People give fancy names but no understanding is needed and it is high sounding words for the same things.

Equity financing means issuing shares (maybe warrants) to get money you do not have but greedily need and debt financing means borrowing from banks or whatever to get money you want but don’t have.

ALL DEBT IS EVIL AND EXPOSES ONE TO RISK BECAUSE ONE IS GREEDY FOR EXPANSION MORE THAN YOUR MEANS PROVIDE AND SO IN REALITY THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE WHETHER YOU BORROW BY ISSUING SHARES FOR INVESTORS TO BUY OR YOU BORROW FROM BANKS AND WHATEVER ADVANTAGES ONE HAS OVER THE OTHER IS ILLUSORY, FALSE, DELUSIONAL NEVER TRUE OR GOOD.

ANYONE DELVING INTO SUCH QUESTIONS MUST BE DELUDED AND HEADING FOR INSANITY AND PERDITION.

The hardest thing a person ever had to do is never about truth and goodness but it is about evil, about conflict, about sacrifice (because the person is unable to let go, acquisitive) and so anyone who is interested to hear is a fool.

The article said only the captain could have flown the plane the way it was flown and he ditched the plane in the water. What they do not realize is the plane may not have sunk to the bottom but drifted away. Only an experienced pilot could key in path to Southern Indian ocean where no flight paths exist and the Maldives is too busy for the plane not to be spotted.

MH370: The one theory of the ‘airline pilot fraternity’ that makes sense

ON March 8 2014, around 1am, Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 disappeared over the South China Sea.

It was subsequently found to have tracked westward over Penang, around Aceh and six hours later deep into the southern Indian Ocean.

This is where the continuing search is concentrated.

However, after the seventh satellite ping, MH370 could have flown for another 50 minutes (700kms), so the position line intersecting the arc from the satellite may be quite broad.

As far as the Diego Garcia conspiracy theorists and the aircraft seen over the Maldives at 8am, I have flown many times into the Maldives and also into Gan, part of the South Island chain of Diego Garcia.

There is quite a lot of airline and military aircraft traffic in that region, so sighting an aircraft at 8am does not have any significance.

So what happened?

I believe someone hijacked the aircraft, turned all communication equipment off over the South China Sea, then flew westward towards Penang and reprogrammed the Flight Management System to the southern Indian Ocean, otherwise the aircraft would have flown itself to Beijing. Who reprogrammed the FMS?

Read that 100 times then try to find a B777 captain who will tell you differently because only a qualified jet pilot could have inserted manually defined waypoints of latitude and longitude into the Flight Management System, as there are no airways leading to the Southern Indian Ocean.

MH370, after seven hours flying, did not crash because if it ran out of fuel at 35,000 feet, one engine would quit first, since they are fed from separate fuel tanks, and the autopilot would have disconnected as it struggled to maintain control.

The aircraft would then have spiralled into a near vertical dive and would have hit the water at near supersonic speed shattering into thousands of pieces.

I have consulted with aircraft wet drill ditching procedures instructor Captain John Corcoran.

Corcoran Aviation Safety Services trains pilots and cabin crew in evacuation procedures, life raft drill and basic sea survival methods following a ditch emergency.

In this field, he is one of Australia’s most eminent specialists. A crash by a very large aircraft like the Boeing 777 would result in a huge amount of debris that would float for months and months.

Even the life jackets still in their pouches normally stowed under the seats and seat cushions would float.

So why, with the strong westerly winds the roaring forties north of Antarctica, has not even one item of debris washed up on the shores of Tasmania, the South Island of New Zealand or Chile.

MH370 did not crash.

It was ditched under control, according to Boeing 777 flight manual procedures, that is gear up, into wind as slow as possible. Why do airline pilots and cabin crew practice ditching, life jacket donning and egress into life rafts etc if this was not feasible?

Only a pilot could have flown the aircraft via the reprogrammed FMS and autopilot for seven hours.

There were only two pilots on board.

Only one had the necessary experience and ability to make this happen. The jet airline pilot fraternity is almost unanimous as to who was responsible.

