The gentle breeze is pleasant, seems harmless and good for you but you are deceived, it's also attacking you like everyone and everything else in this world including you who is your own worst enemy, a lot of your daily suffering are unnecessarily created and allowed by you and you are foolishly saying and doing things that are not only suffering but incur debts to be repaid in the future, will wear down your mind and body.

The breeze is plying you with mild harmful force that wears you down, tires you later, it can make you catch a cold. Because you are foolishly attached to the pleasure of the breeze and many other things you will be bonded to return here endlessly mostly as animals.

Nowadays I have reached the highest states of the mind, I don't depend on, don't need breezes to be happy, I  minimize my exposure to breeze and because I am not hooked on pleasures and I have not created debts to repay I heading out of this world to safety.

All those hooked on, seek pleasures are fools never wise. You cannot have pleasure without pain that leads to death because pleasure like pain are caused by the same evil, harmful force, mild to moderate force is experienced as pleasure, strong force gives pain. Pleasure also harms you but corrosively without you realizing.

Pleasure is deceptive, no pleasure nor pain is higher freedom from suffering and those whose minds have reached the absence of force neither pain nor pleasure have the highest longevity, they live for 500 world cycles or ages in heaven without suffering and dying.

PLEASURE IS ACTUALLY MILD PAIN THAT'S HARMFUL CUMULATIVELY. FORCE IS THE SAME DEVIL RESPONSIBLE FOR PLEASURE AND PAIN AND THOSE EHO HAVE SHUT THEIR MINDS FROM ALL FORCE TO REACH THE FOURTH HIGHEST STATE OF THE MIND, NEITHER PAIN NOR PLEASURE HAS THE LONGEST LIFESPAN IN HEAVEN, 500 WORLD CYCLES COMPARED TO 1 WORLD CYCLE FOR NO STYLE, 2 WORLD CYCLES FOR NO THINKING AND FOUR WORLD CYCLES FOR NO EMOTIONS.

Only the Buddha said this and it's a truth not memory subject.

Whoever has a dependency has a wavering, whoever has no dependencies has no wavering and that's release from bondage and suffering.

Whoever has no dependencies on pleasures, on others has no suffering, bondage.

I  HAVE WHITTLED DOWN MY DEPENDENCIES ON THINGS AND OTHERS, I DON'T DEPEND ON MY HI FI OR FOOD OR SIGHTS OR ANYTHING FOR SUSTENANCE.

Who is truly independent?

Do everything yourself, don't trouble others, don't need others.

Do and say as little as possible.

Stop all activities including thinking.

The Buddha said, good is cessation, good is when they forever cease.

Stop style, stop thinking, stop emotions, stop feeling, stop all actions and speaking.

 

There will be terrible suffering at the close of the age:

There will be mass migration, suffering and quakes in many place.

Correct and wrong logic:

There is true and false logic which is about using memory to solve memory problems nothing to do with understanding.

Truth and good never has problems to solve so logic has nothing to do with truth and good. Ordinary people's logic is defective.

If Zalina Azman intended to abscond she wouldn't have renovated her house so the fact she was renovating means she intended to stay and her disappearance is likely foul play, she was living alone in a bungalow and good target for kidnap, rape and murder.

IF YOU HAVE TRUE LOGIC, PIECES OF INFORMATION CAN TELL YOU A LOT WHAT LIKELY HAPPENED.

Truth happens only one way always:

Whatever is the truth happens one way, no other ways, is the same, applies to everyone.  Whatever is not the truth can happen in two or more ways.

In the case of Zalina Azman's disappeared, it's something happening not the truth and so it can happen in more than one way, she could have been raped and killed, kidnapped or she could have arranged her disappearance.

Whatever is the truth happens only one way. Thus if it's the truth style causes stress, restlessness and distraction in the person and others then it's always the case,  not sometimes cause stress, cause stress oy in some, is happiness for some, stress for others.

