Plane landed and sank en masse so no
debris:
There is no reason why the captain
should be dead at the end of the long journey and if he was alive it is not
necessarily that he would choose to crash violently but it is just as likely he
might choose to glide the plane into a soft landing on the ocean surface so
that the plane sank without breakup en masse which may explain why there is no
debris evidence of the crash.
As the plane sank it is likely to be
crushed like a tin can by the tremendous underwater pressure but it may retain
some buoyancy that may allow it to be suspended in the ocean rather than sink
to the bottom and the currents may push the plane faraway from its original
crash site.
Of course he would land rather than crash
the plane:
Being the avid aviator that he is,
simulating take offs, flight and landings at home, it would be almost
unthinkable that the captain would crash his plane on his final journey but he
would glide it down to meet his fate and so it is likely the plane landed as
gently as possible and sank in one piece.
What absence of debris indicates:
The absence of debris regarding MH370
may be spurious (there are but they were missed) or it may point to the fact
that the plane was piloted to the end and it landed softly and sank in one
piece, the latter being more likely.
THAT NO DEBRIS HAS BEEN RECOVERED SO
FAR WOULD BE IN LINE WITH SOMEONE PILOTING THE PLANE AND GUIDING IT TO A
LANDING ON THE WATER THAN A VIOLENT TERMINAL CRASH.
Plane not necessarily at
bottom of ocean:
It is defilement of a person’s mind and
jumping to conclusions to think the plane is at the bottom of the ocean 14,000
feet down.
At this moment MH370 could be suspended
in the water, drifting along and slowly sinking, may not have reached the
bottom of the ocean.
IF THE PLANE SANK IN ONE PIECE IT WOULD
HAVE BUOYANCY AND SO IT WOULD SINK SLOWLY AND DRIFT WITH CURRENTS.

As the plane descends the pressures
gets higher and at some stage the hull may be crushed like a tin can and its
contents including bodies and buoyant articles may then rise to the surface to
be recovered.
AND SO THE ABSENCE OF DEBRIS MAY ALSO
MEAN THE INTACT PLANE IS STILL MAKING ITS WAY DOWN AND THE PRESSURE HAS NOT
REACHED CRUSHING LEVELS THAT WOULD BREAK OPEN THE HULL TO RELEASE ITS CONTENTS.
Intact plane sinks slower in water than
air:
Water provides considerably greater
lift than air so an intact plane will sink much slower in water than air,
further the buoyancy in an intact plane will provide additional lift that keeps
it afloat and so MH 370 may not have reached the bottom.
The fact that the black box signals are
still well received may indicate the plane has not reached the bottom because
its range is a few km of water.
JUST AS A FEATHER TAKES MUCH LONGER TO
FLOAT DOWN MH370 MAY TAKE TIME TO SINK BECAUSE WATER PROVIDES GREATER LIFT AND
THE PLANE’S BUOYANCE ASSISTS IN KEEPING IT AFLOAT AND THE FACT THAT BLACK BOX

