Secondly it is a matter of whether it can be truly answered by anyone. Sure retirement may kill some people but not all, driving and crossing the road too can kill some people, so what?

Work is certainly suffering and ultimately degrades and kills the person in mind and body and so if retirement or cessation of work that kills, kills you then you deserve to be killed. If exit from what is suffering (work) kills you, you need work or suffering to succour you then it may not matter if you die.

IF A QUESTION IS FRIVOLOUS OR SILLY AND YOU THINK IT IS MEANINGFUL, FIT FOR CONSIDERATION THEN YOU ARE CONDITIONING YOURSELF TO RESTLESSLY SEEK AND ATTEMPT TO ANSWER SILLY QUESTIONS THAT MAY NOT HAVE USEFUL ANSWERS. THIS IS ALWAYS SUFFERING, MADDENING NEVER HAPPY.

Not so much retirement but the individual’s pathology:

Retirement itself is unlikely to kill a person but it is the individual’s pathology eg morbid dependency on work or depression when vacant that kills him.

ONE HAS TO BE CAREFUL ATTRIBUTING KILLING TO RETIREMENT, IT IS LIKELY AN INDIVIDUAL’S MORBID PATHOLOGY THAT IS THE CULPRIT NOT RETIREMENT ITSELF.

Anyone who invites others to form and express opinions as in the question which team will win is undertaking karma to be repaid as suffering not accruing merit to be repaid as happiness.

REFLECTING THEIR DELUSION AND FECKLESSNESS, PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD EG INTERVIEWERS, REPORTERS ROUTINELY INVITE OTHERS TO EXPRESS VIEWS ON TOPICS AND THIS IS ASKING FOR SUFFERING NOT HAPPINESS. YOU ASK OTHERS TO TELL THE TRUTH OF WHAT THEY KNOW NOT ASK WHAT THEIR VIEWS ARE ON A MATTER.

What do you think, the Buddha vs you:

When the Buddha asks monks, ‘what do you think’ he is posing a question that monks can answer in truth not conjecture whereas when people ask others ‘what do you think’ they are soliciting opinions that incurs karma for them.

Thus when the Buddha asks ‘what do you think, does a man of no integrity know this of a man of integrity, this is a man of integrity’ this is a question that can be answered in truth (by the discerning).

YOU SHOULD KNOW WHETHER THE PERSON ASKED CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTION BY SUPPLYING THE TRUTH OR IF IT IS AN OPINION YOU ARE AFTER. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS OPINION OR TRUTH YOU ARE AFTER THEN YOU ARE A MUDDLED FOOL HEADING FOR WOE. IF IT IS OPINION YOU ARE AFTER YOU ARE STICKING YOUR NECK OUT FOR THE CHOP.

Why people must hate:

People may conceal their hate and deny they hate but unless you are an exceptional person who has reached the third higher state of mind, neither like nor dislike, you must harbour hate. Why is that so?

The reason is because everywhere they turn to, they are being attacked, bombarded by harmful painful force in the force prolonging (syllables, units of actions), changing speed and strength that stress them, make them restless and unable to concentrate and will ultimately kill them and it is to be expected you must harbour hate and resentment for others even if they are your dear parents, dear spouses or children. Whatever they hear or see are rehashed and no matter how they cannot see it is faked, counterfeit, it is being fed with falsity dressed as genuine and this too must stir resentment or hate.

EVEN IF THE PERSON IS YOUR DEAREST PARENT, SPOUSE OR CHILD IF THE PERSON IS RADIATING FORCE THAT ATTACKS YOU, HE IS REHASHING WHATEVER HE SAYS OR DOES TO YOU, YOU MUST EXPERIENCE SUFFERING OR PAIN THAT INCITES YOU TO RETALIATE, LASH OUT NO MATTER HOW YOU DENY IT OR TRY TO SUPPRESS IT, UNLESS YOU HAVE REACHED THE THIRD HIGHER STATE OF MIND, NEITHER LIKE OR DISLIKE WHEREIN YOU ARE NO LONGER STIRRED TO LASH OUT AT OTHERS.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRULY LOVE SOMEBODY WHO IS CONSTANTLY RADIATING HARMFUL FORCE AT YOU, CONSTANTLY ATTACKING YOU WITH FORCE EVEN IF IT IS DISGUISED AS WHISPERED SWEET NOTHINGNESS AND SO IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ESCAPE NOT HATING OTHERS AND WHEN YOU HATE OTHERS YOU ARE SUCKED INTO THE WHIRLPOOL OF HATE THAT ENDS IN ETERNAL SUFFERING.