Thus if it's true there's God and the Devil, heaven and hell then it applies for everyone,  there's God,  Devil, heaven and hell.

WHAT'S NOT THE TRUTH, THINGS HAPPENING CAN HAPPEN IN MULTIPLE POSSIBLE WAYS. WHAT'S THE TRUTH HAPPENS ONLY ONE WAY, THE SAME FOR EVERYONE. IF THINKING AND EMOTIONS CAN BE STOPPED, IT CAN BE STOPPED FOR EVERYONE EVEN IF YOU AND EVERYONE HERE CANNOT DO SO.

Brahmas have reached the fourth highest state of the mind:

God is Brahma, Jesus is also Brahma, all brahmas have reached the fourth highest state of the mind and beyond because they're formless, have no bodies unlike angels and you must dispel all forms to reside in infinite space and consciousness to be formless. God can instantly take on a human form to meet angels when light appears, God appears but normally brahmas are formless meaning they reside in the fourth highest state of the mind, neither pain nor pleasure and have no form or body to reside in infinite space or consciousness.

There is the formed universe, infinite space, infinite consciousness and nothingness. Not having form or bodies, brahmas must reside in infinite space or above.

Evil begets other evils never good:

Only truth begets truths,  whatever is false begets Only falsity, suffering begets only other suffering never happiness or release from suffering, evil begets other evils and so because ordinary people are shrouded in falsity, evil and suffering they can only go around in circles doing and saying things that will create more suffering never escape from suffering for them.

Thus style which is false and suffering using force unnecessarily to prolong, change speed and loudness begets more suffering in stress, restlessness and distraction that forces the person to keep on practicing style.

Playing the piano is a pure memory feat and the music it produces can never lead the person to truth but music produced is itself a subject for pure memory and wickedly stirs harmful emotions in self and others.

PLAYING PIANO OR GUITAR IS A PURE MEMORY AND SUFFERING FEAT AND THE MUSIC THEY PRODUCE MUST SIMILARLY BE PURE MEMORY AND SUFFERING NEVER HAPPINESS AND TRUTH.

EVIL BEGETS MORE RESULTS NEVER GOOD RESULTS AND THE PERSON IS TRAPPED IN DEEPER AND DEEPER HARDER TO ESCAPE SUFFERING AND DIES IN DESPAIR.

THUS EVIL STYLE CAUSES EVIL STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION THAT TRAPS THE PERSON DERPER AND DEEPER IN STYLE UNLESS HE CAN BREAK THE VICIOUS CIRCLE OR SOMEONE INTERVENES TO HELP HIM BREAK THE VICIOUS CIRCLE.

Never by thinking is truth found:

In order to see the truth about life you must stop thinking and start seeing and the more you start seeing the more truths you will discover that will finally lead you to the truth about existence which is that it's a consciousness dream, a nightmare than happy dream, if you can walk through walls, fly through the air will you still believe this world is real, exists?

If you can see what others say to you are delusions never correct will you still accept them?

When the person stops thinking and start seeing the truth about things he begins to see more and more about the truth of things until finally he sees all the truths about things.

Memory and force are the twin sources of suffering and death:

The entirety of a substance or food's taste including the pleasure or pain it causes is due to contact with the mixture of chemical force contained in the food reacting with your taste buds in tongue and mouth.

Similarly the entirety of the smell of something is due to contact or reaction between chemicals in the airborne substance and chemicals in your smell or olfactory receptors in the nose.

Sound is due to contact with the force of complex multi frequency sound waves in the incoming air.

Touch is due to contact with mechanical force contacting pressure or force receptors on your skin.

Sight is due to contact with light which is also a force through the eye.  Light too is force that also harms wears down the light receptors in the retina.  At the extreme ends, gamma and x rays and infrared these incoming light has so much energy it can seriously harm you.

No one has ever discovered this very important truth that I have declared.