Satellite photos of last handshake site
may be telling:
There may be easier far cheaper ways
that may confirm MH370 final destination but it may again elude mankind.
Satellite photos particularly of the
site of the truncated premature last handshake at the time or shortly after the
‘crash’ may show the plane on the surface or just beneath the surface and this
would confirm its fate and pinpoint the site to search on the ocean floor for
the wreck.
Satellite photos along the route may
capture MH370:
Because the plane made hourly
handshakes at particular times, satellite photos if taken of those areas at
those times may catch the plane on its journey to death.
A quick, cheap way to confirm MH370’s
fate:
The most plausible explanation of
MH370’s disappearance is that it was hijacked by the captain and flown to the
deep southern Indian Ocean in a concealed suicide and it is backed by Immarsat
information of hourly handshakes. What is lacking is clear evidence this
happened eg wreckage in the Indian Ocean traceable to MH370 or wreckage of the
plane itself. At the moment the only tangible evidence is signals from the deep
sea that may come from its black box.
Whilst mankind is obsessed with finding
the wreckage and the black box, which are costly and laborious processes and
there will be those who will dispute unless (and even if) the black box is
found, in truth there is little to gain from such costly laborious retrieval,
for those with true understanding, if the plane can be shown to have ended up
in the Indian Ocean, the cause is obvious.
MH370 may have been caught in satellite
photos of its path taken that day and time and so if these photos are scoured
and there are images of a plane heading south and in addition a plane was seen
resting on the ocean or just below it at the site of the last truncated
premature handshake then this clinches the fate of the flight.
The only way MH370 could have landed in
the ocean is if there was someone experienced at the control and so if the
plane was detected intact on the surface or near it, it must have been landed
on the sea by the captain. Even the co-pilot might not have the experience to
hijack the plane to such a remote location and land it on water and whatever
hijackers would have been killed by the ascent to 45,000 feet at the beginning
and if they survived at the expense of the pilot, it is highly unlikely they
would have the skill and motive to pilot the plane to such a remote location to
land it in suicide.
IT MAKES NO SENSE FOR HIJACKERS TO MAKE
NO DEMANDS AND HIJACK THE PLANE TO SUCH A REMOTE LOCATION TO COMMIT SUICIDE BY
LANDING RATHER THAN CRASHING AND SO IF THE PLANE WAS CAUGHT FLOATING ON THE
SEA, IT MUST BE A SUICIDE MISSION BY THE CAPTAIN AND NO ONE ELSE.
AND SO IF THERE IS SATELLITE PHOTO
EVIDENCE OF THE PLANE IN TRANSIT ALONG THE HANDSHAKE PATH AND EVEN RESTING ON
THE SEA SURFACE AT THE SITE OF THE BLACK BOX SIGNALS THEN THE PLANE WAS
MALICIOUSLY DIVERTED THERE AND ONLY A SUICIDAL CAPTAIN COULD DO THAT.
Blame the equipment and not the
personnel, when something untoward happens, you want better equipment (whose
procurement may be avenue for personal gain) but what is the point of better
equipment when RMAF did not bother to scramble a fighter to check an
unidentified intruder flying across northern Malaysia? If a fighter had
investigated it would have provided vital information like whether the plane
was damaged, any sign of life on plane and who was piloting the plane.

wreckage is resting on the bottom of the ocean at 4.5km depth and does not
entertain the possibility the plane is suspended in water and drifting.
What if like a fish with an air
bladder, the plane sank whole and contained air and it is still suspended in
the water and drifting with currents then the reason there is no more signal
may be because it has drifted away and so later when sonar is employed and they
find nothing, it is not because there is nothing but the suspended plane may
have drifted elsewhere.
MANKIND IS ASSUMING THE PLANE IS AT THE
OCEAN FLOOR WHEN IT MAY BE SUSPENDED AND DRIFTING AWAY, CAUSING NO MORE SIGNALS
AND SO IF SONAR FINDS NOTHING LATER IT MAY NOT BE NOTHING BUT THE PLANE HAS
DRIFTED ELSEWHERE.
Why were Chinese signals 300km from
Aussie signals?
Apparently black box signals have very
limited detectable range.
The initial Chinese signals purported
to be from the black box were detected quite far from the Aussie signals, what
may be the cause for the discrepancy?
If the plane was suspended in the water
and drifting with currents that can be quite strong, then it may be the reason
why the Australian signals were quite far from the initial Chinese signals.
MH370’s immediate climb to 45,000ft after
disappearance:
There was nothing hesitant about MH
370’s flight after it disappeared from civilian radar, it executed a turn and immediately
climbed to 45,000 feet.
You can proffer all kinds of excuses
but it may be the captain wanted to immediately knock off everyone on board so
that he would not be disturbed or the possibility of any alarms raised by
passengers.
ACCORDING TO A CHART OF THE FLIGHT,
AFTER THE PLANE’S TRANSPONDER WAS INACTIVATED THE PLANE TURNED WEST AND CLIMBED
TO 45,000 FEET. IF YOU INTEND TO KNOCK OUT EVERYONE ABOARD THEN YOU WOULD DO IT
IMMEDIATELY RATHER THAN WAIT FOR LATER AND SO AS IT TURNED WEST ACROSS THE GULF
OF THAILAND, THE PLANE CLIMBED TO 45,000 AND REMAIN THERE FOR 23 MINUTES BEFORE
DESCENDING AND IT PASSED PENANG AT 23,000 FEET.
WHAT HAPPENED WOULD ACCORD WITH WILFUL
MALICIOUS INTENT, A PREEMPTIVE STRIKE TO STAVE OFF POTENTIAL PASSENGER
RESISTANCE.
MH370: search resumes amid
fears black box signal has died
Just because signals have no longer
been detected does not mean they have died, they may have shifted location and
the wreck may not be at the bottom as you presume but drifting.
If you are careless in your thinking
and words, you may deceive yourself what is fact when it is presumption.
ALL YOU CAN SAY IS SIGNALS HAVE STOPPED
BUT THAT DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN IT IS DEAD BECAUSE IT CAN MOVE ELSEWHERE.
THE PLANE MAY BE BELOW BUT WITHOUT
SEEING THAT IT IS AT THE BOTTOM YOU CANNOT ASSUME IT IS AT THE BOTTOM. THIS IS

