When you prolong a word you are temporarily pausing, freezing, suspending, paralyzing your mind with force, this is always dangerous and harmful and so must be resisted leading to stress.

If you keep prolonging or freezing your words soon you develop an automatic urge to freeze that can be easily triggered by things happening and you will struggle to stop the freezing. When the prolonging is triggered you become sad. When it is strongly triggered you are stunned, shocked. When you cannot shake off the freezing you are depressed, can lead to suicide.

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE EVIL OF PROLONGING WORDS AND MOTIONS, THEY BECOME AUTOMATIC, EASILY PROVOKED STRONGLY AND YOU WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY SHAKING OFF LEADING TO SUICIDAL DEPRESSION. BECAUSE PROLONGING IS HARMFUL IT MUST AROUSE RESISTANCE LEADING TO STRESS.

Prolonging words and actions is unnecessary, work, suffering and dangerous.

It is dangerous because you are training yourself to keep freezing and unfreezing the mental force of action of your mind that risks failure to unfreeze leading to your mind being stuck, frozen.

EVERY TIME YOU PROLONG A WORD YOU ARE TRAINING YOURSELF TO FREEZE, SUSPEND THAT YOU MUST SUBSEQUENTLY UNFREEZE TO MOVE ON. SUCH REPEATED CONSTANT FREEZE AND UNFREEZE CYCLES RISKS FAILURE OF UNFREEZING AND DEPRESSION.

Temporarily freezing their words and actions which is what people are automatically doing all the time is dangerous, it risks failure to unfreeze leading to depression that can be suicidal.

Believe and doubt based on like and dislike:

Jesus never told you this; you can spend thousands of world cycles or ages each lasting billions of years in the deepest of hells depending on what wrong you have done. Only the Buddha tells you this. It is with reference to this and many other things only the Buddha taught that Jesus said the counselor will guide you to all the truth.

For the person who has stopped thinking the next higher achievement is no like and dislike. Without being able to stop thinking he cannot stop liking and disliking.

YOU CAN ONLY ACHIEVE ENLIGHTENMENT IN MEDITATION AFTER STOPPING ALL ACTIVITIES OF YOUR BODY AND ELEVATING YOUR CONCENTRATION UNTIL YOU FINALLY STOP ALL FABRICATING TO REACH THE HIGHEST PUREST CONCENTRATION POSSIBLE AND HENCE BECOME ENLIGHTENED.

EVEN THE BUDDHA AFTER ENLIGHTENMENT CAN STOP FABRICATING WHEN HE IS EATING, TALKING OR WALKING AND ALL THESE ZEN INSTANT ENLIGHTENMENT AFTER PROVOCATION DURING ACTIVITY ARE HUMBUG.

Only in meditation and only in those with the purest minds who meditate is enlightenment possible. The vast majority of people have no inclination to meditate, don't meditate except for brief periods less than a hour and when they meditate they are consumed by thoughts about affairs of the world.

In order to be enlightened you must practice meditation consistently and be totally disengaged, disinterested with the world. You must steadfastly elevate your concentration from no style, no thinking, no like or dislike, no feelings, no forms, no space, no consciousness, Nothingness and finally the final jump in concentration to no fabricating, no using record replay memory.

YOU CANNOT ELEVATE YOUR CONCENTRATION WHILST ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES OF THE WORLD WHICH IS FABRICATING, YOU MUST SECLUDE YOURSELF AND STOP ALL BODILY ACTIONS, STOP THINKING, STOP LIKE AND DISLIKE, STOP FEELINGS, STOP FORMS, STOP SPACE, STOP CONSCIOUSNESS, STOP NOTHINGNESS AND FINALLY STOP FABRICATING.

Whereas others meditated to seek eg seek insight, knowledge, happiness the Buddha meditated to stop, stop style, stop thinking, stop like and dislike, stop feelings, stop forms, stop space, stop consciousness, stop Nothingness and finally stop fabricating. This is why he achieved enlightenment where all others failed. And when he reached enlightenment vision rose, he obtained vision of his past lives, karma and the path totally out of suffering and death.

