A person without style has no reason to resist himself, he knows what he says is true and good so he doesn't need to overcome his resistance, he doesn't prolong, change speed and loudness.

Telling a lie automatically generates resistance:

If you tell a lie it must automatically generate resistance, it's impossible to tell a lie without arousing resistance because you know it's a lie, dangerous and you can be punished. It's impossible anyone knows his style is true and good because it's work and suffering, meaningless so he must prolong, change speed and loudness with aroused resistance to greater or lesser extent.

TELLING A LIE IS NEVER FUN. EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO HELL, TELLING LIES TRAINS YOU TO RESIST AND GENERATES RESISTANCE THAT LEADS TO STRESS.

Similarly replaying from memory and talking about memory subjects must generate resistance because they're meaningless, false. Thus if you keep replaying, keep talking about memory subjects you train yourself very well to resist trapping you in a prison of stress that becomes difficult to exit.

Stress is not the curse of life, it's the curse of all those who are false no matter how true and good they think they are.

Style, telling lies, cheating, stealing, replaying from memory standardized, talking about memory subjects are all wrong, false and they must arouse resistance that leads to stress and trains you to resist yourself that imprisons you in stress.

Who is the one who lives by the dharma?

The person who abides by the noble eightfold path, right view, right resolve, right effort, right attention or mindfulness, right livelihood, right concentration, right speech and right action is the one the Buddha is referring to. Right concentration means you must at minimum have no style, can stop thinking, no like nor dislike, no feelings.

How a person resists himself:

How is it possible to resist yourself as you speak or do something?

There are circular muscles in the smaller bronchiolar branches of the airways of the lungs that can contract or relax. If they contract strongly they narrow the airways restricting airflow therefore resisting speech. Speech is an expiratory process, occurs only in expiration. If the round bronchiolar muscles contract when you are speaking, there's resistance in your speech, it makes speech more difficult. When the circular muscles are relaxed there's no resistance, obstruction to speech.

In asthmatics, the circular muscles contract so strongly the person cannot breathe out; he is in danger of suffocating.

Every skeletal muscle has an opposite, if the opposite muscle is active there's resistance and more difficulty moving. Thus the bicep bends the elbow whilst the triceps extends the elbow. If the triceps is contracting there's resistance, difficulty bending the elbow.

You can pray two thousand times a day, meditate 24 hours a day, utter all the prayers or mantras you want, say and do all the good deeds possible but as long as you have style, you prolong words, change speed and loudness then stress, restlessness and distraction, sadness, confusion, conflict, hurt and fear are your lot, your curse that like your shadow, never leaves you. As soon as you end your style (if that is possible) then stress, restlessness and distraction, sadness, confusion, conflict, hurt and fear all vanish effortlessly like mist with dawn.

SADNESS, CONFLICT, CONFUSION, HURT AND FEAR ARE EMOTIONS CAUSED BY STYLE AND DISAPPEAR WITH NO STYLE.

If you want to escape death and suffering, go to heaven and eternal blissful life, it's of utmost importance for you to know what is the nature, cause and cure that exists, is possible, for style, stress, restlessness and distraction, what is the nature, cause and cure for sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict and fear. If you don't know you are a fool doomed to return here endlessly mostly as animals even for billions of years.

Everything in the universe is rotating around its axis or some bigger object eg the sun, earth, Milky Way and galaxies all rotate, encircle a center. Everything moves in a curve that returns to the beginning if continued infinitely.

IT'S A FALSE NOT TRUE PARADOX EVERYTHING ON A DISK ROTATES YET THE CENTRE MUST NOT ROTATE OTHERWISE IT MUST ROTATE AROUND SOMETHING AND SO NOT THE CENTRE.

The Buddha said whatever is changing is deceptive, whatever is not changing is not deceptive, nirvana, the unchanging is not deceptive. Nirvana is like the changeless center of a rotating disk. Everything on the disk is rotating, moving that is false and suffering. The changeless center exists but nobody is aware of it nor knows how to exit the disk for the refuge of the center.

The Buddha was the first in this age to cross over from the rotating disk to this unmoving center that exists.

The Buddha said whatever is changing is deceptive, nirvana the changeless is un-deceptive. Who gave the Buddha this message to tell the world? Nobody. This is a truth he discovered upon enlightenment.

Good is cessation, good is when they forever cease is a truth discovered and spoken only by the Buddha, it is not a message the Buddha relayed from someone else.

All paradoxes are false never true, they require you to think which means use your blind record replay memory to solve it and whatever is memory is mental work and suffering and false so those hooked on paradoxes are duped, heading for suffering and insanity.

PARADOX IS A NICE WORD THAT MEANS CONTRADICTION, TRUTH NEVER HAS CONTRADICTION, ONLY WHAT IS FALSE HAS APPARENT NOT TRUE CONTRADICTIONS.

Asthma and bronchospasm:

Asthma is a common illness in which there is bronchospasm or constriction or narrowing of the intermediate airways restricting outward airflow so the person is unable to breathe out as a result of a contraction spasm of the circular bronchial muscles in response to atmospheric allergens like pollen, feces of household dust mites or fungi spores. Asthma can be psychological, triggered by emotions.

Some people have very strong forces of actions others have very strong force of resistance that makes them hesitant, stutter or stammer.

Anyone who truly wants to escape suffering and death must make effort to elevate his concentration to the highest possible.

True concentration is effortless and it is always because of defilements that a person's concentration is low. Thus the defilements of style (stress, restlessness and distraction, conflict and confusion) are the barriers to achieving the higher concentration of the first higher state of the mind. Similarly the defilements of thinking forcefully with style is the obstacle to attaining the second higher state of the mind, no thinking. The defilements of like and dislike is the obstacles to reaching the high concentration of the third higher state of the mind; neither like nor dislike. The defilements of seeking pain and pleasure is the obstacle to reaching the highest concentrate of the fourth highest state of the mind.

Only at the highest concentration can a person finally stop fabricating or stop using memory to become enlightened.

THE TOTAL END OF USING MEMORY IS THE KEY TO ENLIGHTENMENT TO BE RELEASED FROM FURTHER BIRTHS AND DEATH. YOU CAN ONLY STOP FABRICATING IF YOU REACH THE HIGHEST CONCENTRATION OF YOUR MIND BEYOND INFINITE SPACE, INFINITE CONSCIOUSNESS AND NOTHINGNESS.

Style, thinking, like and dislike, feelings, forms, space, consciousness and Nothingness are the obstructions to enlightenment and total release from fruitless senseless existence, suffering and endless deaths. They must be sequentially dismantled for the person to be enlightened and end all suffering and deaths.

If thinking is evil, even more so is style:

The fact that thinking is itself wrong not OK because its elimination gives the second higher state of the mind indicates that style too is an even greater evil, wrong, its elimination gives the first higher state of the mind and one age in heaven.
