Scientists have uncovered what appears to be
a further dramatic increase in the leakage of methane gas that is seeping from
the Arctic seabed.
Methane is about 20 times more potent than
CO2 in trapping solar heat.
The findings come from measurements of
carbon fluxes around the north of Russia, led by Igor Semiletov from the
University of Alaska at Fairbanks.
"Methane release from the East Siberian
Shelf is underway and it looks stronger than it was supposed [to be]," he
said.
Professor Semiletov has been studying
methane seepage in the region for the last few decades, and leads the
International Siberian Shelf Study (ISSS), which has launched multiple expeditions
to the Arctic Ocean.
The preliminary findings of ISSS 2009 are
now being prepared for publication, he told BBC News.
Methane seepage recorded last summer was
already the highest ever measured in the Arctic Ocean.
High seepage
Acting as a giant frozen depository of
carbon such as CO2 and methane (often stored as compacted solid gas hydrates),
Siberia's shallow shelf areas are increasingly subjected to warming and are now
giving up greater amounts of methane to the sea and to the atmosphere than recorded
in the past.

This undersea permafrost was until recently
considered to be stable.
But now scientists think the release of such
a powerful greenhouse gas may accelerate global warming.
Higher concentrations of atmospheric methane
are contributing to global temperature rise; this in turn is projected to cause
further permafrost melting and the release of yet more methane in a feedback
loop.
A worst-case scenario is one where the
feedback passes a tipping point and billions of tonnes of methane are released
suddenly, as has occurred at least once in the Earth's past.
Such sudden releases have been linked to
rapid increases in global temperatures and could have been a factor in the mass
extinction of species.
According to a report by the US National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (Noaa), the springtime air temperature
across the region in the period 2000-2007 was an average of 4C higher than
during 1970-1999.
That is the fastest temperature rise on the
planet, claims the university.
The recent thaw over the last decade means
that some of the large reserve of carbon from organic material such as dead
animals and plants in sediments is now being released into the sea and into our
atmosphere.
Trapped below that is the methane hydrate
now warming and leaking through holes in the defrosting sediments.
Previously it was thought much of this gas
was absorbed into the sea.
But according to a recent report that
Professor Semiletov and his team compiled for the environmental group WWF, the
shallow depth of arctic shelves means that methane is reaching the atmosphere
without reacting to become CO2 dissolved in the ocean.
Professor Semiletov's fellow researcher
aboard the Russian icebreaker that carries the ISSS team each year is Professor
Orjan Gustafsson from Stockholm University in Sweden.
He said that methane measured in the
atmosphere around the region is 100 times higher than normal background levels,
and in some cases 1,000 times higher.
'No alarm'
Despite the high readings, Professor
Gustafsson said that so far there was no cause for alarm, and stressed that
further studies were still necessary to determine the exact cause of the
methane seepage.
"It is important now to understand how
fast it is being released and how much is being released," he said.
However, there is a real fear that global
warming may cause Siberia's subsea permafrost to thaw.
Some estimates put the amount of carbon
trapped in shelf permafrost at 1,600 billion tonnes - roughly twice as much carbon
as in the atmosphere now.
The release of this once captive carbon from
destabilised ocean sediments and permafrost would have catastrophic effect on
our climate and life on Earth, warn the scientists.
Nightmare for soccer junkies

