Without right attention,  right effort and persistence,  all factors of the Buddha's noble eightfold path no one can stop dangerous and suffering, cancerous restlessness.

You must pay right attention to detect your leg shaking not pay wrong attention to good food and pleasures. Every time you detect leg shaking you immediately stop it (right effort) and every time it recurs you must keep stopping it (right persistence).

You must also meditate to keep still and seclude from others who stir restlessness.

WITHOUT RIGHT ATTENTION, EFFORT AND PERSISTENCE NO ONE CAN EXIT RESTLESSNESS AND FORMS OF SINS LIKE STRESS, STYLE, GAMBLING, SMOKING.

It is very difficult escaping suffering and death:

Escaping death and suffering and going to heaven is always a strenuous struggle like climbing a mountain and you can reach near the top and fail to fall back here again.  Jesus said the five maidens who failed to bring enough oil for their lamps to meet him will be left behind.

Many don't know they're heading for hell, endless deaths and suffering so they're not bothered, others are wicked, quite content to suffer and die. 

Going to heaven is never a matter of putting on your religious badge,  saying prayers and going to church but it takes persistent correct effort and you can expect no help on hindrance and disruption from others.

You can take one step forwards and two steps back and end up going nowhere and only when you steadfastly make two steps forward and one step backwards will you finally reach the summit and escape this hell here others call wonderful.

Understanding is direct not a process or thinking:

It never requires thinking, examination, analysis to determine if a person you are seeing is replaying, a robot, has style but it can be seen directly immediately by the person who is discerning, able to see the truth.

This may be the truth history of the Middle East.

To depose Saddam without loss of American blood, America imposed severe economic and financial sanctions on Iraq that caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of civilians including children.  These sanctions failed and on the pretext Saddam was responsible for 9/11 and had weapons of mass destruction and eyeing Iraq's considerable oil reserves America invaded and occupied Iraq in a brutal occupation killing many civilians hushed up because world media belongs to America and west.

There will be a third world war:

In the olden dogfight days climbing is how you escape from being shot down.

If the enemy jut following behind cannot climb as fast as you, it cannot point its nose at you to shoot you, only if it can climb as fast or faster that it can pursue you as you climb upwards and shoot you down. Nowadays with guided missiles better climbing may be irrelevant.

If you can turn faster the pursuing plane cannot shoot you provided you keep turning and if you can you faster he cannot catch up with you.

So faster climb and turn and speed or faster is advantageous in dogfights.

In olden days before guided missiles, provided pilot is competent it's less the skills of the pilot but the speed, ability to climb and turn that determines the outcome of a dogfight.

If your plane can fly faster, turn and climb faster it's impossible a pursuing enemy can catch up and shoot you down.  If your plane is faster, climbs and turns faster there's no way an enemy plane can escape you because you will catch up with him, out turn or out climb him to gun him down.

There are only three good actions namely giving, sharing and helping or caring and the giving, sharing and helping of truth subjects is supreme, incomparable compared to giving, sharing and helping of material things. The rest of good consists in stopping. Stop telling lies, stop gossiping, cheating, stealing, divisive speech, attacking, harming, troubling, killing others.

Anyone who troubles, harms, inflicts suffering and injury, death on others is asking for the same in repayment even hundreds of times more.

EVERYTHING IN EXISTENCE, EVERY ACTION HAS A RIGHT OR WRONG AND WHATEVER IS WRONG ACTION IS SUFFERING DURING AND SUFFERING AFTERWARDS IN REPAYMENT. IT'S SUFFERING RAPING A GIRL AND SUFFERING LATER IN REPAYMENT YOU CANNOTESCAPE EXCEPT IN DELUSION.
