The end of resistance is the end of stress:
WHETHER YOU KNOW IT OR NOT, THE PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF SELF RESISTANCE IN YOUR MIND IS OBJECTIVE, NOT FOR YOU OR ANYONE TO DENY. AS SOON AS ALL SELF –RESISTANCE HAS CEASED, THE PERSON IS RELEASED FROM THE TORMENTING PRISON OF STRESS. SO LONG AS SELF-RESISTANCE REMAINS, NO MATTER HOW SAINTLY YOU THINK YOU ARE OR YOU CAN DO OR SAY WHAT YOU LIKE BUT YOU ARE A PRISONER OF STRESS WAITING FOR YOUR EXCISION EVEN FOR AN ETERNITY. THE FIRST FUNDAMENTAL STEP OUT OF STRESS IS TO STOP STRETCHING SYLLABLES, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS THAT SUBJECTS YOUR MIND UNNECESSARILY TO HARMFUL FORCE THAT IS FOR SHOW, FOR STYLE THAT MUST STIR RESISTANCE.

The reason why people experience stress is because there is a mental force in their minds that is well conditioned to stir in resistance with everything they say or do, everything they come into contact externally. When you are conditioned by yourself and others to stir resistance to
things you meet, in time this resistance is automatic, constant and can become mad or rapidly rise disproportionately to intense levels provoked by seemingly minor provocations making life difficult even intolerable.
The reason why there is resistance in what people say or do is because there is self-harmfulness in what they say or do. The style or constant use of force to stretch syllables, change speed and loudness exposes the person’s mind to harmful force in the name of putting on a show and this must be accompanied by resistance, must be done with self-resistance. Whatever is false or meaningless that is said or done must stir self resistance even if you think it is true and good. If you say or do something without knowing its purpose, without knowing if it is true or false, without knowing it is harmful or self or beneficial that too must stir resistance that ends as stress.
Whatever you see, hear, smell, taste and touch that you do not know is true or false, meaningful or meaningless, harmful or beneficial or you perceive falsely what is false is true, what is harmful is beneficial, what is meaningless is meaningful must also generate self-resistance that leads to stress.
The man with active resistance is like the man driving with his handbrake constantly on, the constant self-resistance makes everything said or done difficult or resisted and in time the resistance is so intense it makes all saying and doing a toil even impossible.
THERE IS STRESS BECAUSE THERE IS GENERATED (MENTAL) SELF RESISTANCE IN WHATEVER PEOPLE SAY OR DO, WHATEVER THEY PERCEIVE.
THE REASON THERE IS SELF RESISTANCE IS BECAUSE THERE IS SELF-HARM, FALSITY, SENSELESSNESS, SAYING OR DOING WITHOUT KNOWING IN WHAT THEY SAY OR DO, THERE IS HARM, FALSITY, SENSELESSNESS IN WHAT THEY PERCEIVE THAT THEY ACCEPT WITHOUT KNOWING OR KNOWING IT IS HARMFUL, FALSE AND SENSELESS.
SELF-RESISTANCE IS LIKE HAVING YOUR HANDBRAKE ON ALL THE TIME, IT MAKES DRIVING DIFFICULT AND SUFFERING AND IN TIME THE BRAKES JAM AND OVERHEAT.
WHETHER YOU KNOW IT OR NOT, THE PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF SELF RESISTANCE IN YOUR MIND IS OBJECTIVE, NOT FOR YOU OR ANYONE TO DENY. AS SOON AS ALL SELF –RESISTANCE HAS CEASED, THE PERSON IS RELEASED FROM THE TORMENTING PRISON OF STRESS. SO LONG AS SELF-RESISTANCE REMAINS, YOU CAN DO OR SAY WHAT YOU LIKE BUT YOU ARE A PRISONER OF STRESS WAITING FOR YOUR EXCISION EVEN FOR AN ETERNITY.
