Suffering is never harmless but even though there's recovery from suffering it is partial never total and suffering slowly wears down and destroys the person leading to disease and death.

Pain is caused by contact with strong force through sight, sound, smell, taste and touch and though this pain may recover there's residual damage to the body.
Pleasure is due to contact with force through sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Good tastes are due to contact with chemical forces in the food. Both pain and pleasure including sexual pleasures wear down the person leading to degeneration and death.
All speech and actions especially speech and actions accompanied by style or prolonging, changing speed and strength is work and suffering, wears down and destroys you. Thinking is mental memory work and emotions is work stirring mental force and so they are mental suffering that destroys the person leading to death.

FORCE IS THE DEVIL SO THE WISE PERSON RECOGNISES ALL SOURCES OF FORCE AND AVOIDS THEM, STRONG SUNLIGHT, SOUNDS OR NOISES, STRONG HEAT OR COLD IN FOOD AND AIR ARE FORCES SO HE AVOIDS EXPOSURE TO STRONG FORCES IN NATURE.
No one in the past and even today says what I say, force that may be mental or physical is the only cause of suffering that wears down, destroys gradually the person and force is the only cause of death.
Because force is not everything, force can be avoided and not used, the person who wisely uses as little force as possible, exposes himself to as little force as possible suffers the least, prolongs his life here and because he uses little force he does not harm others and debt free he is heading for heaven.

The person who cannot stop thinking, who is emotional uses a lot of force and suffers more.
NOT EVEN ONE PERSON IN THE PAST, NOT EVEN EINSTEIN CAN TELL YOU FORCE IS THE DEVIL THAT IS THE ONLY CAUSE OF PAIN AND SUFFERING THAT WEARS YOU DOWN LEADING TO DEATH AND THEN ETERNAL DEATHS MOSTLY AS ANIMALS.
