Why the transponder, radio & ACARS
had to be shut after MH370 signed off:
A commercial jet is tracked using its radar
transponder and even if this was switched off, the satellite ACARS could tell
where the plane was and if the radio was left on it would indicate the plane
was still flying, alive and so all these had to be switched off after MH370
signed off Malaysian air control so that its disappearance is less likely to be
noticed.
MH370 unexpectedly re-logged onto Inmarsat over the
Gulf of Siam indicating it had suffered a power failure and resupply which must
be due to someone switching off power to disconnect ACARS rather than a
catastrophic power failure which is unlikely to not just recover itself but
allow the plane to fly a complicated route to its final Indian Ocean destiny.

pilot's flight simulator plotted course over southern Indian Ocean
Australian officials have confirmed that data recovered from
a home flight simulator owned by the captain of Malaysia
Airlines flight 370 showed that someone had used the device to plot a course to
the southern Indian Ocean, where the missing jet is believed to have crashed.
Officials have denied the computer showed proof of
captain’s suicide but such acknowledgement is ‘as good as it could possibly
get’ that the captain did a trial run.

Justo’s role in 1MDB story:
Justo is a retired banker who had worked for
Petrosaudi and was dismissed in acrimony and he took confidential computer
information from Petrosaudi that he then leaked to journalist Clare Rowcastle
Brown. He was setting up some luxury Thai beach hotel when he was brutally
arrested and put into jail by the Thais who appear to side with Malaysian
authorities.
Petrosaudi was engaged in scam investments with
1MDB and received more than a billion from 1MDB apparently for joint ventures
but it was money laundering.

A Chronicle of 1MDB’s unravelling:
On
22 June 2015, Xavier Justo, a 48-year-old retired Swiss banker, walked towards
the front door of his brand new boutique hotel on Koh Samui, a tropical Thai
island. He had spent the past three years building the luxurious white-stone
complex of chalets and apartments overlooking the shimmering sea and was almost
ready to open for business. All he needed was a licence.
Justo
had arrived in Thailand four years earlier, having fled the drab world of
finance in London. After trying out a couple of entrepreneurial ventures, Justo
eventually decided that he would go into the hotel business.
That
June afternoon, he was expecting a visit from the tourism authorities to sign
off on the paperwork. Instead, a squad of armed Thai police burst through the
unlocked door, bundling Justo to the ground. The police quickly moved into his
office, ripping out the computers and emptying the filing cabinets.
After
two days in a ramshackle local jail, Justo was flown to Bangkok and paraded
before the media, in a press conference befitting a mafia kingpin. Still
wearing shorts and flip-flops, he was flanked by four commandos holding machine
guns, while a quartet of senior Royal Thai Police officers briefed the
assembled reporters on the charges against him.
Justo
was charged with an attempt to blackmail his former employer, a little-known
London-based oil-services company named PetroSaudi.
Six
months earlier, Justo had handed a British journalist named Clare Rewcastle
Brown thousands of documents, including 227,000 emails, from the servers of his
former employer, PetroSaudi, which appeared to shed light on the alleged theft
of hundreds of millions of dollars from a state-owned Malaysian investment fund
known as 1MDB.
According
to lawsuits filed last week by the United States
Department of Justice (DoJ), at least $3.5bn has been stolen from 1MDB. The
purpose of the fund, which was set up by Malaysia’s prime minister, Najib
Razak, in 2009, was to promote economic development in a country where the
median income stands at approximately £300 per month. Instead, the DoJ alleged
that stolen money from 1MDB found its way to numerous associates of Prime
Minister Najib, who subsequently went on a lavish spending spree across the
world. It also accused Najib of receiving $681m of cash from 1MDB – a claim he
denied. Money from 1MDB, the US also claimed, helped to purchase luxury apartments in Manhattan, mansions in
Los Angeles, paintings by Monet, a corporate jet, and even financed a major
Hollywood movie.
The
US justice department breaks the alleged theft down into three distinct phases:
the
first $1bn defrauded under the “pretence of investing in a joint venture
between 1MDB and PetroSaudi”;
another
$1.4bn, raised by Goldman Sachs in a bond issue, misappropriated and
fraudulently diverted to a Swiss offshore company;
and
$1.3bn, also from money Goldman Sachs raised on the market, which was diverted
to a Singapore account.
“A number of corrupt 1MDB officials treated
this public trust as a personal bank account,” Lynch told the press last week.
“The co-conspirators laundered their stolen funds through a complex web of
opaque transactions and fraudulent shell companies, with bank accounts in
countries around the world, including Switzerland, Singapore and the United
States.” PetroSaudi, which is not a party to the lawsuit, denied the US
allegations and said that the DoJ’s asset-forfeiture claims are “no more than
untested allegations”.
The
man at the centre of the intricate swindle depicted in the US lawsuits is an
adviser to Najib: Jho Low, a Harrow-educated 29-year-old friend of the prime
minister’s stepson. Low, a babyfaced young man who likes to party with Lindsay
Lohan and Paris Hilton – and calls his Goldman Sachs banker “bro”, according to
the DoJ – is accused by the US of masterminding the theft of $2bn from 1MDB,
which was sent to bank accounts in Switzerland, Singapore and the Virgin
Islands.
Low’s
sidekick is Riza Aziz, Najib’s stepson. In 2011, Low took a 20% stake in EMI,
the world’s largest music-publishing company, for $106m – in the same year, he
bought a $30m penthouse for his father at the Time Warner Center in Manhattan,
overlooking Central Park. Riza’s Hollywood production company has said: “There
has never been anything inappropriate about any of Red Granite Pictures or Riza
Aziz’s business activities.”
