The implication of police forcing doctor to sign amended statement:
According to the doctor, he was forced by police to sign an police statement THAT POLICE AMENDED that is unfavourable to Anwar.
UNLESS THE DOCTOR IS LYING, WHY SHOULD THE POLICE WANT THE DOCTOR TO SIGN AN AMENDED STATEMENT THAT INCRIMINATES ANWAR?
IF WHAT THIS DOCTOR SAYS IS TRUE, THEN IT IS CLEAR EVIDENCE POLICE IS FABRICATING OR LYING TO INCRIMINATE ANWAR.
Few if any doctor would envy the position of this doctor who happened to be caught in this impasse.
It is unlikely if not impossible that he was paid by Anwar to adopt such a brave stance that puts his career in jeopardy, he may be deported and censured by the medical council.
THUS IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE THE DOCTOR IS FABRICATING BUT INSTEAD HE SHOWED GREAT COURAGE IN NOT GOING ALONG WITH WHAT POLICE WANTED HIM TO DO.
THUS IF YOU BELIEVE WHAT THE DOCTOR SAID IS TRUE, POLICE HAS STEPPED BEYOND THE LIMITS OF WHAT IS FAIR IN AMENDING AND THEN FORCING THE DOCTOR TO SIGN THAT AMENDED STATEMENT THAT INCRIMINATES ANWAR.

The police and those who plotted should be told, it is in the video recording not anal or DNA evidence stupid.
If you truly want to convict Anwar of sodomy, get a video recording of him in the act, which should not be too difficult today and then there is no need for anal evidence and DNA.
If your evidence in convicting Anwar rests on DNA and anal examination then you are intellectually bankrupt, you might as well throw Anwar into jail without charge, dispense with this sham of justice for Saiful.
Sodomy and the anus:
Just because an anus is normal does not rule out previous sodomy. Perhaps recent anal intercourse of some vigour is ruled out if there is no sign of inflammation of the anus.
THUS IT MAY BE WRONG TO SAY THAT ANAL INTERCOURSE IS RULED OUT JUST BECAUSE THE DOCTOR FOUND EVERYTHING NORMAL. NOT BEING AN EXPERT WHO HAS EXAMINED MANY ANUSES IMMEDIATELY AFTER ANAL INTERCOURSE I CANNOT SAY IF THERE ARE RELIABLE SIGNS OF RECENT ANAL INTERCOURSE.

Just because an anus appear traumatised does mean it must be due to sodomy because there can be other causes.

