Death and suffering has a mantra or chant, not no mantra or many mantras and this mantra is style or the constant automatic senseless prolonging of words and syllables, changing speed and loudness that is the source of the fire of emotions, stress, restlessness and distraction that traps the person going around in circles dying in despair heading for hell and then a long sojourn in the animal world.

STYLE OR PROLONGING WORDS, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS IS THE MANTRA OF DEATH AND SUFFERING THAT TRAPS BEINGS TO RETURN ENDLESSLY MOSTLY AS ANIMALS.

THE END OF STYLE IS THE ONLY ESCAPE FROM INSANITY, SUFFERING AND DEATH.

The Devil is the invisible conductor of the symphony of insanity, suffering and endless deaths and style or prolonging, changing speed and strength is his baton and all foolish beings here are mesmerized by the mantra of style engulfed in suffering and heading they don't know, to endless deaths and suffering mostly in the animal world.

Only replaying people have habits:

People see others having predictable habits, they see habits in themselves and they talk about creatures of habit yet they don't know that habits are based on replaying from memory. Not just these habits but everything people say and do is replayed standardized from memory not true, live, specific to the occasion. They are biological robots.

My five greatest achievements:

My five greatest achievements are the consciousness change of 1977, the discovery that style or prolonging words, changing speed and loudness is the cause of stress, restlessness and distraction, Jesus's hidden messages in his farewell message in John's Gospel telling about the coming of another counselor proving Jesus is authentic and so there is life after death, heaven and hell, contact with the authentic version of the Buddha's teachings namely the Pali Canon spelling out clearly the four higher states of the mind, countless expanding and contracting world cycles and finally my discovery about truth and memory subjects. Memory subjects are false, suffering and evil, they are entirely for you to remember or believe with nothing to understand. All academic subjects are false memory subjects, news, stories, things happening, names and their forms are pure memory never truth subjects and everyone here is talking totally about false memory subjects that traps them in this world.

THE CONSCIOUSNESS CHANGE, STYLE IS THE CAUSE OF STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION, TRUTH AND MEMORY SUBJECTS, JESUS'S MESSAGE ABOUT ANOTHER COUNSELOR, CONTACT WITH THE TEACHING OF THE GENUINE BUDDHA ARE MY FIVE GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS.

Old age is my suffering today:

My only suffering today is old age and whatever damage I foolishly ignorantly inflicted on myself.

Today I am miraculously, incredibly free from stress, restlessness and distraction, free from sadness, confusion, conflict and fear, I have no doubt and uncertainty about anything, everything is clear and comprehensible, I understand everything happening, whether it is right or wrong, good or bad, true or false.

NOTHING DISTURBS, UPSETS, TROUBLES ME TODAY, I SEE THE TRUTH OR FALSITY OF EVERYTHING HAPPENING, I AM EFFORTLESSLY FREE FROM STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION. THIS IS UNTHINKABLE IN THE PAST.

MY SUFFERING IS FROM OLD AGE AND OLD DAMAGE INFLICTED OUT OF IGNORANCE IN THE PAST.

The importance of recognizing memory subjects:

To escape suffering and death it's very important to identify memory and truth subjects and to reject, avoid memory subjects that are false, meaningless, suffering, overload and wear down memory and blinds your seeing and understanding.

All academic subjects eg medicine, science, music, art, philosophy are evil memory subjects, names and their forms and things happening eg news, information, data, stories are pure memory never truth subjects.

If you want to escape death and suffering you must recognize what is a memory subject and steer clear of memory subjects for the sake of not suffering now and later in future lives.

Avocado is rich in vitamins A, D, E and antioxidants and it's good for your kidneys and liver is entirely a false, suffering memory subject, those interested must be deluded and delusion is a bond to this world according to the Buddha.