The global effort
to uncover Malaysia’s missing billions began with Xavier Justo. He leaked 90GB
of data, including 227,000 emails, from his former employer PetroSaudi, an oil
services company that had signed the first major deal with 1MDB.
(PetroSaudi denies any wrongdoing.) Without these files, there would
have been no reckoning.
Justo’s
connection to PetroSaudi was his long friendship with one of the company’s two
founders, a Saudi national named Tarek Obaid. The two men had met back in the
late 1990s, when they both partied regularly in the nightclubs of Geneva. By
2006, the two men were inseparable: Justo had become an established
businessman, running a large financial services firm, Fininfor, and the owner
of a Geneva nightspot named the Platinum Club. Justo regarded Obaid as a
“younger brother”, and in 2008, lent him $30,000 and a desk in the Fininfor
offices to help start up PetroSaudi.
Obaid’s
PetroSaudi co-founder, Prince Turki bin Abdullah, is
the seventh son of the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who ruled
Saudi Arabia from 2005 until his death in 2015.
When
Justo left Geneva in 2009, PetroSaudi was little more than a name on a calling
card, formally incorporated in London with an address at an anonymous business
unit near Victoria. Two years later, it had taken in $1.83bn.
PetroSaudi’s
business was access capitalism: opening doors with the help of friends in high
places. The basic idea was to capture a piece of the huge oil revenues being
generated by state-owned firms in developing countries – treasure chests
waiting to be unlocked by a firm that was a “vehicle of the Saudi royal
family”, which could count on the “full support from the kingdom’s diplomatic
corps”. PetroSaudi told potential partners that it controlled oil fields in
central Asia, which it would put up as collateral to secure cash from state
investors.
This
was the pitch that landed PetroSaudi’s founders a meeting with the Malaysian
prime minister in August 2009. Aboard a 92m megayacht off the coast of Monaco,
Obaid and Prince Turki spent the day with Najib, his adviser Jho Low, and other
members of the prime minister’s family. What resulted was a decision for Low
and Obaid to work together on a deal that would allow them both to control
mind-boggling sums of money.
Although
Low held no formal position in the Malaysian government, he had become a
trusted confidant to the prime minister. Despite his youth, Low had been
instrumental in working with Goldman Sachs to set up a sovereign wealth fund to
invest the revenues of an oil-rich Malaysian state.
Around
the time that Low and Najib went boating with the PetroSaudi founders, the
Malaysian central government took control of the wealth fund – which was soon
renamed as 1Malaysia
Development Berhad (1MDB) and given a mandate to promote economic
development in Malaysia.
The
new fund’s first major deal was signed a few weeks after the meeting with
PetroSaudi – a $2.5bn joint venture agreement between PetroSaudi and 1MDB,
inked during a visit by Najib to Saudi Arabia in September 2009. But, according
to the US justice department, the deal was merely a “pretence” for “the
fraudulent transfer of more than $1bn from 1MDB to a Swiss bank account”
controlled by Low – “a 29-year-old with no official position with 1MDB or
PetroSaudi”.
The
multibillion-dollar joint venture deal was completed with extraordinary speed –
in less than a month. Shortly after the yacht meeting, on 28 August 2009, Obaid
had introduced Low to Patrick Mahony – the company director who handled
PetroSaudi’s business affairs.
After
dining at Masa – a sushi restaurant where the set menu costs $540 a head –
Mahony emailed Low the next day with an offer: “We know there are deals you are
looking at where you may want to use PSI [PetroSaudi] … we would be happy to do
that. You need to let us know where.” Less than three weeks later, the deal was
done. PetroSaudi would contribute $1.5bn in oil and gas assets to the joint
venture, while 1MDB would inject $1bn in cash.
According
to the US court filing, 1MDB transferred $300m into an account belonging to the
PetroSaudi joint venture, but the remaining $700m was sent to a Swiss account
at RBS Coutts, controlled by a Seychelles-registered shell company named Good
Star. The US justice department complaint alleges that Jho Low, and not
PetroSaudi, was the beneficial owner and sole authorised signatory of Good
Star.
the Good Star transaction made Obaid, then 32,
and Mahony, then 33, very rich men. Good Star agreed to pay $85m to Obaid,
which the Seychelles company described as a fee for “brokering services”. The
money was deposited into Obaid’s Swiss JP Morgan account.
Laura
and Xavier Justo were sunning themselves on Thailand’s Andaman coast in
December 2009 when Obaid rang Justo offering him a director’s position in
London with PetroSaudi. He told Justo the company had become an overnight
success, but it needed someone who could help it grow.
Justo
rejected Obaid’s initial offer, but he was eventually persuaded by the
temptation of a well-paid “adventure”. According to Justo, Obaid promised him a
salary of £400,000, “millions in bonuses” and the perk of a £10,000-a-week flat
in Mayfair, central London. Justo pitched up in London in spring 2010, and by
June was a PetroSaudi director.
Between
September 2010 and May 2011, 1MDB agreed to lend an additional $830m to the
joint venture with PetroSaudi – bringing 1MDB’s total investment to $1.83bn. Of
these new payments, US officials allege, $330m was paid into the Swiss account
they say was controlled by Low, on the basis of a request by Obaid – who is
identified in the US legal complaint as “PetroSaudi CEO”.