This doctor must be a very brave or bribed man to accuse police of forcing him to sign a document that is not what he stated to the police but police has doctored.
HE IS DE FACTO ACCUSING THE POLICE OF FABRICATING EVIDENCE THAT IS INIMICAL TO ANWAR AND IF THEY HAD IN TRUTH FABRICATED HERE, IT PROVES POLICE ARE NOT IMPARTIAL BUT OUT TO CONVICT ANWAR BY HOOK OR BY CROOK.
If Anwar is truly a genuine closet sodomist and the police is keen to nail him then being professionals in this field surely they should know they should set Anwar up by planting clandestine listening and video recording device and they have an ideal conduit in Saiful to nail Anwar and so they should continue patiently to stalk Anwar rather than alert Anwar as they now have.
Badawi’s lie:
The police would not dare charge Anwar in such a high profile case that may damage BN and the PM’s credibility without his giving the go ahead because ultimately it would be Badawi’s head on the chopper block here if the charge backfires.
IF YOU BELIEVE THE POLICE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL ARE INDEPENDENT IN MALAYSIA THEN BADAWI IS NOT INVOLVED BUT IF YOU THINK THEY ARE INSTRUMENTS OF THE LEADERS THEN THEY WOULD HAVE SOUGHT APPROVAL BEFORE GOING AHEAD AND THEREFORE BADAWI IS TELLING A LIE HE DOES NOT REALIZE WILL RESULT IN DIVINE PUNISHMENT FAR WORSE THAN WHATEVER GAINS HERE.
Why is Badawi distancing himself?
If it is true Anwar is guilty, there is ample evidence of Anwar’s sodomy, Badawi should smiling or beaming like he usually does in proudly announcing his involvement in Anwar’s case.
So why is Badawi distancing himself as if he is ashamed and wants to shirk responsibility?
IS THIS A FREUDIAN SLIP THAT ACKNOWLEDGES IT IS A CONSPIRACY AND HE HAS NO PART IN? AS THE HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT HE MUST BE INVOLVED AND ADMIT RESPONSIBILITY AND HE SHOULD BE SMILING TO SAY HE IS PROUD TO FINALLY BRING ANWAR TO ACCOUNTABILITY REGARDING HIS SODOMIZING TENDENCY.
A foolish, cowardly and poor leader:
There is a lot at stake for Badawi (his legacy, his tenure as PM & international and local censure) following the decision to prosecute Anwar and so Badawi is a fool if it is true he is not involved or not realize what is at stake for him.
Badawi will be a coward if he is distancing himself to escape brickbats from condemnations and knowing it is an unpopular decision to do so.
A good leader assumes responsibility for all the major or important decisions of his underlings and so Badawi is a poor leader in distancing himself.
Since the government is so eager to uphold justice for Saiful and it is prosecuting Anwar for the good of the country or following the letter of the law not the ruling elite’s self interest, he should be delighted to announce his intimate involvement and delight in finally bringing Malaysia’s sodomist in chief, Anwar Ibrahim to book.
It is impossible police and the attorney general did not brief him about the case and he did not give the go ahead for the case and so unless he is literally sleeping on the job as he is supposed to notoriously be, he must be involved and he is telling a lie.
If Badawi knew he is being a foolish, cowardly poor lying leader when he distanced himself he would not have said so and it is because he is a fool who does not know what he is doing, he thinks he is exonerating himself and behaving exemplarily that he distanced himself from the case.
WHETHER HE LIKES IT OR NOT, BADAWI CANNOT ESCAPE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS PROSECUTION OF ANWAR THAT IS CLEARLY UNFAIRLY PERSECUTORY IF IT IS TRUE POLICE MADE THE DOCTOR SIGN A POLICE DOCTORED STATEMENT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE POLICE DID NOT BRIEF HIM AND HE DID NOT GIVE THE GO AHEAD AND SO HE IS LYING, BEING A FOOLISH, COWARDLY AND POOR LEADER IN DISTANCING HIMSELF.
THE FACT THAT HE IS DISTANCING HIMSELF INSTEAD OF PROUDLY ANNOUNCING THE SUCCESSFUL CHARGING OF ANWAR REFLECTS HE MAY KNOW THAT THE CASE IS SUSPECT EVEN FRAUDULENT.
Saiful’s backside so painful he cannot sit:
Saiful apparently told the doctor he had anal pain such that he cannot sit down.
In that case there must be visible swelling or tears and if the doctor said he saw none, it means Saiful is lying.
IF IT IS TRUE SAIFUL SAID HIS ANUS WAS SO PAINFUL HE CANNOT SIT DOWN THERE MUST BE ANAL SWELLING OR CRACKS THAT ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR, WAS ABSENT.
Medical evidence clearly favours Anwar not Saiful:
According to the charge the sodomy took place two days before Saiful saw the Pusrawi doctor and he was complaining of such pain that he cannot sit down.
In the light of the recentness of the sodomy and Saiful’s complaint of extreme pain, the doctor should have detected signs of anal trauma and the fact that he said he found none is very much in Anwar’s favour if you trust the doctor’s integrity.
Why should the doctor fabricate in favour of Anwar when it is much safer for him to plainly state he found injuries if he did?
So much trouble for so many people:
If this charging of Anwar for sodomy is a fabricating, the person or persons responsible and who assisted it are heading for horrendous extended suffering because it caused so much trouble for so many people including this unlucky Myanmar doctor who had to flee the country.
Badawi’s Chain Of Follies:
If it is true this sodomy charge of Anwar is a fabrication, it is impossible Badawi does not know it is a frame up but he must know it is and he is just acting, pretending it is a true charge not realizing that in the process he is conditioning himself to future insanity because to pretend or act as if what is not true is true is courting certain future insanity.
IT IS NOT FOR OTHERS’ SAKE THAT YOU SHOULD NOT PRETEND OR ACT THAT SOMETHING IS FALSE IS TRUE BUT IT IS FOR OWN SAKE THAT YOU MUST NEVER PRETEND WHAT IS A CONSPIRACY IS NOT A CONSPIRACY BECAUSE BY PRETENDING YOU ARE PRACTICING CONTROLLED MADNESS THAT YOU DO NOT REALIZE WILL BECOME UNCONTROLLED MADNESS WHEN WHAT IS PRETENDED BECOMES SO REAL YOU PERCEIVE WHAT IS PRETENDED IS TRUE AND THAT IS MAD.