stopped, there have been no further signals and if they delay, they may find
nothing when the sonar is finally deployed, not because the plane was not there
but it has moved away.
It is presumptuous to think the battery
is dead or the plane is at the bottom, it may be filled with air and suspended
and moving with currents so that the reason signals have stopped and sonar will
find nothing later is because it has moved out of range.

he tried to make a call when the plane was close to Penang.
This news item was widely reported in
overseas medium and it may be wrong and the result of falsely jumping to
conclusions that confuses others with karma attached to those responsible.
Smartphones routinely scan for wi-fi or
2G or 3G signals and so it may just be simply a case of the co-pilot’s phone being
active and as it reached Penang its routine scanning for networks was within
reach and connected with Penang’s operators, it is not necessarily that the
co-pilot was alive and making a call.
IT IS HIS PHONE CONNECTING WITH THE
NETWORK, NOT NECESSARILY THE CO-PILOT IS ALIVE AND MAKING A CALL. WHEN LEFT ON,
ANDROID PHONES REGULARLY SCAN THE AIR FOR NETWORKS TO LATCH ON AND WHAT
HAPPENED MAY BE THAT THE PHONE BECAME WITHIN REACH AND ESTABLISHED A BRIEF
CONNECTION WITH PENANG’S NETWORK. IT DOES NOT MEAN HE WAS ALIVE AND MAKING A
CALL.

for MH370:
The conduct of MH370’s search for start
to finish has shown from start to finish that mankind is incompetent, only
appears to be and he lacks true understanding of the task.
You acknowledge that the signals from
the black box that may be expiring soon are weak and only locatable within very
short range and so having established that the signals are from MH370, why wait
for more signals to better locate when you know it must be somewhere below
nearby and why not immediately launch a sonar search of objects that might be

REALIZED THAT BASED ON THE HOURLY HANDSHAKES, MH370 MUST HAVE CRASHED LESS THAN
550 MILES FROM THE LAST HANDSHAKE BECAUSE THE 777 CAN ONLY CRUISE BELOW 550MPH
AND IT WOULD HAVE MADE ANOTHER HANDSHAKE IF IT FLEW FOR THAN ANOTHER HOUR. IF
MANKIND HAD SEARCHED THAT AREA IMMEDIATELY IT MIGHT HAVE FOUND A MUCH STRONGER
BLACKBOX THEN.
AND SO, IF MH 370 REMAIN UNDISCOVERED
THE FAULT MAY LIE IN THE CLUELESSNESS AND LACK OF TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF MANKIND

MH370 was “thrown around like a fighter jet”
The deluded and argumentative will always make cases
that there was an emergency on board (fire even hijacker) which forced pilots
into violent corrective actions but the immediate rogue behavior of the plane
after loss of voice and transponder contact shows intent to knock off all
passengers before they can mount resistance and to evade radar so that no one
knew where the plane went after ‘disappearing’. All this point to a rogue pilot
not a plane flying pilotless. THE FACTS OF THIS MISSING AIRLINE, TAKEN ALL IN POINTS INEVITABLY TO A ROGUE EXPERT PILOT INTENT ON CONCEALED SUICIDE IN A REMOTE LOCATION WHERE EVIDENCE WILL NEVER BE FOUND.
MISSING Malaysia Airlines jet MH370 was “thrown around like a fighter jet” in the moments after it lost contact with authorities in a bid to avoid radar, an investigator has said.
The plane climbed 10,000ft above its cruising altitude to 45,000ft, then dropped to just 5,000ft. “It was being flown very low at very high speed. And it was being flown to avoid radar,” a source close to the investigation told the Sunday Times.
It is mankind’s fault that MH370 remains

the cockpit and on the plane, no wreckage has been found of the plane, even if
relevant authorities have been less than forthcoming about the missing plane,
there is sufficient information in the public domain that can be gleaned and

likely happened to the flight.