Emails
and bank records seen by the Guardian suggest that in the nine months from
September 2010, Obaid transferred $77m from his Swiss JP Morgan account to his
PetroSaudi co-founder, Prince Turki bin Abdullah. According to the US
authorities, banking records show that in the spring of 2011, Prince Turki also
received $24m from the Good Star account controlled by Low – and that “within
days”, $20m from these funds was transferred to an account belonging to the
Malaysian prime minister, Najib.
Meanwhile,
Low was becoming known on the New York club scene as a fixer for the global
super-rich – snapped by paparazzi swigging magnums of Cristal with R&B
singers and Hollywood stars. According to US authorities, Low spent $100m from
the joint venture transactions on properties in Hollywood and $40m on New York
apartments. The funding for The Wolf of Wall Street, the US complaint alleges,
can be directly traced to the billion dollars diverted from the PetroSaudi
joint venture.
In
the meantime, Justo was growing disaffected with working conditions at
PetroSaudi. According to his wife, Laura, the first sign of discontent was his
discovery that his salary payments were only about half of what Justo said
Obaid had offered him – a slight that was compounded when he learned that the
promised multimillion-pound bonus would be considerably less than that – more
like six figures than seven.
There
were other niggles, too. He complained to Laura that he was often paid late,
and sometimes not at all. He claimed that he ended up paying rent on the flat
in Mayfair that was supposed to be covered by his employers.
At
first, Justo told Laura, he thought these were just mishaps – nothing
malicious, just poor corporate bookkeeping. But he became increasingly dismayed
by Obaid’s behaviour. Justo told friends that Obaid had become “arrogant” after
striking it rich. Justo was especially disturbed by what he described as
changes in his younger Saudi friend – telling other people that Obaid had
become irrational, and displayed “uncontrollable” rage.

Justo
and Obaid’s long friendship, stretched to breaking point over 12 months of
highly charged corporate life, finally snapped.
Justo
decided to resign in March 2011. In the angry email exchanges that followed,
Obaid called Justo “arrogant” and a “smart ass”. In April, things came to a
head in Mayfair. Mahony and Justo hammered out the terms of his departure.
Mahony had agreed to pay him about 6.5m Swiss francs (£5m) in severance. A day
later, Justo claims that he was told his severance package would, in fact, be
4m Swiss francs (£3m).
As
the rancour set in, Justo took a copy of the data on the PetroSaudi servers. In
September 2013, a little more than two years after he had left PetroSaudi,
Justo sent a fateful email to Mahony. Justo was insistent that he be paid what
was owed to him, warning that he had a file of
information on PetroSaudi.
In
the furious exchanges that followed, Mahony accused Justo of blackmail. Mahony
presciently told his former colleague: “What troubles me so much is the way in
which I see this situation ending – with the destruction of you.”
A
few months earlier, over a Chinese meal in London, the journalist who would
break open the 1MDB scandal first heard rumours about an extraordinary heist in
Malaysia. Clare Rewcastle Brown met a contact at a
restaurant in Bayswater who showed her screen grabs of internal documents from
PetroSaudi: on a single printed page, there were highlights of PetroSaudi’s
dealings with 1MDB, under the heading “Thousands of documents
related to the deal (emails, faxes and transcripts)”. She recognised the names
and the deal. Her heart skipped a beat. “A bomb went off in my head,” Brown
recalled. She knew right away that this was a huge story.
Rewcastle
Brown was born on the island of Borneo where her father was a colonial
policeman and head of the local intelligence service. Her brother-in-law is the
former British prime minister Gordon Brown. After working as a reporter for the
BBC, in 2010 Rewcastle Brown set up Sarawak Report, a website dedicated to uncovering
corruption in the place of her birth.
Working
out of her tiny kitchen in central London, she published story after story
exposing corruption in the timber and oil industries that were despoiling the
country’s rainforests for profit. Her email was hacked and she received death threats,
but she carried on, regardless
After
the meeting in Bayswater, Rewcastle Brown knew she needed to get the 1MDB
documents. The first hurdle was that the source of the PetroSaudi papers
apparently wanted millions for the information. It was money she did not have.
Undeterred,
Rewcastle Brown arranged with her contact to meet the source in Thailand. In
October 2013, she pitched up at the lobby of the Plaza Athénée hotel, in
Bangkok. She had told her husband she was hoping to meet a “balding
bespectacled short Swiss guy”. Instead, into the foyer stepped Xavier Justo –
muscular and 6ft 6in tall. Rewcastle Brown was faced with a “physically
imposing, extremely elegant” man. “Oh my God,” she thought. “This guy is going
to duff me up.”
But Justo
admitted that he was just as scared as she was. According to Rewcastle Brown,
he seemed “very, very nervous” and repeatedly warned her that “the people we
were dealing with were ruthless, had huge amounts of money and were very, very
powerful – and they could do what they liked to us”.
Justo told
Rewcastle Brown that he wanted $2m in exchange for the PetroSaudi-1MDB
documents. It was, he said, the money he should have been paid when he left
PetroSaudi.
Although
he shared a few documents at the meeting, Justo was adamant: no cash, no data (The Malaysian Edge’s founder Tong paid he
money). Rewcastle Brown needed to find a rich person prepared to pay
for the papers.
At
around this time, concerns about 1MDB had begun to spread in Malaysia.
Financial analysts pointed out that the fund was not generating enough cash to
cover interest payments on the billions of dollars of debt it had acquired. The
hundreds of millions that had been spent on art work, jewellery, real estate,
gambling and parties did not realise any return on the “investment”. By 2014,
Prime Minister Najib’s political opponents had taken to taunting him with the
accusation that the wealth fund should be renamed “1Malaysia’s Debt of
Billions”.