TO SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE USING FORCE HE MUST DESTROY HIS STYLE THAT'S CONSTANTLY USING FORCE TO STRETCH WORDS, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS, HE MUST REDUCE HIS THINKING AND EMOTIONS THAT'S CONSTANTLY STIRRING MENTAL FORCE. THE PERSON WHO SEEKS STRONG FAN, STRONG AIR CONDITIONING IS A FOOL SEEKING DESTRUCTION OF HIS BODY. HE REDUCES ALL WORK, SPORTS AND EXERCISE TOO IS WORK. THINKING TOO IS WORK.

FORCE IS EVERYWHERE IN THIS WORLD BUT FORCE IS NOT EVERYTHING AND FORCE IS EVIL, THE ONLY CAUSE OF SUFFERING AND DEATH AND THE WISE PERSON LEARNS TO END ALL USING AND EXPOSING TO FORCE.

NO ONE HAS EVER SAID WHAT I SAID ABOVE JUST AS NO ONE HAS EVER SAID STYLE IS THE CAUSE OF INSOLUBLE RENEWING STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION, THINKING IS PURE MEMORY ACTIVITY AND EMOTIONS ARE HARMFUL MEANINGLESS DANGEROUS STIRRING OF MENTAL FORCE OR CHEMICAL RELEASE OF ELECTRICAL IONS IN BRAIN CIRCUITS.

Force is a fabrication not true and can be circumvented which is why the Buddha can make it impossible for anyone to split some logs.

Like all things evil, force and memory invite you to use them and gradually they seize control of you, you cannot stop using them, you increasingly use them and they will torment and slowly kill you.

Evil can only give evil never good results:

Whatever is false (thinking) can only lead to what is false never the truth,  whatever is evil (stealing) can only lead to what's evil (hell not heaven), whatever is suffering (work, sports) can only lead to what's suffering (destruction of mind and body).

Thinking is simply mentally using memory that can only solve memory problems, it cannot lead to the truth.  Thinking is work and suffering and wears down memory, it cannot lead to happiness but thoughts trigger suffering and worry, the happiness thinking triggers is actually false suffering emotional excitement.

People in this world are deluded and blind, they are blind because they cannot see their styles, thinking and emotions are meaningless,  suffering and they are deluded to think their styles, thinking and emotions will lead them to happiness when they're heading for torment, insanity and destruction and death.

LIKE OIL AND WATER DON'T MIX, HEAVEN AND EARTH DON'T MIX, TRUTH, GOOD AND HAPPINESS ARE SEPARATE WORLDS FROM FALSITY, EVIL AND SUFFERING.  WHATEVER THAT'S FALSE, STYLE, THINKING, EMOTIONS CAN ONLY LEAD TO EVIL RESULTS INSANITY, SUFFERING, DISINTEGRATION NEVER SAFETY AND HEAVEN. AND SO THE WISE FIND OUT WHAT IS FALSE AND HARMFUL AND THEY STEER CLEAR.

It's because the Buddha was dissatisfied with his happiness he kept discarding until he finally reached enlightened, the end of all suffering and death.

Those contented with, exalting their freedom from style will enjoy a limited happiness and lifespan in heaven.  Those not satisfied seek higher emancipation reaching no thinking that unifies their minds giving two world cycles in heaven. Those discontented seeking higher attain destruction of their emotions and even higher freedom from suffering and irrationality and a lifespan of 4 world cycles. Destroying feelings give 500 world cycles in heaven and ignoring all forms gives infinite space and 20,000 world cycles in heaven, destroying space to reach infinite consciousness gives 40,000 world cycles in heaven.  Destroying all fabricating or all using memory gives enlightenment the deathless destination.

People in this world are not satisfied with their money, women, power and material achievements, they are satisfied with their suffering,  think they will be OK when they are heading deeper and deeper into suffering that will be harder and harder to escape and then they're heading for eternal punishment.