Nowadays I am not interested in finding
more out of the story and in doing so, I save much time and trouble and

JAYA: After three years, Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) has crossed a
major hurdle by obtaining the conditional approval from the Department of
Environment (DOE) to develop phase two of its Seri Tanjung Pinang (STP) project
involving the reclamation of 891 acres (361ha) of sea-fronting land in Penang.
There are no hurdles to cross and it
reflects false understanding and fabrication that is never harmless but the
path to future insanity plus debt incurred for misleading others to say thus.
E&O has finally obtained
conditional approval; that is a major hurdle is in the false perception and
fabrication of the person that he wants to sell to those who are similarly
deluded and accepting.

Why co-pilot’s call is likely if not
certainly spurious:
Because the plane is flying most of
time beyond the reach of terrestrial cellular stations, it would be an extreme
coincidence that he should make a call when MH370 happened to fly low enough to
one near Penang.
If he really wanted to communicate, he
should have used the plane’s radio communication. If hijackers are stopping him
from radioing then surely they should have been knocked out during the 23
minutes flight at 45,000 feet. If you say the captain has overpowered him and
he is making a secret call, then it means the plane is being hijacked by the
captain and what does it matter if the co-pilot tried to make a call or not?
IT WOULD BE A SHEER COINCIDENCE THAT
THE CO-PILOT SHOULD ATTEMPT TO MAKE A HANDPHONE CALL AS THE PLANE FLEW LOW OVER
PINANG BECAUSE NORMALLY IT WOULD BE TOO HIGH. IF HE WANTED TO CONTACT THE
OUTSIDE WORLD WHY NOT USE THE PLANE’S RADIO? IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE IF
HIJACKERS OR THE CAPTAIN IS PREVENTING HIM FROM USING THE RADIO, SURELY
HIJACKERS WOULD HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT BY THE PROLONGED FLIGHT AT 45,000 FEET
AND IF HE WAS CAPTIVE OF THE CAPTAIN, WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF HE TRIED TO CALL,
STILL THE CAPTAIN IS AT FAULT HIJACKING THE PLANE? ISN’T THIS MUCH ADO ABOUT
NOTHING BY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND?
IF THE CO-PILOT WAS MAKING A SECRET
CALL BECAUSE HE WAS CAPTIVE OF THE CAPTAIN IT MEANS THE CAPTAIN DID IT, SO WHAT
IS THE FUSS?
Don’t assume MH370 is on the sea bed:
It would be a foolish presumption that
MH370 is resting at the bottom, it may be suspended in water, slowly drifting
down and away and so if the sonar submarine was sent too low down it could be
searching down finding nothing when the wreck is above it.
What does it matter if co-pilot made the
call?
OK, the co-pilot tried to make a call,
so what?
What matters is if someone did it,
whether it was a ghost or zombie flight (due to fire knocking out pilots) or
hijackers.
If the captain had a gun pointed at the
co-pilot’s head and he tried desperately to make a furtive call, still it was
the captain who did it and there is plenty of evidence to indicate so even
without the call.
If the plane was so crippled all
communications knocked out that he had to desperate call on his phone, it is
farfetched it could fly so many hours on a complicated path.
Unless it is possible for a hijacker to
survive 23 minutes of hypoxia at 45,000 feet, it is unlikely a hijacker has a
gun pointed at the co-pilot’s head.
It is unlikely if not impossible the
co-pilot hijacked the plane on a suicide mission because even he is unlikely to
have the expertise to fly the plane on its complicated course.
IF THE PLANE ENDED UP IN THE SOUTHERN
OCEAN AFTER A DOCUMENTED COMPLICATED RADAR EVASIVE PATH, EVEN THE CO-PILOT LET
ALONE AMATEUR HIJACKER HAS THE KNOW HOW TO EXECUTE IT. THE AVID AVIATIONIST
CAPTAIN WELL VERSED WITH FLYING THE 777 HAS THE KNOW HOW TO DO SO.
IF IT DOES NOT MATTER, IT IS TRIVIA
WHETHER THE CO-PILOT MADE THE CALL OR NOT IN RELATION TO THE DISAPPEARANCE AND
YOU THINK IT IS RELEVANT THEN YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS IMPORTANT AND NOT.
Who else can fly the plane the way it was
flown?
The plane was documented to fly a
complicated high risk evasive flight path from the moment it vanished from civilian
radar.
The captain certainly has the
experience and knowhow to do so.
Even the co-pilot may or cannot have
the expertise to do what the plane did.
If the co-pilot cannot do it, it is
even more farfetched any amateur hijacker or a pilotless autopilot plane can
take over the plane and fly it as it was flown.
AND SO EVEN ON THIS THEORETICAL, BY
ELIMINATION STANDPOINT, KEEPING IN MIND THE PASSENGER LIST OF THOSE ON BOARD,
IT LEAVES THE CAPTAIN AS THE ONLY ONE CAPABLE OF PULLING THIS OFF.