Singaporeans may have to
make travel plans to watch World Cup 2010 matches on TV. Nevertheless, diehard
fans are hoping for a government-engineered solution.
WHEN June approaches, there
could be a small outflow of deprived Singaporeans to Malaysian and other cities
to watch televised coverage of World Cup 2010.
The reason is Singapore’s
surprising failure to gain the rights to telecast what is equivalent to
football’s Olympics from June 11 to July 11.
The rejection by FIFA –
over money, lots of it – has delivered a heavy blow to a small army of soccer
fans, as well as Singapore’s image as a sporting hub.
The debacle is – first and
foremost – about escalating cost of sports for TV fans. First, the English
Premier League and now FIFA have raised charges for television rights.
If agreement had been
reached, each TV viewer would have to fork out S$30 to S$150 (RM74 to RM370)
(probably the latter), or three and five times that of the 2006 tournament.
For larger markets, it may
not pose too much problem to get sponsors to absorb it. Malaysia’s Astro, for
example, is forking out three times more.
In fact, some 202 nations,
including some of the world’s poorest, have signed up to allow their citizens
to watch it.
Singaporeans are finding it
hard to accept that the whole world – rich and poor, big and small – can watch
the World Cup, but not their country, which is one of Asia’s richest.
(Another is North Korea,
one of the finalists. Pyongyang has asked South Korea to help redirect coverage
of its team’s matches for its home audience.)
It is more than just about
sports or television. It is a story of what is good and bad about Singapore.
The dilemma highlights how
hard-headed policies, which have contributed to rapid growth for several
decades, can work against certain segments of society or individuals.
One factor is the
over-riding business philosophy that is in the air everywhere. Even the
government – or companies it controls – plays a big role on commercial life.
It has vast shareholdings
in many companies that sell crucial goods and services to its citizens,
including television and newspapers.
The two telcos, Starhub and
Singtel, also largely state-owned, submitted a joint bid to telecast the World
Cup but it was rejected by FIFA.
For some critics, this
level of state participation may be good for the state economy or the Treasury,
but is unsatisfactory for consumers.
“If we had opened up and
allowed independent TV companies to operate here, we’d be able to watch the
World Cup like any other country,” one sports fan said.
These private enterprises
would have ways of raising revenue to make up for the increase.
For now, Singapore is out
of the picture and fans may find themselves having to travel to neighbouring
countries for fulfilment.
Some of them, including
Malaysians working here, are already making plans to book holiday rooms north
of the Causeway and in other nearby countries – just in case.
However the idea of
Singapore not being able to watch the prestigious World Cup – while its
neighbours can – seems so preposterous that some people refuse to believe that
it will happen.
They express faith on an
eventual government-engineered solution because the price for failure is too
high for two reasons.
First, a snap election is
widely expected next year and the government will not want to upset the large
soccer community. It is, after all, Singapore’s most popular sport.
Second, it is a matter of
face for this First World country, particularly in view of its ambition to
become a regional sports hub.
“We’ll never live this
down!” exclaimed a sports fan.
He recalled a pledge by a
minister to turn Singapore into a global player by qualifying for the World Cup
finals by 2020. “Now we’re told we won’t be able even to see it; what a
back-slide,” he exclaimed.
So far the authorities have
maintained a hands-off attitude, saying that it’s a private commercial matter.
The general feeling is any
solution hinges largely on one thing – money, how much and who pays?
Some journalists believe
that World Cup viewers may have to pay S$150 each for that one month of world
class football. Are they willing? The online answer was a resounding: “No!”
(By comparison in 2006
World Cup, Starhub charged its sports subscribers an extra S$10 or RM26 (S$26
or RM64 for newcomers) for the privilege.
Singaporeans who know the
government well believe it will stick to its profit-first-sports-later
attitude.
“It is hard for it to make
football cheaper for TV viewers given the escalating costs – without digging
into the Treasury.
“To do so will be to
subsidise public consumerism, something the leaders will not agree to,” one
official said.
Unlike some countries, the
government is likely to continue to treat the World Cup as a private matter, rather
than public entitlement or part of its obligation to its citizens.
Singapore’s impending woes
may spell opportunity for nearby hotels (particularly in Johor and Malacca)
which have cable TV. Even those as far away as in Kuala Lumpur and Penang!
It coincides with the
school vacation when thousands of families usually take a break across the
Causeway and other popular Asian cities.
As the date draws near,
hard-core fans are growing more restive.
Some suggested that
Singapore Pools, the only legal lottery operator, which is already preparing to
accept bets on World Cup matches, be made the sponsor.
“It will probably make a
small fortune from the betting anyway, so why not get it to help finance the
shortfall?” one football fan suggested.
“And if they won’t do it?
Let the illegal bookies do it!” he said.
Disappointment & upset, never nightmares:
If