This
warning went unheeded. The fund’s debt swelled. By November 2014, 1MDB owed
almost $11bn. Najib, who chaired the fund’s advisory board, appeared
unconcerned, telling the state news agency that the government was not liable
for the debt if the fund went bankrupt.
As
the crisis deepened, Rewcastle Brown continued her quest for a person willing
to pay Justo for the PetroSaudi-1MDB documents. She noticed that some of the
most searching reporting on the scandal had appeared in Malaysia’s best-selling
business weekly, the Edge. Sensing that she may have found a
wealthy ally, Rewcastle Brown contacted the Edge’s
owner, Tong Kooi Ong, a former banker turned media tycoon, who owned
a number of business publications.
In
January 2015, Tong, Rewcastle Brown and Justo met in
a five-star Bangkok hotel, the Fullerton. Tong booked a conference
room, and brought a number of IT experts, as well as the editor of the Edge,
Kay Tat. At the meeting, Justo laid out the 1MDB joint venture, making the same
claims that the US Department of Justice would set out 18 months later: namely
that hundreds of millions of dollars that were intended for economic
development in Malaysia had instead been diverted into a Seychelles-based
company. The man at the centre of the transaction was alleged to be Najib’s
adviser and family friend, Jho Low.
It
was a potentially huge scoop. Tong agreed to pay
Justo $2m. Tong and Rewcastle Brown were immediately handed disk
drives with the data. But the payment was never made. Justo did not want the
money in cash, and he worried that a large transfer of funds into his account
would look suspicious. Tong offered Justo one of his Monets as collateral – but
Justo declined, and said “no, I trust you”. Rewcastle Brown finally had the
documents she had been chasing for 18 months.
On
28 February 2015, Rewcastle Brown posted the first big story online – under a
typically unrestrained headline: “HEIST OF THE CENTURY!” The article claimed to
show how $700m had disappeared from the 1MDB joint venture and found its way
into various offshore companies and Swiss bank accounts.
Not
long before Rewcastle Brown’s story broke, 1MDB’s bonds had been effectively
downgraded to junk. After another £200m of Malaysian government funds were
required to plug a hole in 1MDB’s finances, Najib bowed to the inevitable and
ordered investigations by the country’s auditor general and the parliamentary
accounts committee. Soon, the country’s central bank and anti-corruption agency
were also looking at 1MDB. Malaysia’s top policeman was reported as saying that
the prime minister would also be investigated.
Then,
on 2 July, Rewcastle Brown and the Wall Street Journal reported that Malaysian
government investigators had discovered that $681m from banks, agencies and
companies with ties to 1MDB had been deposited in Najib’s private accounts in
2013. A few days later, investigators raided the offices of 1MDB.
Najib
was now at the centre of a corruption probe relating to allegations that
billions of dollars had disappeared from a Malaysian investment fund he controlled.
Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin, once a supporter of Najib, publicly
called on him to answer questions about the fund. It seemed that Najib was
cornered.
On
the morning of Monday 28 July, the attorney general, Abdul Gani Patail – a
party loyalist who had previously gone after the prime minister’s opponents –
arrived at his office expecting to finalise corruption charges against Najib.
The indictment, which Rewcastle Brown later obtained and published, would have
charged the prime minister with corruption resulting from the investigations
into 1MDB.
The
attorney general never got to press those charges. On reaching his office, he
was summarily dismissed by a civil servant. Also relieved of their posts were
the head of special branch and the deputy prime minister. Meanwhile, four
members of the investigating parliamentary accounts committee were promoted,
without any choice, to cabinet positions, which left them with no power to
continue investigating, and the committee’s work was declared suspended. The
next day, a mysterious fire swept through police headquarters, where records of
white-collar crimes were kept.
Not
only had Justo leaked information about 1MDB’s dealings with PetroSaudi, he was
also a potential star witness in any future court proceedings about the
financial scandal.
According
to Justo’s wife Laura, her husband’s first foreign visitor was his former
friend, colleague and PetroSaudi director, Patrick Mahony. Smooth and charming,
Mahony flashed a smile and said he was there to help.

says that Mahony offered Justo a deal: confess and plead guilty, and PetroSaudi
will get you out of here by the end of the year. Justo reluctantly agreed. He
signed a confession – without a lawyer present – which claimed that he had
attempted to blackmail his former employers, and apologised to Mahony and Obaid
“for the harm stress and anxiety I caused them
Justo
was sentenced on 17 August 2015 at Southern Bangkok criminal court. At the
trial he was granted a translator, but his lawyer did not turn up, sending an
assistant instead. The trial and sentencing took 15 minutes. Justo got three
years in a Thai jail for attempting to blackmail a UK company out of $2m.
Laura
came to believe that Justo was a victim of a deceit by his former friends, who
tricked him into confessing and handing over copies of PetroSaudi’s servers, in
an attempt to protect themselves and their Malaysian associates by burying the
case. In May 2016, in a last-gasp effort to save her husband, Laura
turned to the one person who she knew Justo trusted: Rewcastle Brown, who
brought her to the Guardian.
When
I met Laura in June 2016, she was at first calm and composed, but broke into
tears when speaking about her husband, her voice cracking with emotion. Justo
has not seen their son since he was eight months old. “I only want justice to
be done,” Laura recently wrote in an email. “Xavier was no thief, he was only
asking for what he had been promised. Even through this darkest and most
difficult time of his life, which is right now, he writes to me that he is
keeping strong for our son and I – that he will fight for us whatever it
takes.”
