You can be hung upside down and beaten without falling unconscious, you can be tossed into a cauldron of boiling iron, molten iron can be poured down your throat if you complain of thirst, you can be made to carry heavy loads and run barefooted over burning hot floors, a spike can be plunged piercing your palms and soles and finally heart every 100 years.

MANY TERRIBLE BAD THINGS CAN HAPPEN TO THOSE IN HELL AND HELL CAN LAST BILLIONS OF YEARS.

What is the reason those with understanding who are discerning can tell the Buddha represented in the Pali Canon is the genuine one, the other versions eg Tibetan, Thai, Zen, etcetera are all corruptions?

It can be proven objectively what the Buddha taught in the Pali Canon is correct.

He spoke of cosmic expansions and contractions of very long durations, this is affirmed by science, the cosmos is at least 10 billion years old and it's expanding. The earth is 4 billion years old. The Buddha said you will build a pile of skeletons as tall as a mountain transmigrating through one world cycle. The landlocked Buddha spoke of four great oceans that is correct, there are only four oceans, arctic, pacific, Indian, Atlantic oceans.

The Buddha taught singing is crying, dancing is insanity and these are truths others never stated. He taught there are four higher states of the mind that are the keys to entry to heaven namely serenity of mind and body that can only be achieved with no style, no thinking, no emotions and no feelings.

For the vast majority of people it's better there's no life after death but this is not true, they're heading for hell and the animal world. The Buddha said he can think of nothing more tormenting than hell or the animal world.

People in this world are wicked, they themselves are suffering, are not safe and do not know but they tell others they're fine, nothing to worry, enjoy yourself make as much money and enjoy as much as you can, eat, drink, be merry, you will be safe, heading for heaven afterwards when the opposite is true, their suffering will deepen, they're heading for hell and the animal world after they depart.

You are rich because of greed, a bond to this world:

IT'S DELUSION THAT'S A BOND TO THIS WORLD THAT WEALTH IS GOOD, BLAMELESS WHEN IT'S A TRAP TO RETURN HERE, WEALTH IS THE RESULT OF SIGNIFICANT GREED ANOTHER BOND TO THIS WORLD ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA. JESUS SAID GIVE AWAY YOUR WEALTH AND FOLLOW HIM.

The five upper bonds to existence:

The Buddha in the Pali Canon taught there are five upper and five lower bonds to existence. The five upper bonds bond to existence in heaven and are also shared with beings in the lower realms.

All insanity, suffering eg cancer are caused directly or indirectly by style or the constant prolonging of words and movements, changing speed and strength that inflicts insoluble renewing stress, restlessness and distraction and mandates a meaningless robotic tormenting replaying existence that lead the person to lead an abusive lifestyle of obsessive work, smoking, drinking, vices, gambling, marital discord.

The Buddha said there are eleven benefits for a person whose goodwill is well developed and no style is the minimum to well-developed goodwill, he sleeps easy, wakes easy, dreams no evil dreams, angels protect him, no poison, arrow or fire can burn him, he dies unconfused and if penetrating no higher, is heading for heaven.

IF YOU ARE TRULY BLAMELESS, NO FIRE, ARROW OR POISON CAN TOUCH YOU, YOU SLEEP AND WAKE EASILY, DREAM NO EVIL DREAMS, ANGELS PROTECT YOU, YOU DIE UNCONFUSED AND YOU ARE HEADING FOR HEAVEN OR BEYOND. ANYONE WITH STYLE IS FAR FROM BLAMELESS THEREFORE SUBJECT TO INSANITY, ALL KINDS OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SUFFERING, DISEASES THAT END IN DEATH EVEN ENDLESSLY.

Although he cannot be killed by poison, fire or weapons, the person of perfect goodwill also ages, degenerates and dies but he dies unconfused and is heading for heaven if not higher eg infinite space, consciousness.

Thus the eleven benefits of perfect goodwill that means you must have no style are:

1) His appearance is bright, not gloomy, suffering or morose.

2) He sleeps easily.

3) He wakes easily.

4) He dreams no evil dreams or nightmares.

4) He is dear to humans.

5) He's dear to no humans eg animals.

6) No weapons, fire or poison can touch him.

7) He gains concentration easily rising from first to fourth higher states of the mind.

8) Angels protect him

9) He dies unconfused.

10 and 11) He's heading for heaven or higher.

Goodwill is loving kindness:

Goodwill is the same as loving kindness that is the key to going to heaven.

