If you smile, shrug off and accept your suffering you are never going to escape death and suffering and exit for heaven, only when you stop smiling and accepting your suffering, know the exact cause of your suffering and eliminate it then you are heading out of suffering now and forever.

You watch children play, they run and fall down, pull themselves up and smile at their parents and then continue, if the pain is too much they burst into tears. If they did not run or they watched where they are going they may not have fallen. To smile in the face of disaster, shrug off what happened is also wrong not right. You must remember life is full of dangers, you can die falling if you crack your skull.

There are actually two types of attitudes, programmed generalized behaviors and rules.

I gradually discovered everyone including all animals have styles:

There are evidence that emotions are due to a build up and release of ions in the brain. Just as some amplifiers are very powerful whilst others have little output, some people are capable of very strong, violent emotions whilst others are not strongly emotional like some girls who have no temper.

Emotions can be exhausted if they are discharged strongly frequently as when people become exhausted, numb with grief they cannot sob anymore or after a bout of intense sexual passion the person cannot be aroused anymore for a time.

Stress, restlessness and distraction have intensity and strength, they can vary from mild, moderate to severe even reaching suicidal homicidal levels. Stress, restlessness and distraction never subsides to zero in ordinary people but even when they think they are relaxed there's significant stress, restlessness and distraction so they have never tasted the stress, restlessness and distraction free state that is actually the first higher state of the mind.

If you think speech and actions is the cause of stress, restlessness and distraction then you can obsessively refrain from all speech and actions but that's wrong, unnecessarily strict because as soon as you resume speech and actions no matter how light, stress, restlessness and distraction resumes. But if you know style or prolonging, changing speed and loudness is the cause then you need not stop speaking or doing things but you make sure you speak and do without style, without prolonging, changing speed and strength.
