1MDB scandal in a nutshell:
International Petroleum Investment Corp (IPIC), a business
partner of 1MDB, is a company of the Abu Dhabi government and Aabar Investment
PJS (no limited at end) is a subsidiary of IPIC. Aabar Investment PJS limited
is a (counterfeit) entity based in British Virgin Island that received billions
meant for Aabar Investment PJS.
Because 1MDB was running into solvency difficulties it and Malaysia’s
MOF (ministry of finance) went into a debt swap agreement with IPIC in May 28
2015 whereby IPIC would provide US$1 billion to 1MDB, pay interest on 1MDB’s
US$3.5 billion bond and repay that bond and forgive certain 1MDB debts to IPIC.
In return 1MDB undertake to transfer to IPIC by June 2016 assets
to the value of what IPIC paid plus interest (calculated at US$4.7 billion by
Tony Pua).
On 11 April 2016 IPIC and Aabar announced that Aabar PJS limited
(BVI) is not its subsidiary and they have not received any repayment from Aabar
PJS limited (BVI).
The debt swap agreement was terminated by IPIC on Monday (?18
Apr) it said because MOF & 1MDB had failed to honour their commitments.
US$50 million payment on 1MDB bonds was due on Monday which IPIC
was supposed to pay. If this was not paid, could it trigger a default?
US $3.5 billion was paid to Aabar PJS limited in British Virgin
Islands, whose beneficiaries are unknown. US $1.37 billion was transferred to
Aabar BVI without 1MDB board approval, how is this possible when banks require
board approval to transfer such amounts?
With IPIC termination of debt swap agreement, has 1MDB’s debt
liabilities increase by US4.7 billion and if it is unable to meet liabilities,
does it fall on MOF to assume those liabilities?
IT IS EVIL TO BORROW MONEY FOR WHATEVER ‘GOOD’ PURPOSE AND IT
WAS BECAUSE 1MDB COULD NOT FULFILL ITS DEBT OBLIGATION THAT IT HAD TO DEPEND ON

IPIC’s cancellation of debt swap serious,
fatal for Malaysia?
IPIC’s cancellation of the debt swap with 1MDB put a spanner
into the works of rationalization of 1MDB’s debts.
To date it has sold Edra Global for RM (not US) 9.9 billion for
a loss and received only RM741 million as deposit for its sale of Bandar
Malaysia and the US4.7 billion debt swap with IPIC is the crucial component of
the rationalization, delaying default by roping in IPIC. With IPIC’s
withdrawal, MOF will have to bail out 1MDB:

collapse of the 1MDB-IPIC debt-asset swap deal means the 1MDB rationalisation
exercise has failed and a multi-billion dollar bailout by the Finance Ministry
(MOF) is in the works.
Over
the past few months, the prime minister and his cheer-leading cabinet as well
as 1MDB president Arul Kanda Kandasamy were bragging about how successful the 1MDB
rationalisation exercise was.
Yesterday’s
announcement
by International Petroleum Investment Corporation (IPIC) which accused 1MDB of
failing to honour the terms of the US$4.7 billion debt-asset swap deal proved
their boasts to be ludicrously premature.
This
follows confirmation that US$3.51 billion of 1MDB’s
funds have been siphoned to a fraudulent “Aabar Investment PJS Limited” which
was established in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
All
Arul Kanda has achieved to date is to sell Edra Global at RM9.93 billion which
represents a loss of RM2.27 billion as the assets were acquired for RM12.1
billion.
The
loss widens further if one were to take into account the dividends received
versus the interest paid on loans taken for the purposes of the acquisition.
Even
for the sale of 60 percent of Bandar Malaysia, only a refundable deposit of
RM741 million is paid. The deal is only expected to be completed by June 2016.
However,
there is no assurance that all the terms of the deal can be met, including the
purchasers ability to raise the necessary funding to pay RM7.41 billion for the
60 percent stake.
However,
the most critical anchor to the entire rationalisation exercise – the
debt-asset swap agreement with IPIC involving up to US$4.7 billion is by far
the biggest component in the rationalisation plan.
The
US$4.7 billion included US$3.5 billion of 2012 bonds, US$1 billion of IPIC
advance provided in June 2015 and up to approximately US$200 million of
interest payments during the course of the year.
Its
failure not only places 1MDB itself at risk, but now involves a bailout by the
MOF.
As
IPIC has clearly announced to the London Stock Exchange, “1MDB and MOF continue
to be bound by their respective obligations under the terms of the Binding Term
Sheet, including their continued indemnification of IPIC and Aabar for any
non-performance under the Binding Term Sheet and in relation to any claims
which may be made against IPIC pursuant to the guarantees entered into by IPIC
in respect of certain 1MDB group bond issuances".
This
clearly means that should 1MDB fail to repay up to US$4.7 billion to IPIC
and/or the bondholders, then the MOF has to fork out the difference based on
the indemnity provided by the MOF in the debt asset swap agreement.
PM
need to explain the spectacular disaster
It
appears that 1MDB could only lie about the hidden guarantee by MOF for 10
months. We now know clearly that with the spectacular failure of the debt-asset
swap deal, the Malaysian tax-payers will be called upon to foot 1MDB’s bills.
The
parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has already established the fact
that the government is obligated via explicit and implicit guarantees provided
for US$3.15 billion and RM5.8 billion of 1MDB borrowings or approximately RM18
billion in total.
Now
with the unravelling of the IPIC deal, the MOF is now exposed to another US$4.7
billion of 1MDB liabilities or approximately RM18.5 billion. Hence the rakyat’s
exposure to the shenanigans in 1MDB amounts to an epic RM36.6 billion.
Prime
Minister Najib Abdul Razak can no longer escape the need to explain the
spectacular disaster that is 1MDB which has happened under his watch.
He
must explain how is 1MDB going to fund the immediate repayment of US$1.1
billion demanded by IPIC.
He
must also explain why the auditor-general has been unable to confirm US$7
billion of 1MDB’s transactions, cash and assets overseas due to the complete
lack of cooperation from 1MDB.
Or
else, what is the prime minister really hiding?
US $681 Million came from Aabar
BVI via Tanore Finance BVI not Saudi donation:
THE
US681MILLION IN NAJIB’S ACCOUNT DID NOT COME FROM SAUDIS BUT IT CAME FROM
TANORE FINANCE THAT GOT MONEY FROM AABAR (BVI) ACCORDING TO INVESTIGATORS.
The
Wall Street Journal, has made another startling allegation about the US$3.5
billion Abu-Dhabi-based International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) said
it never received from 1MDB.
1MDB
was reported to have transferred the money to a British Virgin Island-based
company bearing a similar name to IPIC's subsidiary
Aabar Investments PJS, but having no links with the Abu Dhabi fund.
WSJ
claimed that part of the money from the phoney Aabar firm ended up in British
Virgin Islands-based Tanore Finance Corp, the same entity that transferred
US$681 million into Najib's personal bank accounts.
"Some
of that (Aabar) money in turn was transferred, via intermediaries, to a shell
company called Tanore Finance Corp, registered in the British Virgin Islands,
investigators in two countries believe.
"The
beneficial owner of Tanore when it was first set up was Tan Kim Loong, a young
Malaysian business associate of Mr (Jho) Low.
"Global investigators believe it was from Tanore that
US$681 million was transferred to Malaysian Prime Minister Najib’s accounts in
AmBank in March 2013, " the WSJ report says.
Najib
has claimed that the US$681 million, often referred to as RM2.6 billion based
on the exchange rate in July last year when it was first revealed, was a
political donation from a Saudi royalty.
Last
month, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation also published a letter
from a Saudi prince stating that US$375 million was given to Najib to do as he
pleased, in recognition of his Islamic-based governance.
'681
American pies'
Meanwhile,
the WSJ report also highlighted how the US$681 million transfer was purportedly
arranged by Penang-born billionaire Jho Low, a close associate of the prime
minister, who referred to the sum as "681 American pies".
"In
March 2013, a young Malaysian financier sent a heads-up to an employee at a
Kuala Lumpur bank that ‘681 American pies’ would soon be arriving from
overseas.
"The
sender, Jho Low, emphasised the need for secrecy, according to a transcript of
BlackBerry instant messages reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
"The
employee, he wrote, should tell the bank’s chief executive that 'PM' didn’t
want his name, address or identity card number to appear on the transaction.
"Within
days, $681 million arrived in two transfers at AmBank Bhd to be deposited in
the personal account of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, according to
documents seen by the Journal," the WSJ report says.
WSJ
claimed that based on the instant messages transcript, Low was also in contact
with an employee at AmBank in Kuala Lumpur.
Low,
it said, had allegedly asked the employee to ensure that Najib's account was
restricted and tracked so that if someone accessed it, they would know.
"He
and the bank employee discussed moving the money in several transfers to lessen
the impact such a large inflow of dollars might have on Malaysia’s currency,
the ringgit," it said.
WSJ
said AmBank and the employee did not respond to requests for comment.
In
clearing the prime minister of any wrongdoing, attorney-general Mohamed Apandi
Ali claimed the remaining US$620 million of the "donation" was
returned to the donor.
Najib
has also repeatedly denied abusing public funds for personal gains, and blamed
such allegations on those conspiring to topple him.
Jho
Low had also consistently denied any wrongdoing or having benefited from 1MDB.
Malaysiakini
has sent an email to the Prime Minister’s Department seeking a response on the
WSJ report.