As soon as you hate you are doomed:

This world and everyone in it provoke you to hate by attacking you with force, by plying you with painful force in their style, prolonging, changing speed and loudness and once you are sucked in to retaliate, to attack others in turn, to hate, you are sucked into the maelstrom of suffering that is almost impossible to exit and lasts even eternities.

THE INCESSANT BOMBARDMENT OF ATTACKING FORCE FROM EVERYONE, EVERY ANIMAL MAKES IT VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE NOT TO RESPOND IN KIND, TO ALSO OVERTLY OR COVERTLY ATTACK OTHERS WITH FORCE RADIATED AND ONCE YOU JOIN IN, YOU ARE TRAPPED, DOOMED (TO THE DELIGHT OF THE DEVIL) TO ENDLESS SUFFERING AND DEATH.

WHETHER THE PERSON SPEAKING TO YOU IS PLYING YOU WITH HARMFUL FORCE OR NOT IS OBJECTIVE NEVER SUBJECTIVE. IF HE IS ATTACKING YOU WITH FORCE AND YOU DO NOT REALIZE, YOU ARE A FOOL. EVEN IF YOU DO NOT REALIZE AND YOU EMBRACE HIM AS YOUR DEAREST FRIEND, STILL YOU MUST HARBOUR HOSTILITY, WISH TO HARM HIM IN RETURN.

Anyone with style hates:

Anyone with style is attacking others with force that is totally unnecessary in his prolonging, changing speed and strength and that in effect is hate or ill will.

Anyone without style is not attacking others with force prolonging, changing speed and strength and that is goodwill.

ILL WILL OR HATE IS HARMING OTHERS AND ANYONE WHO SPEAKS WITH STRETCHED SYLLABLES, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS IS ATTACKING OTHERS WITH TOTALLY UNNECESSARY FORCE AND THUS HAS ILL WILL OR HATE.

ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SPEAK WITH STRETCHED SYLLABLES, CHANGING SPEED OR LOUDNESS IS NOT ATTACKING OTHERS WITH TOTALLY UNNECESSARY HARMFUL FORCE AND SO THAT IS GOODWILL OR LOVE.

The true purpose of style is to attack:

The true purpose of style is to attack others. The force used in prolonging, changing speed and loudness serves no useful function and its true purpose is to subject others to force that harms them.

The FALSE purposes of style are to impress, please, intimidate and dominate.

The TRUE purposes of style are to attack others with force and stir their mental forces so that they suffer.

STYLE ATTACKS OTHERS WITH FORCE.

STYLE STIRS OTHERS’ MENTAL FORCE THAT AGAIN CAUSE AND MAINTAIN THEM IN SUFFERING.

Anyone with style is evil:

It does not matter who you are (white or black, male or female, adult or child), how religious or altruistic or loving or kind you think you are, if you have style you are evil, guilty of constantly attacking and harming others with totally unnecessary force radiation in your prolonging of syllables, changes of speed and loudness.

ANYONE WITH STYLE IS GUILTY OF ATTACKING OTHERS WITH FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH AND SO HE IS EVIL AND HEADED FOR SUFFERING IN REPAYMENT.

People are thrilled they are so clever as to formulate such an ‘apt’ appellation to describe Karpal Singh but this is never speaking the truth but lapsing into opinion that is suffering and the way to even eternal suffering.

KARPAL SINGH IS A LAWYER AND HE IS ALSO A POLITICIAN BUT HE IS NOT A QUINTESSENTIAL LAWYER CUM POLITICIAN THAT IS A VIEW OR OPINION THAT COMES ATTACHED WITH SUFFERING NOW AND LATER.

Opinions one of three factors to lower realms:

The Buddha said it is three things, greed, ill will (hate) and delusions that detain a being in the lower realms.

Opinions or views are false and so are delusions that are not harmless but according to the Buddha it is one of three factors to detention in the lower realms. He also said the destination for wrong view (opinions) is hell or the animal womb.

VIEWS OR OPINIONS WHETHER SIMPLE OR COMPLICATED ARE NOT HARMLESS BUT THEY ARE DELUSIONS AND DELUSION IS ONE OF THREE FACTORS (PLUS GREED AND HATE) THAT RESULT IN A PERSON BEING TRAPPED IN THE LOWER REALMS.