If stopping support for Windows XP
would incur losses for Microsoft, it is unlikely Microsoft would do so, if
stopping support would force intransigent users to shift to Windows 8 and bring
more revenue then Microsoft might do so and pretend there are no financial
reasons behind its moves.
Many big organizations still operate XP
and some have struck deals with Microsoft for continued support and so
Microsoft’s move may be about making money especially when its revenue is being
affected seriously by rivals like Android, Chrome and Apple.

The Boeing 777 is not designed for
sustained low altitude flight, it has low lift and need to fly at full power to
prevent falling and it is also reckless to put in on a climb to 45,000 feet
that puts passengers at risk.
It makes little sense for hijackers to
risk their own necks to allow the plane to fly so recklessly and even if there
are hijackers aboard or any emergency fire, it makes no or little sense to
climb so high and then fly so low but it makes good sense for a suicidal pilot
with nothing to lose and no concern for passengers under his care to fly
aggressively dangerously low to evade radar so as to hide the path he was
taking.
FROM THE OUTSET, THE PLANE WAS BEING
FLOWN IN A RECKLESS DANGEROUS MANNER THAT MAKES LITTLE EVEN NO SENSE IF IT WAS
BEING HIJACKED OR SENSIBLE PILOTS WERE GRAPPLING WITH AN EMERGENCY FIRE OR BOMB
BUT IT MAKES SENSE IF THE PILOT IS SUICIDAL AND HAS NOTHING TO LOSE IF HIS
RISKY FLYING CRASHES THE PLANE BUT THE PURPOSE FOR FLYING LOW IS TO EVADE RADAR
TO ESCAPE ON THE PATH TO HIS CONCEALED SUICIDE.
Mankind understands submarines but not
MH370:
Why doesn’t a submarine sink to the bottom
but they can maintain a certain depth under water?
The answer is that submarines have
ballast tanks into which air can be pumped or withdrawn and by adjusting the
amount of air in ballast tanks the buoyance of the submarine can be varied such
that it will sink to a certain level but not the bottom.
Similarly if MH370 sank largely intact,
the entrapped air gives it a certain buoyance that may make it sink only to a
certain level but not to the bottom and so if you are searching the bottom with
a submersible too near the bottom you may miss MH370 hovering above it.
SUBMARINES HAVE BALLAST TANKS THAT CAN
BE FILLED WITH AIR OR WITHDRAWN SO THAT ITS BUOYANCY CAN BE ADJUSTED SUCH THAT
IT WILL SINK TO A CERTAIN LEVEL (AND MAINTAIN IT) BUT NOT TO THE BOTTOM. BY
PUMPING YET MORE AIR, THE SUBMARINE IS CAUSED TO SURFACE.
IN THE SAME WAY IF MH370 CONTAINS
ENTRAPED AIR, IT WILL SINK TO A CERTAIN LEVEL BUT NOT TO THE BOTTOM AND SO IT
MAY BE A MONUMENTAL FAUX PAS TO ASSUME MH370 LIES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN.
Mini sub searching too low:
The first foray was aborted because the
sub reached 4500m (and may be in danger of crash), this suggests the mini sub
is searching too close to the bottom and if MH370 happened to be suspended
above it will be missed.
Reminder the sub is searching the seabed only
not above:
Quote: The sonar device takes about two
hours to descend 4500 metres before scanning a five- by eight-kilometre search
area. It then returns to the Ocean Shield vessel for a battery change.
The above statement means the sub is
searching the bottom, not what lies above it and so it will miss any suspended
objects above it and should the search turn negative, it may not be that the
plane is not there but mankind made a fundamentally stupid assumption the plane
must lie at the bottom.
Openness will pay off:
This is a wrong understanding that
leads to woe not happiness. It is not a matter of pay off but whether openness
is correct or the right thing.
IF THE BASIS OF YOUR ACTION IS FALSE
THEN YOU HAVE WRONG UNDERSTANDING, WRONG VIEW THAT IS THE WAY TO SUFFERING.
WHAT MATTERS IS NOT PAY OFF BUT WHETHER OPENNESS IS CORRECT OR GOOD. IT
