First rule of being filthy rich:
Rules
must formulated either by you or someone else and then adopted by you in which
you must remember or record in your mind and rehash to obey in which you are a

Details of Diana assassination allegation:
A FORMER
SAS soldier confessed to his wife that Princess Diana was assassinated and that
a bright light was shone into the Paris car she was being driven in.
The
soldier, known only as Soldier N, made the admission after taking Prince
William on an SAS advanced driving course in 2008.
Soldier N
swore his wife to secrecy but she told her mother the extraordinary story.
"If
it was not for Prince William being given driving lessons by the SAS, these
allegations might never have emerged," a source told the Sunday
Mirror.
"He
went on to tell me that it had to be done in a tunnel, that people had been
monitoring them [Diana and Dodi Fayed]... a light was shone in the driver’s
eyes."
"He
also said that it very nearly didn’t happen. When I asked how anyone could do
something like that he said, ‘It’s an order, a job’s a job’. He said that it
had to happen in the tunnel to guarantee death. He said that it looked bad so
they left," the wife said.
She also
told detectives that her husband had claimed that the "hit" had been
carried out on the orders of individuals within the
royal inner circle because they didn’t approve of Diana’s relationship
with Dodi Al Fayed.
Soldier N
told his wife that a former colleague, who had since left the SAS, was involved
in the plot and that a motorbike and white car were used.
The women
are said to have given "compelling" accounts about the crash which
killed Diana, 36, Dodi Fayed, 42, and their driver Henri Paul, 41, in a Paris
underpass in 1997. Diana’s bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones, a former Paratrooper,
was seriously injured.
It is
hypocritical, futile to talk about greed being not good.
No one is

Extreme
forms of credit excess across the world have reached or surpassed levels seen
shortly before the Lehman crisis five years ago, the Bank for International
Settlements has warned.
The
Swiss-based `bank of central banks’ said a hunt for yield was luring investors
en masse into high-risk instruments, “a phenomenon reminiscent of exuberance
prior to the global financial crisis”.
This is
happening just as the US Federal Reserve prepares to wind down stimulus and
starts to drain dollar liquidity from global markets, an inflexion point that
is fraught with danger and could go badly wrong.
“This
looks like to me like 2007 all over again, but even worse,” said William White,
the BIS’s former chief economist, famous for flagging the wild behaviour in the
debt markets before the global storm hit in 2008.
“All the
previous imbalances are still there. Total public and private debt levels are
30pc higher as a share of GDP in the advanced economies than they were then,
and we have added a whole new problem with bubbles in emerging markets that are
ending in a boom-bust cycle,” said Mr White, now chairman of the OECD’s
Economic Development and Review Committee.
The BIS
said in its quarterly review that the issuance of subordinated debt -- which
leaves lenders exposed to bigger losses if things go wrong -- has jumped more
than threefold over the last year to $52bn in Europe, and jumped tenfold to
$22bn in the US.
The share
of “leveraged loans” used by the weakest borrowers in the syndicated loan
market has jumped to an all-time high of 45pc, ten percentage points higher
than the pre-crisis peak in 2007-2008.

The BIS
said investors are snapping up “covenant-lite” loans that offer little
protection to creditors, as well as a form of hybrid capital for banks known as
CoCos (contingent convertible capital instruments) that switch debt into equity
if bank capital ratios fall too low. While CoCos help shield taxpayers from
losses in a banking crisis by leaving private creditors with more of the risk,
the recent appetite for such an instrument is also a warning sign.
The BIS
said interbank credit to emerging markets has reached the “highest level on
record” while the value of bonds issued in off-shore centres by private
companies from China, Brazil and other developing nations exceeds total
issuance by firms from rich economies for the first time, underscoring the
sheer size of the debt build-up in Asia, Latin Africa, and the Mid-East.
Claudio
Borio, the BIS research chief, said the ructions in emerging markets since the
Fed turned hawkish in May is a warning to investors that they must tread with
care. “Global financial markets have reacted very strongly. If there were any
doubts about the strength of international policy spillovers, they have now
been put to rest,” he said.