It's your happiness and freedom from suffering that you shouldn't be satisfied until you have achieved total destruction of all suffering but what people call happiness is suffering so how can they escape suffering and death?

A longwinded story intended for your memory and stir emotions:

This is a longwinded story and it never requires understanding to write and it's entirely directed with debt at others memory to stir emotions and for memory, anyone interested will be sucked in to suffer not just now but endlessly.  Nowadays I won't trouble myself to read. Ten thousand miles away in the United Kingdom, the country may soon see Rishi Sunak as the first British prime minister of Indian ethnicity. In 2021, Kamala Harris, who is of Indian and Jamaican heritage, became America's first Asian American vice-president.

Back in Malaysia, and 64 years after Merdeka, we still argue about the Malays being downtrodden, and the people responsible for retarding the progress of the Malays are, unsurprisingly, the non-Malays.

Whilst other nations have done the metaphorical equivalent of sending men to the moon, we appear to be frozen in time.

Malay politicians create demons out of the non-Malays, discriminate against local Malaysian-born Chinese, and then, in the next breath, welcome the Chinese from the People's Republic of China, with open arms.

There is active discrimination against local, Malaysian-born Indians, but we treat the arrival of the Indian fugitive, Zakir Naik, like he was a head of state or monarch.

Being frozen in time could also apply to the Malaysian Opposition coalition. They appear to be stuck in the reformasi movement of 1998. Instead of rebuilding or rebranding themselves to move with the times, the original movement appears to have become static.

What I experienced in 1978 barely one year after I triggered the consciousness change in 1977 was the first higher state of the mind wherein I saw that the things I held dear and real were rubbish, medicine and art was rubbish, I  no longer appreciated art and medicine thereafter.

I didn't know then what I experienced in 1978 was the first higher state of the mind giving one age or world cycle in heaven.  Subsequently as a result of the tremendous negative reception I reverted back to style and it was only after the tumult and stress of the 1997 east Asian crisis that spurred me to again attack suffering and I first resolved not to say or do things to please others that gradually led me to the realization I was prolonging words, changing speed and loudness to please others and when I gradually reduced them I experienced an even greater relief from stress, restlessness and distraction. 

It was only after I read the New Testament and Pali Canon, the authentic version of what the Buddha taught that everything fell into place, I started meditating and developed more insight, began reducing my thinking which became directed not haphazard, my emotions subsided until they finally died. Today even my feelings are beginning to wither.

From the New Testament and Pali Canon I gained knowledge about what this world was truly about and everything came together. There's no longer any conflict. To me there is no conflict, contradiction between Buddhism and Christianity.

The New Testament has significant differences from the bible. The bible was written before the Buddha's enlightenment and the New Testament was written after the Buddha appeared. For example that there will be a close of the age, this age and the next age is not in the bible but the New Testament. That you must be born again in spirit or reach the first higher state of the mind is only said by Jesus.

TO ME THERE ARE NO SIGNIFICANT DISCREPANCIES, CONFLICT BETWEEN WHAT THE BUDDHA TAUGHT AND THE NEW TESTAMENT.

YOU CAN ATTAIN THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF THE MIND WITHOUT KNOWING AND YOU CAN ATTAIN IT AND KNOW IT. IN 1978 I EXPERIENCED THE FIRST HIGHER STATE OF THE MIND WITHOUT KNOWING, NOW I KNOW.

It was a baptism of fire when I involuntarily attained the first higher state of the mind in 1978. I knew I was different now and couldn't hide it and everywhere I went, whilst there were some who were delighted to see me, many were visibly upset, turned their faces to hide the intense hatred they had at the sight of me. It took some months before this subsided.  I realized everyone was changing but they never experienced the same violent reactions as I did. Now I know why, I am different from them, whereas my change released my genuine goodwill, the changes in others released, gave greater freedom to express their greed, ill will and delusions.