It is not because it is a good idea that you do it and it is a bad idea that you don’t do it but it is because demolition is needed or correct or meaningful that you do it and so all those whose actions are predicated in it being a good or bad idea are deluded, headed for insanity and suffering.

Demolishing is an action not idea:

If you truly understand what you speak you will know that demolition is not an idea as you say but it is an action and so you say demolition is bad or wrong rather than refer to it as an idea which misleads others with karma attached.

The speech of someone who does not care and understand:

Room for all is the speech of someone who does not care and understand, so long as he is in control and safe, it does not matter how you suffer or there is strife, there is room for all. When he is at the receiving end, suffering and deprived will there be no room for all.

WHEN YOU ARE IN CONTROL AND COCOONED FROM THE STRIFE AND KILLING IT IS EASY FOR YOU TO SAY THERE IS ROOM FOR ALL WHICH ALSO GIVES THE IMAGE THAT YOU ARE TOLERANT AND MAGNANIMOUS.

Very few are fit to be called teachers and if you worship someone who is not fit to take the mantle of teacher you are heading for suffering.

The Buddha said he is the supreme teacher not just of men but gods, Jesus too is a teacher, few else can be called teacher.

Confucius is correct but his teaching is seriously limited, Loa Tzu does not make sense to me.

Enlightenment is the only permanent escape from suffering and death:

You may not deign to escape from suffering and death because you are incurably deluded, you think your suffering is manageable, will always be manageable and you will take death in its stride when it comes when you severely underestimate the severity and extent of suffering in store for you (like an ocean the Buddha said) but if a being is distressed by suffering and death then the only permanent escape is enlightenment, heaven no matter how exalted is not permanent and the being can fall back into suffering after exhausting his lifespan in heaven.

In order to be enlightened you must be endowed with three knowledges, the knowledge of all your past innumerable lives, the knowledge of how beings pass away and arise again and the knowledge of the way totally out of suffering.

ANYONE WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF SUFFERING AND DEATH LURKING IN EXISTENCE, WHO HAS FULL KNOWLEDGE OF HIS PAST EXISTENCES, WHO KNOWS HOW BEINGS ARISE AND DIE, WHO KNOWS THE PATH OUT OF SUFFERING FULLY (1^ST, 2^ND, 3^RD, 4^TH HIGHER STATES OF MIND AND EVEN BEYOND) WILL NEVER PERMIT HIMSELF TO BE SUBJECT TO SUFFERING AND DEATH, EVEN HEAVEN HOLDS NO ALLURE FOR HIM BECAUSE HE KNOWS THE DANGERS LURKING. THE BUDDHA SAID ALL EXISTING IS NOT SAFE FROM DEATH AND SUFFERING, ONLY NIBBANA IS THE DESTINATION OF NO FALLING AWAY, IN BECOMING THE ONE HE BECOMES THE ALL.

There is only one way out of suffering:

Whilst it may be conjecture for you, I know as fact, by experience that there is only one escape from suffering.

ALL SUFFERING AND EVEN DEATH HAS A (TRUE) ESCAPE (NOT MANY ESCAPES), SUFFERING AND DEATH ARE NOT BLAMELESS NOR MANDATORY.

All beings trapped in the ordinary concentration state (with constant prolonging of mental force, changing speed and strength) are hounded by oppressive suffering and endless rapid deaths and the first escape is the first higher state of mind when one’s mental force has stopped maddeningly constantly prolonging, changing speed and strength (no style). The next higher escape and higher happiness is the fully conscious cessation of all thinking, the next higher state is the cessation of stirring of one’s mental force to like and dislike and the fourth higher escape is when one has turned off all reception of force to experience neither pain nor pleasure.

Thereafter the Buddha said the being enters the sphere of infinite space, infinite consciousness, neither perceiving nor not perceiving.

NEITHER PERCEIVING NOR NOT PERCEIVING IS THE HIGHEST CONSCIOUS STATE IN WHICH THE BEING KNOWS EVERYTHING, THERE IS NOTHING HE DOES NOT KNOW. HE DOES NOT PERCEIVE NOR DOES HE NOT PERCEIVE.