Mr Borio
said nobody knows how far global borrowing costs will rise as the Fed tightens
or “how disorderly the process might be”.
“The
challenge is to be prepared. This means being prudent, limiting leverage, and
avoiding the temptation of believing that the market will remain liquid under
stress, the illusion of liquidity,” he said.
The BIS
enjoys great authority. It was the only major global body that clearly foresaw
the global banking crisis, calling early for a change of policy at a time when
others were being swept along by the euphoria of the era.
Mr White
said the five years since Lehman have largely been wasted, leaving a global
system that is even more unbalanced, and may be running out of lifelines. “The
ultimate driver for the whole world is the US interest rate and as this goes up
there will be fall-out for everybody. The trigger could be Fed tapering but
there are a lot of things that can go wrong. I very am worried that Abenomics
could go awry in Japan, and Europe remains exceedingly vulnerable to outside
shocks.”
Mr White
said the world has become addicted to easy money, with rates falling ever lower
with each cycle and each crisis. There is little ammunition left if the system
buckles again. “I don’t know what they will do: Abenomics for the world I
suppose, but this is the last refuge of the scoundrel,” he said.
The BIS
quietly scolded Bank of England Governor Mark Carney and his eurozone
counterpart Mario Draghi, saying the attempt to use “forward guidance” to hold
down long-term rates by rhetoric alone had essentially failed. “There are
limits as to how far good communications can steer markets. Those limits have
become all too apparent,” said Mr Borio.