At this stage of the official investigation, it would be more prudent to wait to see if MH370 is found.

I wrote in an article several months ago that I hoped the Chinese government would take over the search for MH370 as it was believed that in May the Malaysian and Australian governments would suspend the search.

Now the search continues with Chinese government help.

Perhaps because of behind the scenes Chinese government pressure as most passengers were Chinese. The search area is approximately 6500m deep in places with cliffs and difficult undersea terrain.

The pressure underwater increases by 1 atmosphere every 10m. This means at 6500m, the pressure is nearly 10,000 lbs per square inch.

Recovering the FDR may be able to confirm that the aircraft was, as suspected, ditched under control. The CVR is a closed loop of two hours duration and if any information is gleaned it may help.

One expert I consulted was of the opinion that the FDR and CVR in sealed steel boxes have a design limit crush depth of 4500m.

Does this mean that their structural integrity may be compromised or water damage may have occurred?

If the MH370 hijacker intentionally controls the aircraft for seven hours, as stated by the head of the world’s largest Boeing 777 airline operator on German TV, into the remote Southern Indian Ocean then he must have been aware that he would die as there are no airfields within thousands of kilometres.

This therefore suggests a preplanned suicide.

I can understand the ATSB being naturally reluctant to comment on all this until perhaps MH370 is found to avoid embarrassing Malaysian airlines.

I can understand why the FBI, which according to my Canberra source, supplied information from MH370 captain’s computer to the ATSB, cannot comment as the FBI is a domestic entity for USA.

I would prefer if the NTSB stepped in as the Boeing 777 is made in USA and assist with the whole investigation. The Boeing 777 is possibly the safest aircraft flying today with practically failsafe technology.

All competent experienced jet pilots believe MH370 did not crash and therefore it was not a mysterious accident.

I believe MH370 rests intact in the darkest place in the world, 6500m down in a cold, remote, lonely place.

A BARISAN Nasional assemblyman has likened Goods and Services Tax (GST) to a gorgeous woman surrounded by envious people.

He is making a comparison and comparison is never based on understanding but it is based on programming, ordinary people are robotically programmed to always compare and it is false and dangerous to compare.

I can barely tolerate the music I used to love:

I have a large collection of music from classical to pop, Chinese and what not that I used to enjoy, derive pleasure but it is actually slow poison, is suffering during and after listening and this enjoyment actually gradually wears down your mind and body and contributes to your ultimate death whilst because you are hooked onto this music you are detained in this world of death and suffering.

Nowadays with my mind centred, concentration high (ordinary people are kidding themselves if they think their concentration is high), I find all the music I used to enjoy disagreeable, unpleasant, suffering such that I do not need to restrain myself from listening, often I switch off before too long because the unpleasantness has rapidly become disagreeable.

ALL MUSIC HERE, POP OR CLASSICAL OR JAZZ OR ROCK, NO MATTER HOW SOFT OR SLOW, CONVEY POISONOUS FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING/ACCELERATING IN SPEED AND LOUDNESS THAT MUST STIR RESTLESSNESS, STRESS, INABILITY TO CONCENTRATE WHICH LIKE A TRANCE DETAINS THE FOOL IN SUFFERING HEADING FOR DEATH AND BECAUSE HE IS HOOKED TO MUSIC HE WILL RETURN HERE FOR MORE BECAUSE THIS BRAND OF MUSIC WITH PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS ONLY EXIST IN THE LOWER REALMS NOT HEAVEN.

NOWADAYS I FIND THE MUSIC I USED TO FIND SO MEANINGFUL (ANDY WILLIAMS, SIMON AND GARFUNKEL AND WHAT NOT) AND ENJOYABLE DISAGREEABLE EVEN ABOMINABLE SUCH THAT I SWITCH OFF. I BARELY USE MY HI FI SYSTEM AT HOME OR IN THE CAR NOWADAYS PREFERRING SILENCE.

