Whenever anybody talks about stopping he is talking about evil harmful never good force, only force can be stopped, apart from force there is nothing that can be stopped. The first fundamental mandatory stopping is style, whatever you might have stopped eg sex, smoking, drinking, gambling, if you have not stopped style you have not fundamentally stopped anything.