agents have marked down house prices in recent weeks and there has been a drop
in the number of properties coming on to the market, says a survey.
There
were headline reports of a resurgent housing boom in the UK and the Bank of
England was warned to cap property price rises and yet this report points to
the contrary which indicate the wanton disregard of facts of people.
Lehman is gone but new
financial crises may await
(MoneyWatch) It's been five years since the
collapse of Lehman Brothers. Has anything changed?
Far from
being jailed, bankers who presided over the frauds that brought down the U.S.
economy in 2008 have kept their money and are living large. "Too big to
fail" is now part of the national lexicon, describing banks that remain so
big and leveraged that their collapse could imperil economies around the world.
An overhaul of financial laws is in limbo as regulators tasked with writing the
rules move at a glacial pace. And the apparent front-runner for the country's
next central banker is a man who helped create and defend many of the policies
blamed for creating the mess in the first place.
With the
major pieces of the previous crisis still in place, many experts worry that
it's just a question of time before another crisis occurs.
A bit of
history is in order. In the run-up to the meltdown, the world's biggest banks,
unencumbered by Depression-era legislation separating commercial banking from
investment banking, began creating and selling bonds backed by thousands of
mortgages. As investor demand for these derivatives, a security whose value
derives from another asset, Wall Street banks urged mortgage lenders to issue
more and more loans.
Standards
for evaluating whether borrowers qualified for a mortgage, such as income and
employment, were jettisoned, resulting in what came to be known as "liar
loans." Exempt from regulation, subprime lenders such as Ameriquest, First
Alliance Mortgage and Countrywide turned their businesses into assembly lines
of bad loans. Fraud was rife.
As the
banks packaged loans into derivatives that neither the firms' own CEOs nor
investors fully understood, the idea of risk went out the window. As the crisis
erupted the country's largest financial institutions, swollen with debt used to
buy and sell worthless financial products, were at the heart of the scandal.
While
there were voices warning of disaster as the housing bubble inflated, the
country's regulators and other institutions were sanguine. Credit ratings
agencies such as Standard & Poor's and Moody's (MCO) -- paid by the banks to
evaluate the securities -- gave them clean bills of health. As for the
government, deregulation and lax supervision ruled the day. Instead, top
officials across the agencies charged with policing the banks preached the
merits of laissez-faire.
It was
inevitable that the securitized garbage would ignite. After Bear Stearns
collapsed in 2008 and was sold to JP Morgan Chase (JPM) with government aid,
political pressure on the Bush administration by Republicans who opposed
bailouts helped prompt officials to refuse any such help to Lehman. But the
experiment in selective free market consequences ended badly: Insurance giant
AIG (AIG), which had
guaranteed many of the mortgage-backed securities issued by Wall Street, was
swamped with red ink, money market funds plunged in value and global panic set
in.
"Lehman
was a systemically dangerous institution which was allowed to fail," said
William Black, a former banking regulator and prosecutor who now teaches law
and economics at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. "It prompted
the largest run in history on money market mutual funds -- over $30 billion in
two days. They absolutely lost their minds at Treasury and the Fed. Then when
AIG went down, they had no clue what the risk was."
"The
regulators had created such a regulatory black hole that they had no clue how
to even get information about what was going on," he added. "They
were scared. Five years later? We've made the problem worse -- Bear Stearns,
CountryWide, Washington Mutual have all been acquired by banks that were
already systemically dangerous."
For
Black, whose investigations led to prison terms for such people such as Charles
Keating during the savings and loan crisis in the 1980s, the size of the banks
isn't the only problem. He argues that the structure encouraging fraudulent
behavior in finance is still firmly in place. One active ingredient: massive
executive compensation. The outsized pay on Wall Street not only spurs top
executives to take dangerous risks, but also filters down to rank-and-file
employees, discouraging whistle-blowing and encouraging dishonesty.
"You
can't go to thousands of Enron employees and say, 'I want you to engage in
fraud.' But you can say that through compensation," he said.
As such
problems continue to fester on the Street, the federal watchdogs tasked with
overseeing Big Finance remain mostly toothless.
"When
you look at who has been hired at the SEC recently, starting with Mary Jo White,
every last one of them worked for a Wall Street defense firm," said Former
U.S. Senator Ted Kaufman, author of defeated legislation to break up the big
banks.
Dodd-Frank,
the massive law passed in 2010 and touted as a safeguard against future financial
crises, is by many lights a deeply flawed bill that failed to address
fundamental issues, such as the conflict of interest between ratings agencies,
the size of banks or their fundamental structure. In any case, it remains
largely dormant, with more than half the rules yet to be written by the SEC.
Meanwhile,
even Dodd-Frank's biggest proponents, including President Barack Obama,
acknowledged that additional legislation would be required to protect the
financial system. But for now the door to further reform is shut -- despite the
broad consensus across the political spectrum that the biggest banks are
over-leveraged and as dangerous as ever.
"There's
nothing moving," Kaufman said. "As long as Congress and the
administration don't want to do anything, nothing is going to happen. There's
an unholy alliance between Wall Street, Obama and Congress."
Kaufman
is gratified that the Federal Reserve under Ben Bernanke has sought to raise
capital requirements for banks. That effectively makes them smaller since they
must keep more money on hand to offset potential losses and makes it harder to
borrow recklessly. But he and others believe another crisis is entirely
possible, perhaps inevitable.
"I
was an engineer," said Kaufman, who began his career working at DuPont
before becoming a top aide to then Sen. Joe Biden and later a senator
representing Delaware himself. "If you build a rocket and it falls on its
side and blows up, and then you build an identical rocket, it will fall on its
side and blow up, too."
Kaufman
thinks the next problem could take years to surface -- or happen at any moment.
If the cause isn't another real estate frenzy fueled by dishonest lending, he
said the trigger could come from abroad, say, if a eurozone country defaults or
because of an economic meltdown in China.
And where
are the people who were at the heart of the scandal now?
Lawrence
Summers, an acolyte of former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and one of the
most strident advocates of financial deregulation, is now being touted as Mr.
Obama's leading candidate to lead the Fed.
"Rubin
and Summers were the chief architects of the crisis," Black said.
"The idea that you would bring back the leading architect of the crisis
and promote him, precisely because he's a failure and will do the will of the
banks, is the ultimate embracing of crony captialsim by the Obama
administration."
As for
the others, the Center for Public Integrity has compiled a deeply
reported series detailing their post-crisis lives, noting dryly that
"none of them are hurting for money."
Among the
regulators, ex-SEC chief Christopher Cox, ridiculed for doing nothing in the
run-up to the crisis, now advises and defends companies that run into
regulatory trouble. Former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, who argued
strenuously against government rules that would hobble the
"competitiveness" of the nation's biggest banks, was already rich
from his role as head of Goldman Sachs (GS). He has written a book and
takes in even more money on the lecture circuit. Mr. Obama's recently departed
Treasury chief, Timothy Geithner, who two years before the crisis claimed that
banks regulated themselves, is working on a memoir and is a member of the
Council on Foreign Relations.
As for
the bankers, Kaufman notes that none, in contrast to the stock market collapse
of 1929, have jumped out of windows from shame. Jimmy Cayne, Bear Stearns' CEO
at the time of the 2008 crisis, who famously played in a bridge tournament
while his firm was going down in flames, is still playing bridge and living in
a multi-million dollar condo in New York's storied Plaza Hotel. The Center for Public
Integrity estimates he brought home about $375 million. Former Lehman CEO Dick
Fuld repaired to his Greenwich, Conn., mansion, where he maintains contacts
with some former colleagues and underlings.
Among
mortgage bankers, former CountryWide CEO Angelo Mozillo exited the business
with well over $100 million. By contrast, CPI reports that senior executives
with the 25 biggest subprime lenders during the bubble remain in the mortgage
racket.
"The
fact is, we have demonstrated that you can get extremely wealthy with immunity
from criminal laws and virtual immunity from civil laws," Black said.
"We've proven that fraud pays. That makes the next fraud much more
likely."
Agung looks lost, struggling to keep in touch:
Many
times at public functions, I notice the aging Agung looks lost, struggling to
keep in touch with things around him and the stress of his job will further
hasten his decline which is a form of senility.
THIS
WORLD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PLAYING THEIR PARTS AND