Laura
believes that Patrick Mahony of PetroSaudi has controlled Justo’s life behind
bars, deciding how comfortable his living space would be and who could visit
him. (Foreign prisoners have a list posted outside the prison of permitted
visitors. Mahony is listed as number two. Laura is number five.)
Whatever that is an enterprise or undertaking that
is true and good never has reckoning, it is only what is done that is not true
and good that faces reckoning and if the matter is false and bad, no matter how
successful you have been in skirting disaster, ultimately it will end in
disaster that is worse the longer you dodge the disaster.

Xavier Justo was the key that unraveled
1MDB:
Xavier Justo is now in a squalid Thai jail convicted
of blackmailing Petrosaudi that would indicate Thailand may be corruptly siding
to put a lid on the affair.
When Justo, dissatisfied with his low severance settlement
left Petrosaudi he took 4 GB of data that including incriminating emails that
provided proof of wrongdoing. In the name of joint ventures to invest in
petroleum industry, at least $1.8 billion was transferred from 1MDB to
Petrosaudi that then was channeled to Jho Low’s Goldstar and from there
distributed to various high officials.
Petrosaudi was founded by Obaid (Justo’s partying
pal who recruited Justo) and Prince Turki, a son of the deceased Saudi King and
apparently its valued commodity was ‘connection’, the ability to get deals done
in the oil rich Middle East. Justo helped his then close friend Obaid start
Petrosaudi by providing finance and office space in Justo’s own office in
Geneva.
Jho Lo who is friend to PM’s stepson Riza
introduced the PM to the founders of PetroSaudi on board a yacht and very soon
1MDB and Petrosaudi embarked on joint ventures with injection of capital that
were smokescreens to the transfer of funds from 1MDB to the pockets of Jho Lo
and then beyond.
Justo tried to sell his stolen data to journalists
and he caught the attention of Rowcastle Brown a journalist born in Sarawak with
Sarawak corruption as her pet peeve. Justo wanted 2 million for his data which
Rowcastle did not have but she arranged for Malaysia’s Edge’s Tong to finance
and they met to examine the data in London which was released by Justo to
Rowcastle and Tong.
It was the public exposure by the Sarawak Report
bolstered by the Edge and the Wall Street Journal mainstream allegations that
brought the 1MDB shenanigans into the limelight. In addition, the government’s
for show MACC & Auditor General investigation may have uncovered glaring or
clear criminal malpractices that compelled the MACC and former attorney general
to draw charges and arrest warrants that escalated seriously the scandal and
now there is international investigations involving many countries of the
inevitable money trail in Singapore, London, HK, US and Switzerland.
Confidence or trust is not something true but it is
subjective, false and unnecessary.
Rather than giving the public more trust with new
appointments (you mean the old officials do not give confidence?) the
government should do what is correct and leave confidence to the public to
determine for themselves.

dependent on their memory to say and do everything, whatever truth they may
utter is also based on memory never understanding and this is a lower truth
that revolves around secular, material matters.
Thus if it is the truth, ‘I killed him’ or ‘I stole
the money’ or ‘I am a doctor’ then these are truths that are totally based on
memory and involves mundane matters. The story of 1MDB if accurate and true, is
also entirely based on memory not understanding.
There is a higher supreme truth (insight) that does
not depend on memory wherein memory is inactive and dependent on direct seeing
correctly and thus understanding correctly. Thus the statement that ‘there are
constant prolonging of syllables, accelerating in speed and loudness in the
speech of ordinary people and this creates renewing insoluble stress,
restlessness and scattering of the consciousness and necessitates a rehashing
robotic existence’ is based on seeing correctly, is direct, does not involve
memory and is supreme, higher than truth based on memory.
WHATEVER TRUTH THAT IS STATED WITH MEMORY INACTIVE,
NOT INVOLVED, IS TRUTH BASED ON UNDERSTANDING OR DISCERNMENT, IT IS THE SUPREME

This world is thoroughly deluded, they
believe what is bad for themselves and others as good:
Many things that are indisputably bad for self and
others is proffered as good.
Laughing, smiling and joking are mad, senseless,
bad for self and others but this world tells you they are meaningful and good.
Like and dislike are suffering, totally unnecessary
and a dangerous false understanding of things and yet this world tells you like
and dislike are meaningful and the correct understanding of things.
Stretching syllables, changing speed and loudness
demands work, is suffering and bad for self and others yet this world
recommends it as true, good and meaningful.

Even if you are diehard supporter of this world, it
is never the shaky state of NS relations that matter but what is right or wrong
that is happening and it is never harmless to have a wrong understanding but it
is deadly, you must suffer now and face insanity later and thence eternal wandering
and deaths await you.

WORLD EVEN THE INTELLECTUALS DO NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE UNDERSTANDING,
ONLY MEMORY WHICH IS MECHANICAL, BLIND.
What took MH370 investigators so long to
realize flaperon was deployed and what else vital have they failed to realize?
Long ago I said the flaperon was lowered at the end
and it was sheared off by the water. I also said the absence of marine
encrustations on latest debris indicate they were submerged until recently and
that can only come about if they drifted underwater towards Africa and
separated recently.
It is only now that investigators are starting to
realize that the sheared edge of the recovered flaperon can only happen if the
flaperon was deployed when the plane came down and that means someone landed
the plane in the ocean.
There is another bigger wing flap discovered off
Tanzania that investigators say highly likely is from MH370 and what you
immediately realize is that it is free of marine encrustrations that means it
surfaced only recently near Tanzania and that means the entire plane drifted
underwater towards Africa.