The nasty reactions I received from others only occurred to me not others because my nature was different, I was never from this world, never the same as others. I subsequently reverted with a relapse to the styled state and it was only after 1997 that I finally reverted now with understanding progressively to the first higher state of the mind, this time permanently and fully comprehending what is happening to me and the world.

The reason I can say the things I say today is because I am wise, discerning. The reason I am discerning is because my concentration or state of the mind is high and the reason my concentration is high is because my virtue or goodness is high.

The Buddha is correct, no fake.

He said such and such is virtue, concentration and wisdom meaning virtue (no stealing, lying, harming others), concentration (the four higher states of the mind) and wisdom (knowledge of right and wrong) are objective, cannot be disputed, can be clearly defined and applies to everyone. 

Great is the gain in concentration when it's perfected by great virtue, great is the gain in wisdom when it's perfected by great concentration.

IN ORDER TO HAVE GREAT CONCENTRATION YOU MUST HAVE GREAT VIRTUE OR GOODNESS, IN ORDER YO HAVE GREAT WISDOM YOU MUST HAVE HIGH CONCENTRATION.

BECAUSE MY VIRTUE AND CONCENTRATION ARE HIGH NOWADAYS I HAVE HIGH DISCERNMENT AND WISDOM.

Vice or bad conduct in speech and actions is the opposite of virtue, good conduct in speech and actions.

There are specific vices like gambling, drinking, womanizing, mischief and non-specific vices like stealing, lying, attacking and killing.

Even if a person does not steal, tell lies or attack others, his style constantly harms others by stirring emotions, inflicting stress, restlessness and distraction.

Thinking and emotions are unnecessary and evil drives or sources for speech and actions so the person without thinking has higher virtue than the person with thinking, the person without emotions is higher in virtue than the emotional person.

There's a deliberate attempt by US CDC to cover up serious adverse events incidence involving mrna vaccines.  They said they would make weekly comparative PPR comparisons between mrna vaccines and other previous vaccines to see if there are abnormal rises in adverse events in mrna vaccines but when data was requested later CDC said they didn't do PPR.

The five upper and lower bonds:

Existence has 5 lower and 5 upper bonds according to the Buddha. If the being is totally free of all ten bonds he is released, enlightened and no longer desires Existence anymore, not even in heaven which is never forever but after you finish your lifespan there that can last up to 60,000 world cycles you can go down even to hell depending on your karma.

The five lower bonds bond the being to this world that comprises hell, ghost, animal and human existence.

The five lower bonds consists of greed, ill will or the desire to harm, trouble or kill others and delusion, believe in what is false. Delusion comprises false self-identity views, doubt and uncertainty and faith in rules and rituals.

When the being is truly free of these five lower binds he is released from the lower realms heading for heaven. If he's not totally free he is a once returner or he returns but is not destined for states of woe or suffering like a beast of burden or farm animal for slaughter endlessly.

The five upper bonds are ignorance, conceit, restlessness and attachment to forms and the formless. Heavenly beings still have ignorance, don't know totally the truth and dangers about existence, even the pleasures and existence in heaven is impermanent and has residues of suffering and falsity.

Restlessness is desire for change. When the being has totally lost all desire for change he becomes totally stilled, heading for the destination of no change, nirvana. Nirvana has no beginning and no end, no change, whatever is changing is deceptive. People in this world are conceited but their conceit is wrong, false. They are conceited about their false harmful being and possessions, those in heaven are conceited about their exalted states of existence, their freedom from suffering and insanity.

Brahmas that are higher than devas or angels are formless or spirits without bodies but they can take a body to meet angels in heaven.  The Devil too is formless and can take on bodies eg old man to appear before humans. Devils can enter the bodies and minds of humans and seize them to do evil things.

Angels are attached to formed suffering free existence in a formed heaven. Heaven has many levels, the higher the level the longer the angel lives eg 1, 2, 4 and 500 world cycles depending on the highness of the state of the mind.

