pressure areas present and these cumulatively lead to backache and limb aches.
The correct way to sit because you are endowed with
a burdensome body, born to suffer not enjoy in this evil world is the lotus
position, legs crossed, arms restfully on the thighs and body and head held
upright, gravity neutral not hunched forward or arched ramrod backwards.
Sitting thus you minimize your suffering but people in this world are restless
and perverted, they are conditioned to sit in lazy fashions they insist are
lovely and so even when they start sitting suffering commences and grows until
they are forced to change posture restlessly.
PEOPLE ABSORBED IN SELFISH MATERIAL AND SENSUAL
PURSUITS IN THIS WORLD NEVER PAY ATTENTION
TO THE CORRECTNESS OR WRONGNESS OF WHATEVER THEY SAY OR DO, THEY SIMILARLY NEVER PAY ATTENTION TO THE SUFFERING OR COMFORT OF WHAT AND HOW THEY SAY OR

It is never an accident or predilection or
peculiarity that the Buddha always sits in the lotus position but there is

Unlike others, the Buddha is never restless but he
has reached the highest noble calm of mind and body and for one who is not
restless, the lotus position with folded legs, hands resting on lap, spine and
head upright and gravity neutral is most still, guarded or alert, withdrawn
from the world.
FOR ONE WHO IS NOT RESTLESS, CALM, THE LOTUS
POSITION IS THE MOST DISCIPLINED, WITHDRAWN, GUARDED AND EASEFUL SITTING
POSTURE.
THE REASON OTHERS REJECT IT, CANNOT ADOPT IT IS
BECAUSE THEY ARE DELUDED, RESTLESS AND PROGRAMMED OR INCLINED TO SEEK
SUFFERING. THE SLOUCHED SITTING POSTURE IS SUFFERING AND BECAUSE ORDINARY
PEOPLE UNCONSCIOUSLY SEEK SUFFERING, THEY SEEK THE LAZY, SLUMPED, UNGUARDED
INDIFFERENT SITTING POSITION.
Only a deluded person would consider what is stated
above.
Truth and meaning is never a matter of the way
people look at us has changed but what of truth and meaning you are
undertaking. Those who understand do not consider how others look at them, only
those who are image conscious, who do things to please and impress others waste
their time considering the way people look at them.
YOU HAVE TO BE IMAGE CONSCIOUS AND THEREFORE DO OR
SAY THINGS TO IMPRESS OR PLEASE OTHERS TO CONSIDER THE WAY OTHERS LOOK AT YOU

If you are a person of truth and good, the way

of others, want to please and impress others and this is controlled insanity
that ends in uncontrollable insanity.

OTHERS LOOK AT YOU IS NEVER A CONSIDERATION. IF WHAT YOU SAY AND DO IS FOR SHOW

Seeing is not free but requires work and
suffering:
Why do people experience eye strain, they become
tired watching TV or whatever? It is because seeing is never free but requires
work and exposes the eyes to wear and tear that will destroy it and when it is
destroyed or degenerate the fool’s suffering intensifies permanently.
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE WORK AND STRAIN INVOLVED
WHEN SEEING. EVEN THOUGH THE EYE MUSCLES ARE TINY, CONSIDERABLE WORK HAS TO BE
DONE TO ADJUST THE FOCAL LENGTH OF THE LENS AND APERTURE OF THE IRIS TO LIMIT
THE AMOUNT OF LIGHT ADMITTED AND THE RETINA BEARS THE IMPACT OF PHOTONS THAT
WILL BURN AND DEGRADE THE RETINA WITH AGE.

SPARINGLY AND SUFFER LESS.
NOTHING
IS FREE IN THIS WORLD BUT THERE IS SUFFERING AND WORSE SUFFERING AND DEATH

The Buddha is truly fearless because his mind is
unmovable like a rock and those who have not reached the highest states of the
mind are indulging in delusion and falsity talking about what they fear and do
not fear.
Who is afraid and who is not?
This is a world of many dangers in the elements,
animals, others and the person himself is his own worst enemy and whoever is
assailed by dangers everywhere (foremost himself is his own greatest danger),
who does and says things that harm himself and others must have fear even
intense fear that he strives to suppress and hide but that suppression and
hiding only aggravates and he is heading for loss of control and mad fear.
THE PERSON WHO IS WARY, UNDERSTAND ALL THE DANGERS
OF THIS WORLD INCLUDING THE ELEMENTS, OTHERS AND HE IS ATTENTIVE TO AVOID ALL
DANGERS, HE DOES NOT DO OR SAY THINGS THAT HARM HIMSELF AND OTHERS HAVE NO
REASON TO BE AFRAID, HE IS HIS OWN BEST FRIEND AND REFUGE.