One relative of a passenger said the PM’s wife told
her much earlier the pilots took the plane which means there is a willful
attempt to cover up blame for the crash.
Although France is yet to release details of its analysis of
the flaperon, Mr Vance told 60 Minutes it appeared to him the wing part
had been deployed for landing, and was dragged off by the force of the water.
Australian
Transport Safety Bureau search manager Peter Foley said they had not ruled out
the possibility there was someone in control at the end.
“We
are actively looking for evidence to support that,” he told 60 Minutes.
“The
fact is we’ve got a bit of hard data that says the aircraft was in a rapid rate
of descent. “We’ve got a rate of descent that’s between 12,000 and 20,000 feet
a minute.”
However
Mr Foley admitted the ATSB had seen “some analysis from the French” to suggest
a possibility the flaperon was in a deployed state.
Pm’s wife told relative pilots took MH370:
There is a news report that an Australian relative
of a passenger was told by the Malaysian PM’s wife the pilots took the plane
which means officials suspect pilot fault more than they would concede, even
deny in public and so there is an official willful refusal to blame the pilots
with compensation the likely reason.
The truth never has choices, whatever is the alternative
of truth is false and so whatever is a matter that has choice is not a matter
of truth and goodness but falsity and evil and there are no correct or right
choices in evil matters and so it is delusion that he made a correct choice
that is never harmless but ends in insanity and perdition for those deluded to
think they made a correct choice.
WHAT IS TRUE AND GOOD NEVER HAVE CHOICES OR
ALTERNATIVES.
WHATEVER IS A MATTER THAT HAS CHOICES IS NEVER TRUE
AND GOOD AND SO IT IS FALSE AND EVIL AND NO MATTER WHAT CHOICE YOU MAKE IT IS
INCORRECT, HAS DANGERS AND LEAD TO WOE BECAUSE YOU WISH TO PARTAKE OF A MATTER
THAT IS FALSE AND EVIL.
HERE AGAIN IF I AM CORRECT ALL THOSE WHOSE VIEW
DIFFER DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND THAT IS NEVER OK BUT THE WAY TO DISASTER FOR
YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
Foley said he was hopeful the wing part found off Tanzania,
which is in Canberra for analysis and was confirmed by Australia on Friday to
be "highly likely" from MH370, could reveal how the plane crashed.
Rather than wasting time hoping, the new wing part
has already revealed crucial clues, it is devoid of marine encrustations that
would be expected if it floated all the way from its landing site and the only
way it can be free of marine encrustation is if it completed the journey
largely underwater and only emerged recently such that marine organisms had no
time to establish themselves and that means the entire plane was drifting
underwater towards Africa and only now disintegrating to release fresh floating
debris devoid of marine encrustations.
PEOPLE THINK WHAT THEY SAY SOUND SO MEANINGFUL AND
RATIONAL OR CORRECT WHEN THEY FAIL TO NOTICE MAJOR TELLTALE GLARING SIGNS.
That Trump lacks moral compass is a delusion. Only
the person is a robot who needs guidance or programming to tell him what to do
that he similarly thinks that is the answer, he possesses moral compass but
Trump lacks.
IT IS NEVER MORAL COMPASS THAT IS THE ANSWER BUT
CONSCIENCE AND CONCERN THAT REQUIRES UNDERSTANDING. ONLY ROBOTS HAVE MORAL
COMPASS WHATEVER THAT MAY MEANS WHICH TELLS THE CLUELESS ROBOT WHAT TO DO.
SO THIS IS THE CASE OF ONE ROBOT WITH MORAL COMPASS
TRYING TO EXPLAIN ANOTHER ROBOT WITHOUT.
This is a statement of falsity that has debt
because it misleads others.
Whatever is show is something false never true and
whatever is false is never truly good and so it is impossible one kind of show
is better or best except in delusion.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BETTER SHOW EXCEPT IN
DELUSION BECAUSE SHOW IS MEANINGLESS, TO BE EXPERIENCED, SEEN AND REMEBERED OR
FORGOTTEN AND IT IS SUBJECTIVE AND FALSE THAT ONE SHOW IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER
WHEN IT IS MEANINGLESS, SENSELESS.
EVEN IF YOU THINK WHAT YOU SAY MAKES GREAT SENSE,
IF IT IS NONSENSE YOU ARE COURTING INSANITY.
When is something called a show?
If something seen or heard, said or done is true,
correct, meaningful, good, it is never called a show and it is only something
intended to be seen and heard that is not true, not correct, not meaningful
intended to deceive, to stir mental force or emotions, addressed to another’s
memory system never reason, that is called a show.
WHATEVER SAID OR DONE THAT IS FALSE, MEANINGLESS
WHICH BY NECESSITY MUST BE REHASHED FROM PLANNED AND MEMORIZED INTENDED ONLY TO
BE SEEN OR HEARD, INTENDED FOR OTHERS’ MEMORY SYSTEMS AND TO STIR THEIR
EMOTIONS IS FOR SHOW AND IT IS ALWAYS EVIL FOR SELF AND OTHERS.

DIRECTED AT OTHERS’ UNDERSTANDING NOT MEMORY IS NEVER FOR SHOW.
Only active memory and emotions can
occupy a mind shutting off understanding:
The memory systems of all ordinary people are
constantly active because they depend on their memory to think, say and do
things, their memory systems are constantly activated by what others say or do
to them and in addition their mental force or emotions are constantly active
mildly or intensely.