football they must be mad because the appropriate reaction should be

like. Another example is the automatic pulling the steering wheel to steer away
to avoid an obstacle on the road. It is an automatic see danger, pull away. No
emotion is involved except afterwards when fear may be aroused.
Another
basis for emotional stylish people’s action is a routine or ritual that they
follow even rigidly. In this case the person is not saying or doing something
by reasoning, or by like or dislike or automatic knee jerk but he is saying or
doing it because it is part of a plan or ritual that says he must say or do it.
Thus the protocol of a mechanical doctor’s method is get a history, examine
patient, order investigations and he follows rigidly that procedure or that
ritual or program is his basis for action.
In
more complicated situations, the person has to resort to rehashed rules logic
to decide what to say or do. These rules logic may be formulated by himself,

in Window 7 that is far from progress and often retrogressive.
I
received a document with two pages on Email and just wanted to print one of the
two pages that was relevant but Window’s fax and picture viewer does not permit
you to selectively print one page, I had to print both pages wasting ink and
paper.
In
the past I could click to safely removed connected USB devices but now after
you disconnected one, you cannot next click to remove the other because there
is no response. I noticed files that I deleted are still displayed and you have
to manually refresh the window explorer to confirm it has been deleted.
After
much trouble I managed to stop the invitation to log on Window Live Messenger
from popping up each time I start. There is no button to turn it off and after
reading recommendations on on-line sites I manage to turn it off. This is a
dastardly action by Microsoft pestering others to join without giving others
the choice to refuse.

their mental force thus stirred, they cannot be sure whether their dislike is
based on truth or prejudice. On their hand if their mental force is stirred to
like what is read, their mind thus under the spell of stirred force, they have
difficulty or inability to understand that in truth it is a false, impossible
and harmful statement.

Condemnation is the wrong force based response:
Condemning
is the wrong or inappropriate force based response to the firebombing of
churches. The fact that he and others see nothing wrong, sees it as appropriate

correct or true response is to state that firebombing is wrong and what actions
if any he proposes to undertake.
You
will never hear me condemning the attacks because it is suffering for me,

was caught out quite a few times I thought I clearly copied files into a
subfolder in my documents but it ended in my documents.
Then
I realized that I was fooled by Microsoft’s for show only light up of the
entire line in its windows explorer.

seems you must click on the name of the folder itself to deposit files into
that folder, even though there is a continuous attractively lighted up bar, if
you clicked on the empty space it is does not count and so the files are
deposited into folder that held the subfolder.

THE ENTIRE LINE IS LIGHTED UP WHEN YOU POINT TO IT, YOU CANNOT COPY FILES INTO

A million use credit card to pay mortgage
This is an indication there is more downside or worse to come, 1
million house owners need credit card to repay mortgage, it is likely many of
these will ultimately default and therefore there is more pain in the future.
An estimated one million families have resorted to using credit cards to
pay their mortgage or rent during the past year, research showed today.

Kay Boycott, director of policy and campaigns at Shelter, said: "This
is a shocking discovery, that over a million households in Britain are in such
desperate circumstances that they need to borrow money on credit cards to pay
for basic housing costs.
"If people are already struggling to the extent that they fear losing
their home, increasing credit card debt cannot be the answer."
The group warned that many of the people who had resorted to using their
credit card to cover their housing costs could find themselves facing
homelessness this year, particularly as defaulting on their credit card
repayments could lead to their property being repossessed in the worst case
scenario.
Its research found that around 6pc of households said they had used their
plastic in order to keep up with their housing costs during the past 12 months,
according to housing charity Shelter. People in working class professions were
most likely to have resorted to using debt to cover their mortgage or rent but
many so-called middle class people admitted they had been forced to use their
credit card in this way.
Shelter urged people who were struggling to keep up with their housing costs
to seek advice urgently.
Shadow housing minister Grant Shapps said: "The fact that one million
households are now resorting to credit cards to help pay their mortgages is a
damning indictment of this Government's lack of real help for hard-pressed
families.
"Figures we uncovered recently revealed that just one of Labour's
ill-thought-through schemes has assisted only 15 families, so ministers must
take direct responsibility for their part in failing to prevent the credit card
mortgage payment scandal.
"We can't go on with ministers believing that everything is fine when
the reality of this report shows us a different picture."
The Government said that it had extended free advice services with £4m extra
Government cash and that it was working with CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) to
run a series of local events in 56 repossession 'hot spots' so face-to-face
help is on hand where it is most needed.
Housing minister John Healey added: "While repossessions are running at
half the rate of the last recession the risk remains high this year. I want
home owners to know there's free help available, by phone, website and from
local money advice agencies and councils. My advice for struggling households
is to make the most of the help that is available. Don't bury your heads in the
sand or store up problems for later by using credit cards as a stopgap."
Shelter has a network of advice services across the country who are ready to
give free advice on a range of subjects including debt and housing issues.