THIS IS THE TEACHING OF THE BUDDHA CLEARLY CONCISELY EXPLAINED BY ME, MODERN BUDDHISM AS TAUGHT IN TEMPLES FROM THAI TO ZEN ARE EVEN TOTALLY DEVIANT.

My sister Almarhumah Puteri Nur Afiqah, a cheerful and active teenager, previously suffered from an illness (SLE). She took the 2nd dose of vaccine on 15/12/21 to enable her to continue her studies at the Institute of Skills.

 

Her health deteriorated after a few days of taking the vaccine with swelling in every joint, spots appearing on the face & body, fever that did not go away, loss of appetite, the body was getting thinner, and did not have the ability to manage itself.

 

She was admitted to the hospital for a week and was confirmed by a doctor that she was suffering from SLE.

 

On Friday @ 10/06/2022, again she was rushed to the hospital unconsciousness.

She was treated for 14 days then the doctor confirmed that she was Brain Dead and a lot of bleeding in her head.

With my own eyes, I saw a wife (unrelated) also grieving next to my sister’s bed, where her husband became unconscious after taking a BOOSTER injection and had already passed away a few days. Other people were paralyzed after being given the vaccine.

Plaintiff then lamented official indifference and listed those who died:

- A mother or father loses her/his child

- A wife loses a husband

- A husband loses a wife

- a child loses a mother or father

- A brother or sister loses a sister or a brother

- A brother loses an older brother or sister, the

There are significant numbers of Malaysians who have died or suffered serious injuries from the mrna vaccine just as there are in Singapore but they have been muzzled, denied access to the media or press and the authorities have steadfastly denied link and insist the vaccine is safe.

This mrna vaccine is unprecedented,  never before was there such a vaccine and it invades the cells forcing cells to produce a spike protein known to attack the ACE2 receptor present in many organs including the heart, brain and liver causing potentially fatal consequences.  Also there are allegations it contain graphene oxide particles that are toxic.

Either the manufacturers are incompetent or they intend to kill many as a depopulation measure.

The most likely motive is depopulation and the bulk of deaths will come in the years after vaccination unknown to the victims and suppressed by the press.

The reason it is depopulation is because of the attitude of authorities worldwide,  they've disregarded the deaths and injuries instead insists everyone including those recovered vaccinate or they're barred from travel, work. They recommend pregnant women vaccinate when usually pregnant women are excluded and this vaccine is known to cause miscarriages. Now they want children vaccinated too.

Delusion and foolishness:

The deluded man is someone who uses his memory to believe what he did not see as true is true. The person refrains from using his blind record replay memory to believe anything, he restricts himself to what he can see is true.

The fool is according to the Buddha, someone who misconducts himself in thought, speech and action as a result of which he suffers and endangers himself now and later as he becomes liable to repay in suffering and deaths the wrong he has done others in his foolishness.

THE WISE PERSON FOR THE SAKE OF NOT SUFFERING AND ENDANGERING HIMSELF REFRAINS FROM BELIEVING ANYTHING WHICH IS WRONGFULLY USING MEMORY TO ACCEPT WHAT YOU CANNOT SEE AS TRUE IS TRUE.

THE FOOL IS ONE WHO MISCONDUCTS HIMSELF IN THOUGHT, SPEECH AND ACTION SUFFERING SND ENDANGERING HIMSELF NOW AND LATER.

To avoid suffering and death one must be wise:

Wisdom is always the way out of suffering, the wiser you are the less you suffer now and forever.

Who's the wise person?

The wise person knows what is true and what is false and he abstains from whatever is false and adheres steadfast to whatever is true.

He knows style, thinking, emotions and feelings are false and evil and he abstains from them. He knows what's a false memory and what's a truth matter and he refrains from entanglement in false memory matters. He talks about the truth and nothing else.

He knows all things happening,  all names and their forms are pure record replay matters that's false, record replay work that's suffering to engage so he refrains from news, stories, information, data,  instructions, subjects like science, arts, economics, music, philosophy.