Good will and ill will are mutually exclusive and a person with true goodwill cannot have ill will so the goodwill seen in this world is false, for show never genuine. The person with true goodwill doesn't harbor ill will against others, what he says and does, does not harm, trouble others but benefits, help others.

PERCEIVING OR SEEING, HEARING, CONSCIOUSNESS, SPEAKING AND ACTIONS ARE FABRICATIONS THAT ARE BONDS TO SUFFERING AND DEATH. THE WISE PERSON STRIVES TO REDUCE, CALM HIS FABRICATIONS AND ULTIMATELY END ALL HIS USING MEMORY OR FABRICATING.

THE PERSON WITH STYLE USES MEMORY MUCH MORE THAN THE PERSON WITHOUT STYLE, EVERYTHING HE SAYS AND DOES IS REPLAYED FROM MEMORY.

EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS ARE ALSO FABRICATIONS NEVER TRUE, THOSE WHO ARE VERY HIGH HAVE CUT OFF ALL FEELINGS OF PAIN AND PLEASURE, THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED IN PLEASURES.

ONLY I HAVE TAUGHT YOU WHAT THE BUDDHA MEANT BY TALKING ABOUT FABRICATING.

Rules and rituals are fabrications, self-identity views, doubt and uncertainty are not true but they are fabrications deluded people embrace as true.

Style is a separate fabrication from the substance of speech because people can change their style from Malaysian to British English.

THEY HAVE STYLES THAT CHURN UP RENEWING INSOLUBLE STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION, STIR THEIR EMOTIONS AND MAKE THEM REPLAYING SLAVES OF THEIR BLIND DANGEROUS RECORD REPLAY MEMORY.

IN FOOLISHNESS AND DELUSION THEY ALLOW OTHERS TO HARM THEM THROUGH THEIR SPEECH AND ACTIONS.

THEY EXPOSE THEMSELVES TO EXTREME ELEMENTS LIKE TOO COLD, TOO HOT, INSECTS THAT BITE THEM.

THEY DON'T REALISE THEIR DAILY SUFFERING WILL WEAKEN AND DESTROY THEM PAINFULLY LEADING TO DEATH AND THEY ARE HEADING FOR ETERNAL SUFFERING AND DEATH BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT GOOD, BLAMELESS AS THEY THINK.

A person without style is his best friend:

The person without style is his best friend, he doesn't need or depend on others and good friends are merely a bonus never necessity.

The person without style is endowed with understanding, he doesn't say or do things unnecessarily to deceive, please and impress others, he speaks and does sparingly without evil style, he avoid unnecessary interactions with those with style, protects himself from exposure to the elements. He knows what is a memory or a truth subject and shuns memory subjects.

Formed and formless fabrications:

A rule is a formless fabrication, a ritual is a formed fabrication. Both in combination are a bond to future suffering according to the Buddha.

Tai chi and yoga are rituals, formed fabrications that achieve nothing. There is right or wrong meditation, right meditation leads to achieving the four higher states of the mind in succession, false meditation leads nowhere, around in circles, daily Zen masters meditate in solitude in remote mountain retreats but they obtain no insights, no higher states of the mind.

Musical tempo denotes beats per minute:

Tempo denotes beats per minute in music and rising tempo means the passage of music is played with increasing speed.

And so people, at least musicians are aware of changing speed and loudness in their music that's deliberate, intended to stir rising emotions yet they do not see the truth such rising speed or tempo is false, wrong, harmful never beneficial, is the source of the restlessness and indeed stress and distraction that hound them.

MUSICIANS TALK ABOUT RISING TEMPO THAT MEANS THE MUSIC RISES IN SPEED AND LOUDNESS BUT THEY DO NOT SEE THE MADNESS OF TEMPO CHANGES THAT ARE THE SOURCES OF STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION IN THEMSELVES AND OTHERS.

MUSICIANS CAN SEE TEMPO OR SPEED CHANGES IN THEIR MUSIC BUT THEY CANNOT SEE THE CONSTANT SPEED AND LOUDNESS CHANGES OF THEIR SPEECH AND OTHERS THAT'S A CURSE, THE CAUSE OF DANGEROUS TORMENTING RESTLESSNESS.

RESTLESSNESS IS A DANGEROUS TORMENTING CURSE THAT IS CAUSED BY THE CONSTANT SPEED AND LOUDNESS CHANGES IN THE SPEECH OF EVERYONE HERE.