The true purpose of meditation:
There
is only one true purpose of meditation and that is the one taught by the
Buddha, who claims to be the highest teacher.

purpose of meditation is not to quell stress or anything else but it is to step
by step progressively cultivate firstly a calm clear thinking serenity of mind
and body with discursive thoughts progressing to an effortless fully conscious
cessation of thinking followed by neither liking nor disliking followed by a
mind tuned to experience neither pain nor pleasure.
MEDITATION
FOR ANYTHING ELSE, TO CULTIVATE SUPERNATURAL POWERS, TO MINDLESSLY CHANT
MANTRAS OR PRAYERS, TO INCREASE MIND CONTROL, TO COUNQUER STRESS, IS DELUDED,
WILL END IN A BLIND GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES AND SUFFERING.
How to stop thinking:
Do
not belittle the merit of being able to stop thinking at will because it is
peace of mind here and the way to even two eternities in heaven.
Every
time you tell yourself ‘stop thinking’ or ‘stop’ you are interrupting the flow
of your thoughts that has a tendency to roam aimlessly or throw up new topics
for rumination.
Thus
even if your mind reverts to thinking each time you arrest or interrupt its
flow by saying ‘stop’ you have successfully momentarily interrupted that
momentum of thought no matter how brief. With persistence, that momentary
interruption becomes longer and longer, more and more stable until it becomes
very easy to summon and maintain and that state is never suffering but
incomparable happiness.
EVERY
TIME A PERSON TELLS HIMSELF TO’ STOP’ WHILST THINKING HE HAS MOMENTARILY
INTERRUPTED THE STREAM OF THOUGHT AND IF THIS IS PRACTICED PERSISTENTLY A TIME
WILL COME WHEN THOUGHT STOPS FOR LONGER AND LONGER PERIOD AND HE FINALLY
ESCAPES FROM THE PRISON OF CONSTANT MAD THINKING.
THE
ABILITY TO STOP THINKING OPENS THE GATEWAY TO AN EVEN HIGHER STATE, NEITHER
LIKING NOR DISLIKING WHOSE MASTERY OPENS AN EVEN HIGHER STATE, NEITHER PAIN NOR
PLEASURE.
Higher and lower states of mind:
Whether
you like it or not, it may be true that the mind can exist in different states
that are clearly defined or different from each other and there is a hierarchy of
mental states from low and suffering to high or lofty with release from
suffering.
A
mind that has experienced the higher states will not revert to the lower state
because it is clearly inferior & suffering and so it is that those who
inhabit the lower states of the mind do not know the higher states, have never
experienced them because if they have experienced the higher states they will
abandon the lower states, NEVER TO RETURN.
Similar
the enlightened or awakened state of the mind is supreme and no being who is
enlightened will desire continued existence, they have gone beyond to a state
that the Buddha described as NO FALLING AWAY. No matter how long your sojourn
in heaven, there is falling away after you have exhausted your lifespan there
be it one or 60,000 eons.