REPLAYED FROM RECORDING DRIVEN BY EMOTIONS OR BLIND STIRRED HARMFUL FORCE.
2) THEY
ARE DEPRIVED OR HAVE NO MEMORY OF THEIR NUMEROUS PAST LIVES SO THEY HAVE
FORGOTTEN ALL THEIR TERRIBLE TORMENTS, THEIR TEARS AND BLOOD THEY HAVE SHED

Whatever is not an arising thing
is not a ceasing thing:
The Buddha declared that whatever is an arising thing is a
ceasing thing and in truth it is arising to affliction and when it ceases it
too is afflicting. He also declared that whatever is not an arising thing is
not a ceasing thing; there is some ‘thing’ that is not arising and also not
ceasing from which this universe comes from and it is to this not arising not
ceasing thing a being must seek refuge to escape the mass of senseless,
unnecessary suffering.
There is true happiness far more gratifying and deeper than
ordinary people have tasted and it is not to be found in the external world of
objects but within, in the higher mental states that a person can elevate his
consciousness and this higher happiness is free, does not require or depend on
anything external, cannot be bought or sold.
THERE IS A HIGH HAPPINESS THAT IS WITHIN AND SO LONG AS A PERSON
IS PREOCCUPIED WITH THE EXTERNAL WORLD, DOES NOT TURN INWARD, DOES NOT DEVELOP
THE HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND (NO STRESS, NO THINKING, NO LIKE OR DISLIKE, NO