There are no good and bad emotions:
Can
emotional intelligence be taught implies there is good and bad emotions and we
can choose and pick to only express the good emotion.
If in
truth all emotions are bad and dangerous as a basis for action then you are
deluded to perceive you can teach others emotional hygiene and choose and pick
which emotions to express. No one is a master but he is a slave of emotions
which are dangerous blind basis for actions.
Emotions pick you, you don’t pick emotions:
Whilst it
is possible to fake expressions of emotions and it is tormenting, conflicting,
once mature people are largely slaves of their emotions, not masters of their
emotions as they might like to think, emotions dictate what they say or do and
because emotions is blind stirred force, it is a dangerous basis for action
that can one day kill you. True reason cannot kill anybody because true reason
tells you exactly what is happening and the response then is always correct,
appropriate, emotionless.
Emotions will torment, strangle and kill you:
Emotions
are never the wonder they are made out to be but they are always suffering even
tormenting and they will strangle you in the sense that they become more
intense with conditioning such that they are easily triggered to reach intense
levels that are harder to dissipate and it degrades the mind, destroys the mind
so that the person is heading for ruin of his mind and violent uncontrollable
emotions that will directly or indirectly kill him.
There are
many fancy names for emotions and often deluded people do not realize they are
talking about emotions which are the primary like (lust, excitement, thrill,
interest), dislike (anger, upset, irritation) and secondary confusion, sadness,
hurt and fear.
WITH
LIFELONG CONDITIONING, LIKE, DISLIKE, SADNESS, HURT, CONFUSION/AGITATION AND
FEAR CAN BECOME VERY EASILY IRRATIONALLY AROUSED TO INTENSE LEVELS THAT BECOME
MORE DIFFICULT TO SHAKE OFF AND THE PERSON’S MIND IS GRADUALLY BEING DEGRADED
BY EMOTION JUST LIKE ALCOHOL DEGRADES THE MIND AND THE EMOTIONAL FOOL IS HEADED
FOR INSANITY AND THENCE PERDITION BECAUSE EMOTION IS BLAMEWORTHY, HARMS OTHERS
AND THE EMOTIONAL PERSON HAS MUCH TO ACCOUNT FOR.
No matter
how terrible the suffering, death is never the answer because there is accountability
after death and until a person has exhausted his karma by suffering there is no
end to his suffering and so anyone who backs suicide is deluded backing
delusion in others incurring karma for himself.
The
answer to suffering is to stop creating debt and seek the higher states of the
mind that gives a happy existence here and eternal life without suffering
thereafter.

