Zeti: Bank Negara warned
government of 1MDB debts in 2014:

Passive and evil active memory:
Memory is of two kinds, passive and active.
Passive memory is a record in the mind that may be accurate or
inaccurate, detailed or scanty of events and what happened in the past. There
is also an universal permanent record of all that has happened even for eons
that those who are enlightened have access through their extreme high concentration.
Active memory is evil and it is when a being uses his memory
system to fabricate what is not true and personal with view to carrying out
precisely or approximately what to say or do for material, unwholesome
objectives, to please, impress, deceive, intimidate or dominate others.
From ignorance as the cause, the being uses his memory to
fabricate things that are false, evil, harmful to self, he imagines or
fabricates a self with endowments and tendencies as if it is true or permanent
and it is from this erroneous fabrication as a cause that consciousness arises
and from consciousness as a cause, name and form arises, from name and form
comes sensory media and from sensory media comes contact with this world and
from contact comes feelings, craving, clinging, becoming, birth, aging and
death.
Ordinary people foolishly wickedly use their memory system to
fabricate or copy from others what to say or do, remember what they or others
created that they never saw as true with view to rehashing what they say or do.
THERE IS PASSIVE MEMORY WHICH IS SIMPLY REMEMBERING EVENTS,
THINGS THAT HAPPEN.
THERE IS ACTIVE MEMORY THAT ALL ORDINARY PEOPLE CONSTANTLY USE
AND ADDRESS IN OTHERS. IT IS THIS MEMORY THAT IS USED TO FABRICATE THINGS TO
SAY OR DO WITH VIEW TO REPETITIVE REHASH IN FUTURE OCCASIONS IN A MECHANICAL
IMPERSONAL STANDARDIZED WAY TO GET ALONG AND GET WHAT YOU WANT FROM OTHERS.

Self does not exist, the Buddha has penetrated with his vision
and declared all is not self and self is a fabrication, delusion of the being
that leads to endless unnecessary suffering and deaths, cause of grief and
suffering to others who are victims of your ‘self’.

Whatever is false cannot be
sustained without memory:
Whatever is false, does not exist or is the creation or
fabrication of an individual cannot be sustained without memory, they require
memory to be perpetuated in that mind and to be transmitted to others.
Whatever is true does not require memory to sustain because it is
true and always true without need for memory to perpetuate.

'Worse
things in store': Steaming hot world sets more temperature records
The
Earth sizzled in March with the most unusually warm month in recorded history
as average land surface temperatures easily exceeded levels deemed by
scientists to constitute dangerous climate change.
The
abnormal weather has continued into April as the most powerful tropical cyclone
ever recorded in the Indian Ocean dumped rain at rates reaching 300 mm an hour,
and Australian scientists declared the worst coral bleaching
event ever on the Great Barrier Reef.
Combined
global land and sea-surface temperatures in March were 1.22 degrees above the
20th-century average, beating the previous record for the month - set just a
year earlier - by almost one-third of a degree. Each
of the past 11 months have now broken global temperature records, the longest
such streak in the agency's 137 years of data collection.

Land
surface temperatures for March, though, were 2.33 degrees above the
20th-century average, smashing the previous March record set in 2008 by 0.43
degrees. It was also the most unusually warm reading for any month, eclipsing
February, NOAA said.
"The
extreme temperatures and extreme events, including the coral bleaching in the
Great Barrier Reef, are indications that climate change is already happening
with worse things in store," Professor Karoly said.
Hot
regions
The
most abnormally hot regions of the world last month included Australia, which
set a record with minimum temperatures almost 2
degrees above the average for 1961-90, while the Arctic region was about 3.3
degrees above average, NOAA said.
However,
the first three months of 2016 were not only the warmest on record for surface
temperatures by 0.28 degrees - set a year earlier - they also beat the same
period in 1998 by 0.45 degrees during a similar strength El Nino, NOAA said.
For
the first three months of this year, average land surface temperatures were
2.05 degrees above the 20th-century average and a full 0.95 degrees warmer than
in 1998, the agency said.
Most
powerful Indian Ocean storm
The
list of extreme weather events this year continues to grow.
Tropical
Cyclone Winston, which smashed into Fiji in February, was the strongest storm
ever recorded in the southern hemisphere, CNN and others have reported.
And
Tropical Cyclone Fantala has been spinning this week north of Madagascar,
generating winds of 150 knots (278 km/h) and dumping rain at the rate of 300 mm
an hour, US space agency NASA said.
At
those speeds for sustained winds, Fantala exceeds the strength of any previous
Indian Ocean storm recorded during the 26 years of reliable satellite data for
the region, the Weather Underground blog run by US meteorologists
said.
Temperatures
around northern Australia and Tasmania have also been running at record warmth
for the first three months of 2016, Australia's Bureau of Meteorology said.