Badawi may feel he is perfectly justified to frame up Anwar because it was Anwar who played dirty first in trying to engineer the crossover of BN MPs whom he feels belongs to him and it is his right to govern.
BECAUSE ANWAR WAS THE FIRST TO SABOTAGE HIM BY TRYING TO UNDERMINE HIS GOVERNMENT, BADAWI MAY FEEL HE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING DIRTY TO COUNTER SABOTAGE ANWAR NOT REALZING HE HAS WRONG VIEW.
Firstly if BN had allowed fair unrigged voting (full opposition access to the official media, intimidation of voters, gerrymandering, phantom voters and stuffing the ballot boxes) many of the BN MPs may not have been elected and Badawi may no longer be in power.
THUS IT IS BADAWI’S WRONG VIEW THAT BECAUSE ANWAR PLAYED DIRTY IN TRYING TO ENGINEER HIS DOWNFALL HE IS ENTITLED TO SIMILARLY PLAY DIRTY BY STICKING A SODOMY CHARGE ON ANWAR NOT REALIZING THAT IF HE DID NOT PLAY DIRTY IN THE GENERAL ELECTION, A LOT OF THE BN MPs WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ELECTED AND HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SWEPT OUT OF POWER. FURTHER THE BN MPs DO NOT BELONG TO HIM AS HE FEELS, AND DISGRUNTLED MPS ARE ENTITLED TO DESERT HIM, IF HE ACCUSED ANWAR OF BRIBING THEM TO DESERT HIM THEN SURELY BN ITSELF IS GUILTY OF THE SAME AND SO HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
Thus it may be that Badawi feels he is in a desperate position and is entitled to do what it takes to thwart Anwar, God will understand.
Saiful may be a spy, a deliberate plant into Anwar’s organization that through a set of circumstance manage to get close to Anwar. It seems he replaced an aide who was ‘mysteriously killed in a hit and run accident whilst he and Saiful was walking along a road and as a result Saiful took his place.
Police and the ruling elite are confident their charge on Anwar will stick because on that day Anwar was with Saiful at the stated location, not because Anwar wanted to sodomize Saiful but perhaps for clandestine meeting with BN MPs. Because their secret close proximity did occur on that day, police feel confident that they can stick the charge of sodomy on Anwar by making the court brush aside whatever discrepancies in the medical reports and if they can get some fresh Anwar blood to put on Saiful’s underpants that would clinch the case even if the defence argued that it was planted and public opinion believes it is, so long as the judge can be compromised to accept Anwar’s blood on Saiful’s underpants as incontrovertible evidence sodomy took place, Anwar is a dead duck because he was secretly at the condo on that day and time with Saiful, Anwar’s blood is on Saiful’s pants and doctored medical evidence confirms Saiful was sodomized.
Theory and practice are usually two very different things. There are no perfect crimes and the criminal mind is never a wise mind but always a foolish even incompetent mind and so in planning and execution there are gaping discrepancies that are obvious to the discerning observer that this is a set up of Anwar.
In the end this conspiracy has caused so much (unnecessary) trouble for so many people, (Anwar called in and arrested for investigation), case brought to court troubling the judge with a faked case, the unfortunate Pusrawi doctor having his life turned upside down and fleeing the country and what Badawi and those under him who were responsible for the conspiracy whom he tried to dissociate with, do not realize is that their karma is horrendous.
BADAWI AND HIS CO-CONSPIRATORS HAVE NO RIGHT TO FRAME UP ANWAR ON A SODOMY CHARGE BECAUSE ANWAR MAY BE WITHIN HIS RIGHT TO ENGINEER HIS DOWNFALL BY PLANNING THE CROSSOVER OF DISGRUNTLED BN MPS. IF THE GENERAL ELECTION HAD BEEN TRULY FAIR, THE BN MAY HAVE BEEN SWEPT AWAY FROM POWER WITHOUT ANWAR ENGINEERING THIS CROSSOVER AND SO THE GUILT FOR ANY PERCEIVED UNDERHAND TACTICS LIE FIRST WITH BN, NOT ANWAR. THEY COULD COUNTER INDUCE THE MPS TO STAY BY BRIBERY OR JUST MEANS BUT IT MAY REFLECT THE CRASS CORRUPTION THAT FAVORS SOME OVER OTHERS THAT DISSENT IN THE BN RANKS ARE IRREPARABLE.
Anwar allowed bail for non bailable offence:
According to news report, Anwar was allowed to be free on a $20,000 bond even though the offence is non-bailable.
Herein again is evidence that rules of the law are applied according to whim, unlikely at the judge’s discretion but she must have received instructions even from right at the top to allow bail for Anwar to take part in the election.
THUS THE FACT ANWAR WAS PERMITTED TO BE FREE INDICATES THIS IS A HIGH POWERED VESTED PROSECUTION AND BADAWI IS LIKELY LYING TO SAY HE IS NOT INVOLVED. EVEN IF HE WAS NOT INVOLVED, HE HAS DELEGATED TO SOMEONE EG HIS DEPUTY AND SO THE BUCK STILL RESTS WITH HIM, IN HUMAN AND DIVINE LAW.
TO ALLOW ANWAR FREEDOM ON A BOND MAKES MOCKERY OF THE LAW HE IS CHARGED WITH AND INDICATES AUTHORITIES CAN BE FLEXIBLE REGARDING UPHOLDING THE LAW BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY DECIDED TO PROCEED EVEN WHEN THERE IS MUCH CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE IT IS A CONSPIRACY.
A bad tree cannot bear good fruit:
Jesus: So, every sound tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears evil fruit. 18 A sound tree cannot bear evil fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus you will know them by their fruits.
According to Jesus above, a bad tree always bears bad fruits and so the prosecution of Anwar cannot be a good fruit but another bad fruit by this bad tree of the ruling elite.
What indignant people call good fruits by the government, namely the development and wealth it has wrought is not food that last but perishes, it is not created with their money but using tax payer’s money with a lot of help from foreign investors. When the thief steals one dollar from you and give you 5 sen from what he stole you may think he is a good guy but considering the 95 sen he stole, he is evil.

Why the fruits of an evil tree is always bad:
It is not a mystery or wonderful why a bad tree cannot bear good fruit but it is perfectly understandable.
Evil never comes from true reason but evil always comes from blind unreasoning force, from an attitude of ill will driven by rule bound selfish considerations of self above all else and others, covetousness and getting what one wants by hook (force) or crook (cheating).
Whatever that is based on force, evil, is blind and therefore indiscriminating to be unable to sometimes discriminatorily producing good fruits or deeds and sometimes indiscriminately producing bad fruits or deeds.
Evil is an attitude of the mind that is constant and it drives that mind that is a slave never master of evil to always commit evil.
By contrast, goodness is always guided by genuine reason or understanding and seeing things as it truly is and a person whose mind is guided by true reason, is capable of true reason always and so all its fruits are always the product of supervision of true reason and therefore always good.
The Buddha said the same when he said the man of no integrity is a man of no integrity in everything he does.
The reason why you see evil people doing good deeds is because those deeds you see as good are not good. Thus the five sens the thief gives you out of the one dollar he stole from you behind your back is not good, it is a bribe to please you. The reason why you see good people committing evil deeds is because these so called good people are not good but nice people and niceness is not good but faked or styled false goodness.

By saying thus you will know them by their fruits, Jesus is saying that by their fruits you will know that those trees are bad.
Thus if you know a fruit is bad the tree that produced it must also be bad and will be cut down by God.
Thus make sure you are not kidding yourself but you are truly a good tree that bears good fruit otherwise God has the power to cut you down and He will cut you down.
BY WATCHING THE FRUIT AND KNOWING IT IS BAD, YOU CAN CONCLUDE THAT THAT TREE IS ALSO BAD.
Knowing the person by his deeds:
A person’s deeds can only be his speech, writings and actions and thus what Jesus is telling you is that if you see or know a person’s deed is evil, you can know he is evil and whatever he does or says elsewhere must also be evil, unless there is a change in attitude or repentance.
Thus if you believe Dr M ordered Anwar’s bashing and secret poisoning in prison, you know he is an evil man up to no good and unless there is change in him (not that which is discernible) everything he says, writes or does stems from evil.
It was not so much Dr M who brought this nation such wealth but it may be in spite of him and his cohorts that the nation is wealthy sustained by its natural resources (oil, timber, fisheries, rubber and oil palm), foreign investors who were then clamouring to be admitted to Malaysia, what Dr M and his cohorts have done is squandered considerably the nation’s wealth through useless projects, corruption and crony advantaged deals and driving away by emigration many talented Malaysians.
It can be objectively many things that Badawi and Najib said and did which they are unaware are lies or false and if they have been proven to be liars there then they are trees that produce fruits that are false not just there but also where it cannot be ascertained if they are telling the truth or lying. If they can be proven to be liars then it is expected that their deeds elsewhere too will be evil deeds.
THUS YOU WILL KNOW THEM BY THEIR DEEDS MEANS THAT YOU CAN CONCLUDE THAT A PERSON IS BAD IF HIS DEED IS OBJECTIVELY BAD AND IF HE CAN BE KNOWN AS BAD THEN IT IS TO BE EXPECTED THAT HIS DEEDS ELSEWHERE WILL ALSO BE BAD.

Muslims do not know how to be Muslims. Muslims do everything Islam is against. Muslims are hypocrites. That is what ails Malaysia. That is the sickness of our society. I promise that, under a Pakatan Rakyat government, Malaysians will never again be subjected to such gross abuse of executive power as we are again witnessing today (7 August 2008). Few if any politicians speak like Anwar:
Despite the treatment by Dr M, Anwar never expressed bitterness and a desire for revenge. He said he knew of an illness of Dr M that the public did not know (must be sensitive) but it is against his principle to reveal.
I was watching Anwar in the debate and if you are discerning, you will realize few if any politicians speak like him and even his adversaries in UMNO have a healthy respect and fear of him as an orator despite their public scoffing.
If you are discerning, you will realize that politicians like Obama and Kevin Rudd of Australia amongst so many others are slick politicians who can never speak like Anwar because it is not in their nature to speak thus. No one will help Rais Yatim in the future:

PUTRAJAYA: Stay out of the Malaysia’s internal affairs, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim told the United States, reminding Washington to refrain from commenting on how the country handles its legal affairs.
Even the UN Secretary-General has not said anything on how Malaysia handles its legal matters, he noted. (Just because UN secretary general is silent does not mean there is no injustice)
Dr Rais, responding to a statement by former US vice-president Al Gore that the Government was involved in “character assassination to silence an effective leader of the political opposition”, said he would like to see the United States' discriminatory approach being scrutinised by others.
He added that the United Nations should be the one playing the role of the world's policeman, and not the United States.
“The UN Secretary-General has not uttered a word, meaning that he respects our laws and justice system; why should a lesser mortal from the US say that Malaysia is not up to their standards,” he told reporters after a flag-hoisting ceremony in conjunction with the 41st Asean Day celebration at Wisma Putra here yesterday. (he is speaking for the sec gen without permission and that is unrighteous)
“Why should Gore and the US President give their evaluation of a country; does he not know the meaning of the UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and the UN Charter – respect for the internal affairs of a country?”
Dr Rais added that Malaysia’s Criminal Procedure Code and Penal Code originated from Common Law and there was no reason for any other power to criticise the country’s administration of justice. (In theory Malaysia’s laws may be faultless but it is its selective execution and even flouting by those in power that is the issue)
“But if they have any substantive legal problem that they would like to highlight internationally, they are welcome to discuss it with us, but in a manner that is judicious, careful and respectful,” he said.
When asked if Wisma Putra would summon the US Ambassador to explain the statements made against Malaysia, Dr Rais said there was too much summoning lately, and that he would prefer to let it go.
Dr Rais also called on Asean members to uphold Asian values and be good neighbours in order to be a fine example to the world.
The Asean Charter had become a reality, he said, and would help strengthen the grouping and imbue it with a renewed sense of purpose, while reaffirming key Asean principles and objectives.
He added that spiralling fuel costs and issues of energy security, regional financial cooperation and food security were some of the current challenges that demanded effective and concerted action by Asean.
Chandra: Bid to become PM by inciting crossovers unethical
It is ethical for Chandra to throw files at Wan Azizah reducing her to tears and ethical for him to slander Anwar to say it will be an unmitigated disaster if Anwar became PM.

Financial Armageddon May Be Coming:
The global housing bubble that can be described to be of monstrous size was not based on buyers who can genuine afford to own but it was based on bankers recklessly idiotically dishing out crazily excessive loans often not only without down payment from borrowers, but with deferred payment of the principal for 3-5 years. Even before deferred payment of principal was due, borrowers hit by rising interest costs have defaulted hence now that payment for principal are coming due, it is to be expected that even more will default.
Buyers were essentially speculating, they could not afford to buy the houses they bought but enticed by ever fabulously rising property values, the waiving of down payment and deferment of payment for principal for 3-7 years, decide to take the plunge thinking it was a safe bet because in the event they run into trouble paying they can always sell and net a profit.
Bankers were acting the reckless devil’s advocate lending money ‘as if there is no tomorrow’ because it was not their money and they can report fat profits with fat commissions due them.
It is unlikely if not IMPOSSIBLE for the housing market and thence financial sector to recover because there was never a true pool of buyers who could afford the houses that were built who can now come in to rescue the property market by buying the distressed properties for sale.
In other words, many of the buyers in the past were phantom buyers who could not afford but were speculating hoping to sell off the houses and they were abetted by the banks who allowed them no down payments and no payment of principal for years the result of which was to push up the prices of houses for everyone so that the genuine buyers had to pay more and now that the market has collapsed, even those genuine buyers find their houses worth less than their mortgages and they are threatened with rising costs of living and loss of jobs to be unable to service their loans.
Bankers have irretrievably lost their banks a lot of money as a result of collapsed house prices and will take a long time to recover financial health if ever.
Thus the financial crisis that is grim now will be even more grim as borrowers faced with having to pay principal will likely default and there will be pain because there was in truth never that much demand for houses, there are not enough people who can afford the pay interest plus principal for the houses being abandoned to step up to the plate to rescue the housing market.

No second medical report and Saiful met police officer before sodomy:
According to Raja Petra, Saiful spoke many times on the phone and secretly met with a police officer who was involved in framing Anwar in 1998 in a hotel room on 25th July, a day before he was sodomized by Anwar on the 26th and he never had another medical examination by government doctors so the only genuine medical report was the one made by the doctor at Hospital Pusrawi.

The following police report was made at 5.45 pm on Saturday, 28 June 2008, by Mohd Saiful Bukhari Bin Azlan (IC no: 850706-01-5687), who turned 23 last month:

Yes, that police report was made at 5.45 pm on Saturday, 28 June 2008. By why did it take that long for Saiful to make his police report? Let us retrace the steps that led to this police report.
At 2.30pm on Wednesday, 25 June 2008, Saiful met Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) II Mohd Rodwan Mohd Yusof in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to this secret meeting, Rodwan and Saiful spoke on the phone at least eight (8) times.
In fact, they can’t really remember how many phone calls it was. They say it was at least eight times although it could have been maybe ten or twelve times. But who’s counting anyway? Eight, ten or twelve doesn’t really matter. The crux of the matter is: they spoke over the phone many times prior to meeting up in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel -- a ‘secret‘ meeting that can’t be very secret if Malaysia Today knows about it.
We must remember one thing. Rodwan is the same police officer who was involved in fabricating the 1998 sodomy allegation against Anwar. Rodwan was implicated as the man who illegally took Anwar’s specimens, which subsequently mysteriously reappeared as ‘stains’ on a mattress. It was so apparent the mattress was planted as evidence the judge subsequently rejected the mattress as evidence and ordered that all references of it be expunged from the court records.
That was all it took. When they realised that the mattress was hurting more than helping their case, they threw the mattress out of the court and deleted all records of it ever appearing in court. And, all of a sudden, the mattress no longer existed. It vanished into thin air. It ‘never appeared’ in court although for weeks it was paraded in and out of court for the whole world to witness.
This is what lawyer and Parliamentarian Sivarasa Rasiah had to say about the matter:
"In 1998-1999 trials, Anwar experienced the phenomenon of fabrication of DNA evidence. We had SAC Rodwan illegally removing DNA samples from forensic custody. In cross-examination of the prosecution's witnesses it was exposed that DNA taken from blood samples was planted on the infamous mattress."
"When confronted with this fact the prosecution amended its charge and persuaded the judge, Augustine Paul, to expunge the entire DNA evidence from the record, preventing Anwar's lawyers from responding."
There were, in fact, other so-called ‘damaging evidence’ that they created against Anwar to convince the public that he is indeed guilty of sodomy. In time, Malaysia Today will parade these witnesses and reveal this evidence to demonstrate to the public that the slime-ball IGP and scumbag AG, plus their slithery minion, Rodwan, fixed Anwar’s ass good and proper (pun intended).
Now, Rodwan met Saiful three days earlier and these two exchanged at least eight phone calls. Nevertheless, no police report was made until Saiful had visited two hospitals -- three days later. Why engage in eight phone calls and have a secret meeting with Rodwan in a hotel room, and only after visits to two hospitals does Saiful make his police report?
Let us look at the timeline again.
1) Saiful and Rodwan speak over the phone at least eight times over a few days.
2) At 2.30pm on 25 June 2008, Saiful and Rodwan meet in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
3) On 26 June 2008, Saiful’s ass allegedly gets ‘raped’ by Anwar.
4) At 2.00pm on 28 June 2008, Saiful goes to Pusat Rawatan Islam (Pusrawi, a ‘halal’ hospital) to complain that he can’t shit. He tells the doctor he can’t shit because someone buggered his asshole -- whereas that would instead have made it easier for him to shit.
5) The doctor peeps into Saiful’s asshole and discovers that his asshole is still as virgin as Raja Petra Kamarudin’s.
6) The doctor then suggests, for purposes of the police report, he goes to a government hospital for a second opinion.
7) However, instead of getting a second opinion, Saiful goes to the pondok polis at the hospital to lodge a police report. Sources in Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) say that no second medical examination was done whereas the police say it was. Considering that the police report was made within an hour or two after Saiful left the first hospital, it is highly likely the hospital is telling the truth while the police are lying.
It must be noted that Saiful met the police BEFORE the so-called sodomy act took place. The sodomy was supposed to have happened on 26 June while Saiful met the police on 25 June. And it was not until 28 June that he went to hospital and made the police report a couple of hours later. And all this culminated not only after the secret meeting in the hotel room on 25 June but after eight phone calls as well.
If Saiful was sodomised, would he not tell Rodwan about it during the secret meeting in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel on 25 June 2008? And why in the first place did they meet in secret in room 619 of the Concorde Hotel on 25 June 2008? Should they not be meeting in a police station or in the police headquarters? And, most important of all, would you not want to meet the police AFTER instead of before the so-called sodomy took place (never mind whether the meeting is in secret in a hotel room or conducted the right way, in a police station)?
Would anyone in his or her right mind believe this latest sodomy allegation? Okay, I said ‘right mind’. Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi wants the police to charge Anwar while the Cabinet is against it. The Cabinet feels there is no evidence, not only to convict Anwar, but even to charge him in the first place. But Abdullah wants the police to pursue the case and to charge Anwar. As I said, no one in his right mind would believe the allegation against Anwar but then Abdullah is not a person known to be in his right mind.
And why does Abdullah want so much for the police to charge Anwar? Simple: because his Deputy, Najib Tun Razak, would invariably get dragged into this whole mess. The police have recorded both Najib’s and his wife’s statements under Section 112. So that means Najib and Rosmah would both have to take the witness stand to testify during the course of the trial. Once that happens, everything will flow freely like shit through an asshole that’s been sodomised.
During the course of Anwar’s impending trial, Malaysians will be told of the link Saiful has with Mumtaz Jaafar. Malaysians will also be told who Mumtaz Jaafar is and what her ‘special’ links with Rosmah are. Further to that, Malaysians will be told about the relationship between Najib’s Special Officer, Khairul Anas, and Saiful -- and the less than manly reputation these two buggers had while still in school. Yes, the excitement and kinky sex that is going to spill over from this trial will cause Astro to lose a lot of business.
The Anwar sodomy trial will hurt Najib more than it will hurt Anwar. At the end of the trial the court will declare that there is not enough evidence to secure a conviction. It will be a long five or six years but eventually Anwar will be free. However, during the course of the five- to six-year trial, Anwar will have to sit in jail because he will be denied bail. Yes, Anwar will be free in the end, but only after spending five to six years in jail without bail.
Najib, however, will not get off that easily. Anwar will contest the Permatang Pauh Parliament seat and will win. His majority will be even larger than Wan Azizah’s on 8 March 2008. And this is because Anwar will be contesting the by-election from behind the walls of the Sungai Buloh Prison. And everyone knows he does not deserve to be in prison -- so he will garner massive sympathy votes.
Meanwhile, the Umno division elections will be held simultaneous to the Permatang Pauh by-election. And Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah will garner more than 60 nominations, enough for him to contest the Umno Presidency. Getting the nominations is the difficult part. Once he gets the nominations, he can get the votes. That is the easy part.
As soon as Tengku Razaleigh wins the Umno Presidency and goes on to become the new Prime Minister of Malaysia, he will ask the AG and police to stop messing around. If there is a case against Anwar, then well and good, throw him into jail. If not, then stop wasting the taxpayers’ money and drop the case. That will be what Tengku Razaleigh will do. And he will come out smelling as sweet as a rose while Anwar will bounce back stronger than before they bounced him into prison. And if Najib is no longer the Deputy Prime Minister, then how can he take over as Prime Minister in 2010? When their mood permits or they want something from you, beings that include animals behave in speech and action in a way that is nice or stirs your mental force to like him or like yourself. When their mood does not permit (they are upset or irritable), they want to attack or repel you, they say or do things in a certain way as to stir your mental force to dislike or be angry.
In order to be nice to another, you must use force to say or do things with stretching, changing speed and strength in a way that is usually relatively gentle or ‘musical’ to stir the other person’s mental force in a liking way to what is said or done or to you.
In order to be nasty to another, you must use force to say or do things with stretching, changing speed and strength in a way that is harsh or with aggressive prolonging, changing speed and strength of force to stir the other person’s mental force in a disliking way to what is said or done or to you.
The opposite of niceness is not nastiness because the two are alternative variants of the similar use of force that harms the person and the recipient with stress, restlessness and distraction and also conditions his and others’ minds to harmful niceness and nastiness.
The true opposite of both niceness and nastiness is to be truly good or genuine and that means saying or doing things with a total absence of style, a total absence of the use of force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness.

Jesus said you should deny yourself and this is how you truly deny yourself because this is world that practices wicked poisonous niceness and nastiness that harms self and others and it is possible not to be nice or nasty by paying attention and making persistent effort not to stretch syllables, change speed or loudness, you truly deny yourself by abolishing style in you, by not being nice or nasty.

The Buddha: "Whereas formerly he foolishly had taken on mental acquisitions (ideas, schemes, beliefs) and brought them to completion, he has now abandoned them. Thus a monk so endowed is endowed with the highest determination for relinquishment, for this -- the renunciation of all mental acquisitions -- is the highest noble relinquishment.
"Whereas formerly he foolishly had greed -- as well as desire & infatuation -- he has now abandoned them. Construing is a disease, a cancer, an arrow. By going beyond all construing, he is called a sage at peace.
"Furthermore, a sage at peace is not born, does not age or die, is unagitated, and is free from longing. He has nothing whereby he would be born.
Practicing the ultimate torment:
Because not even a single use of force to prolong or stretch (delay) and rush (increase speed and strength of force) is necessary, it is not only unnecessary but stressful, restless and distraction, anyone who constantly practice sequential delaying and rushing is practicing what is unnecessary (controlled madness) but is for show and suffering.

THEY ARE HEADED FOR FINAL PERMANENT MAD CONFLICT.
BECAUSE THEIR SUBSTANCE AND STYLE SPEECH AND ACTIONS ARE REHASHED, THEY ARE HEADED FOR MAD ROTE SPEECH OR ACTIONS (EG CANNOT STOP SAYING ‘HEY! THIS IS TOO MUCH, HEY! THIS IS TOO MUCH AS THEY ARE FOND OF SAYING BY REHASH).
THEY ARE HEADED FOR MAD STRESS, RESTLESSNESS, DISTRACTION, MAD FEAR, HURT AND SADNESS THAT CAN SUDDENLY ARISE SEEMINGLY OUT OF THE BLUE AND THEY ARE PRONE TO MAD VIOLENCE OR UNCONTROLLABLE VIOLENCE ONCE PROVOKED.
IN ADDITION THEY HAVE ADVANCED FALSE LOGIC AND PERCEPTION THAT WILL END IN MAD LOGIC AND PERCEPTION.
ALL THAT I HAVE SAID APPLIES TO ALL BEINGS HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE EMOTIONAL STYLISH PEOPLE AND WHAT I SAY, STOP STRETCHING SYLLABLES, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS IS THE ONLY WAY OUT OF AGONY EVEN FOR ANOTHER ETERNITY AND SO WHOEVER IS THE COUNSELLOR JESUS DESCRIBED MUST ALSO SAY THAT. IF I HAVE SAID THIS WHERE NO ONE HAS SAID BEFORE, THEN I HAVE SUPERSEDED HIM. HE CANNOT CLAIM TO BE THE ONE TO SAY IT AS I CAN SAY I AM THE FIRST TO SAY.
Right & wrong concentration:
Right concentration is one of eight factors in the noble eightfold pathway the Buddha taught which means there must be wrong concentration.
People’s concentration are normally divided between the simultaneous substance and style always present in their speech and action and that of everyone else’s in this world or they are scattered, diffuse or unable to focus well on a matter at hand like a camera that cannot focus perfectly on an object.
Sometimes they can use great mental force to force themselves to focus on the matter at hand eg Tiger Wood shutting out everything to line up for a crucial putt but this force enforced wrong concentration not genuine effortless total force freer concentration.
Ordinary people never scratch even the surface of concentration that is potentially possible for him because they cannot even attain the first meditative trance that forms the first stage of right concentration.
The Buddha said there are sequentially four meditative states each higher than the other and more exalted or sublime and emotional stylish people at best have attained only briefly and falteringly the first meditative state of bliss or serenity accompanied by wholesome discursive thoughts.
The second state is marked by the absence of all thought which is beyond ordinary people who always think when they are conscious when it is possible to see and hear without not even one thought.
The third state is marked by equanimity but with joy or pleasure still present.
The fourth state is pure equanimity and mindfulness, with pleasure and pain totally absent.
"And what, monks, is right concentration? (i) There is the case where a monk -- quite withdrawn from sensual pleasures, unskillful (mental) qualities -- enters & remains in the first jhana. (ii) With the stilling of directed thought & evaluation, he enters & remains in the second jhana. (iii) With the fading of rapture, he remains in equanimity, mindful & fully aware, and physically sensitive of pleasure. He enters & remains in the third jhana.' (iv) With the abandoning of pleasure & pain he enters & remains in the fourth jhana: purity of equanimity & mindfulness, neither pleasure nor pain.
THUS YOU ARE A FOOL IF YOU DO NOT PRACTICE SECLUSION AND MEDITATION BECAUSE IT IS CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT YOU DEVELOP CORRECT CONCENTRATION OF YOUR MIND. THE MORE PERFECT YOUR CONCENTRATION THE LESS YOU SUFFER AND YOU MAY ATTAIN EVEN UP TO 60,000 AGES OR EONS IN ETERNAL LIFE AS A RESULT.
The stilling of directed thought:
The Buddha: With the stilling of directed thought & evaluation, he enters & remains in the second jhana.
According to the Buddha the stilling or cessation of directed thought and evaluation is the requisite of entry into the second meditative trance.
ORDINARY PEOPLE ARE DELUDING THEMSELVES IF THEY THINK THEY CAN REMAIN CONSCIOUS WITHOUT THINKING. THEY ALWAYS THINK, THINK EMOTIONALLY AND FORCEFULLY OFTEN ABOUT RUBBISH OR SILLY THINGS WHEN THEY ARE CONSCIOUS.
IF YOU HAVE DEVELOPED CONSCIOUS NO THINKING YOU ATTAIN TWO AGES OR EONS IN ETERNAL LIFE ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA.
That is two eons in heaven for you:
If confronted by a person hurling abuse at you, even slapping you and spitting at you, no thought enters your head to retaliate or sarcastically applaud what is done, let alone uttering words of abuse, then that is two eons in heaven for you.
AS SIMPLE AS THIS IS THE WAY TO TWO ETERNITIES IN HEAVEN RATHER THAN BUILDING A PILE OF SKELETONS AS HIGH AS THE MOUNTAIN WEEPING AND GNASHING YOUR TEETH FROM ANIMAL LIFE TO ANIMAL LIFE UNTIL YOU GET A CHANCE TO BE A MAN WHEN THE AGE IS COMING TO AN END, IT WILL FALL ON DEAF EARS THAT WILL NOT TAKE HEED AND CORRECT THEMSELVES.
Pharaohs also seek eternal life:
The reason Pharaohs built huge pyramids that faced the pole star that never moved, let alone set, around which all other stars encircle is to seek the elixir to eternal life.
They were buried in a secret chamber with all their wealth and a boat that will be launched from a window in the wall facing the pole star so that they will reach eternal life at the pole star.
PHARAOHS WERE DELUDED IN THEIR QUESTS FOR ETERNAL LIFE, THEY WASTED MUCH MONEY, WORK AND LIVES IN THEIR PURSUIT OF ETERNAL LIFE.
HERE YOU ARE NOW DESCRIBED FOR YOU IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS WHAT THE TRUE FORMULA FOR ETERNAL LIFE, NAMELY GENUINE VIRTUE (NO LIES, GOSSIPS, DIVISIVE SPEECH, STEALING, KILLING OR HARMING OTHERS), STOP ALL CONSCIOUS THINKING AT WILL AND ETERNAL LIFE IS ALL YOURS (JESUS SAID YOUR PLACE IN HEAVEN IS YOURS).
IF YOU SPURN THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU MAY RUE IN ETERNAL REGRET.
AS THE BUDDHA SAID, MEDITATE CUNDA, DON’T AFTERWARDS REGRET.
This too is how you deny yourself:
Jesus said you should deny yourself and thus where others do and you don’t do you are denying yourself as Jesus commanded.
Thus if everyone in this world think all the time, cannot help thinking but it is possible to consciously not think then you are denying yourself in accordance to what Jesus said if you can practice no thinking at all even when provoked.
THUS WHAT THE BUDDHA TAUGHT IS POSSIBLE, THE CESSATION OF ALL THINKING IS A HIGHER FORM OF DENIAL AND THE BUDDHA IS AS HE CLAIMED, THE HIGHEST TEACHER.
It is simple to stop thinking:
There is no mystery or magic in how to stop thinking but it is simple and perfectly understandable how it can be achieved.
Anything that can happen can be known and God and the Buddha see and know everything and so if it is possible to stop thinking it can be known precisely this is how you stop thinking, there is no other way.
The reason why people are trapped in thinking that can become agonizing or maddening and prevent them sleeping is because there is added force in the way they think with forcefully prolonged syllables, forceful changes in speed and loudness. Anything that has force, is forceful has momentum that is hard to stop and if you keep renewing the added force with every syllable you mentally think you make it impossible to stop, no matter how much force you exert to stop it.
The key to stopping thinking is to pay attention to not use force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness such that the force attending thought becomes increasingly weakened until it is so weak it comes to a spontaneous stop.
It is a fatal mistake to try to use force to force yourself to stop thinking because it is self defeating by applying additional force and because the natural impulse of emotional people when confronted with resistance is to use force, they are trapped going around in circle and it is baffling or mysterious or magical to them that one should be able to come to a stop to thinking.
THUS IN ORDER TO STOP THINKING ONE MUST PAY PERSISTENT ATTENTION TO EXAMINE AND DETECT THE PRESENCE OF THE USE OF FORCE TO PROLONG SYLLABLES, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS AND ONE MUST PERSISTENTLY PAY ATTENTION TO STOP ONE FROM USING FORCE TO STRETCH, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS SUCH THAT A TIME WILL COME WHEN THE ADDED UNNECESSARY HARMFUL FORCE ADDED IN ONE’S THINKING VANISHES AND THUS FORCE FREE, ONE EASILY STOPS THINKING OR THINKING WILL COME TO A STOP BY ITSELF.
IT IS SIMPLE TO STOP THINKING BUT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD ARE NOT SIMPLE PEOPLE BUT IMPOSSIBLY DIFFICULT PEOPLE, THEY WILL NOT BE DENIED AND THEY THINK TOO HIGHLY OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR EMOTIONAL DELUDED THINKING.

How to win a place in heaven:
The Buddha:
Visakha, sixteen hundred years of a human's life is one night and day for the gods attached to creating others. Thirty of those is a month and twelve of those months a year. Sixteen thousand of those celestial years is the life span of the gods attached to the creation of others.. It may happen that a woman or man having observed the eight precepts on a full moon day, after death is born in the company of the gods attached to the creation of others Visà kha, it was on account of this that it was said Visà kha, human pleasure is vile, when compared to celestial pleasure.
Do not destroy life (even animals or fish), take the not given, tell lies or take intoxicants.
Lead the holy life, abstain from sexual relations.
Do not eat at night or at untimely hours
Do not bear flowers or scents (sticking flowers on hair or lapels or garlands). The bed is the floor, cover it as you like (sleep on the floor).
These are the eight precepts for the full moon day
The Blessed One declared them to end unpleasantness.
The moon and sun shine unhindered dispelling the darkness in the sky.
If any wealth is seen within, such as pearls, gems, lapis gold and metal
They are not worth one fourth or even one sixteenth part compared
To observing the eight precepts on the full moon day
Therefore doing merit that give pleasantness, win a place in heaven.
THE BUDDHA SPELLS OUT ABOVE SIMPLY AND CLEARLY WHAT YOU MUST DO TO GO TO HEAVEN. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE FAITH HE IS CORRECT AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE TRULY FOLLOWING WHAT HE SAYS OR PAYING LIP SERVICE. IF YOU ARE PAYING LIP SERVICE YOU WILL PAY WITH YOUR LIFE EVEN FOR ANOTHER ETERNITY.
IF YOU THINK THE DALAI LAMA AND MANKIND’S TOP CLERICS SPEAK LIKE THE BUDDHA ABOVE, YOU HAVE POOR DISCERNMENT.
THE FACT NONE OF THIS WORLD’S TOP CLERICS SPEAK LIKE TH BUDDHA INDICATES HE IS SOMEONE EXCEPTIONAL.
10 billion heavenly years for observing the precepts:
According to the Buddha the gods attached to creating others have a lifespan equivalent to 10 billion human years and this is won by someone who faithfully observes the eight precepts prescribed by the Buddha.
Female dog guarded owner’s body for weeks:
In the end the dog was emaciated but she kept guarding the body of her owner who had shot himself in suicide. It reflects that animals have strong attachments to their human owners and would not abandon them, she kept running to the car to tell the passerby what was wrong.
It is never a pleasure but suffering both to be the dog and the owner and so the wise person will conduct himself such that he won’t return here to experience such things.
Dog Guarded Owner's Body For Weeks After Suicide
GREELEY, Colo., Aug. 12, 2008
(AP) A dog stood guard over her owner's body for up to six weeks after the man committed suicide on the remote northeastern Colorado plains, authorities said.
The body of 25-year-old Jake Baysinger of La Salle was found Sunday on the Pawnee National Grasslands about 75 miles northeast of Denver. Cash, his German shepherd, was found beside him, thin and dehydrated but still alive. The dog had apparently survived by eating mice and rabbits, authorities said.
The Weld County coroner ruled Baysinger's death a suicide. The cause of death wasn't immediately determined but authorities found a gun nearby, the coroner's office said Tuesday.
"At least we know it's over now," said Baysinger's wife, Sara. "We'd been looking for my husband for six weeks, and this isn't how we wanted it to end. At least we can close this."
Baysinger was reported missing June 28. An extensive search failed to locate him, but Kip Konig, a rancher, saw the dog last weekend, went to investigate and discovered Baysinger's body and his pickup.
He said Cash kept running back to the pickup and jumping into the front seat.
"I got the sense she was trying to tell me where her master was," Konig said.
Cash was reunited Monday with Sara Baysinger and her 2-year-old son, Lane. She said her little boy is "very close to that dog" and happy to see her again.
Investigators said the dog probably kept coyotes away from the body.
Karma for owner:
There is karma for committing suicide and karma for foolishly causing the dog’s suffering and potential death by bringing her along.
It is delusion that the person who is perhaps attached to his dog to bring her along on his last journey not realizing it is irresponsible and he should have left alone without her.
20,40, 60 thousand eons in heaven:
According to the Buddha, depending on how well a person develops his mind, he can achieve a lifespan in heavenly bliss of 20,000, 40,000 and 60,000 forward world cycles or eons or Ages.
Your place in heaven is yours and it is up to you to claim it.
Space is a creation of consciousness and so the realm of space is a lower realm and the being trapped in the realm of space attains only a lifespan of 20,000 world cycles compared to the person detained in the realm of consciousness which has a lifespan of 40,000 aeons. Beyond consciousness there is the realm of nothingness that is even higher and accords the being trapped there existence in bliss of 60,000 aeons.
4. ~Ane¤jasuttaü - Immovable states.
117. Bhikkhus, these three persons are evident in the world. What three?
Here, bhikkhus, a certain person overcoming all perceptions of matter and going beyond perceptions of anger, not attending to various perceptions, [1] With boundless space attains to the sphere of space. He becomes fully satisfied in it, strives after it and prospers in it. Becoming intent on it and making much of it, without falling away from it, he dies and is born with the gods of the sphere of space. The gods of the sphere of space have a life span of twenty thousand forward world cycles. An ordinary person having completed that life span would go even to hell, the animal world or be born with the ghosts. As for the disciples of the Blessed One, completing that life span would extinguish in that same birth. Bhikkhus, this is the difference and the peculiarity in the course of action, birth and conscience of the noble disciple and the ordinary person.
Again, bhikkhus, a certain person overcoming all the sphere of space With boundless consciousness attains to the sphere of consciousness. He becomes fully satisfied in it, strives after it and prospers in it. Becoming intent on it and making much of it, without falling away from it, he dies and is born with the gods of the sphere of consciousness. The gods of the sphere of consciousness have a life span of forty thousand forward world cycles. An ordinary person having completed that life span would go even to hell, the animal world or be born with the ghosts. As for the disciples of the Blessed One, completing that life span would extinguish in that same birth. Bhikkhus, this is the difference and the peculiarity in the course of action, birth and conscience of the noble disciple and the ordinary person.
Again, bhikkhus, a certain person overcoming all the sphere of consciousness, with there is nothing attains to the sphere of no-thingness. He becomes fully satisfied in it, strives after it and prospers in it. Becoming intent on it and making much of it, without falling away from it, he dies and is born with the gods of the sphere of no thingness. The gods of the sphere of no-thingness have a life span of sixty thousand forward world cycles. An ordinary person having completed that life span would go even to hell, the animal world or be born with the ghosts. As for the disciples of the Blessed One, completing that life span would extinguish in that same birth. Bhikkhus, this is difference and the peculiarity in the course of action, birth and conscience of the noble disciple and the ordinary person. Bhikkhus, these three persons are evident in the world.
2. Rare arisings
115. Bhikkhus, the arising of three things are rare in the world. What three? The arising of the Thus Gone One, worthy and rightfully enlightened is rare the world. A person who preaches the Teaching and Discipline declared by the Thus Gone One is rare in the world. A person who has gratitude and returns it, is rare in the world. Bhikkhus, the arising of these three things are rare in the world.
There is only one Buddha arising per eon and so the arising of a Buddha is rare indeed.
Even though the Buddha’s teaching has been recorded and translated into English, it has been poorly and even misinterpreted by even modern Buddhists, thus the person who preaches the teaching and discipline declared by the Buddha is indeed very rare because no one today or even in the past apart from contemporaries of the Buddha has interpreted the Buddha’s teaching as I have.
3. Appameyyasuttaü - Immeasurable
116. Bhikkhus, these three kinds of persons are in the world What three? The one easily measured, the one measured with difficulty, and the immeasurable one.
Bhikkhus, who is the easily measured one?
Here bhikkhus, a certain person is excited, muddled in mind, puffed up and vain, is forgetful with loose talk is confused not aware with uncontrolled mentl faculties. Bhikkhus, such a person is easily measured.
Bhikkhus, who is measured with difficulty?
Here bhikkhus, a certain person is not excited, not muddled in mind, puffed up or vain, not forgetful without loose talk mindfulness established is aware with controlled mental faculties and the mind concentrated. Bhikkhus, such a person is measured with difficulty.
Bhikkhus, who is immeasurable?
Here bhikkhus, the bhikkhu is worthy, with desires destroyed. Bhikkhus, such a person is immeasurable. (Enlightened ones have minds that are immeasurable)
Layers of entrapment in existence:
The Buddha spoke of overcoming all the perceptions of matter and going beyond perceptions to enter the sphere of space that accords that liberated mind 20,000 eons in bliss. Thereafter by overcoming all the sphere of space he enters the sphere of consciousness.
Thus the wise and skilful person by means of meditation overcomes all the restrictions encumbering his mind to rise higher and higher into the different spheres of bliss.
Thus a person may meditate forever but if he did not overcome constraints on his mind, he is trapped in a lower realm with more suffering.
The ultimate overcoming of all barriers results in awakening or enlightenment and once enlightened, the person cannot be born anywhere anymore.