The
chancellor is a great leader, but a terrible politician.
Only a
deluded clueless newspaper (NYT) will allow deluded columnists voice.
Boring
means she or what she says or does, does not excite or stimulate you, does not
make you like and these are about a meaningless stirring of blind harmful
mental force.
IT IS NOT
A MATTER OF WHETHER MERKEL BORES OR STIMULATES YOU BUT WHETHER SHE IS GOOD OR
BAD FOR GERMANY AND SO YOU ARE DELUDED TO CARP ABOUT BORING AND THRILLING.
It is
never a matter of human dignity but whether it is right or wrong, evil or good
and so those who subscribe to human dignity are deluded.
Thus the
matter of permitting repatriation of Chin Peng’s body back to Malaysia is not a
matter of human dignity but right or wrong and there is never true reason for
barring his body’s repatriation except for vindictiveness and posturing,
political exploitation.
HUMAN
DIGNITY EXISTS ONLY IN DELUSION AND IS A FORM OF PROGRAMMED FALSE REHASHED
UNDERSTANDING THAT IS THE WAY TO INSANITY AND WOE.
Many humans are worse than animals:
You talk
about human dignity but many humans especially in high places (eg Assad,
Mugabe) are worse than animals.
That
mankind has dignity, conscience is more a myth, hypocrisy than reality.
MANY
HUMANS ARE WORSE THAN ANIMALS BECAUSE ANIMALS LACK THE TOOLS OR TECHNOLOGY (EG

HUMANS ARE CAPABLE. BEHIND THE VENEER OF CIVILITY IS HATE AND ILL WILL, THE

How many animals go around slaughtering others?
How many
animals do you see going around shooting others at random, not for food? How
animals do you see going around Like Alexander the Great or Genghis Khan,
slaughtering and plundering and raping razing whole villages and transforming
paths into rivers of blood?
AND SO A
CASE MAY BE MADE HUMANS ARE WORSE THAN ANIMALS AND SO YOU SHOULD TALK ABOUT
ANIMAL RATHER THAN HUMAN DIGNITY.
Mankind
is the prince of this world and he will be judged (and punished).
Human dignity is a concept, rule, precept:
What
constitutes human dignity varies between cultures, what is dignified in one
culture may be taboo in another. Even in the same society what is dignified by
the upper crust will be sneered by the lower classes.
And so
dignity is subjective, fabricated, it is a concept, model, rule or precept that
you memorize approximately or precisely and act as a basis for your behaviour
and only robots would have dignity, act according to dignity. Dignity is about
pride in yourself as a human that then dictates what you should do or not do.
You falsely think highly of yourself and according to the high view of yourself
you act pretentiously to keep up the image or pretense.
HUMAN
DIGNITY IS A RULE, A PRECEPT AND THOSE WHO HAVE FAITH IN RULES ARE HEADED FOR
WOE ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA AND YOU MUST BE A ROBOT TO SUBSCRIBE TO DIGNITY.
US printed $2.8 trillion:
This is a
massive amount of money created and yet the economy is moribund and so it is an
indication of the seriousness of the fraud and debt underlying the US economy.