THIS CHANGE IN ME IS INDEED UNIMAGINABLE. IT WOULD BE UNIMAGINABLE IN THE PAST THAT I WILL TURN AWAY COMPLETELY FROM GOLF, TENNIS, SPORTS, MUSIC BUT I TRULY HAVE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER. I DO NOT NEED SPORTS OR MUSIC TO BE HAPPY, MY HAPPINESS DOES NOT DEPEND ON ANYTHING, ON ANYONE NOWADAYS. THE BUDDHA USED TO WITHDRAW FROM HIS FOLLOWERS REGULARLY TO BE ALONE IN FORESTS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS TO RETURN INDICATING COMPANY IS BURDENSOME NOT GOOD.

Paying to get sodomized:

NO ONE IS DEAR OR NOT DEAR TO THOSE WHO ARE WISE.

THEY ARE INTERESTED IN SUBSTANCE TOO BUT THAT SUBSTANCE IS FOOD THAT PERISHES, WITH MATERIAL NOT TRUE SUBSTANCE.

INTEREST IS NOT A FUNCTION OF REASON OR UNDERSTANDING BUT IT IS A FUNCTION OF STIRRED MENTAL FORCE AND IT IS NOT SURPRISING THIS STIRRED INTEREST OR BLIND MENTAL FORCE IS FOR FALSE OBJECTS, STYLE, SHOW AND MATERIAL SUBSTANCE (NEVER TRUE SUBSTANCE).

People in this world are deadly poisonous:

In what sense are people in this world deadly poisonous?

It is their style, their constant prolonging of syllables, actions, accelerating of speed and strength or loudness, no matter how soft or slow that make them poisonous, deadly to themselves as to anyone who come into contact with them.

MANY IN THIS WORLD PERCEIVE THEIR STYLE, THE BRAND OF PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND LOUDNESS AS TRUE, MEANINGFUL AND GOOD BUT IT IS DELUSION, IT IS WHAT RENDERS THEM DEADLY POISONOUS TO THEMSELVES AND OTHERS AND BECAUSE THEY HAVE POISONED OTHERS THEY ARE HEADING FOR REPAYMENT IN EVEN ETERNAL SUFFERING.

What is truly good?

No matter who you are, all those detained here are suffering stress, restlessness, distraction, controlled insanity and delusions and they are heading for endless suffering and endless death the Buddha said is bigger than the four great oceans and so whoever delivers others out of this terrible bondage which is unnecessary because there is eternal life with true happiness and no suffering in heaven, has done true good.

Saving a person from drowning, giving him food and medicine or money may temporarily save the person’s life but he is doomed to finally die and go to endless rounds of suffering and death.

ALL ORDINARY PEOPLE ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA, HAS SUFFERING DUE THEM AS VAST AS AN OCEAN, THEY ARE SUFFERING TERRIBLY FROM STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND INABILITY TO CONCENTRATE HERE.

WHOEVER DELIVERS ANOTHER OF THIS BONDAGE (PROVIDED HE HAS AN EYE FOR THE TRUTH) IS TRULY GOOD.

SAVING ANOTHER FROM DROWNING OR GIVING MONEY OR FOOD DOES NO DELIVER THE PERSON FROM ENDLESS ROUNDS OF DEATH AND SUFFERING AND DETAINS HIM HERE AND SO IS ONLY RELATIVELY MINOR GOOD.

The Buddha said what matter is suffering and death:

According to the Buddha, nothing else, it is suffering and death and its deliverance from for those who are tired of suffering and dying.

The Buddha: "Therefore your duty is the contemplation: 'This is stress...This is the origination of stress...This is the cessation of stress...This is the path of practice leading to the cessation of stress.'"
THERE IS A WAY OUT OF ENDLESS SUFFERING AND DEATH AND IT IS THE WAY DESCRIBED BY THE BUDDHA, IF YOU WILL NOT GET OUT YOU DESERVE TO SUFFER AND DIE ETERNALLY. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS, IT IS ABOUT ENDING ENDLESS SUFFERING AND DEATH.