ONLY ACTIVE MEMORY AND ACTIVE MENTAL FORCE
(EMOTIONS, LIKE AND DISLIKE) ARE MENTAL PROCESSES THAT CAN OCCUPY THE MIND,
DISTRACTING IT, REMOVING OR DISTANCING IT FROM REALITY SO THAT THE PERSON
CANNOT SEE CLEARLY AND THUS BE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND. FURTHER MEMORY AND MENTAL
FORCE IS WORK AND THAT IS SUFFERING AND IT WEARS DOWN THE MEMORY AND MIND AND
IT IS HEADING FOR DESTRUCTION WITH WORSENING SUFFERING THAT ENDS IN DEATH.
THUS THE WISE PERSON WILL PAY ATTENTION AND WORK
PERSISTENTLY TO WEAN HIMSELF OFF MEMORY AND EMOTIONS AND THIS BEGINS WITH
PAYING ATTENTION TO NOT STRETCH SYLLABLES, CHANGE SPEED AND LOUDNESS.
AS THE BUDDHA TAUGHT, BEFORE A MIND CAN AWAKEN FROM
ITS DEADLY SLUMBER AND NIGHTMARE, IT MUST BE CALM, HAPPY, CONCENTRATED AND
EQUANIMOUS.
A MIND WITH CONSTANTLY ACTIVE MEMORY AND MENTAL
FORCE (EMOTIONS) IS NEVER A CALM, HAPPY, CONCENTRATED OR EQUANIMOUS AND IF YOU
DO NOT MAKE PERSISTENT EFFORT TO RECTIFY EVEN AN ETERNITY OF SUFFERING AND
DEATHS AWAIT YOU.
I don’t have to think because I
understand immediately:
Understanding is immediate, it is a matter of
seeing correctly what is happening and immediately understanding, what is there
to think?
THINKING IS NEVER A PRODUCT OR PROCESS OF
UNDERSTANDING BUT IT IS A PRODUCT OF MEMORY, IT IS BECAUSE PEOPLE DO NOT
UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE TO RESORT TO LABORIOUS, FALSE THINKING, RESORT TO
THEIR MEMORY TO TELL THEM WHAT TO MAKE OF SOMETHING HAPPENING.
AND SO NOWADAYS MY EXISTENCE IS FAR MORE PLEASANT,
FREED FROM THE CURSE OF MAD THINKING, MY MIND IS ABLE TO FOCUS ENTIRELY ON
THINGS HAPPENING AND BECAUSE MY THINKING IS EASILY SWITCHED OFF, I DON’T ENJOY
THINKING, I SLEEP EASILY.
Before you can understand you must be
calm, happy, concentrated and equanimous:
(This
is actually what the Buddha taught yet even professional Buddhists fail to
understand)
Ordinary people are kidding themselves if they
think they are calm, happy, concentrated and equanimous or they can choose to
be if they want.
In order for a person to truly understand he must
attain a certain level of calmness, happiness (freedom from mental and bodily
suffering), his mind concentrated (not scattered or diffused, blurred) and he
must be equanimous, neither liking nor disliking anything.
And in order to be calm, concentrated, happy and
equanimous he must apply himself, be persistent, mindful (pay right attention
to the rising and falling of mental and bodily suffering) and have analysis of
qualities, able to examine and comprehend mental and bodily phenomena he
experiences.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ORDINARY PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND
BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CALM, NOT HAPPY (SUFFERING), NOT CONCENTRATED (THE
SUBSTANCE AND STYLE COMBO BY THEMSELVES AND OTHERS SCATTER THEIR CONCENTRATION)
AND THEY ARE NOT EQUANIMOUS (THEY STRONGLY LIKE AND DISLIKE).
A person’s like and dislike is his blind
force based understanding so how can he truly understand?
When you see something and you are stirred to like
it, you are defacto understanding it as likeable and that is never a true
understanding but it is a false stirred force based meaningless, harmful
understanding that renders it impossible you can truly understand it.
IN ORDER TO TRULY UNDERSTAND YOU MUST NOT STIR YOUR
MENTAL FORCE TO LIKE OR DISLIKE WHAT IS SAID OR SEEN. YOUR STIRRED LIKE OR
DISLIKE IS EFFECTIVELY YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND THIS IS ALWAYS WRONG, FALSE
BECAUSE IT IS NONSPECIFIC, A MATTER OF STIRRED FORCE THAT IS BLIND, HARMFUL,
MEANINGLESS AND CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING.
THUS A PERSON WHO LIKES AND DISLIKES CAN NEVER
TRULY UNDERSTAND AND HE IS HEADING FOR TROUBLE, SUFFERING.
There is never a true case but it is always a false
case of Obama’s America.
America is not Obama’s and whatever Obama has done
during his tenure, still it is never a case of Obama’s America except spoken in
falsity with debt incurred to make much or make less what Obama did.
America is nobody’s and it is evil not good to make
a case of Obama’s or Bush or whoever’s America.
JUST BECAUSE OBAMA HAS DONE SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT,
GOOD OR BAD DOES NOT WARRANT THE WRONG CONCLUSION, OBAMA’S AMERICA. THOSE WHO
UNDERSTAND WILL NOT COUNTENANCE, ACCEPT SUCH PROPOSALS.
THE
PERSON WHO WELCOMES OPINIONS IS NOT WISE. I NEVER WELCOME OPINIONS.
Truth is never an opinion and an opinion is never
the truth except in your controlled insanity that ends in uncontrollable
insanity.