ALSO NOT CEASING AND IT IS THIS, THE ETERNAL CITY OF NIBBANA THAT A WISE BEING

What is fabrication?
The Buddha taught that from ignorance as a cause come
fabrications, from fabrication as a cause comes consciousness thence name and
form, sensory media, contact, feeling and birth, decay and death.
Everything that exists can be clearly defined and known, so what
is this fabrication the Buddha declared?
WHATEVER THAT DID NOT EXIST BEFORE BUT IS BROUGHT INTO EXISTENCE
(IN IGNORANCE) IN HIS MIND BY A BEING AND SUSTAINED IN HIS MIND BY MEMORY IS A
FABRICATION, WHATEVER IS NOT BROUGHT INTO EXISTENCE BY THE BEING’S MIND, IS NOT
DEPENDENT ON HIS MEMORY PROCESSES TO SUSTAIN IS NOT A FABRICATION AND IT IS
THIS FABRICATION THAT IS OUT OF IGNORANCE NOT WISDOM FROM WHICH COMES THIS
WORLD WITH ITS MASS OF SUFFERING AND DEATHS.
Thus a lie is always a fabrication because it did not exist
before naturally but was created, brought into existence by that being and
requires memory to sustain because you must remember what you wanted to lie and
what you lied earlier.
Concepts and theories are fabrications, they did not exist
before and were created by your mind and sustained by memory that you then want
to impart with karma to others.
A fabrication remains a fabrication,
collectively clogging your mind full of fabrications:
Whatever is fabricated by you sustained by memory never cease to
be a fabrication and collectively if you keep fabricating and collecting other
people’s fabrications your mind become cluttered with contradicting confusing
memory sapping fabrications that like the straw that finally breaks the camel
will make you insane and destroy your memory sending you to perdition not
safety.
Fabricating is creating, a
greatly variable property in all minds:
Fabricating is creating and all minds have a property of being
able to create for good or bad, mental creations or formed creations (in higher
powerful beings with supernatural powers).
The fabricating in ordinary people is false, evil, personal
revolving around selfish objectives, style, what and how to say or do that is
rehashed that is intended to deceive others to get what they want and get along
with others.
The fabricating or creating in higher beings are far higher and
include the ability to create formed objects out of nothing instantly. This
world is a creation of God and He has the ability to instantly create things
even restore life to a dead man. Thus when the Buddha was offered the first
alms he did not have a bowl to receive it and divine beings watching instantly
fashioned a bowl for the Buddha to receive the alms.
THERE ARE FABRICATIONS OF A BEING THAT PREDATES THE BIRTH OF
THIS WORLD OF FORMS EG STYLE OR PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH, ILL
WILL, GREED ARE ALL FALSE AND CAN EXIST WITHOUT THIS WORLD EXISTING AND THERE
ARE FABRICATIONS THAT HAPPEN AFTER THE BIRTH OF THIS WORLD EG LIES, COMPOSING
MUSIC, DELUSIONS, DANCING, PHILOSOPHY, SPORTS, ETC.
THERE ARE FABRICATIONS THAT ARE PERSONAL, SELFISH AND EVIL THAT
CHARACTERIZE THOSE TRAPPED IN THE LOWER REALMS AND THERE ARE FABRICATIONS THAT
ARE IMPERSONAL, OBJECTIVE AND GOOD EG THIS WORLD IS A FABRICATION OR CREATION
OF GOD.
THERE ARE MENTAL (IDEAS, DELUSIONS) AND PHYSICAL FORMED
CREATIONS (CREATING OBJECTS OUT OF NOTHING INSTANTLY, INSTANTLY CREATING BREAD
OR FISH).
THERE ARE FABRICATIONS FOR GOOD (EG THE NOBLE EIGHTFOLD PATH IS
A FABRICATION, THE BUDDHA INSTANTLY FABRICATED MANY FIRES TO KEEP THE CLANSMEN
WARM AFTER THEY GOT OUT OF THE WATER) AND FABRICATIONS FOR EVIL.
The things people fabricate:
People think their lives here are meaningful, enjoyable but what
they fabricate and endlessly rehash are what and how to say or do things,
ideas, concepts, delusions, plans and more plans, calculations, comparisons,
deciding and choosing, rules to guide their actions.
What ordinary people cannot fabricate is physical objects, bread
out of nothing.
Properties of a mind:
All minds have certain properties:
1) Creating
or fabricating
2) Memory.
3) Mental
forces equal and opposite acting, the force of going against self countered by
the force of self preservation. These are responsible for the various emotions
and powering all actions and speech and thinking.
4) Consciousness
or awareness.
5) Concentration
which varies considerably.
6) Discernment
or ability to understand.
7) Perceptions
sight, sound, smell, taste, touch.
8) Feelings
that are pleasant, unpleasant, neither pleasant nor unpleasant resulting from
contact with force of variable strength.
Fabricating is generating, a function of
stirred force never reason:
Fabricating in beings is actually conditioned and
they are well conditioned to fabricate often if not always unaware that what
they are doing is fabricating and fabricated.
MANY OF THINGS PEOPLE SAY OR DO ARE FABRICATED NOT
TRUE OR GENUINE AND THEY ARE FABRICATING ALL THE TIME WITHOUT REALIZING AND
THIS FABRICATING IS SIMPLY GENERATING AND ONLY ACTIVATED FORCE CAN GENERATE AND
FABRICATING IS A FUNCTION OF STIRRED FORCE.
The primordial fabricating of a being before this
world came into existence is a stirring of their mental force to prolong,
change speed, direction and strength in randomly generated patterns that is
typical or conditioned or memorized in that being and differ in other beings (a
matter of style not substance) and when the Universe was born, there are forms,
a body with limbs and vocal apparatus and the initial amorphous or formless
mental fabrications morphed into formed fabricated actions and speech, ideas,
delusions, fantasy, imaginations and dreams.
FABRICATION PRECEDES EVEN CONSCIOUSNESS LET ALONE
THIS FORMED WORLD AND IT IS DUE TO THE STIRRING OF A BEING’S MENTAL FORCE IN
PATTERNS DEPENDING ON PERMUTATIONS OF PROLONGING, DIRECTION CHANGE, SPEED AND
STRENGTH CHANGES THAT BECOME INGRAINED OR MEMORIZED BUT MODIFIABLE IN THAT