THEREAFTER IT IS GOING BEYOND AS THE BUDDHA HAS DONE, HE HAS REACHED EXTINCTION, NIBBANA WHICH IS BEYOND ALL EXISTENCE.

THOSE WHO THINK THEY CAN MANAGE THEIR SUFFERING AND TAKE DEATH IN ITS STRIDE ARE COMPLACENT AND DELUDED. BETTER BUDGET FOR SUFFERING THAT MAY DRIVE YOU INSANE AND SUFFERING MORE THAN YOU NOW EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU DIE.

You are not free to speak as you please unless you do not mind suffering that is far worse than you realize.

There is no need to call it the trial of the century except to sensationalize which has debt because it harms others.

The century still has a long way to go and without knowing bigger trials that are to come you are reckless and sensationalist to label it ‘trial of the century’. It is no big deal, much ado about nothing.

A person who speaks without knowing what he says is true must stir resistance that lead to stress and he conditions himself to always resist what he speaks.

Arrogance and lack of mindfulness cause crashes:

Few crashes occur without arrogance (too cocky) and lack of mindfulness (not paying attention to his driving, what the car is telling him and road conditions) being present and their contribution may far exceed other factors.

Only robots make strategic changes and think it is great:

A person who is not a robot does not make strategic changes, only robots resort to strategies, plans you formulate and carry out and so make changes that are strategic and so rather than praise or good, strategic changes denote you are a man of strategies, slaves of strategies.

STRATEGIES ARE PLANS THAT YOU FORMULATE TO ACHIEVE CERTAIN AIMS AND ONLY ROBOTS WILL FORMULATE AND CARRY OUT ACCORDING TO PLANS OR STRATEGIES AND STRATEGIC CHANGES SIMPLY IMPLY YOUR ACTIONS OR CHANGES ARE PROGRAMMED.

There are no strategies or tactics that can get anyone to heaven.

IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DEVISE PLANS OR STRATEGIES OR TACTICS TO GO TO HEAVEN YOU ARE DELUDED.

YOU NEED PLANS OR TACTICS TO MAKE MONEY, TO CON OTHERS, TO STEAL, TO MURDER BUT WHATEVER IS TRUE AND GOOD CANNOT BE OBTAINED BY STRATEGIES.

IT IS THE ABSENCE OF GREED, GOODWILL AND ABSENCE OF DELUSION THAT DELIVERS A PERSON FROM THE LOWER REALMS, NOT BY ANY TACTICS OR STRATEGIES CAN YOU GET TO HEAVEN.

Strategic changes to get to heaven?

You can make correct or right changes to get to heaven but can you make strategic changes to get to heaven?

When people talk about their changes as strategic it implies the changes are great, shrewd, good but rather than great or good it is the false perception of what is bad is good of the person that makes him tout the changes as strategic and it is the gullibility of the audience that makes them receptive.

Strategic denotes you are a vested or greedy or calculating man making changes that are deceptive or calculated to get what you want and reflecting their false perception they think strategic puts them in good light when it is bad light.

Strategic is bad not great:

When people speak of their changes being strategic they imply their changes are excellent, great, clever when in truth it is bad, out of calculation not understanding to achieve a certain target that is not wholesome.

WHETHER STRATEGIC IS ENHANCING AS PERCEIVED OR NEGATIVE IS OBJECTIVE CANNOT BE DISPUTED AND SO IF WHAT I SAY IS CORRECT, MANKIND IS DELUDED, ALL THOSE WHO ARE SOLD BY THE WHOLESOMENESS OF ‘STRATEGIC’ ARE DELUDED.

If your changes are correct why call them strategic?

If your changes are right or correct you are absurd to call them strategic. It is because you are not sure your changes will work or not but you wish to make more to it than warranted, you wish to jazz it up, to make it sound impressive that you say we have made strategic changes.

IF YOU KNOW YOUR CHANGES ARE CORRECT THEN YOU SAY WE HAVE MADE THE RIGHT CHANGES NOT STRATEGIC CHANGES. IT IS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW IF YOUR CHANGES ARE CORRECT OR NOT BUT YOU WISH TO IMPRESS, TO MAKE MORE THAN THERE IS TO IT THAT YOU CALL THE CHANGES STRATEGIC WHEN IT IS COMMONLY SHARED DELUSION THAT STRATEGIC DENOTE GOOD WHEN IT IS BAD.

ANYONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF THE CLAIM OR WHO ACCEPTS THE CLAIM AS VALID MUST DO SO WITH STIRRED RESISTANCE THAT LEADS TO STRESS AND CONDITIONS TO RESISTANCE. THOSE WHO KNOW IT IS FALSE AND DO NOT ACCEPT DO NOT NEED TO STIR RESISTANCE THAT LEADS TO STRESS.

What changes can and cannot be:

Changes can be correct or incorrect, good or bad, meaningful or meaningless, harmful or beneficial, or you do not know whether they are correct or incorrect but they cannot be strategic except in your un-rigtheousness that has motive and accountability.

The righteous man says we have made changes and they are such and such and their intended purposes are such and such, he does not label the changes as strategic or brilliant.

Is it a fact or an opinion?

Of course your changes are strategic, how many would say their changes are not strategic, if it was the enemies’ changes it would not be strategic.

That your changes are strategic may be a fact or it may be (or is) an opinion, if it is an opinion it is false or a delusion that you must harbour and clutter in your mind that is the way to future woe.

IF THE CHANGES ARE STRATEGIC IS AN OPINION NOT FACT THEN YOU ARE LAPSING INTO FALSITY, HEADING FOR FUTURE WOE. THE WISE PERSON HARBOURS NO OPINIONS AND RESTRICTS HIMSELF TO FACTS.

There is such a thing called rehashing what you say or do from memory that demands use of the memory apparatus in your mind and there is such a thing called not rehashing which involves freshly specifically composing for the situation that obviates involvement of the memory apparatus.

The Buddha said everything can be understood and God is all seeing and all knowing and so if you do not understand something you leave it as it is rather than trouble yourself to stir your mental force to become mystified. Because it is senseless, all those who experience mystery are headed for insanity.

Surprise is not a function of reason or meaning but it is a function of stirred mental force that is useless and suffering.

It is because you have expectations that turn out false (you are deluded) that your mental force is then stirred for you to become surprised, even stunned, an intense stirring of force that immobilizes you.

The Indian rupee continues to fall, hitting a fresh all-time low against the US dollar, despite recent measures by the government to stem its decline.

The role of public litigation:

Litigation, public or private are about fighting, contesting not reason or meaning. If it was about meaning then the nature of every matter can be ascertained easily objectively without litigation that should be abided by all parties and if people are not amenable to reason, they have vested interests that they defend unrighteously then you can litigate forever causing much acrimony and those with strings to pull will ensure they are the beneficiaries of judiciary decisions at the expense of those without strings to pull.

ROLES PERTAIN TO ROBOTS AND ACTS THAT YOU ASSUME. THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND SPEAK OF DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES NOT ROLES.

WHATEVER THE MATTER WHAT IS CORRECT CAN BE SWIFTLY DETERMINED AND ALL PARTIES SHOULD ABIDE BY IT WITHOUT LITIGATION AND IF YOU WILL LITIGATE IT IS ABOUT PETITIONING, ARGUING, FIGHTING AND IT IS TO BE EXPECTED THE STRONG OR CONNECTED WILL BULLY THOSE WHO ARE WEAK OR NOT CONNECTED.

People think they are good accruing merit saying thus but they are asking for karma and suffering.

True harmony is not something you promote by saying something nice which is contrived artificial, for show and hypocritical. If you disagree you have false perception.

Saying something nice to promote harmony is not a valid reason for speaking and so you are practicing insanity and advocating insanity for others with karma not merit saying so.

You don’t tell others what to do which tantamount to wanting others to be robots obeying you and saying something nice on command by you.

THE FOOL THINKS HE IS PUTTING A LAUREL AROUND HIS NECK BUT HE IS PUTTING A NOOSE AROUND HIS NECK.

TRUE GOODWILL IS NOT PROMOTED BY SAYING BUT WHEN PEOPLE HAVE NO ILL WILL IN THOUGHT, SPEECH AND ACTIONS TO EACH OTHER THEN GOODWILL OR HARMONY AUTOMATICALLY ENSUES.

IF GOOD WILL OR HARMONY CANNOT BE PROMOTED AND YOU THINK IT CAN THEN YOU ARE DELUDED WITH DEADLY CONSEQUENCES.

Unexpected does not mean surprised:

There are things that are expected and there are things that are unexpected. Just because something is unexpected does not mean you should be surprised, instead surprise is the additional totally unnecessary meaningless harmful stirring of your mental force that is the path to future woe not happiness and you have debt fostering or recommending surprise in others.