At all times and moments you should strive to maintain a constant tempo, a constant unwavering speed and loudness if you want to end the curse of restlessness that's always tormenting, meaningless, dangerous and make existence here a misery.

Constantly changing speed and loudness is the cause of restlessness: Everyone in this world suffers from serious dangerous restlessness and the only reason they are restless is because there are constant totally unnecessary changes in speed and loudness of their speech and actions that is for show, to please or impress others, to stir emotions in others and as long as you do not eliminate your constant speed and loudness changes you will never find an end to your dangerous tormenting restlessness that make your life here miserable and dangerous.

EVERYONE HERE IS CURSED BY RESTLESSNESS AND THIS IS CAUSED BY THE CONSTANT UNCONSCIOUS EVEN RAPID CHANGES IN SPEED AND STRENGTH OF THEIR SPEECH AND ACTIONS. UNTIL YOU STOP THIS CONSTANTLY MAD RAPID SPEED AND STRENGTH CHANGES IN YOUR SPEECH AND ACTIONS YOU WILL NEVER ESCAPE RESTLESSNESS THAT INSTEAD WILL TURN MAD, UNCONTROLLABLE.

Things people cannot stop:

The only things people can stop are their talking and actions.

The things they cannot stop are their styles, thinking, emotions and feelings. These are constantly automatically on nonstop and it remains to be seen if some people but not all can succeed in stopping their styles.

I am likely the only person able to stop my thinking and emotions because in order to stop thinking and emotions you must first stop style and everyone here has style so it's impossible they can stop thinking and emotions as is possible.

THE ONLY THINGS ORDINARY PEOPLE CAN STOP IS SPEECH AND ACTIONS. THEY CANNOT STOP THEIR STYLES, THINKING AND EMOTIONS.

Calming the fabrications:

The Buddha spoke of calming the fabrications, this means calming one's speech, actions and thoughts. The speech, actions and thoughts of most ordinary people are already well conditioned to be not calm, they speak, talk and think very fast, they're rushing. And it will take much persistent effort to reverse this fast, rushing pace of talk, actions and thinking.

The thinking, speech and actions of a person with style is never calm but frenetic, fast, rushing. In order for your speech and actions to be calmed it must be free of style.

THE BUDDHA TAUGHT OF CALMING THE FABRICATIONS WHICH MEANS CALMING YOUR SPEECH, ACTIONS AND THOUGHTS THAT ARE FAST, RUSHING IN ORDINARY PEOPLE. MINUS STYLE A PERSON'S SPEECH AND ACTIONS ARE CALMED, WITH STYLE HIS SPEECH AND ACTIONS ARE NEVER CALM.

Relative and absolute calming:

There's inferior relative and excellent absolute calming of the fabrications.

You can speak as, slowly softly as you like but so long as there's prolonging words, changing speed and loudness you will be restless, distracted, stressed but if there is no longer prolonging, changing speed and loudness you can speak loudly and fast still it's calm because there is no style stirring stress, restlessness and distraction.

Even if you are unaware, if there's constantly changing speed and loudness in your speech it's never calm but restless, as soon as there's no style, no changing speed and loudness in your speech, it is truly calm not restless.

THE BUDDHA SPOKE OF CALMING YOUR SPEECH, ACTIONS AND THOUGHTS.

AS LONG AS THERE'S CONSTANTLY CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH OR LOUDNESS IN THE SPEECH, ACTIONS OR THOUGHTS OF A PERSON IT'S RESTLESS NEVER CALM, AS SOON AS THERE'S NO SPEED AND STRENGTH OR LOUDNESS CHANGES HIS SPEECH, ACTIONS AND THOUGHTS ARE CALM AND THIS IS THE ONLY WAY OUT OF INSANITY, SUFFERING AND DEATH TO HEAVEN AND ETERNAL BLISSFUL LIFE.

How does a person decide what to say or do or think?

There are four possibilities:

1) Feelings, driven by pain or pleasure people say or do certain things.

2) Emotion. Stirred by anger or fear or confusion people say or do certain things.

3) Memory. People remember what they usually say or do in those situations, by knee jerk reactions. They use logic which is a matter of using memory what can and cannot happen to decide what is the best action.

4) Understanding. They see the truth of a situation, understand what's right or wrong, true or false and so do or say the right thing. Understanding is not an option for those with style who are slaves replaying from memory.
