What's the truth about action that you ignore and don't know to your eternal suffering, peril and endless deaths?

No one has said this in the past and even today.

Speech is an action and also work and suffering and so the Buddha will only speak to teach not anything else, for the benefit of others not himself.

Action requires the use of force that's work and suffering, wears down and destroys your mind and body and because action is false and suffering and you keep using force to act , you are training yourself to seek and accept suffering that's addictive,  the urge to seek and accept suffering becomes very strong and compelling to resist, stop. Further, the suffering of actions seizes the person to keep action, keep doing and saying that traps him in action and suffering.  Action is not only suffering but it destroys the person gradually so that with age his suffering increases to tormenting levels impossible to extricate himself and he will succumb by death and head for endless deaths and suffering.

There are two kinds of actions,  actions that are necessary for material reasons eg you need to cook or sweep the floor to get food to eat or a clean house,  there are actions that are unnecessary, for show,  for emotional reasons like singing and dancing and whatever actions that are unnecessary, meaningless and for show become mad because they don't require reason to activate and if you keep doing unnecessary things in time they tend to activate by themselves out of context automatically and that's mad.

WHATEVER ACTIONS THAT'S NECESSARY REQUIRE REASON TO ACTIVATE AND WILL NOT GO MAD,  WHATEVER ACTIONS THAT ARE UNNECESSARY, FOR SHOW EG SINGING AND DANCING, NEVER REQUIRE REASON TO ACTIVATE AND SO IF YOU KEEP SINGING AND DANCING IN TIME SINGING AND DANCING KEEP WANTING TO ACTIVATE AUTOMATICALLY AND THIS IS INSANITY.

Smiling, facial and hand gestures are work and suffering never happiness so all those who smile, express themselves are training themselves to suffer not happy.

There are only three good actions that have merit,  the way to future happiness and heaven, namely giving, sharing and helping.  Lending for interest or payment is not good.  There is giving, sharing and helping in material things (food, shelter, money) and there's giving, sharing and helping in spiritual or divine matters (the way out of suffering and death) and giving, sharing and helping in spiritual matters is supreme, incomparable compared to giving, sharing and helping in material matters.

ALL ACTIONS IS WORK THAT'S SUFFERING AND EVIL AND THERE ARE ONLY THREE ACTIONS IN SPIRITUAL OR DHARMA OR GOSPEL OR MATERIAL MATTERS THAT ARE GOOD, HAVE MERIT TO BE REPAID AS FUTURE HAPPINESS NAMELY GIVING, SHARING AND HELPING. TAKING CARE OF SICK ANIMAL IS HELPING THE ANIMAL.

THOSE WHO ARE ACTION MEN, LIKE TO DO OR SSY THINGS ARE FOOLS,  DELUDED, PURSUING SUFFERING AND INCURRING KARMA ON THEMSELVES TO BE REPAID BY FUTURE SUFFERING AND DEATHS,  THE WISE HAVE TRAINED THEMSELVES TO STOP DOING AND SAYING THINGS EXCEPT TO GIVE, HELP OR SHARE SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL THINGS.

If what you say is entirely for others to remember or believe that's meaningless and suffering to others and so it has karma not merit. Everything people in this world talk about are memory matters regarding names and their forms and things happening that forces others to use their record replay memory and shut their understanding so it had karma.  What I say is for others to understand, is the way out of death and suffering so it has merit.

Style stirs others' emotions and so it has demerit.

Talking about health issues is not meritorious because it fosters material concerns, focuses on health instead of righteousness.

Everything that happens has cause:

People routinely talk about the inexplicable, the puzzling. Everything that happens in life has a cause, is never without cause and whoever knows the cause is not troubled,  puzzled and safe because knowing the wrong cause is dangerous even fatal. And so if you are suffering, not in heaven but here, there's cause. You are suffering because you have style,  prolonging of words, changing speed and loudness that cause insoluble renewing stress ,restlessness and distraction,  you are here not in heaven because you have greed , ill will and delusion.  If you really are not greedy, have no ill will and delusion it's impossible you will still be here.

Similarly if music sounds better through the Toslink than copper RCA cable it must have cause, never sounds better for no reason and the person who knows the true reason is correct,  safe.

Whoever has higher knowledge and conduct is higher agreed the Buddha so if I know the causes of things I have higher knowledge.

Two different processes cannot produce the same results but the results must be different. The toslink uses charge less weight less photons to transmit audio information whilst the RCA cable uses charged heavy electrons to transmit audio information so they cannot sound the same but must differ. Usually in one age the person gets one opportunity to become human, rarely does someone return a second time as human, some beings may not even a chance to be a human in an age.

There are 5 lower and five higher bonds.

The five lower bonds that bond the person to this world are self identity views(me, mine, my feelings, emotions, my views, beliefs), doubt and uncertainty,  faith in rules and rituals, greed and ill will.

The five upper fetters bonding to existence in heaven are ignorance, restlessness, conceit,  attachment to formed and the formless existence.

According to the Buddha there is the non returner, the once returner and the person not destined for suffering.

If you have destroyed your self identity views, doubt and uncertainty and faith in rituals and rules and reduced your ill will and greed you will return to this world once more to destroy your ill ill and greed or you are not destined for woe,  you will return here but not destined for states of suffering.

The person who has totally  destroyed his greed and ill will plus self identity views  doubt and uncertainty, faith in rules and rituals is a  non returner,  will go to heaven and extinguish himself in  bliss.

The reason you vaccinate people is to induce immunity in them to a virus and this means that by presenting a harmless piece of protein from the skin of the virus to your immune system it enables your immune system to safely form antibodies to the virus so that when you meet the real virus later you already have antibodies that can quickly clear the virus before it kills you.

In the same way the only way a person recovers from the coronavirus is by successfully developing antibodies to the coronavirus that allows the person to completely clear his body of the virus. Without developing effective antibodies to the virus a person cannot recover from the virus and so Djokovic must have immunity to the coronavirus if he recovered from covid19.

All proteins have unique surface features and when the person is a fetus his immune cells have a library of all possible protein surfaces or contours and the immune cells then destroy all the protein contours that matches his own proteins so that the immune cells are left with a comprehensive library of proteins that don't match his self proteins that it can form antibodies against.

Those with severe diseases like diabetes,  old age have a library of foreign proteins and can form antibodies against proteins recognised as alien but because of self abuse and disease his ability to produce antibodies is severely weakened or incapacitated.

Initially when the person is infected with covid19 his body responds by producing inefficient big IgM capable of sticking on to the virus and calling in killer cells and macrophages to destroy the virus.  Later specialist lymphocytes called plasma cells produce huge quantities of IgG that rapidly clear the body of the infection.