THUS
THE FULLY CONSCIOUS NO THINKING STATE IS HIGHER THAN THE FULLY CONSCIOUS
CONSTANTLY CALM CLEARLY THINKING STATE, THE NEITHER LIKING NOR DISLIKING STATE
IS HIGHER THAN THE NO THINKING STATE WHILST THE MENTAL STATE THAT TUNES OUT
PAIN AND PLEASURE IS THE HIGHEST.
THUS
IF YOU ARE A SUFFERING CONSTANTLY THINKING BEING, YOU HAVE THE NO THINKING
STATE AS YOUR ONLY SURE SAFE REFUGE AND THENCE NEITHER LIKING NOR DISLIKING AND
NEITHER PAIN NOR PLEASURE.
THE
SOLE TRUE PURPOSE OF MEDITATION IS TO CULTIVATE THESE HIGHER STATES OF MIND
THAT RELEASES THAT MIND FROM SUFFERING (NOT TO CONTROL STRESS).
Why people have difficulty understanding:
Even
though emotional stylish people may resent if told they don’t have true
understanding of anything, they would admit and even say that sometimes they
have difficulty understanding certain things or they struggle to understand
certain things not realizing it is an admission their understanding is not true
but false and based on force and rote rehash.
Only
if you use force (directly in forcibly committing to memory without
understanding what is proposed or indirectly as emotional like or dislike) that
is blind as the tool to understand or if your understanding is rote, rehashed
to be applied to the situation and you have no readymade understanding found
and you have to struggle to cobble and memorize for retrieval a new
understanding will the person experience difficulty understanding certain
things. Sometimes the person actually has recorded explanations or
understandings but he failed to locate it but subsequently that explanation is
found in his mental jukebox and so he exclaims, “Oh! Now I understand”.
Nothing
can make any situation or proposal difficult to understand. It is either true or
false and a person who sees truly any situation or proposal he meets sees it
IMMEDIATELY as it truly is, true or false, so what difficulty is there?
It
is only when the person has no true understanding, he cannot see the situation
or proposal truly and he has to resort to rehashed explanations from his mental
jukebox, he struggles to search and failed to find even when there is a
convenient recorded explanation of the situation or proposal is novel and
having no true understanding, he must struggle to memorize by rote this new
situation for reproduction that he has difficulty understanding. What is false
cannot be truly understood and because emotional people cannot see what is
false is false but they perceive it is true or might be true, they must struggle
and use force to force themselves to understand or make sense of what in truth
is false and cannot be understood as true.
THUS
THE FACT THAT A PERSON CAN ADMIT HE HAS DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING CERTAIN THINGS
IS AN INDICATION HE HAS NO TRUE UNDERSTANDING BUT HE IS A FAKE, HE DEPENDS ON
REHASHED RECORDED EXPLANATIONS AND SOMETIMES HE HAS DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING

AND EFFORT TO TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS FALSE OR MAKES NO SENSE AS TRUE AND
SENSIBLE.

IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND FOR ONE WITH TRUE SPECIFIC TO THE OCCASION UNDERSTANDING.

HAVE TO STRUGGLE OR USE FORCE TO UNDERSTAND IT.

Why
is the person speaking falsely and biased, not a reliable source of news?
Actually
what he wants to say is the EXCITING news, not BIG news.
He
is a closet bull and wants to beat the drum of recovery but he will not show his
true colours and so he mislead those who are gullible that the news is big or
major or important when it is exciting, stirs his excitement that he wants to
spread to others.
What
happened was the US trade gap widens sharply as imports grew which means that
the US is returning to its old ways of consuming more from the world than it
returns to it. If anything it should be alarming than big news. If the volume
of imports and exports grew significantly in tandem then it may be economic
good (not even big) news.
WHAT
HE ACTUALLY IS REFERRING TO IS NOT ‘BIG NEWS’ AS HE TOUTS BUT EXCITING NEWS.
THERE IS NOTHING BIG ABOUT A SHARP RISE IN THE US TRADE DEFICIT. IT IS NOT EVEN
GOOD NEWS BECAUSE IT MEANS THE US IS LIVING BEYOND ITS MEANS ACCRUING MORE
DEBTS PAID FOR BY PRINTING MONEY. EVEN IF IMPORTS AND EXPORTS ROSE
SIGNIFICANTLY IN TANDEM, IT IS ECONOMIC GOOD NOT BIG NEWS LET ALONE EXCITING
NEWS.
How come the Buddha never said, “I have difficulty understanding
you’?
How
come there is no record the Buddha or Jesus ever said, “I have difficulty or
inability understanding what you are saying”?
The
reason is they have true understanding and they immediately understand truly
what is said to them as true or false, motivated or unmotivated.
Thus
truly immediately understanding questions proposed to them they compose and
present a specific to the occasion relevant reply.
IT
IS NOT AN ACCIDENT THAT THERE ARE NO RECORDINGS IN THE VAST SUTTA COLLECTION
THAT THE BUDDHA EVER SAID, I DON’T UNDERSTAND YOU, I HAVE DIFFICULTY
UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO GET AT. WHATEVER IS SAID TO THEM (JESUS OR
THE BUDDHA) THEY IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTAND IT TRULY AND SO THEY HAVE NO
DIFFICULTIES UNDERSTANDING. IT IS BECAUSE EMOTIONAL PEOPLE NEVER TRULY
UNDERSTAND, THEY RESORT TO REHASHED RECORDED NON SPECIFIC UNDERSTANDINGS AND
THEY ARE LOST IF THEY CANNOT FIND A READYMADE EXPLANATION OR MEANING THAT THEY
SOMETIMES GET STUMPED.
Liking is their understanding:
LIKING IS AT LEAST THE
EMOTIONAL PERSON’S INITIAL UNDERSTANDING IF NOT EXCLUSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF A
SITUATION.
Whenever
someone sees something and likes it, ‘like’ is his understanding of it and
because like is a blind meaningless perishable not everlasting stirring of his
mental force, his understanding of what he saw is blind, meaningless and not
everlasting.
Similarly
when someone sees something and dislikes, is saddened or frightened or hurt by
it, dislike, sadness, fear is his blind meaningless perishable understanding of
it.
WHETHER
A PERSON LIKES OR DISLIKES CANNOT BE DENIED, IF HIS MENTAL FORCE IS STIRRED
ATTRACTIVELY OR REPULSIVELY ON SEEING SOMETHING (EG NAKED WOMAN) HE LIKES OR
DISLIKES IT.
WHENEVER
A PERSON LIKES OR DISLIKES SOMETHING SEEN, IT IS ACTUALLY HIS FIRST (FORCE
BASED) UNDERSTANDING THAT SERIOUSLY COLORS HIS SUBSEQUENT REASON BASED
UNDERSTANDING IF NOT OBLITERATES IT. WHEN A MAN BECOMES MADLY IN LOVE WITH A
WOMAN ON FIRST SIGHT, HIS LIKING THAT IS INTENSE HAS SWEPT ALL REASON FROM HIS
MIND SO THAT HE IS MADLY SMITTEN AND A DANGER TO HIMSELF AND OTHERS.
LIKING
AND DISLIKING ARE NEVER COINCIDENT ATTENDANTS BUT THEY ARE THE INITIAL
UNDERSTANDING OF SOMETHING. WHEN A PERSON LIKES SOMETHING, HE UNDERSTANDS IT AS
LIKEABLE OR STIRRING HIS MENTAL FORCE ATTRACTIVELY. BECAUSE FORCE IS BLIND, HIS
UNDERSTANDING IS BLIND WHICH IS WHY HE NEVER UNDERSTANDS ANYTHING TRULY EXCEPT
IN HIS DELUSION HE CAN AND DOES.
A
PERSON OF TRUE UNDERSTANDING DOES NOT LIKE OR DISLIKE ANYTHING, HE SEES EACH
SITUATION CLEARLY AS SUCH AND SUCH NOT AS LIKEABLE OR DISLIKEABLE, THUS SEEING
THE SITUATION TRULY AS SUCH AND SUCH HE UNDERSTANDS TRULY AND RESPONDS TRULY.
LIKING
IS AT LEAST THE EMOTIONAL PERSON’S INITIAL UNDERSTANDING IF NOT EXCLUSIVE
UNDERSTANDING OF THE SITUATION.
What sort of a recession is this that gives Tesco a record
Christmas?
He
and people reading do not understand the absurd logic behind that question that
is not without consequences but has mad logic as its ending.
Whether
there is a recession or not has nothing to do with Tesco having a record Christmas,
