Beings in the lower realms are deluded, slaves to blind evil memory and force or emotions, they've committed far more wrongs than they realise, they are never masters of themselves but slaves to dangerous, harmful, meaningless devoid of understanding memory and emotions.
Impossible any being who is slave to blind memory and force can be the supreme being, God but he is always lowly, subject to endless deaths and suffering.
It's impossible anyone who's false and evil including the Devil can be high or preside over the cosmos because those who are false and wrong, evil are slaves to blind harmful devoid of understanding meaningless force and memory that dictate everything they say or do by replay and existence dictated by blind force and memory is never stable, the suffering, insanities, degeneration always deteriorate, become worse and irrational and they're heading for doom, deepening suffering and insanity that will kill them and because death is an illusion and there is universal immaculate accountability they are heading for suffering and death in repayment that they don't realise is as vast as oceans and last eternities.