WITH ITS FORMS THEN THE PRIMORDIAL FABRICATIONS TRANSFORMED TO COMPLEX FORMED
FABRICATIONS IN THE MIND, BODY (ACTIONS AND PERCEPTIONS THROUGH THE SENSORY
PORTALS) AND VOCALIZATION.
A BEING’S MENTAL FORCES CAN BE STIRRED OR ACTIVATED
IN VARIOUS PARAMETERS (DIRECTION, PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH) AND
IT IS THE STIRRING IN PERMUTATIONS OF PATTERNS THAT IS THE INITIAL PRIMORDIAL

FABRICATING, STOPS GENERATING, STOPS CREATING AND IS RELEASED FROM THE WHOLE
MASS OF SUFFERING AND THE NIGHTMARE OF EXISTENCE THEY CALL A PARADISE.
Different beings’ mental forces stir with
different strength and violence:
The mental forces of different beings differ, some
beings have more violent mental forces and stir their mental forces with much
acceleration in speed and strength, are more restless, more changeable than
others and all these are fabricated, are fabrications of that being’s mental
force.
This world is a fabrication, not true,
does not exists apart from consciousness:
This world is a creation of consciousness, it does
not exist apart from consciousness and its stability and consistency is because
of the strength of concentration of God. Apart from consciousness, in
consciousness this world does not exist except in the delusion of its
mesmerized foolish beings and so if a person has attained a high concentration
he can change this world as he wished, tell a mountain to move and it shall be
done, stretch his hand and touch the sun and moon and not be burnt, vanish and
reappear, go through walls and the whole earth.
Most
computer users use Google but even the company's own engineers don't fully

and he is heading for suffering and death even for an eternity.
Telling jokes is unnecessary, evil not good so all
jokers will land in hell and eternal suffering.
WHAT ANYONE SAYS CAN BE EXAMINED AND DETERMINED TO
BE NECESSARY OR UNNECESSARY, GOOD OR BAD, IF IT IS UNNECESSARY AND BAD, FOR
SHOW, TO PLEASE AND IMPRESS YOU ARE ASKING FOR INSANITY AND SUFFERING EVEN