WHEREAS OTHERS MEDITATED TO SEEK, THE BUDDHA MEDITATED TO STOP ALL ACTIVITIES WHICH IS WHY HE ULTIMATELY ACHIEVED ENLIGHTENMENT.

Only in correct meditation with the person ascending in concentration shutting down sequentially his style, thinking, like and dislike, feelings, form, space, consciousness, Nothingness can a person achieve enlightenment and the enlightened person does not maintain the mental state of enlightenment all the time, in his daily life his concentration varies from the first to the fourth higher states of the mind. Only in meditation does he return to the state of enlightenment. ONLY IN CORRECT MEDITATION ASCENDING THE HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND DOES A PERSON ATTAIN THE ENLIGHTENED STATE. IN DAILY LIFE DURING ACTIVITIES THE PERSON DWELLS ONLY THE FOUR HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND NOT DWELLS IN THE STATE OF ENLIGHTENMENT.

If anyone wishes to escape suffering and death, seeks eternal life, meditation is essential, indispensable. I meditated every day for decades especially before sleep and I wake up and meditate to calm my mind during sleep.

The objective of meditation is to calm the mind and the only way you can truly calm your mind is to eliminate your style or prolonging words, changing speed and loudness, after you have eliminated your style the next level is to calm yourself by ending thinking then like and dislike and finally end feelings, if you succeed even 500 world cycles in heaven awaits.

MEDITATION IS INDISPENSABLE, THE BUDDHA SAID MEDITATE CUNDA, DON'T AFTERWARDS REGRET. I HAVE MEDITATED FOR DECADES.

THE AIM OF MEDITATION IS TO CALM YOUR MIND AND YOU CAN ONLY MEANINGFULLY CALM YOUR MIND BY SEQUENTIALLY ELIMINATING STYLE, THINKING, LIKE AND DISLIKE AND FINALLY FEELINGS.

A person’s concentration determines his discernment:

As taught by the Buddha, it is the level of concentration of a person's mind that determines his discernment and wisdom, access to knowledge of the truth. When a person totally stops fabricating or stops using his memory he reaches the highest concentration possible and in that concentration he achieves the three knowledges, knowledge of all his past lives, knowledge of karma and knowledge of the path completely out of all suffering.

Thus if a person totally stops his style he reaches the first higher state of the mind that gives effortless freedom from sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict, fear, stress, restlessness and distraction and he is finally able to see the truth and understand. When he stops thinking he reaches the second higher concentration of the mind, his mind becomes unified, single minded that gives further higher wisdom. If he stops liking and disliking he reaches the third higher state of the mind, if he stops feeling pain and pleasure he reaches the fourth highest concentration of his mind. Subsequently if he ignores all false forms he reaches infinite space, if he ignores all space he reaches infinite consciousness, ignores consciousness he reaches Nothingness. And finally if he stops all fabricating he reaches nirvana, the death less destination with the end of all birth and death.

The Buddha said good is cessation, good is when they forever cease.

When you stop your evil style or automatic prolonging, changing speed and strength you reach the first higher state of the mind and one age in heaven.

If you stop thinking you reach the second higher and happier state of the mind and two ages in heaven.

If you stop liking and disliking you reach the third higher and happier state of the mind and 4 ages in heaven.

If you stop feeling pain and pleasure you reach the fourth highest state of your mind and 500 ages in heaven.

Enlightenment is no magic:

The reason the person becomes enlightened is because he has reached the highest concentration of his mind possible and the only way to achieve the highest concentration is to stop fabricating, stop totally using blind memory.

The highest concentration of the mind is when he stops fabricating and when he reaches the highest concentration he is able to see all his past lives, the births and deaths of others guided by karma and he sees the way totally out of suffering and death.

Style prevents understanding:

All those with style do not possess understanding except in their delusion. In order to understand you must achieve the first higher state of the mind which means you must eliminate your style that makes you a replaying slave of your blind record replay memory. The stress, restlessness and distraction generated by style maintain you in style and it is style that makes it impossible for the person with style to understand.