The wise person does not even harbour expectations and so he does not countenance the unexpected.

Promotion is evil and what is true cannot be promoted:

Promotion is always false and mad because it is about doing something or saying something to sell something to another and whatever is true does not require promotion and cannot be promoted. Only what is false and harmful can be promoted.

You cannot promote Jesus or the Buddha or God nor do they require your promotion nor is it good but it is evil promoting them.

PROMOTION IS ALWAYS EVIL, NOTHING THAT IS TRUE OR GOOD REQUIRES PROMOTION, ONLY WHAT IS EVIL AND BAD REQUIRE PROMOTION. THUS YOU CAN PROMOTE FOR SHOW RACIAL HARMONY BUT GENUINE RACIAL HARMONY CAN NEVER BE PROMOTED, IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE PROMOTED.

This year’s SW Monsoon was a drought for Malaysia:

This year’s SW Monsoon for Malaysia is almost over (late May to Sept) and we saw little rain and it was almost a drought where the season was heavy and early in India.

That may explain the haze that plagued the region because the rains that come with the SW monsoon never eventuated.

Why the three knowledges are central to enlightenment:

The Buddha said enlightenment is awakening, it is possible for a being to awaken and it is unbinding and the abandonment of all existence, all coming and going.

And so if it is possible for a being to awaken then there may be cause or causes why he awakens and there may be cause or causes why others are not awakened.

The Buddha declared that the three knowledges central to enlightenment are knowledge of all past lives, knowledge of the passing away and coming to being of all beings and knowledge of the way out of suffering.

The Buddha may be a fake or genuine, he could have touted all sorts of things as essential to enlightenment eg mastery of science, sexual gratification or love or poetry or philosophy or strength as the requisites of enlightenment and so if what he said above (and nothing else) can be understood to be crucial, indispensable to awakening as he declared, then he is not a fake but genuine.

So why may knowledges of past lives, the birth and death of beings and the way out of suffering be crucial to enlightenment as declared by the Buddha?

If your past lives are terrible suffering not the unadulterated happiness it is made out to be, it is senseless and meaningless not meaningful and you have shed tears the Buddha said is greater than the 4 great oceans, you have shed YOUR OWN blood greater than the four great oceans then if you can recollect those past lives (and you have come to your senses) then you may turn and not wish to continue existing anymore. It is because you have no or little collection of your past lives, you have forgotten all the miseries of the past, you are blinded by the short sighted impermanent allures of existence that are in truth also suffering that you dally and tarry on in existence, will not give up existence.

IF YOU COULD HAVE ACCESS TO ALL YOUR PAST LIVES AND SEE ALL THE SUFFERING AND DIFFICULTIES YOU HAVE ENDURED AND SEE HOW SENSELESS AND UNECESSARY THEY ARE, YOU MIGHT WANT TO TURN AWAY FROM FURTHER WANDERINGS.

You cannot see how beings arise and pass away. If you can see beings arising and passing as it is possible according to the Buddha and you see birth is major not minor suffering and death is major not minor suffering then this too may turn you away, take away your appetite for further existence.

IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU SEE OTHERS BEING BORN AND DYING AND RATHER THAN FUN BIRTH (WHY DO BABIES CRY NOT LAUGH AT BIRTH?) AND DEATH ARE MAJOR SUFFERING THEN YOUR APPETITE OR GUSTO FOR EXISTENCE MAY BE DEFLATED.

If in addition to being able to recollect all your past lives and see the terrible unnecessary fruitless suffering you have subjected yourself to and you can see others being born and dying and how it is suffering not happy, then if you see and know a path out of this suffering permanently you would take it.

WITHOUT A PATH PERMANENTLY OUT OF SUFFERING AND EXISTENCE AND SEEING AND KNOWING THIS PATH YOU CANNOT TAKE IT AND IT IS BECAUSE THERE IS A PATH AND WITH AWAKENING YOU HAVE FOUND IT THAT YOU WILL THEN TAKE IT AND MAKE AN END TO ALL SUFFERING AND FRUITLESS WANDERINGS. AND THIS PATH OUT IS THROUGH SUCCESSFUL EXPERT ELEVATING YOUR CONCENTRATION FROM THE ORDINARY TO THE 1^ST, 2^ND, 3^RD, 4^TH AND HIGHER CONCENTRATION EVEN PAST NEITHER PERCEIVING NOR NOT PERCEIVING.