What's the truth about stress?

All actions (speech is also an action) must be accompanied by resistance and it's resistance present in action that's the inescapable cause of stress which when constantly unnecessarily, foolishly generated, persists, never fully subsides so that even at rest the person is stressed.

Style is prolonging, changing speed and loudness and so style is an action and the person with style is constantly acting more, generating more resistance compared to a person without style.

All muscles have opposite muscles, in order for you to bend your forearm the bicep must contract whilst the opposite triceps must relax, if the triceps is also contracting when you bend your elbow there's resistance and stress. Only when there's no contraction of the triceps when bending your elbow is there no resistance and so no stress.

When both triceps and biceps are contracting at rest there's tension or resistance and this is stress even at rest.

Normally when the biceps is bending your elbow the triceps must also contract to stabilize, control and finally help stop the bending when it has been achieved.

ALL ACTIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY RESISTANCE OF OPPOSITE MUST TO CONTROL OR STABLIZE THE ACTION AND THEN HELP STOP THE ACTION. IT IS YHIS RESISTANCE THAT IS THE UNAVOIDABLE SOURCE OF STRESS THAT INEVITABLY ACCOMPANIES ALL ACTIONS.

HENCE IF YOU DON'T WANT STRESS YOU MUST LIMIT YOUR SPEECH AND ACTIONS TO AS LITTLE AND ESSENTIAL AS POSSIBLE.

THE PERSON WHO CONSTANTLY PROLONGS HIS WORDS, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS IS CONSTANTLY ACTING MUCH MORE THAN THE PERSON WITHOUT STYLE SO HE GENERATES MUCH MORE RESISTANCE AND STRESS COMPARED

TO THE PERSON WITHOUT STYLE.

Because all must action must be controlled by resistance from the opposite acting muscle all actions must generate resistance that leads to stress and if you keep acting the resistance and stress built up has no time to subside totally and you are permanently trapped in stress and forget the stress free existence.

AND SO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ESCAPE STRESS MUST REDUCE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE HIS SPEECH AND ACTIONS AND THIS MEANS HE MUST SPEAK AND DO WITHOUT STYLE, WITHOUT CONSTANTLY PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS OR STRENGTH.

Stress is a constant state and those who are stressed have never been totally free of stress, don't know what the stress free state of the mind and body is. Body or muscle tension is stress.

The Buddha speaks sparingly only to teach to benefit others. The action man eg sportsman is cultivating stress.

All actions must be accompanied by resistance from the opposite muscle to control, regulate and finally stop that action so that the next action can start. It's this control or resisting that's the cause of stress and because style is a constant action the person with style is constantly acting more generating more resistance that leads to stress that becomes permanent, has no time to fully disappear and the person is trapped in an oppressive prison of stress he cannot escape no matter what he does unless he pays attention to erase his style and restrict his speech and actions.

THE MORE YOU TALK, THE LOUDER AND FASTER YOU TALK THE MORE STRESS YOU MUST GENERATE THAT HAS INSUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBSIDE SO THAT YOU ARE PERMANENTLY TRAPPED IN OPPRESSIVE STRESS YOU CANNOT SHAKE OFF WHATEVER YOU DO.

THE PERSON WITH STYLE IS CONSTANTLY DOING MUCH MORE THAN THE PERSON WITHOUT STYLE AND MUST EXPERIENCE MORE STRESS.

Changing speed is an action, if you don't change speed there's no action.

Changing loudness too is an action, prolonging too is an action, if you don't change loudness or prolong you are not doing anything.

ALL ACTIONS MUST BE CONTROLLED, REGULATED AND STOPPED BY THE OPPOSITE MUSCLE AND THIS REGULATION AND STOPPING IS RESISTANCE THAT LEADS TO STRESS AND SO THE PERSON WITHOUT STYLE IS DOING MUCH LESS THAN A PERSON WITH STYLE, HE SUFFERS MUCH LESS STRESS.