there may be no contradiction or puzzle at all and it may well tie in very well
that a recession gives Tesco a record Christmas. Whatever happens must have a
cause and there must be a cause Tesco had a record Christmas (maybe people
trying to save and buying at the cheapest or Tesco doctoring figures, people
trying to beat the re-imposition of VAT).
IT
IS OBJECTIVE DATA THAT DETERMINES WHETHER THERE IS A RECESSION AND DATA CLEARLY
SHOWS THERE IS A RECESSION AND SO ONE SHOULD NOT QUESTION WHETHER THERE IS A
RECESSION JUST BECAUSE TESCO HAD A RECORD CHRISTMAS.
A
recession can be clearly defined and if the criteria are met then there is a
recession and one should not frivolous ask questions doubting its existence
just because certain events appear to contradict.
Absurd logic:
It
is absurd logic that just because there is a recession Tesco cannot have a
record Christmas or just because Tesco had a record Christmas there cannot be a
recession.
The
price of this absurd logic that you think is understandable is future
uncontrollable mad logic.
Force is their understanding, basis and goal of action:
Whenever
someone perceives an object as attractive or likeable he is understanding with
force, understands the object as forceful.
And
force is the basis or source of their actions far more than they realize. Thus
if you lashed out at someone out of anger, your action lashing out is based on
force or anger.
The
object or goal of people’s actions too is not meaning but force. For instance,
if the purpose of your action is to derive pleasure or inflict pain on others
then because force is the essential ingredient of pleasure and pain then your
goal is not meaning but force.
THUS
EMOTIONAL PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WITH FORCE, THEIR ACTIONS ARE DRIVEN BY FORCE AND
THEY DERIVE FORCE AS PAIN AND PLEASURE AS THEIR AIM OR GOAL.
Incommunicable, not cannot understand:
When
a person’s mind is roiled by intense emotions (eg news of the death of a loved
one) or the person’s mind is in a daze (cannot focus, mind diffuse or scattered
or blurred), you can tell the person simple things and it will not click, the
person cannot receive and this is not a case of not understanding what is said
but he is cut off from the external world, incommunicable, cannot be
communicated and it reflects the muddled thinking of emotional people that they
refer to the phenomenon as temporarily cannot understand. It is not
understanding that is the problem but a failure of connection.
In
both cases it is the stirring of intense force (stricken by grief) or force
causing a daze that causes the person to be incommunicable and so it is that
not just on these occasions but always, the action of force on a mind is to
harm or compromise it so that it is incommunicable and unable to understand.
Because emotional stylish people are constantly subjecting their minds to force
either external (bombardment of force from others’ speech and noises they make)
or intrinsic (constant use of force to stretch, change speed and strength and
constant stirring of force to like and dislike), the constantly unnecessarily
active force roiling their minds precludes true genuine specific to each
occasion understanding or they have no genuine understanding.
Sometimes
when people say, “I don’t understand what you say” they are speaking falsely.
What they mean is that they don’t like what you said or they mean what you said
is absurd or illogical. They heard what you said, “I don’t understand” is a
false way of saying I don’t like it or you are wrong, what you said cannot be
understood.
What sort of a recession is this that gives Tesco a record Christmas?
Unless
you perceive there is no recession or that Tesco did not have a record
Christmas you should not ask that question. If you accept that by definition
there is a recession or what Tesco reported is true then you should not
question it by asking that question.
There
is only one definition of recession, there are no different sorts of recessions
and so you are speaking falsely asking what sort of recession.
Tesco’s
results is not one of an indicator of recession so why connect the two that
there cannot be a recession if Tesco has a record Christmas?
Everything
that can happen has an explanation and so there must be an explanation why
Tesco had a record Christmas even in a recession and you should not get worked
up emotionally and want others to be similarly stirred by asking that question.
Hence that question is not guided by reason but
driven by emotion or force intended to stir emotion or force in others.