WITHOUT KNOWING YOUR PAST LIVES AND HOW IT IS TERRIBLE SUFFERING NOT THE UNQUALIFIED HAPPINESS IT IS MADE OUT TO BE AND KNOWING HOW BEINGS ARE BORN AND DIE AND ITS SIMILARLY UNPLEASANT NOT PLEASANT NATURE AND FINALLY KNOWING THE WAY TRULY OUT OF SUFFERING AS THERE ACTUALLY IS POSSIBLE WHERE YOU DID NOT KNOW IN THE PAST, THERE CAN BE NO AWAKENING AND FINAL TOTAL TERMINATION OF ALL EXISTING. THEREFORE WHAT THE BUDDHA SAID MAKES SENSE, IS FULLY UNDERSTANDABLE AND HE IS NO MADMAN.

Why you are not enlightened:

That ordinary people (that includes you) can be enlightened is not a possibility even if you want to passionately. Why is that so?

The reason is because their concentration is too low, scattered, fickle and unfocussed.

In order to be enlightened you must have developed well your concentration to an extremely high imperturbable (unshakeable like a mountain) level. Then there is a possibility that you may finally break through to enlightenment.

THE GULF IN CONCENTRATION BETWEEN ORDINARY PEOPLE’S CONCENTRATION AND THE CONCENTRATION NECESSARY TO OBTAIN ENLIGHTENMENT IS TOO GREAT SO THERE IS NO DANGER THE KING OF DEATH OR THE DEVIL WILL BE DEFEATED. IN ORDER TO BE ENLIGHTENED YOU MUST FIRST DEVELOP WELL HIGH CONCENTRATION WHICH ELUDES EVEN PROFESSIONAL ZEN MASTERS TODAY. ALL THE TOP BUDDHIST PRIESTS I SEE DO NOT HAVE THE APPEARANCE OF NOBLE ONES.

IT IS NO EASY TO BE ENLIGHTENED, TO TRULY ESCAPE SUFFERING AND DEATH, THE DEVIL WILL NOT LET ANYONE GO SO EASILY, YOU MUST KNOW THE ONLY PATH OUT (DEVELOPING TRUE HIGH CONCENTRATION) AND THEN DILIGENTLY, PERSISTENTLY WELL DEVELOP THIS HIGH CONCENTRATION.

It's hard to see the unaffected,
for the truth isn't easily seen.
Craving is pierced in one who knows;
For one who sees, there is nothing.

Nibbana Sutta: Total Unbinding (3)

I have heard that on one occasion the Blessed One was staying near Savatthi, in Jeta's Grove, Anathapindika's monastery. Now at that time the Blessed One was instructing urging, rousing, and encouraging the monks with Dhamma-talk concerned with Unbinding. The monks -- receptive, attentive, focusing their entire awareness, lending ear -- listened to the Dhamma.

Then, on realizing the significance of that, the Blessed One on that occasion exclaimed:

There is, monks, an unborn -- unbecome -- unmade -- unfabricated. If there were not that unborn -- unbecome -- unmade -- unfabricated, there would not be the case that emancipation from the born -- become -- made -- fabricated would be discerned. But precisely because there is an unborn -- unbecome -- unmade -- unfabricated, emancipation from the born -- become -- made -- fabricated is discerned.

IV.8 -- Rahula

In both ways consummate,
I'm known as Rahula the Fortunate:
because I'm the son of the Buddha,
because I've the eye that sees Dhammas,
because my fermentations are ended,
because I've no further becoming.
I'm deserving of offerings, a worthy one
a three-knowledge man, with sight of the Deathless.

Those blinded by sensuality covered by the net,
veiled by the veil of craving,
bound by the Kinsman of the heedless,
are like fish in the mouth of a trap.

Throwing that sensuality aside,
cutting through Mara's bond,
pulling out craving, root & all,
cooled am I, Unbound.

Entanglement is inimical to great concentration:

You cannot be involved in affairs in this world, like to socialize, have many ‘great’ friends and yet hope to develop great concentration.

ENTANGLEMENT AND HIGH CONCENTRATION ARE NOT COMPATIBLE.

