Thinking is purely an activity of blind record replay memory, it is false and suffering and can be stopped and when thinking is stopped the mind is unified, focused that is a higher freedom from suffering, the second higher state of the mind that gives two world cycles in heaven.

Like and dislike, sadness, hurt, confusion, fear are all emotions that are meaningless, harmful, dangerous stirring of mental force and they can be stopped and this gives an even higher third state of the mind that gives four world cycles in heaven.

Pain and pleasure are due to contact with strong and mild force, only force can cause pain and pleasure and a person can turn away, not seek pain and pleasure and this is the fourth highest state of the mind that gives five hundred world cycles in heaven according to the Buddha.

Stories, news, things happening, information, data, university subjects like science, medicine, technology, how to do things, all names and their forms are pure memory matters, nothing to do with the truth, only requires memory to state and memory to receive and this is never good or harmless because use of memory is work that is suffering, overloads and wears down your memory disastrously and it's by using memory exclusively without understanding that you will be trapped to return here endlessly mostly as animals.

Everything people in this world talk to each other from casual to serious, intimate to official are pure memory matters never the truth and they force you to use your memory exclusively and shut your understanding that is suffering, mad and will trap you to return here endlessly mostly as animals.
