America should know it was responsible for the bloody 2014 coup that illegally overthrew an elected Ukrainian government and it proceeded to instigate Ukrainian Neo nazis to bombard the Donbass region to kill and drive out ethnic Russians there, America should know the present Ukrainian government is its puppet.

Knowing thus it is hypocrisy, arrogant, wicked to bear down crushingly on Russia with brutal financial and economic sanctions and seizures of Russian assets in punishment for Russian seizure of Crimea in 2014 and Donbass this year.

Not even the pope or Dalai Lama can say this because they don't have this truth knowledge so I am higher in knowledge and whoever is higher in knowledge of the truth and conduct is higher according to the Buddha. No one in this world can say the many truths I have said so whoever disagrees with me, objects what I say is spurning truth and embracing insanity, suffering and endless deaths mostly as animals.

Nowadays my illnesses fade quickly:

Last night I was getting sick with sore throat and malaise and I thought maybe I caught covid19 from the hairdresser but this morning it all disappeared.

Nowadays my illnesses are very mild easily shrugged off. As the Buddha said no poison, fire or arrow can touch those who are noble.

It's your sins that make you vulnerable to carcinogens, covid19. It may not be an accident my life is largely free of major illnesses, the last serious illness with prolonged fever, no appetite and lethargy was, many years ago.