The life of a robot is meaningless,
unhappy and endangered:
All ordinary people are robots in the sense that
everything they say or do is based on memory, rehashed from memory and if you
are rehashing and you do not know it then you are a fool who does not know what
he is doing.
The life of a robot is always meaningless because
whatever he says or does is mechanical, according to the dictates of his memory
that determines everything he says or does. He may appear a master of himself
but he is deluding himself and others because he is not the boss but his memory

HAS REACHED ESCAPE FROM SUFFERING YOU DO NOT NEED ANYTHING, NATURE IN THE CITY
CENTRE TO BE HAPPY.

Memory and memorized stirred force is
what traps beings here to suffer and die forever:
This is a meaningless, impersonal, mechanical world
that is always suffering (never the happiness wickedly touted to be) and this
suffering increases as the being grows old and death is never easy but it is
the final painful defeat in the endless battle to survive. Even what people
call pleasure, food, sex, wealth, music, sights are actually low suffering that
ends in distaste afterwards and contributes to degenerating the being. And so
the tasty food or sex or sports leads to suffering afterwards and they help
wear down and destroy the mind and body leading to old age deterioration.
What traps a being here is memory and memorized
stirring of their mental forces and all beings here are guilty of not just
causing others suffering but trapping others in this world by keeping their
memory and memorized stirring of force active and thus suppressing whatever
understanding they may have.

changes.
Style or stretching of syllables, changing speed

he is activating memory that is work and suffering and traps him in memory that

Whatever is true and good never have odds to beat,
whatever has odds to beat is never true and good.
Beating the odds is a matter of fighting or
contesting and that is always suffering and evil because in order for you to
win someone has to lose.
And so it takes a fool who does not realize he is
suffering and heading for worse to talk about beating the odds.
Diplomacy is never about truth or good but it is a
fabrication and only robots can practice diplomacy, those who are not robots
cannot practice diplomacy.
DIPLOMACY IS ABOUT BEHAVING ACCORDING TO RULES OR PROTOCOLS
TO AVOID CONFLICT OR UPSETTING EACH OTHER, IT IS ABOUT GETTING WHAT YOU WANT OR
MAKING COMPROMISES OR DEALS THAT SATISFY THE DIFFERENT NEEDS OF THOSE INVOLVED.
DIPLOMACY IS NEVER ABOUT TRUTH AND GOOD EXCEPT IN DELUSION.
IT IS ABOUT COEXISTING IN DESIRED MATERIAL PEACE AVOIDING CONFLICT AND TRYING
TO GET AS MUCH AS ONE WANTS WITHOUT UPSETTING THE OTHER.

GPS:
In the past I was confused by the mechanical
disjointed garbled instructions how to update maps on my GPS but nowadays with
a calm unflustered mind I succeeded in updating even though the instructions
were poor even wrong.
The update process for many GPS is about self-help
with badly written instructions.
For those who understand, the process is about
finding on websites the correct map update for your model, downloading it to
your desktop, unzipping it and then copying the new version of the map to the
map folder of your GPS by connecting it to your desktop and accessing the map folder
of the GPS using Windows explorer and subsequently you started the GPS
navigator and use its set up to switch map from the old to the new. There are
actually up to three maps in the map folder and only the selected map is active
at any one time and so the old version remains unless you delete it.
ACTUALLY THE PROCESS IS VERY SIMPLE BUT PEOPLE
WITHOUT TRUE UNDERSTANDING MAKE A FARCE OUT OF IT.

PAPAGO S1 THEN DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT LATEST MAP TO YOUR COMPUTER, UNZIP IT AND
THEN COPY THE MAP TO THE MAP FOLDER OF YOUR GPS BY CONNECTING IT TO YOUR
COMPUTER AND USING WINDOWS EXPLORER TO PASTE THE UNZIPPED MAP THERE. THEN YOU
NEED TO SWITCH FROM CURRENT TO THE NEW VERSION ON YOUR GPS.
