargeable mental capacitor or battery but there may be differences, style, different ways of prolonging, changing speed and strength in different people's likes and dislikes.

If this is the case, then style or prolonging, changing speed and strength is pervasive, not isolated, style pervades every aspect of the person's soul or spirit. Different people have different styles what and how they perceive (see, hear, smell, taste and touch), think, speak and do things, what and how they like and feel pain and pleasure.

Why there is no conflict in heaven:

The reason there is no conflict in heaven is because everyone knows the truth and what's false and they abide in the truth and don't say or do what is false, wrong. Since the truth has no alternatives and is the same and applies to all, there can never be conflict, arguments or differences between heavenly beings.

TRUTH HAS NO ALTERNATIVES, IT'S THE SAME AND, APPLIES TO EVERYONE SO IF EVERYONE KNOWS THE TRUTH AND ABIDES BY THE TRUTH CONFLICT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

No one can see what is false is true:

It is only possible to see what is true is true, it's impossible for anyone to see what is false is true and so if a person does something false it is only because he cannot see the truth, if he can see the truth he will surely see what he does is false and not wanting to suffer and die it's impossible he will do what is false that always leads to danger, suffering and death.

Thus the only reason anyone has style, smiles and laughs is because he cannot see they are false, suffering and leads to death.

This is proof people in this world cannot see the truth, they're kidding themselves they see the truth.

The reason people have style is because they cannot see the truth that their styles are false, wrong, unnecessary and suffering.

The Buddha said the truth is not easily seen and this is because people in this world cannot see the truth which is there in front of their eyes all the time. People in this world see names and their forms and things happening but they cannot see the truth before their eyes which is why they constantly indulge in false harmful styles, replay from memory without knowing, talk about meaningless harmful memory subjects without knowing.

If people can see the truth they will see that everyone including themselves are speaking with style that is the curse, cause of their sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict, fear, stress, restlessness and distraction. It's impossible anyone can see their styles are true and good because they are false and bad. This proves people don't see the truth.

Confused, puzzled and uncertainty is the same emotional state caused by style:

Just because something happening or told to you doesn't make sense doesn't mean you must be confused instead confusion is a conditioned emotional state of the mind in which your mental force is changing speed and strength in a haphazard way in speed and strength as a result of lifelong accustomed changing speed and loudness to fashion your style.

NOTHING HAPPENING SHOULD CAUSE CONFUSION, AN EMOTIONAL STATE BUT IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH FOR NO GOOD REASON AND THIS CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH IS STIRRED BY SOMETHING HAPPENING THAT YOU ARE CONFUSED THAT'S SUFFERING AND THE WAY TO SUFFERING AFTER DEATH.

Puzzled and uncertainty are the same as confusion. As a result of uncertainty triggered the person becomes doubting and doubt and uncertainty are bonds to future suffering together with faith in rules and rituals and selfishness or self-identity views.

Nowadays I am not puzzled by anything happening, just because I don't know what happened or make sense of something doesn't mean I should be puzzled which is useless, suffering and dangerous.

CONFUSION, PUZZLED AND UNCERTAINTY ARE HAPHAZARD SPEED AND STRENGTH STIRRING OF A PERSON'S MENTAL FORCE THAT'S WRONG, UNNECESSARY, DANGEROUS AND A BOND TO FUTURE SUFFERING ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA.

If a person truly never prolongs his words and actions it impossible he should become sad and depressed, if he is constantly prolonging words and actions it's impossible he doesn't suffer from sadness that descends into suicidal depression.

Style vs confusion and sadness:

Style is the organized, regulated changing speed and strength of a person's mental force as he speaks or moves that's for show, to please or impress others and confusion, puzzle entry or uncertainty is the triggered disorganized haphazard changing speed and strength of his mental force as a result of something happening.

STYLE IS THE CAUSE OF UNCERTAINTY THAT'S A FALSE EMOTIONAL STATE THAT LEADS TO DOUBT, DOUBT AND UNCERTAINTY THE BUDDHA SAID IS A BOND TO FUTURE SUFFERING NOT SAFETY.

Guile is deception, football and many sports is about being skilled in deception and aggression, both of which are wrong never right.

It is not proper to praise food:

The right view about food is that it is to be partaken sparingly to keep life going, not for pleasure or excess because animals and plants have to work, suffer and die to provide you food. Even storing food cooked or uncooked is wrong for a monk.

It is not good bringing children into this world:
