Baffling is about stirred mental force or emotion to be puzzled and what is the point and it is meaningless to stir one’s mental force to be baffled by house prices. Baffling is his understanding about house prices and it is a wrong force based understanding.
If house prices are artificially high and remain so despite a slow economy because there is manipulation then what is so baffling about that?

The story of the statutory declaration according to RPK:
This is the story of RPK’s SD that he has not retracted even today:
Nik Azmi Nik Daud -- or Bul to the MCKK Old Boys (short for Bulat) -- phoned me one day in June 2008 and asked to meet. We met for tea at La Bordega in Telawi, Bangsar. I brought my wife along and Bul brought someone whom he never introduced to me and who sat the entire time as quiet as a church mouse without once opening his mouth even to yawn, cough or sneeze.
Bul then related that Lt Kol Azmi Zainal Abidin, the number two in the special branch of the military intelligence, has a confidential report that proves that Rosmah, Lt Kol Aziz Buyong, and his wife, Lt Kol Norhayati Hassan, were present at the scene of Altantuya’s murder at the time she was murdered. Bul told me to expose this.
I told him to let me think about it first. My wife, however, disagreed. She felt that the story is too far fetched and that Bul is not a reliable source. We can only do that if they show us the confidential report.
Bul assured me that the report is available but can only be revealed once the police launch an investigation. So I must expose this to provoke the police to launch an investigation.
I decided to do nothing.
A few days later, Bul called me a second time and asked to meet again. This time we met for Sunday lunch at the Selangor Club in Dataran Merdeka.
Bul asked me whether I was going to expose the story and I told him I would not. I told Bul I would surely be arrested and charged if I do what he suggests. He assured me that if that happens, and he wants that to happen for the plan to succeed (which means I am the bait), then the military intelligence report would surface.
My wife was against it. She thought it was a very risky exercise. Can we be assured that the confidential report would surface if the shit hits the fan? Bul swore that they would cover me. “We will make sure you do not go to jail,” Bul said.
I relented and said I would do it. My wife gave me a disgusted look.
“When will you do it?” Bul asked.
I would write the article that same night I told him.
“No, no article,” Bul said. “The police will just ignore your article. Sign a statutory declaration. The police can’t ignore a statutory declaration. They would have to take action.”
I hesitated. An article is one thing but a statutory declaration is very dangerous. This is playing hardball.
I then called up John Pang, who, just like Bul, worked for Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah and I told him what Bul had asked me to do. I told John that I have my reservations about Bul but if Tengku Razaleigh confirms this story then I am inclined to believe it.
John came back and confirmed that Tengku Razaleigh knows Lt Kol Azmi very well -- in fact, he often goes to Tengku Razaleigh’s office -- and that Tengku Razaleigh also knows about the story of this confidential military intelligence report concerning Rosmah and the two Lt Kols being at the scene of the crime.
I was still not sure, though. So I called up Din Merican and asked him to check with Anwar Ibrahim about the background of this Lt Kol Azmi. Din called back and said that Anwar knows him very well -- he also often goes to see Anwar -- and that he is very reliable.
With that assurance I signed the statutory declaration and the rest, as they say, is now history. And the statutory declaration was signed in the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
However, what I said in my statutory declaration is that I had been informed about the matter. I did not say for sure that I know the trio were at the scene of the crime. I said that I had been informed about it by this person and in my declaration I urged the authorities to investigate the matter to ascertain the truth of the matter.
In other words, it could be true or it may not. But only one person can confirm this. And this person would be the source of the information.
The police, however, went for me, not for the source of the information. Even after I revealed the name of the source they still did not want to do anything. It was as if I was the source rather than the reporter.Self-serving beliefs:
When RPK believed the PM’s wife was at the scene the press turned a blind eye and did not believe and now that they have twisted what RPK said, they suddenly developed absolute faith in RPK in his new belief that Rosmah was not at the scene.
HOW FECKLESS AND CONVENIENT THE BELIEFS OF SOME IN THAT THEY CHOOSE TO BELIEVE WHAT IS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE AND DISMISS WHAT IS DISADVANTAGEOUS. EVEN THIS WOULD WARN THE DISCERNING THAT WHAT APPEARS TO BE MAY NOT BE WHAT IT IS.
PEOPLE SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH SUCH SELF SERVING BELIEFS AND NON BELIEFS BUT IT IS DEADLY FLIRTING WITH INSANITY THAT ENDS IN INSANITY.

Malaysian news portal crippled by cyberattacks
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's top news portal Malaysiakini remained crippled Wednesday, more than 24 hours after cyber attackers struck ahead of hotly contested state elections on Borneo island.
Steven Gan, its co-founder and chief editor, said the site would continue to report on Saturday's vote in Sarawak state despite the shutdown, which came days after whistleblowing website Sarawak Report was hit by a similar attack.
"I believe the attack is linked to our reporting on the campaigning for the Sarawak elections and it is no coincidence that this has happened to us three days after Sarawak Report was also attacked," he told AFP.

The mental state wherein a person’s mental force is not prolonging, changing speed or strength is never suffering but release from suffering.

The person who has stilled his mental force knows this to be true and is gladdened, the person who has not stilled his mental force does not know, does not understand, is ignorant of the escape from suffering possible.
Altanturya’s case not dependent on RPK’s beliefs:
It reflects false logic on the part of its champions and the public that just because RPK has changed his mind, Najib’s involvement is cleared.
It still remains facts that the two policemen charged were Najib’s highly trained bodyguards who had no motives to kill and had stated they were scapegoats for people who were not brought to court. The ruling elite is unlikely to charge Razak Baginda and the bodyguards unless they were guilty in some way and since there is someone not brought to court it cannot be Razak and must be someone high up who must be protected at all costs. Further immigration records of the Mongolian girls were deleted indicating senior involvement in the case.
Further PI Bala’s damaging statutory declaration still stands and his deals to leave the country through Deepak who is closely linked to Rosmah still indicates vested interests.

The facts of the case not RPK’s beliefs:
There is a vast pool of damning facts of the case that render PPK’s beliefs a sideshow, irrelevant to establishing the person’s who ordered Altanturya’s murder.
Thus all this fuss about RPK’s change of mind is barking up the wrong tree and if the public is swayed it does not understand the facts of the case.
It still remains the policemen charged were specialist bodyguards of the PM and they stated they were scapegoats sacrificed to protect those who were not brought to court which means to say there is someone very high up who is not Razak Baginda, involved.
Unlike cases involving Anwar, why is the police reluctant to widen its field of investigation because there must be someone who ordered the policemen to kill?
THE MERITS OF THE ALTANTURYA CASE RESTS IN THE FACTS OF THE CASE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC NOT ON THE BELIEFS AND CHANGE OF BELIEFS OF RPK. EVEN IF HE THINKS ROSMAH WAS NOT AT THE SCENE, FACTS OF THE CASE POINT TO HIGH LEVEL INVOLVEMENT OF THOSE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONVICTED BODYGUARDS.
The police seem abnormally disinterested in pursuing matters:
At the end of the trial the two policemen issued a statement saying they were sacrificed for people never brought to court. Unless they killed her on their own accord, someone must have ordered them to do so and they would have told their brethren in the police who it was, why is the police so reluctant to pursue matters further? If it was Anwar you can bet they would go after him all guns blazing.
The matter of Najib’s SMS & Razak’s wife outburst:
Najib did not deny an intercepted SMS that he insisted was not abuse of power when he told Razak Baginda to stay cool, all is not lost and he is seeing the IGP. Why is Najib so anxious to save his friend who was nevertheless acquitted.
Again in a court outburst, Razak’s wife said it was not her husband who wanted to be PM.
RPK’s TV3 caper:
RPK’s participation in the TV3 interview that was exploited for political gain may not be an accident or because he is good or naïve but because he is egotistic with his own unwholesome agenda, he thinks too highly of himself and he is not good as he and a segment of the public falsely perceives but he has serious false views and evil that the public does not understand.
His criticism of Anwar, the opposition is unjustified (and plays into the hands of evil BN, he is nit picking and deluded) and his third force is not viable, the ideals of the third force is not necessary good for the country but even bad in the opposite extreme and these people may be incapable of governing as Anwar and Guan Eng are capable of governing.
I have on many occasions criticized his views and if I am correct he has wrong views which are never harmless but serious and deadly. He kisses Dr M’s hand and says what Dr M say is correct when it is actually objectively wrong, even when Dr M is viewed as right by him, he is actually wrong when viewed by me.
No man of true virtue speaks about the shit hitting the ceiling fan and cutting off opponents’ balls and sticking them on the wall. There is deadly karma for speaking thus. And so if you think he is a good man you are deluded, neither does he always speak the truth because many things he say can be known to be false, not credible.
It is farfetched to compare people like Kit Siang, Guan Eng and Anwar to BN. No matter how corrupt and unprincipled Anwar and Guan Eng are, they can never match the level of crassness of the BN and so to reject or criticise them is mad. If Anwar was truly corrupt and the sexual predator he is painted, he should have happily stayed in the background playing second fiddle to Dr M, raking in the money and sexually debauching himself until his time has come or if he was to launch a coup he would ruthlessly finish off Dr M instead of Dr M ruthlessly finishing him off. Further he is such a thorn in the ruling elite’s side that all he has to do is cut a deal, give me $100 million or even a billion and I will go into exile. If Anwar became PM he runs the serious risk of assassination and no unprincipled man interested in money and sex will risk his neck. Alternatively he could re-join UMNO and become a minister and rake in his share of corrupt proceeds.

Who killed Altanturya?
Despite the cover-up and lack of police interest, sufficient evidence is available in the public domain to pinpoint with accuracy even certainty who the killer who may be male or female is. (And if the suspect is rumoured to be present at the execution site it clinches the diagnosis).
It is impossible that if the two policemen and Razak were not involved they would be charged in court and convicted for the crime someone else committed unless it was to act as sacrificial lamb for someone high up who must be protected. The fact that police has shown no interest in finding out who ordered the killing reflects that this person must be high up and part of the ruling elite.
The policemen in their court statement said they were sacrificial lambs for someone who was not brought to court and they would only sacrifice themselves to someone they are loyal to and who have the power and financial means to reward them and ensure they are not executed.
Again the fact that the Mongolian girls found their immigration records deleted indicate someone very powerful in the government is involved.
Najib’s SMS which he denied was abuse of power said, all is not lost, stay cool, I am seeing IGP at noon is an admission of guilt on the part of Razak Baginda and Najib is trying to salvage.

How many big shots does Altanturya know?
Bearing in mind that Altanturya is a foreigner who knows few locals let alone local big shots and whoever ordered Altanturya’s murder must be able to order the PM’s highly trained bodyguards to do so for him or if they did not do it, to take the blame for it, it is impossible the bodyguards would admit liability for a murder that they were not involved nor are protecting someone high up linked to them, who can it possibly who ordered her murder?
Who is she known to move in circles with, who she accompanied on overseas trips before she was murdered?
THUS WHOEVER WHO ORDERED HER MURDER MUST BE A BIG SHOT ABLE TO ORDER THE DEPUTY PM’S BODYGUARDS TO DO IT OR IF THEY DID NOT DO IT, TO MAKE THEM TAKE THE BLAME FOR IT, WHOM THE POLICE HAS SHOWN A GREAT RELUCTANCE TO IDENTIFY, WHO COULD ORDER IMMIGRATION RECORDS EXPUNGED.
IF ANWAR ORDERED THE MURDER TO SMEAR NAJIB, WOULD THE BODYGUARDS DO IT OR TAKE THE BLAME FOR IT OR WOULD THE POLICE NOT PURSUE HIM?

Anwar is morally far superior to Obama:
Anwar is as good as it gets as a politician, there is no peer on the world stage with the same moral integrity and ability to govern.

Those who are truly good are above the fray, will not partake of the political or governing process that is fraught with karma hazards.
Lee Kuan Yew is not a morally righteous man but he is a fool in many ways, only a different fool from Dr M. The fact that Lee Kuan Yew views Anwar negatively does not mean Lee Kuan Yew is discerning but he is prejudiced.
WHETHER CANDIDATES OF THE THIRD FORCE ARE SUPERIOR MORALLY AND POLITICALLY TO ANWAR, KARPAL, KIT SIANG AND GUAN ENG CAN BE KNOWN OBJECTIVELY AND IT IS DELUSION, RPK IS NO BETTER THAN ANWAR, MAY EVEN FALL FAR SHORT OF ANWAR WHOM HE DECRIES. ANWAR HAS MORE MORAL FIBER THAN RPK.
Why does RPK don a beret?
You see RPK with his trademark beret and that is mad, there is no genuine reason for him to wear the beret except for style, he is deluded that it is necessary or meaningful.
YOU DON’T SEE ANWAR, KARPAL OR GUAN ENG WEARING A BERET AND IT REFLECTS SERIOUS DELUSION THAT A MAN GOES AROUND WEARING A BERET. IF GOD WANTS YOU TO WEAR A BERET HE WOULD HAVE MADE YOU BORN WITH A BERET RATHER THAN HAIR ON YOUR HEAD.

Obama is a slick hard core politician:
Obama may be black but he is a slick hard core politician able to work the system to his advantage. If you disagree, you may be right or have wrong understanding because whoever Obama is, is on full view by his appearance and what he says.

Now, which part of the word rakyat don’t you understand? Is again mocking, condescending and this has serious karma, denotes yourself as a lowly not noble man. He may be headed for a roasting in hell and he thinks he is a champion of the people.
Raise America’s Taxes

What is credibility?
Credibility does not exist, it is a concoction of deluded emotional people. It is an image of believability or trustability that is subjective at the whim and fancy of the beholder. One man’s credibility is another’s incredibility.
It is an image of respectability that is false that people who are actors try to create, embellish, hone and project to create in order that they may place their trust in them and so credibility is about image, show and it reflects the delusion of emotional people that they perceive credibility desirable, they want to believe and place faith or trust in others without seeing and knowing they are true and good, not deceivers.
THE TRUTH OR FALSITY OF A PERSON IS FULLY VISIBLE IN HIS APPEARANCE, THE WAY AND WHAT HE SAYS AND DOES AND SO IF A PERSON TRULY UNDERSTANDS OTHERS, HE DOES NOT NEED CREDIBILITY TO GUIDE HIM, HE CANNOT BE DECEIVED BY OTJHERS’ APPEARANCE OR STYLE. By credibility emotional people mean that once their trusts in another has been lost or betrayed, they do not trust him at all and this is an indiscriminate across the board memorized rehashed rejection of a person not based on a case by case understanding of each situation as it arise but just because your trust has been betrayed in the past you no longer trust him and he has no credibility in your eyes.

Credibility is a mental product and false people classification:
Credibility does not exist in truth or physically but it is a (virtual, artificial) creation or product or fabrication of the mind with the purpose of falsely classifying people as either trustworthy or untrustworthy that is then memorized and then rehashed to be applied in future dealings with that person.
Because credibility does not exist, it only exists in the minds of programmed people and differs in different people (subjective) it is a form of delusion subscribed to by all emotional people without understanding who have come to accept it as real and true when it is virtual, subjective and always false. Anyone who speaks of credibility, talks in terms of credibility is deluded and so RPK is deluded.
Once a person is classified or branded as untrustworthy or discredited, he is treated as untrustworthy or discredited in the future and so credibility is a memorized rehashed way of viewing others in terms of trustworthiness and the person is a robot and credibility is his rule or divining rod he summons each time he deals with others.
Dr M has his ardent followers and to them Dr M is full of credibility, everything he says is gold or nuggets of wisdom whilst to Dr M’s detractors he is absolutely discredited, they hate his guts and whatever he says or does. And so who is right, the total credibility of his ardent followers or the total discreditibilty of his detractors? Both are wrong because credibility is a false product of the mind with which to view others.
Often if not always, the basis of people’s labelling of others as credible or not is their liking for the person or what he does and because liking is merely a blind attractive stirring of mental force, their basis of labelling someone as credible is blind meaningless force that has no understanding.

I think I saw the intruder this am:
This morning I saw this chap I think is the recent repeat intruder in my house, he is a short skinny Malay chap living upstairs next door with security guards. He had this evil look with his eyes shifty and darting like those of a thief.
When something happens there is often sufficient tell-tale evidence available but most emotional people fail to notice the clues present or they fail to come to the right conclusions that the clues collectively point to, as a result they are vulnerable to loss and even harm by others.
WHOEVER INTRUDED INTO MY HOUSE IS ASKING FOR BIG SUFFERING AS A RESULT OF HIS ENDEAVOR IN WHICH WHATEVER MATERIAL GAINS IS SCANT REWARD FOR THE KARMA ACCRUED.
The difference between an attack and criticism:
It is not the force conveyed that makes something said an attack and the soft melodic way it is said that makes it good natured criticism but it is the truth of what is said.
It does not matter how gentle you say something but if it is false, has no basis then it is an attack and if you think you are meritorious for the whispered gentleness then you are deluded because there is additional karma for couching your attack in soft tones that may deceive some that you are benevolent when you are malevolent in a concealed way.
Thus if there is no basis for RPK to say Anwar has lost credibility then it is an attack and whoever attacks another is asking for future suffering and so there will be future suffering that may be as vast as an ocean for RPK devout muslim or not. If I say RPK is deluded, if that is a fact then it is not an attack but a statement of fact or valid criticism.
MANY IN THIS WORLD HAVE LEARNT TO DELIVER THEIR ATTACKS ON OTHERS SO THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE THEY ARE ATTACKING OTHERS, WHAT THEY SAY HAVE NO BASIS. THEY EVEN PERCEIVE THEY HAVE DONE NO WRONG WHEN THEY ARE GUILTY OF TWO THINGS, ATTACKING OTHERS AND CONCEALING THEIR ATTACKS IN SOFT TONES (PRACTICING DECEPTION).
Dr M: No Single Malaysian Race Can Have All They Want

Many think they talk great sense and they hear great sense but they talk and hear garbage.
It is farfetched that the Chinese or Indians want to have all they want and so what is he talking about. If what he says is bizarre he is heading for insanity. On the contrary, the behaviour of UMNO Malays is that they want to have all they want.
IN HIS SEVERELY DISTORTED REALITY, THE OTHER RACES ARE MAKING UNREASONABLE DEMANDS OF HIS CHERISHED MALAY RACE SO HE IS MOVED TO ADMONISH THEM THAT THEY CANNT HAVE ALL THEY WANT WHEN IN REALITY IT IS HIM AND HIS UMNO MALAYS WHO WANT TO HAVE ALL THEY WANT. THIS IS A MAN HEADED FOR INSANITY AND UTTERLY CLUELESS ABOUT THE TERRIBLE FATE AWAITING HIM. WHAT HE SAYS IS SO MUCH HOLLOW WORDS, A WASTE OF TIME LISTENING.
Other races asking for a fair share:
If the other races are not given a fair share and essentially asking for a fair share then Dr M has a false perception of reality in accusing them of wanting to have all they want.
If it is the truth that UMNO Malays want to have all they want then he should be wagging his finger at UMNO Malays rather than barking up the wrong tree wagging his finger at all the races.
WHETHER THE OTHER RACES WANT TO HAVE ALL THEY WANT OR THEY ARE ASKING FOR A FAIRER SHARE OF WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN DENIED IS OBJECTIVE, CANNOT BE DISPUTED. THUS IF DR M PERCEIVES THEY WANT TO HAVE ALL THEY WANT AND THAT DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY HE IS DELUDED AND THE DESTINY OF DELUSION IS HELL OR THE ANIMAL WORLD AND THE BUDDHA SAID HE CANNOT THINK OF ANYTHING MORE TORMENTING THAN HELL OR THE ANIMAL WOMB, THE DESTINY OF ALL STYLISH EMOTIONAL PEOPLE (AND FEW CROSS OVER TO SAFETY ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA SO DON’T BE SO COCKSURE THERE IS A PLACE IN HEAVEN FOR YOU).
RPK has absolved Najib?
What RPK said is foolish, careless and as Jesus said, you will be judged for every careless word you say. Najib is quick to seize on RPK’s statement to say he is vindicated and so RPK bear responsibility for vindicating Najib if it turns out false.

Raja Petra Kamarudin, the editor of the Web siteMalaysia Today, has backed away from a controversial charge made in a 2008 statutory declaration that Rosmah Mansor, the wife of Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak, was present at the 2006 murder of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu, but substantial questions remain.
Raja Petra told Malaysian television station TV3 on earlier this week that he had been fed erroneous information by Anwar Ibrahim and other individuals connected to the opposition leader. Najib and his wife both threatened to sue Raja Petra over the charge when he printed it. The editor fled Malaysia ahead of the action while facing sedition charges as well. When Najib and Raja Petra both turned up in Australia at the same time a few weeks ago, that raised speculation that Raja Petra was in negotiations to return to Malaysia. Malaysia Today, once the most popular website in Malaysia, has suffered from his absence.
Any indication that Rosmah had been at the scene of the crime had long been discounted, particularly in the wake of a confession by Sirul Azhar Umar, that he and Azilah Hadri, both of whom were Najib's bodyguards, had acted alone in killing the woman. The charge that the premier's wife was present has muddled the case involvng the murder of Altantuya, the jilted girlfriend of Najib's best friend, Abdul Razak Baginda, who was charged along with the two bodyguards as a conspirator in her gruesome murder but was freed.
The 28-year-old pregnant woman was shot twice in the head and her body was blown up with military explosives in a patch of jungle outside the Kuala Lumpur suburb of Shah Alam. There are suspicions that the explosives were used to destroy DNA that might link her unborn baby to someone in Malaysia
Sirul and Azilah were were convicted of her murder. They have filed appeals against their pending execution. Razak Baginda decamped forLondon almost immediately after his acquittal and doesn't appear to have been seenin Malaysia since.
Najib told reporters he was thankful that Raja Petra's allegations had been renounced. However, if anything, the editor's statement has only reawakened other charges. There is still a mass of evidence that casts suspicion on highly-placed individuals in Altantuya's death, including suspicious text messages between Razak Baginda and Najib.
Sirul's confession was never admitted into evidence in the Shah Alam High Court.
In that confession, Sirul told police he and Azilah were to be paid between RM50,000 and RM100,000 (US$16,530-US$33,060) to kill the woman. Azilah, he said, told him that Musa Safri, Najib's chief of staff and aide-de-camp, in turn had told Azilah "about a friend …who had women problems," and that there was "a job to do."
That job consisted of killing Altantuya and two girlfriends who were accompanying the translator from Mongolia in an attempt to get US$500,000 from Razak Baginda, apparently for her role as translator in a spectacular scandal involving a US$1 billion purchase of submarines in which €117 million were to be kicked back to a company owned by Razak Baginda.
Fortunately, when the two went to a hotel to kill the three women, according to the confession, they discovered closed-circuit television cameras in a hallway and decided against it. Later they abducted Altantuya from Razak Baginda's house and stuffed her into a car, from which she was driven to the site where she was murdered.
However, neither Musa Safri nor Najib was ever called to court to explain who Musa was acting for or whether he ordered the woman's killing, or who was going to pay the two the money.
The trial turned into a long series of attempts to keep Najib's name out of it. P. Balasubramaniam, a private detective that Razak Baginda hired to keep Altantuya away from him, issued three affidavits and a video interview that named Najib, then deputy prime minister and defense minister, as having previously had an affair with Altantuya before passing the woman to Razak Baginda because he didn't want to be embarrassed by her when he became prime minister.
The affidavits also accused Rosmah and Najib's brother, Nazim, of offering to pay him as much as RM1 million to shut up and leave the country. He later displayed checks signed by a business partner of Rosmah's totaling hundreds of thousands of ringgit paid to him when he was in hiding in Chennai.
"What possible reason is there for the police and Malaysian Anti-corruption Commission to remain silent over these serious accusations, backed by factual details, against the Prime Minister and his family?" asked Kim Quek, an aide to Anwar, in a prepared statement. "If Najib and family is innocent, wouldn't these law enforcing bodies have sprung to action in the first instance to clear the PM and family of such a horrible stigma?"
As Asia Sentinel reported at the time, all records that Altantuya had ever entered the country along with her companions disappeared from the Immigration Ministry. When one of the two companions mentioned on the witness stand that she had seen a photograph of Najib, Altantuya and Razak Baginda together at a dinner, both prosecution and defense attorneys leapt to their feet to ask that the testimony be stricken from the record.
Sirul said he was paid to kill Altanturya:

Why is the police and court disinterested in pursuing the lead that Sirul was paid to kill Altanturya. This shows the policemen had no personal motive to kill her and whoever paid them must be brought to account before the case can be closed.
DESPITE AN ADMISSION BY THE CONVICTED THAT HE WAS PAID TO DO THE JOB, THE COURT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN FINDING OUT WHO OFFERED TO PAY AND BRING HIM TO JUSTICE.
Why RPK is foolish:
The weight of the evidence indicates involvement of a high level in Altanturya’s murder that has been covered up and it does not matter whether RPK’s belief that Rosmah was or was not present at the murder scene, the implication of involvement still stands.
IF IT DOES NOT MATTER, ROSMAH’S ABSENCE AT THE MURDER SCENE DOES NOT ABSOLVE ANYONE, THE WEIGHT OF EVIDENCE STILL STANDS THEN YOU ARE NOT ONLY DOING SOMETHING USELESS BY COMING UP WITH SUCH A STATEMENT RETRACTING THE EARLIER STATEMENT BUT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE YOU CAN BE USED OR EXPLOITED TO VINDICATE THOSE WHO MAY BE GUILTY AND THUS THE WISE PERSON WILL REFRAIN FROM MAKING STATEMENTS THAT SERVE NO PURPOSE. THE FOOL OR SOMEONE SEEKING PUBLICITY OR EGOTISTIC THINK HE MUST HAVE HIS SAY, YES HE NOW HAS DOUBTS, WHO CARES IF WHAT I SAY IS EXPLOITED.
May not be Anwar’s fault:
The popular wrong conception abetted by the biased media is that Anwar and PKR is at fault for all the discontent and MPs abandoning it.
True logic tells you that it is not Anwar’s fault but the faults of his detractors that they abandoned Anwar’s cause.
There are two reasons for this:
Impossible good man will leave bad man for bad man:
It is not possible for a truly good man to leave a bad man (Anwar) for another bad or even worse man (BN) and so all those who have left Anwar and aligned themselves with BN (Nalla, Ezzam, Wee, Zahrain, et al) are never good themselves.
A good man disenchanted with Anwar will either remain independent or maintain a more virtuous profile than Anwar.

What is so special about your love?
Love requires relationship, without relationships there can be no love.
The Buddha said that you have been transmigrating for so long that a being who has not been a father or mother, husband or wife, son or daughter is difficult to find and so what is so special or everlasting about your current relations?
Thus if what the Buddha said is true, relationships are not permanent and whilst it is true that beings with affinity for each other have come together for many times in the past, in essence all relationships are false and unsatisfactory, requires existence and thence suffering.
Teoh Beng Hock may not have jumped after all:
Security guard Khairuddin cried after RCI chairman Tan Sri James Foong asked him why didn’t he patrol the then-Selangor MACC office hours before Teoh was found dead outside the office on July 16, 2009.
“God didn’t move my heart to patrol (the office),” said Khairuddin at the inquiry today.
If Teoh Beng Hock had jumped then his body would have been spotted by patrolling guards or they have heard sounds of the fall.
How convenient it is that guards would choose not to patrol the night or maybe they did but Teoh Beng Huat did not jump but died of torture and was brought down to be disposed as if he died of suicide. This line of death is consistent with separate testimony by other witnesses that they were seriously criminally beaten up under investigation.
In the light of this revelation, it is likely Teoh died of assault and his body dumped outside to fake suicide and the guards went along to feign failure to patrol.
It is absurd Teoh would commit suicide there and apart from being pushed down (not so likely), the most likely possibility that they went too far and killed him and decided to absolve themselves of responsibility by faking suicide.
It points to foul play:
Notwithstanding it is preposterous that Teoh Beng Huat would choose to commit suicide there, the fact that the security guards failed to notice his ‘suicide’ earlier indicates foul play, either he was pushed down or he was killed by over enthusiastic interrogation.

There is something seriously wrong with PKR.
Many people think their words exalt them but their words condemn them, even to an eternity of punishment. He thinks he is proffering great insights and advice but he is putting a noose around his neck telling others what to do that is cynical and deceitful, self serving.
What he is admitting is that he is a calculating man who advocates finding out what issues are dear to different sets of voters and homing in on them with the purpose of winning elections.
Firstly this is an absurd world where many simple minded rural voters don’t care about corruption or political treachery, they only care if there is food on their tables and someone hands money to them free. Winning elections by doing what it takes (bribery, transporting voters to polling booths, cheating, dirty tactics like smearing, finding issues dear to the hearts of voters so that you can make promises regarding these issues that would induce voters to vote for you) have become the name of the game rather presenting yourself as a candidate to serve the people in parliament.
POLITICS IS TODAY A CYNICAL GAME OF FINDING ISSUES DEAR TO THE HEARTS OF THE VOTERS AND MAKING PROMISES THAT WOULD INDUCE THEM TO VOTE FOR YOU SO THAT YOU CAN WIN. ANNANDALE, Virginia: US President Barack Obama blamed oil "speculators" on Tuesday for soaring gasoline prices that risk weighing down the US recovery and could dampen his 2012 election hopes.
"It is true that a lot of what's driving oil prices up right now is not the lack of supply. There's enough supply. There's enough oil out there for world demand," Obama said at a campaign-style event not far from Washington.
"The problem is, is that oil is sold on these world markets, and speculators and people make various bets, and they say, 'you know what, we think that maybe there's a 20 percent chance that something might happen in the Middle East that might disrupt oil supply,'" he said.
"'So we're going to bet that oil is going to go up real high.' And that spikes up prices significantly," said the president, who recently launched his re-election campaign.
His comments came as oil prices rallied in New York, rebounding from the previous day's heavy losses as a weaker dollar boosted demand for dollar-priced commodities.
New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in May, surged $1.03 to finish at $108.15 a barrel, even as US gasoline prices hovered just below the $4-per-gallon mark after rising steadily since late 2008.
"We're now in a position where we can investigate if there's unfair speculation. We're going to be monitoring gas stations to make sure there isn't any price gouging that's taking advantage of consumers," promised Obama.
"But the truth is that it is a world commodity, and when prices spike up like this there aren't a lot of short-term solutions. What we have are medium- and long-term solutions," he said.
Obama's Republicans foes have pounded him over the rise in fuel prices, accusing him of putting on hold new oil drilling that could eventually lead to lower prices.
Rationing not price rise is the correct response to shortage:
If there is a shortage of oil (which there isn’t) the correct response is rationing, to collectively use less oil and share the oil available fairly amongst all, not raise prices which benefit speculators at the expense of helpless consumers.

Bul then related that Lt Kol Azmi Zainal Abidin, the number two in the special branch of the military intelligence, has a confidential report that proves that Rosmah, Lt Kol Aziz Buyong, and his wife, Lt Kol Norhayati Hassan, were present at the scene of Altantuya’s murder at the time she was murdered. Bul told me to expose this.
I told him to let me think about it first. My wife, however, disagreed. She felt that the story is too far fetched and that Bul is not a reliable source. We can only do that if they show us the confidential report.
Bul assured me that the report is available but can only be revealed once the police launch an investigation. So I must expose this to provoke the police to launch an investigation.
I decided to do nothing.
A few days later, Bul called me a second time and asked to meet again. This time we met for Sunday lunch at the Selangor Club in Dataran Merdeka.
Bul asked me whether I was going to expose the story and I told him I would not. I told Bul I would surely be arrested and charged if I do what he suggests. He assured me that if that happens, and he wants that to happen for the plan to succeed (which means I am the bait), then the military intelligence report would surface.
My wife was against it. She thought it was a very risky exercise. Can we be assured that the confidential report would surface if the shit hits the fan? Bul swore that they would cover me. “We will make sure you do not go to jail,” Bul said.
I relented and said I would do it. My wife gave me a disgusted look.
“When will you do it?” Bul asked.
I would write the article that same night I told him.
“No, no article,” Bul said. “The police will just ignore your article. Sign a statutory declaration. The police can’t ignore a statutory declaration. They would have to take action.”
I hesitated. An article is one thing but a statutory declaration is very dangerous. This is playing hardball.
I then called up John Pang, who, just like Bul, worked for Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah and I told him what Bul had asked me to do. I told John that I have my reservations about Bul but if Tengku Razaleigh confirms this story then I am inclined to believe it.
John came back and confirmed that Tengku Razaleigh knows Lt Kol Azmi very well -- in fact, he often goes to Tengku Razaleigh’s office -- and that Tengku Razaleigh also knows about the story of this confidential military intelligence report concerning Rosmah and the two Lt Kols being at the scene of the crime.
I was still not sure, though. So I called up Din Merican and asked him to check with Anwar Ibrahim about the background of this Lt Kol Azmi. Din called back and said that Anwar knows him very well -- he also often goes to see Anwar -- and that he is very reliable.
With that assurance I signed the statutory declaration and the rest, as they say, is now history. And the statutory declaration was signed in the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
However, what I said in my statutory declaration is that I had been informed about the matter. I did not say for sure that I know the trio were at the scene of the crime. I said that I had been informed about it by this person and in my declaration I urged the authorities to investigate the matter to ascertain the truth of the matter.
In other words, it could be true or it may not. But only one person can confirm this. And this person would be the source of the information.
The police, however, went for me, not for the source of the information. Even after I revealed the name of the source they still did not want to do anything. It was as if I was the source rather than the reporter.Self-serving beliefs:

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's top news portal Malaysiakini remained crippled Wednesday, more than 24 hours after cyber attackers struck ahead of hotly contested state elections on Borneo island.
Steven Gan, its co-founder and chief editor, said the site would continue to report on Saturday's vote in Sarawak state despite the shutdown, which came days after whistleblowing website Sarawak Report was hit by a similar attack.
"I believe the attack is linked to our reporting on the campaigning for the Sarawak elections and it is no coincidence that this has happened to us three days after Sarawak Report was also attacked," he told AFP.

The police seem abnormally disinterested in pursuing matters:
At the end of the trial the two policemen issued a statement saying they were sacrificed for people never brought to court. Unless they killed her on their own accord, someone must have ordered them to do so and they would have told their brethren in the police who it was, why is the police so reluctant to pursue matters further? If it was Anwar you can bet they would go after him all guns blazing.

RPK’s participation in the TV3 interview that was exploited for political gain may not be an accident or because he is good or naïve but because he is egotistic with his own unwholesome agenda, he thinks too highly of himself and he is not good as he and a segment of the public falsely perceives but he has serious false views and evil that the public does not understand.
His criticism of Anwar, the opposition is unjustified (and plays into the hands of evil BN, he is nit picking and deluded) and his third force is not viable, the ideals of the third force is not necessary good for the country but even bad in the opposite extreme and these people may be incapable of governing as Anwar and Guan Eng are capable of governing.
I have on many occasions criticized his views and if I am correct he has wrong views which are never harmless but serious and deadly. He kisses Dr M’s hand and says what Dr M say is correct when it is actually objectively wrong, even when Dr M is viewed as right by him, he is actually wrong when viewed by me.
No man of true virtue speaks about the shit hitting the ceiling fan and cutting off opponents’ balls and sticking them on the wall. There is deadly karma for speaking thus. And so if you think he is a good man you are deluded, neither does he always speak the truth because many things he say can be known to be false, not credible.
It is farfetched to compare people like Kit Siang, Guan Eng and Anwar to BN. No matter how corrupt and unprincipled Anwar and Guan Eng are, they can never match the level of crassness of the BN and so to reject or criticise them is mad. If Anwar was truly corrupt and the sexual predator he is painted, he should have happily stayed in the background playing second fiddle to Dr M, raking in the money and sexually debauching himself until his time has come or if he was to launch a coup he would ruthlessly finish off Dr M instead of Dr M ruthlessly finishing him off. Further he is such a thorn in the ruling elite’s side that all he has to do is cut a deal, give me $100 million or even a billion and I will go into exile. If Anwar became PM he runs the serious risk of assassination and no unprincipled man interested in money and sex will risk his neck. Alternatively he could re-join UMNO and become a minister and rake in his share of corrupt proceeds.

Who killed Altanturya?
Despite the cover-up and lack of police interest, sufficient evidence is available in the public domain to pinpoint with accuracy even certainty who the killer who may be male or female is. (And if the suspect is rumoured to be present at the execution site it clinches the diagnosis).
It is impossible that if the two policemen and Razak were not involved they would be charged in court and convicted for the crime someone else committed unless it was to act as sacrificial lamb for someone high up who must be protected. The fact that police has shown no interest in finding out who ordered the killing reflects that this person must be high up and part of the ruling elite.
The policemen in their court statement said they were sacrificial lambs for someone who was not brought to court and they would only sacrifice themselves to someone they are loyal to and who have the power and financial means to reward them and ensure they are not executed.
Again the fact that the Mongolian girls found their immigration records deleted indicate someone very powerful in the government is involved.
Najib’s SMS which he denied was abuse of power said, all is not lost, stay cool, I am seeing IGP at noon is an admission of guilt on the part of Razak Baginda and Najib is trying to salvage.

What is credibility?

Only robots practice credibility:
By credibility emotional people mean that once their trusts in another has been lost or betrayed, they do not trust him at all and this is an indiscriminate across the board memorized rehashed rejection of a person not based on a case by case understanding of each situation as it arise but just because your trust has been betrayed in the past you no longer trust him and he has no credibility in your eyes.
TO SPEAK OF CREDIBILITY IS TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU ARE A ROBOT WHO REHASHES HIS TRUST AND DISTRUST FOR ANOTHER PERSON. IF YOUR TRUST IN SOMEONE HAS BEEN REQUITED IN THE PAST, HE HAS CREDIBILITY (A REHASHED PERCEPTION OF TRUST) WITH YOU, IF HE IS PERCEIVED TO HAVE BETRAYED OR DISAPPOINTED YOUR TRUST IN HIM, YOU PERCEIVE HE HAS NO CREDIBILITY, THENCEFORTH YOU NEVER TRUST HIM. Credibility is a mental product and false people classification:
Credibility does not exist in truth or physically but it is a (virtual, artificial) creation or product or fabrication of the mind with the purpose of falsely classifying people as either trustworthy or untrustworthy that is then memorized and then rehashed to be applied in future dealings with that person.
Because credibility does not exist, it only exists in the minds of programmed people and differs in different people (subjective) it is a form of delusion subscribed to by all emotional people without understanding who have come to accept it as real and true when it is virtual, subjective and always false. Anyone who speaks of credibility, talks in terms of credibility is deluded and so RPK is deluded.
Once a person is classified or branded as untrustworthy or discredited, he is treated as untrustworthy or discredited in the future and so credibility is a memorized rehashed way of viewing others in terms of trustworthiness and the person is a robot and credibility is his rule or divining rod he summons each time he deals with others.
Dr M has his ardent followers and to them Dr M is full of credibility, everything he says is gold or nuggets of wisdom whilst to Dr M’s detractors he is absolutely discredited, they hate his guts and whatever he says or does. And so who is right, the total credibility of his ardent followers or the total discreditibilty of his detractors? Both are wrong because credibility is a false product of the mind with which to view others.
Often if not always, the basis of people’s labelling of others as credible or not is their liking for the person or what he does and because liking is merely a blind attractive stirring of mental force, their basis of labelling someone as credible is blind meaningless force that has no understanding.

I think I saw the intruder this am:
This morning I saw this chap I think is the recent repeat intruder in my house, he is a short skinny Malay chap living upstairs next door with security guards. He had this evil look with his eyes shifty and darting like those of a thief.
When something happens there is often sufficient tell-tale evidence available but most emotional people fail to notice the clues present or they fail to come to the right conclusions that the clues collectively point to, as a result they are vulnerable to loss and even harm by others.
WHOEVER INTRUDED INTO MY HOUSE IS ASKING FOR BIG SUFFERING AS A RESULT OF HIS ENDEAVOR IN WHICH WHATEVER MATERIAL GAINS IS SCANT REWARD FOR THE KARMA ACCRUED.
The difference between an attack and criticism:
It is not the force conveyed that makes something said an attack and the soft melodic way it is said that makes it good natured criticism but it is the truth of what is said.
It does not matter how gentle you say something but if it is false, has no basis then it is an attack and if you think you are meritorious for the whispered gentleness then you are deluded because there is additional karma for couching your attack in soft tones that may deceive some that you are benevolent when you are malevolent in a concealed way.
Thus if there is no basis for RPK to say Anwar has lost credibility then it is an attack and whoever attacks another is asking for future suffering and so there will be future suffering that may be as vast as an ocean for RPK devout muslim or not. If I say RPK is deluded, if that is a fact then it is not an attack but a statement of fact or valid criticism.
MANY IN THIS WORLD HAVE LEARNT TO DELIVER THEIR ATTACKS ON OTHERS SO THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE THEY ARE ATTACKING OTHERS, WHAT THEY SAY HAVE NO BASIS. THEY EVEN PERCEIVE THEY HAVE DONE NO WRONG WHEN THEY ARE GUILTY OF TWO THINGS, ATTACKING OTHERS AND CONCEALING THEIR ATTACKS IN SOFT TONES (PRACTICING DECEPTION).
Dr M: No Single Malaysian Race Can Have All They Want

Many think they talk great sense and they hear great sense but they talk and hear garbage.
It is farfetched that the Chinese or Indians want to have all they want and so what is he talking about. If what he says is bizarre he is heading for insanity. On the contrary, the behaviour of UMNO Malays is that they want to have all they want.
IN HIS SEVERELY DISTORTED REALITY, THE OTHER RACES ARE MAKING UNREASONABLE DEMANDS OF HIS CHERISHED MALAY RACE SO HE IS MOVED TO ADMONISH THEM THAT THEY CANNT HAVE ALL THEY WANT WHEN IN REALITY IT IS HIM AND HIS UMNO MALAYS WHO WANT TO HAVE ALL THEY WANT. THIS IS A MAN HEADED FOR INSANITY AND UTTERLY CLUELESS ABOUT THE TERRIBLE FATE AWAITING HIM. WHAT HE SAYS IS SO MUCH HOLLOW WORDS, A WASTE OF TIME LISTENING.
Other races asking for a fair share:
If the other races are not given a fair share and essentially asking for a fair share then Dr M has a false perception of reality in accusing them of wanting to have all they want.
If it is the truth that UMNO Malays want to have all they want then he should be wagging his finger at UMNO Malays rather than barking up the wrong tree wagging his finger at all the races.
WHETHER THE OTHER RACES WANT TO HAVE ALL THEY WANT OR THEY ARE ASKING FOR A FAIRER SHARE OF WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN DENIED IS OBJECTIVE, CANNOT BE DISPUTED. THUS IF DR M PERCEIVES THEY WANT TO HAVE ALL THEY WANT AND THAT DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY HE IS DELUDED AND THE DESTINY OF DELUSION IS HELL OR THE ANIMAL WORLD AND THE BUDDHA SAID HE CANNOT THINK OF ANYTHING MORE TORMENTING THAN HELL OR THE ANIMAL WOMB, THE DESTINY OF ALL STYLISH EMOTIONAL PEOPLE (AND FEW CROSS OVER TO SAFETY ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA SO DON’T BE SO COCKSURE THERE IS A PLACE IN HEAVEN FOR YOU).
RPK has absolved Najib?
What RPK said is foolish, careless and as Jesus said, you will be judged for every careless word you say. Najib is quick to seize on RPK’s statement to say he is vindicated and so RPK bear responsibility for vindicating Najib if it turns out false.

Raja Petra Kamarudin, the editor of the Web siteMalaysia Today, has backed away from a controversial charge made in a 2008 statutory declaration that Rosmah Mansor, the wife of Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak, was present at the 2006 murder of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu, but substantial questions remain.
Raja Petra told Malaysian television station TV3 on earlier this week that he had been fed erroneous information by Anwar Ibrahim and other individuals connected to the opposition leader. Najib and his wife both threatened to sue Raja Petra over the charge when he printed it. The editor fled Malaysia ahead of the action while facing sedition charges as well. When Najib and Raja Petra both turned up in Australia at the same time a few weeks ago, that raised speculation that Raja Petra was in negotiations to return to Malaysia. Malaysia Today, once the most popular website in Malaysia, has suffered from his absence.
Any indication that Rosmah had been at the scene of the crime had long been discounted, particularly in the wake of a confession by Sirul Azhar Umar, that he and Azilah Hadri, both of whom were Najib's bodyguards, had acted alone in killing the woman. The charge that the premier's wife was present has muddled the case involvng the murder of Altantuya, the jilted girlfriend of Najib's best friend, Abdul Razak Baginda, who was charged along with the two bodyguards as a conspirator in her gruesome murder but was freed.
The 28-year-old pregnant woman was shot twice in the head and her body was blown up with military explosives in a patch of jungle outside the Kuala Lumpur suburb of Shah Alam. There are suspicions that the explosives were used to destroy DNA that might link her unborn baby to someone in Malaysia
Sirul and Azilah were were convicted of her murder. They have filed appeals against their pending execution. Razak Baginda decamped forLondon almost immediately after his acquittal and doesn't appear to have been seenin Malaysia since.
Najib told reporters he was thankful that Raja Petra's allegations had been renounced. However, if anything, the editor's statement has only reawakened other charges. There is still a mass of evidence that casts suspicion on highly-placed individuals in Altantuya's death, including suspicious text messages between Razak Baginda and Najib.
Sirul's confession was never admitted into evidence in the Shah Alam High Court.
In that confession, Sirul told police he and Azilah were to be paid between RM50,000 and RM100,000 (US$16,530-US$33,060) to kill the woman. Azilah, he said, told him that Musa Safri, Najib's chief of staff and aide-de-camp, in turn had told Azilah "about a friend …who had women problems," and that there was "a job to do."
That job consisted of killing Altantuya and two girlfriends who were accompanying the translator from Mongolia in an attempt to get US$500,000 from Razak Baginda, apparently for her role as translator in a spectacular scandal involving a US$1 billion purchase of submarines in which €117 million were to be kicked back to a company owned by Razak Baginda.
Fortunately, when the two went to a hotel to kill the three women, according to the confession, they discovered closed-circuit television cameras in a hallway and decided against it. Later they abducted Altantuya from Razak Baginda's house and stuffed her into a car, from which she was driven to the site where she was murdered.
However, neither Musa Safri nor Najib was ever called to court to explain who Musa was acting for or whether he ordered the woman's killing, or who was going to pay the two the money.
The trial turned into a long series of attempts to keep Najib's name out of it. P. Balasubramaniam, a private detective that Razak Baginda hired to keep Altantuya away from him, issued three affidavits and a video interview that named Najib, then deputy prime minister and defense minister, as having previously had an affair with Altantuya before passing the woman to Razak Baginda because he didn't want to be embarrassed by her when he became prime minister.
The affidavits also accused Rosmah and Najib's brother, Nazim, of offering to pay him as much as RM1 million to shut up and leave the country. He later displayed checks signed by a business partner of Rosmah's totaling hundreds of thousands of ringgit paid to him when he was in hiding in Chennai.
"What possible reason is there for the police and Malaysian Anti-corruption Commission to remain silent over these serious accusations, backed by factual details, against the Prime Minister and his family?" asked Kim Quek, an aide to Anwar, in a prepared statement. "If Najib and family is innocent, wouldn't these law enforcing bodies have sprung to action in the first instance to clear the PM and family of such a horrible stigma?"
As Asia Sentinel reported at the time, all records that Altantuya had ever entered the country along with her companions disappeared from the Immigration Ministry. When one of the two companions mentioned on the witness stand that she had seen a photograph of Najib, Altantuya and Razak Baginda together at a dinner, both prosecution and defense attorneys leapt to their feet to ask that the testimony be stricken from the record.
Sirul said he was paid to kill Altanturya:

Why is the police and court disinterested in pursuing the lead that Sirul was paid to kill Altanturya. This shows the policemen had no personal motive to kill her and whoever paid them must be brought to account before the case can be closed.
DESPITE AN ADMISSION BY THE CONVICTED THAT HE WAS PAID TO DO THE JOB, THE COURT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN FINDING OUT WHO OFFERED TO PAY AND BRING HIM TO JUSTICE.
Why RPK is foolish:
The weight of the evidence indicates involvement of a high level in Altanturya’s murder that has been covered up and it does not matter whether RPK’s belief that Rosmah was or was not present at the murder scene, the implication of involvement still stands.
IF IT DOES NOT MATTER, ROSMAH’S ABSENCE AT THE MURDER SCENE DOES NOT ABSOLVE ANYONE, THE WEIGHT OF EVIDENCE STILL STANDS THEN YOU ARE NOT ONLY DOING SOMETHING USELESS BY COMING UP WITH SUCH A STATEMENT RETRACTING THE EARLIER STATEMENT BUT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE YOU CAN BE USED OR EXPLOITED TO VINDICATE THOSE WHO MAY BE GUILTY AND THUS THE WISE PERSON WILL REFRAIN FROM MAKING STATEMENTS THAT SERVE NO PURPOSE. THE FOOL OR SOMEONE SEEKING PUBLICITY OR EGOTISTIC THINK HE MUST HAVE HIS SAY, YES HE NOW HAS DOUBTS, WHO CARES IF WHAT I SAY IS EXPLOITED.
May not be Anwar’s fault:
The popular wrong conception abetted by the biased media is that Anwar and PKR is at fault for all the discontent and MPs abandoning it.
True logic tells you that it is not Anwar’s fault but the faults of his detractors that they abandoned Anwar’s cause.
There are two reasons for this:
- Those who have abandoned Anwar eg Nalla, Ezzam, Zahrain, Wee have aligned themselves with BN and if you agree BN is evil, it is impossible for righteous people to abandon what is unrighteous (Anwar) and align themselves with people who are even more unrighteous (BN).
- Those who have abandoned Anwar eg Zaid and RPK have by their words shown they themselves are far from pure, deluded and so they are not a case of the righteous abandoning the unrighteous but the deluded and evil abandoning Anwar. For those who are discerning, RPK’s words are far from gospel truth and he is a deluded, cocky and egotistic man.
Impossible good man will leave bad man for bad man:
It is not possible for a truly good man to leave a bad man (Anwar) for another bad or even worse man (BN) and so all those who have left Anwar and aligned themselves with BN (Nalla, Ezzam, Wee, Zahrain, et al) are never good themselves.
A good man disenchanted with Anwar will either remain independent or maintain a more virtuous profile than Anwar.
A GOOD MAN WILL ONLY LEAVE TO JOIN A BETTER MAN, NEVER ANOTHER EVIL MAN (BN) OR ALIGN HIMSELF WITH EVIL PEOPLE (BN).
Zaid and RPK by their actions have demonstrated that they themselves are unethical people (RPK attacking Anwar as having lost credibility as if he himself has any credibility). And so it is either a case of unethical people (Zaid and RPK) falling out with unethical people (PKR) or unethical people falling out with ethical people (PKR).
If you think it is possible you are mad:
If it is true Anwar is bad and Nalla or Ezzam is good, then since they are cleaner than dirty Anwar, how can a clean man who detests dirt abandon a dirty Anwar to embrace a dirty BN?
In the same way, by their words, Zaid and RPK have shown themselves to be far from being principled and so they themselves are not principled and should have no recourse to attack Anwar for lack of principles or integrity.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A GOOD MAN TO JOIN BAD PEOPLE OR ALIGN THEMSELVES WITH BAD PEOPLE. YOU ARE KNOWN BY THE COMPANY YOU KEEP. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT I WOULD WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BN OR DR M OR DAIM, NOT FOR ALL THE MONEY OF THE WORLD (BECAUSE IT MEANS A TICKET TO HELL).
Impossible the basis for leaving is goodness:
If the reason a good man left Anwar was because of goodness, he is good and detests Anwar who is bad then it is impossible the reason he left and then sided with BN is because of goodness but some other nefarious or evil reason like jealousy or frustration with not getting his desires.
IF THE REASON A PERSON LEFT ANWAR WAS BECAUSE OF GOODNESS THEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE HE WILL LEAVE A BAD ANWAR FOR A JUST AS BAD IF NOT WORSE BN. THEREFORE IF HE LEFT ANWAR FOR ANOTHER BAD PERSON, THE REASON MUST BE OTHER THAN GOODNESS, IT IS NOT A MATTER OF GOODNESS THAT HE LEFT ANWAR BUT FOR SELFISH EVIL REASONS OR MATERIAL GAINS (EG BRIBERY). IT IS BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE GULLIBLE AND DO NOT TRULY UNDERSTAND THAT THEY CAN BE SOLD THE CON, THEY ACTUALLY PERCEIVE THE REASONS NALLA IS ATTACKING ANWAR NOW IS BECAUSE ANWAR IS BAD AND NALLA IS GOOD. YOU DON’T HEAR ANWAR STICKING A KNIFE INTO NALLA BUT YOU HEAR NALLA STICKING THE KNIFE INTO ANWAR TIME AND AGAIN AND THAT HAS DEADLY KARMA FOR HIM.

Why RPK is wrong & Anwar right:
In saying Anwar has lost credibility RPK is wrong and denigrated Anwar.
Credibility or believability is subjective, up to the individual (and false not true and good) and it is up to an individual to find Anwar credible or not and so he has no right to impose his views on others by publicly stating Anwar has lost credibility as if this is objective, a fact and everyone should follow.
WHAT MAKES RPK AN EXPERT IN CREDIBILITY THAT HE SHOULD DIVINE FOR OTHERS WHO HAS CREDIBILITY AND WHO HAS NOT? IF HE IS NOT AN EXPERT BUT MERE DABBLER HE SHOULD SHUT UP, KEEP HIS VIEWS TO HIMSELF AND LET OTHERS DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES WHETHER ANWAR IS CREDIBLE OR NOT. BY PUBLICLY VOICING HE IS ASKING FOR JUDGMENT AND THAT IS NEVER THE ACTION OF THE WISE MAN BUT A DELUDED FOOL UNNECESSARILY INVITING FOR THE AXE FOR HIS NECK.
THEREFORE BY HIS VERY ACTION HE HAS PROVEN HIMSELF A FOOL AND DELUDED AND SO HOW CREDIBLE IS HIS DENUNCIATION OF ANWAR? HE SHOULD LOOK AT HIMSELF IN THE MIRROR RATHER THAN BOTHER HOW ANWAR LOOKS.
Geithner Says Major Economies Should Let Currencies Adjust
He is talking nonsense and if you do not know then you don’t understand.
Who are the people who will adjust these currencies? If governments don’t intervene on the market, it is dealers and hedge funds who dictate what the value of currencies are and these people are fickle, driven by greed for gain, fear for loss rather than knowledge of what the true value or worth of each currency is.
WHAT HE SAYS WON’T WORK BECAUSE MARKET FORCES DRIVING VALUATIONS OF CURRENCY MAY OR WILL NOT REFLECT THE TRUE WORTH OF THE CURRENCY, TRADERS WILL PUSH OR DRIVE DOWN CURRENCIES FOR PROFIT.
WHAT WILL WORK IS A WORLD CURRENCY OF TRADE THAT ALL NATIONS INCLUDING THE US MUST EARN OR BORROW IN ORDER TO BUY GOODS FROM EACH OTHER. THIS WILL ENSURE NO NATION ACCUMULATE MOUNTAINS OF DEBT LIKE THE US HAS DONE.
So you think you understand credibility?
When people speak of credibility and they hear others talk about credibility they think they know and understand what it is about but their understanding is false and rote or recorded and reactivated from recording and so they are robots with no true understanding here as elsewhere.
Credibility is not something desirable but evil, bad for self and others because it is the willingness to blindly without knowing accept as true what is said by the person viewed as credible without seeing and knowing it is true.

IT IS NOT GOOD TO BE A PERSON WHO GIVES OTHERS CREDIT, IT MEANS YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR EYES TO ACCEPT WHAT YOU DID NOT KNOW AS TRUE AS A PROGRAM IN YOUR MIND AND INCREASINGLY YOU VIEW THAT PROGRAM OR BELIEF AS TRUE AND THAT ENDS IN MADNESS (EVEN IF THE BELIEF TURNS OUT TO BE TRUE) BECAUSE YOU ARE TRAINING YOURSELF TO PERCEIVE AS TRUE WHAT YOU DID NOT PERCEIVE, SO IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE BELIEF TURNS OUT TRUE, YOU STILL TRAINED YOURSELF TO ACCEPT BLINDLY.

What is so special about your love?

Teoh Beng Hock may not have jumped after all:
Security guard Khairuddin cried after RCI chairman Tan Sri James Foong asked him why didn’t he patrol the then-Selangor MACC office hours before Teoh was found dead outside the office on July 16, 2009.
“God didn’t move my heart to patrol (the office),” said Khairuddin at the inquiry today.
If Teoh Beng Hock had jumped then his body would have been spotted by patrolling guards or they have heard sounds of the fall.
How convenient it is that guards would choose not to patrol the night or maybe they did but Teoh Beng Huat did not jump but died of torture and was brought down to be disposed as if he died of suicide. This line of death is consistent with separate testimony by other witnesses that they were seriously criminally beaten up under investigation.
In the light of this revelation, it is likely Teoh died of assault and his body dumped outside to fake suicide and the guards went along to feign failure to patrol.
It is absurd Teoh would commit suicide there and apart from being pushed down (not so likely), the most likely possibility that they went too far and killed him and decided to absolve themselves of responsibility by faking suicide.
It points to foul play:
Notwithstanding it is preposterous that Teoh Beng Huat would choose to commit suicide there, the fact that the security guards failed to notice his ‘suicide’ earlier indicates foul play, either he was pushed down or he was killed by over enthusiastic interrogation.

Anwar's former private secretary, Anuar Shaari, described PKR as a "machineless" party which needed DAP's support to operate in Sarawak.
"That's why PKR is now fully dependent on the DAP and PAS. We can also see that in many instances, PKR has to compromise with its allies due to its own weaknesses.
"Anwar Ibrahim is a PKR icon whom DAP and PAS rely on to realise their separate agendas. PAS is hoping that Anwar would portray the image of Islam, while the DAP is hopeful that Anwar would further the idea of a secular state," he said when contacted by Bernama.
Anuar, who left PKR on March 27, 2007, said PKR's administration of Selangor was woeful to the extent that it had to capitalise on the achievements and progress brought to the state by the Barisan Nasional (BN), without being able to introduce changes on its own.
The false logic that these former PKR leaders and those who secretly finance them want to exploit is that the reason they left was because of dissatisfaction and therefore PKR is bad and as high level former members they are experts and so their criticisms must be true and knowledgeable. Gullible people fall for this, they see all these big guns (Nalla, Ezzam, Wee) incessantly condemning PKR and Anwar and they become hook winked that it must be true.But the reasons these people left may not be because they are good and PKR and Anwar is bad but because their ambitions were denied or they were financially induced to leave and attack PKR.
There are tell-tale signs that can let the discerning person know what the true reason is.
If these people who left PKR are good and they left because PKR and Anwar is bad, why are they so obsessed with what Anwar and PKR is doing to keep attacking it? If they want to discredit PKR and Anwar surely they should be joyous it is on the path of decline to shut up and allow it to sink on its own accord. The purpose of their public highlighting of the failings of Anwar and PKR cannot be because of their love for PKR and Anwar but they are sticking the knife in even with glee to destroy it. If Anwar and PKR are truly on the path to ruin, there is no need to attack it publicly because it is on the path to ruin as it is. Further what have these erstwhile critics done? They have joined UMNO which is itself rotten, no better if not worse than PKR or they have done nothing themselves for the course of the rakyat in the fight against corruption.
THE FACT ALL THESE ERSTWHILE CRITICS OF PKR AND ANWAR HAS JOINED THE RULING ELITE RANKS OR THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE THEMSELVES WHILST THEY RAIN DAMNING CRITICISMS OF THEIR FORMER PARTY INDICATE THAT THEY THEMSELVES ARE NO BETTER IF NOT WORSE, THAT THEIR MOTIVE MAY BE FOR MATERIAL GAINS, THEY MAY HAVE BEEN PAID TO DEFECT AND ATTACK. IF IT IS TRUE THESE DESERTERS ARE GOOD AND PKR IS BAD, THEN THEY MUST DEMONSTRATE IN WORDS AND DEEDS HOW THEY ARE MORALLY SUPERIOR AND THEY MUST NOT ALIGN THEMSELVES WITH UMNO? HOW COME SUDDENLY UMNO IS IMPECCABLE IN THE EYES OF THESE ERSTWHILE DEFECTORS EZZAM, NALLA, ANUAR SHAARI AND PKR AND ANWAR FULL OF BADNESS? AND WHAT HAVE THEY PERSONALLY DONE THAT IS MORALLY SUPERIOR TO PKR THAT THEY CRITICIZE.
THUS A DISCERNING OBSERVER CAN SAY THEY ARE NO BETTER AND THE REASON CANNOT BE BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD AND PKR IS BAD.

Accusing Anwar of PKR favouritism and electoral fraud:
Amongst the things defectors like Zaid have hurled at Anwar is favouritism or autocracy of Anwar, rigging of PKR elections.
All these have nothing to do with the people, if this is what Anwar does and it destroys the party then you should be delighted that it is destroyed so why are you a busybody to wash PKR’s dirty linen in the public that smears Anwar and PKR?

There is something seriously wrong with PKR.
Many people think their words exalt them but their words condemn them, even to an eternity of punishment. He thinks he is proffering great insights and advice but he is putting a noose around his neck telling others what to do that is cynical and deceitful, self serving.
What he is admitting is that he is a calculating man who advocates finding out what issues are dear to different sets of voters and homing in on them with the purpose of winning elections.
Firstly this is an absurd world where many simple minded rural voters don’t care about corruption or political treachery, they only care if there is food on their tables and someone hands money to them free. Winning elections by doing what it takes (bribery, transporting voters to polling booths, cheating, dirty tactics like smearing, finding issues dear to the hearts of voters so that you can make promises regarding these issues that would induce voters to vote for you) have become the name of the game rather presenting yourself as a candidate to serve the people in parliament.
POLITICS IS TODAY A CYNICAL GAME OF FINDING ISSUES DEAR TO THE HEARTS OF THE VOTERS AND MAKING PROMISES THAT WOULD INDUCE THEM TO VOTE FOR YOU SO THAT YOU CAN WIN. WHETHER YOU TRULY BELIEVE IN THE STANCES YOU TAKE ON THOSE ISSUES OR THEY ARE ISSUES YOU FIND IMPORTANT IS ANOTHER (NON) MATTER, WHAT MATTERS IS YOU DIG OR MANUFACTURE OR CREATE UP ISSUES THAT APPEAL TO VOTERS, MAKE THEM PROMISES THAT WILL ALIGN THEM WITH YOU SO THAT YOU MAY WIN.
WHAT THE WRITER IS BERATING IS THAT PKR IS NOT PANDERING TO THE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE WHO MAY BE DUMBOS OR IDIOTS WHO ARE APOLITICAL, DON’T CARE OR UNDERSTAND POLITICS.

To this armchair critic, politics is a heartless numbers games in which voters are mere pawns to be won over by whatever inducements.
In order to fight and win, you must find or manufacture issues that are important to voters that will make voters favour you over your adversary. It is doing what it takes to win and tailoring your message to suit voters not because the message is true or you believe in it but because you think this message will win you votes and that is a mad reason for saying something.
YOU MAY WIN AN ELECTION HOMING ON THE RIGHT ISSUES BUT CHAMPIONING AN ISSUE WITH THE PURPOSE OF WINNING AN ELECTION IS A MAD REASON FOR CHAMPIONING THE ISSUE AND THE PRIZE FOR SAYING SOMETHING FOR THE WRONG REASON IS MAD LOGIC AND SO ANYONE WHO DOES THAT IS HEADING FOR FUTURE INSANITY.

ANNANDALE, Virginia: US President Barack Obama blamed oil "speculators" on Tuesday for soaring gasoline prices that risk weighing down the US recovery and could dampen his 2012 election hopes.
"It is true that a lot of what's driving oil prices up right now is not the lack of supply. There's enough supply. There's enough oil out there for world demand," Obama said at a campaign-style event not far from Washington.
"The problem is, is that oil is sold on these world markets, and speculators and people make various bets, and they say, 'you know what, we think that maybe there's a 20 percent chance that something might happen in the Middle East that might disrupt oil supply,'" he said.
"'So we're going to bet that oil is going to go up real high.' And that spikes up prices significantly," said the president, who recently launched his re-election campaign.
His comments came as oil prices rallied in New York, rebounding from the previous day's heavy losses as a weaker dollar boosted demand for dollar-priced commodities.
New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in May, surged $1.03 to finish at $108.15 a barrel, even as US gasoline prices hovered just below the $4-per-gallon mark after rising steadily since late 2008.
"We're now in a position where we can investigate if there's unfair speculation. We're going to be monitoring gas stations to make sure there isn't any price gouging that's taking advantage of consumers," promised Obama.
"But the truth is that it is a world commodity, and when prices spike up like this there aren't a lot of short-term solutions. What we have are medium- and long-term solutions," he said.
Obama's Republicans foes have pounded him over the rise in fuel prices, accusing him of putting on hold new oil drilling that could eventually lead to lower prices.
Rationing not price rise is the correct response to shortage:
If there is a shortage of oil (which there isn’t) the correct response is rationing, to collectively use less oil and share the oil available fairly amongst all, not raise prices which benefit speculators at the expense of helpless consumers.
IT REFLECTS THIS IS A MAD WORLD THAT PRICES SOAR AS SOON AS THERE IS A WHIFF OF SHORTAGES WHEN IT HARMS EVERYBODY AND BENEFITS SPCULATORS. IN A SHORTAGE THE TRUE RESPONSE IS TO REDUCE CONSUMPTION AND SHARE WHATEVER IS AVAILABLE FAIRLY AT THE SAME PRICE.
Malaysia surviving because of high oil prices:
Without the boon of high oil prices Malaysia, 40% of whose GDP is due to oil and gas may have sunk into a depression with attendant social unrest as in Arab countries.
Malaysia’s windfall is the work of speculators driving and maintaining high oil prices and so Malaysia is one of those few countries reaping unrighteous benefits from the actions of speculators.