SECLUSION AND HIGH CONCENTRATION ARE COMPATIBLE. HOWEVER IF YOU ARE DELUDED YOU CAN MEDITATE AND SECLUDE YOURSELF FOREVER AND STILL REMAIN ROOTED IN THE WORLD OF EXISTENCE, TO THE DEVIL’S DELIGHT.

Why seclusion is essential for true happiness:

You may be exceptional in that all your acquaintances are marvellous companions who are a great boon to you but for ordinary people their acquaintances are a burden, a hindrance and toxic, poisoning them with stress, restlessness, distraction and delusions that must be avoided as far as possible.

IF ORDINARY PEOPLE ARE A BURDEN, A HINDRANCE, POISONOUS THEN ONE MUST ISOLATE ONESELF FROM ACQUAINTANCES AS FAR AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE CONSEQUENCES ARE DIRE IN TERMS OF SUFFERING NOW AND LATER.

WHETHER YOUR FRIENDS ARE A GREAT BOON OR TERRIBLE HINDRANCES IS OBJECTIVE, IF THEY ARE HINDRANCES NOT A GREAT BOON THEN YOU ARE DELUDED AND THAT IS THE PATH TO RUIN.

Later your life will turn sour:

The Buddha says that you are headed for woe far more terrible and everlasting than you can dream in your wildest nightmare and so if you can review your past lives and how things always turn sour progressively you may be sufficiently disenchanted as to wish to quit existence.

It is because you have forgotten your past woes (even in this life) and you can still manage your suffering now that you are complacent not realizing you are headed for torment and then slaughter.

This was said by the Blessed One: "Suppose a man was being carried along by the flow of a river, lovely & alluring. And then another man with good eyesight, standing on the bank, on seeing him would say: 'My good man, even though you are being carried along by the flow of a river, lovely & alluring, further down from here is a pool with waves & whirlpools, with monsters & demons. On reaching that pool you will suffer death or death-like pain.' Then the first man, on hearing the words of the second man, would make an effort with his hands & feet to go against the flow.

"I have given you this simile to illustrate a meaning. The meaning is this: the flow of the river stands for craving. Lovely & alluring stands for the six internal sense-media. The pool further down stands for the five lower fetters (self identity views, faith in rituals and rules, doubt and uncertainty, ill will, greed).* The waves stand for anger & distress. The whirlpools stand for the five strands of sensuality (sight, sound, touch, smell, taste). The monsters & demons stand for the opposite sex. Against the flow stands for renunciation. Making an effort with hands & feet stands for the arousing of persistence. The man with good eyesight standing on the bank stands for the Tathagata, worthy & rightly self-awakened."

Even if it's with pain,
you should abandon sensual desires
if you aspire to future safety from bondage.
Alert, with a mind well-released,
touch release now here, now there.
An attainer-of-wisdom,
having fulfilled the holy life,
is said to have gone to the end of the world, gone
beyond.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY ORDINARY PERSON OR FAKE TO THINK OF AND PRESENT SUCH A SIMILE AND IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF IT OR YOU THINK ORDINARY PEOPLE CAN SPEAK THUS YOU MAY BE DELUDED.

No wonder your concentration is lousy:

If you have lousy concentration and you think you have great concentration then you are deluded and nothing can be done for you. (It is impossible for ordinary people to have great concentration)

If you have lousy concentration and you agree you have lousy concentration and it distresses you then there is a simple answer and it is not a surprise.

The reason why you have lousy concentration is because you are constantly using force to prolong eg syllables, change speed and strength eg loudness, constantly dividing your mind by thinking, constantly stirring your mind by liking and disliking and constantly seeking force by feeling pain and pleasure.

As soon as you truly stop using force to prolong, change speed and loudness you have reached the first higher concentration.

If you next succeed in putting to an end all thinking so that your mind becomes united, that is the next higher concentration.

If your mental force has stopped stirring to like and dislike that is the next higher concentration.

If you have stop seeking force, stop feeling pain and pleasure then that is an even higher concentration.

ALL ORDINARY STYLISH EMOTIONAL PEOPLE HAVE LOUSY CONCENTRATION.

IT IS ONLY IF THEY STOP CONSTANTLY PROLONGING (SYLLABLES) CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS, STOP THINKING, STOP LIKING AND DISLIKING AND STOP FEELING PAIN AND PLEASURE DO THEY TRULY ACHIEVE HIGH OR GREAT CONCENTRATION.