The truth of any matter can be ascertained if not
by you then by those who understand and there is no need to resort to opinions,
if you do not know you should not harbor opinions which is actually sticking
out your neck to be chopped even if your opionion turn out correct later.
THE WISE PERSON ONLY STATES WHAT HE SEES AND KNOWS,
HE REFRAINS FROM HARBOURING LET ALONE BROADCAST OPINIONS IN ORDER NOT TO
CONFUSE OTHERS. IF YOU GUESS YOU ARE HEADING FOR SUFFERING EVEN IF YOU GUESSED

What I say of MH370 is not an opinion but
an understanding:
There are sufficient facts in the public domain to
allow a person with true understanding to know what likely or certainly
happened and so what I deduce about MH370 including that the plane did not sink
to the bottom but drifted suspended in the water is not a view but an
understanding of what could explain observations.
It is never a matter that you should mind or not
mind but is he right or wrong to take so much leave.
Mind and not mind is a matter of feeling and
emotion, care or don’t care, like or don’t like and that is always delusional,
suffering.
NO NEED TO MIND OR NOT MIND, THE MATTER IS IF HE IS
RIGHT OR WRONG TO TAKE SO MUCH HOLIDAY.
Whoever
fails to truly understand what is presented to him must stir self resistance
that leads to stress and he must activate his memory to receive and that is
work and suffering.
WHATEVER IS
TRUE AND GOOD NEVER REQUIRES STIMULATION AND IT IS ONLY WHAT IS FALSE AND EVIL
THAT REQUIRES STIMULATION WHICH IS NEVER GOOD BUT SERVES TO SUSTAIN WHAT IS FALSE
AND EVIL THAT CANNOT BE SUSTAINED INDEFINITELY AND THE LONGER IT IS
ARTIFICIALLY SUSTAINED THE WORSE THE FINAL OUTCOME.
AND SO THE
JAPANESE ECONOMY IS NEVER A MATTER OF TRUTH AND GOOD AND STIMULATION IS NEVER
THE CORRECT RESPONSE WHICH IS TO IDENTIFY THE UNDERLYING BAD IN THE ECONOMY AND
CORRECTING THEM IF POSSIBLE AND STOP THE BUILD UP OF DEBT THAT STIMULATION
FURTHER RESULTS.
STIMULATION
IS PILING ON DEBT FURTHER TO PRESERVE WHAT IS SICK HOPING SOMEHOW THE SICK
ECONOMY WILL CURE ITSELF AND THAT IS FOOLHARDY.
Truth and meaning is never a matter of outsmarting
but fighting and treachery is a matter of outsmarting and so in ignoring the
right and wrong, need or needlessness of the snap poll you choose to focus on
outsmarting, a matter of fighting and tricking, you are training yourself and
others to ignore truth and good in favour of fighting and gaining and that has
serious debt to be repaid as suffering.
IT IS NEVER A CASE THAT YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON
OUTSMARTING RATHER THAN RIGHT OR WRONG. BECAUSE WHAT YOU TELL OTHERS IS WRONG
YOU HAVE BLAME TO BE REPAID AS SUFFERING.
Unlike you, heaven is not interested in
outsmarting others:
People here are thrilled, beat their drums how they
outsmarted others when here as everywhere they think they understand, they
don’t because outsmarting is never a matter of meaning and good but fighting
and deception, heaven is not interested in outsmarting so you cannot go to
heaven so that means eternal suffering and dying.
JESUS SAID WHAT IS EXALTED BY MEN (EVERYTHING
INCLUDING OUTSMARTING OTHERS) IS AN ABOMINATION IN THE SIGHT OF GOD AND SO
UNLESS YOU ARE BORN AGAIN YOU CANNOT GO TO HEAVEN.
The cheap way to score a flight upgrade:
Scoring a cheap flight upgrade never involves
understanding, is never matter of truth
or good but it is a matter of finding out the various ways possible and
comparing which is cheapest and it is never reason or good but greed that is
the drive.
IT IS NEVER THAT A PERSON SHOULD KNOW THE CHEAPEST
WAY TO SCORE A FLIGHT UPGRADE, THAT IS A MATTER OF GREED, CALCULATING AND
PROGRAMMING OR MEMORY BUT HE SHALL KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG TO DO AND IF
YOU HAVE UNDERTAKEN WHAT IS RIGHT YOU WOULD BE RELEASED FROM SUFFERING EVEN NOW
AS NOT TO BOTHER ABOUT FINDING OUT AND MEMORIZING THE CHEAPEST WAY. THIS IS
CONTROLLED INSANITY THAT WILL END IN FUTURE UNCONTROLLABLE INSANITY.
It is never a matter of China humbling America’s
Tech Giants but what China did that is correct or incorrect, good or bad,
meaningful or meaningless.
Only someone who does not understand, is deluded,
will focus on humbling which is a matter of fighting, pride and winning, loss
and shame.
The destination of falsity is insanity,
suffering, destruction and death:
Whether something is false or true is objective and
can be determined and if a person is false, what he undertakes in speech and
action is false then insanity, suffering and death is his inevitable destiny.
Only truth, a life lived in truth confers sanity, freedom from suffering and
death.
AND SO IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SANITY AND WISH TO
ESCAPE SUFFERING, DESTRUCTION AND DEATH THEN YOU SHOULD ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE
TRUTH, CORRECTNESS AND MEANINGFULNESS OF THE MATTER. NOTHING ELSE WILL DELIVER
YOU FROM INSANITY, SUFFERING AND DEATH.
