It is never the case that you should trivialize or not trivialize mental health which is a matter of style but do you understand mental health and treat it correctly.

There can be no material wellbeing (mental health) without spiritual wellbeing (correctness).

Mental health is a dependent not independent issue:

Thus if a person’s sinful conduct with its myriad manifestations like stealing, lying, robbing, gambling, cheating stems from his robotic rehashing existence devoid of understanding that is because the substance and style combo of his conduct necessitates total rehashing then the answer to eliminating all sinful conducts is never to tackle each one (eg drug abuse, stealing, sexual misconduct) directly but eliminate his style that is the source of his mechanical robotic existence that leads to sin.

MENTAL HEALTH IS ONE EVIL MATERIAL ISSUE OUT OF MANY SIMILAR MATERIAL ISSUES AND THEY CANNOT BE TRULY GRAPPLED IN ISOLATION WITHOUT ATTENDING TO AND ELIMINATING THE CONDITION THAT IT IS DEPENDENT ON.

There are many different types of insanity and they can all be traced to a rehashing robotic existence necessitated by the memorized simultaneous substance and style combo of people’s speech and actions.

3)  Mad daze or inability to focus or concentrate. The simultaneous substance and style divides and scatters your attention that becomes a mad daze when well trained.

4)  Mad rehashing. What is rehashed frequently develop a slick automatism to want to activate even appropriately against the wishes of the person.

5)  Mad emotions: Emotions are programmed rehashed stirring of mental force to like, dislike, be sad, hurt, confused or fearful that when frequently activated become intense, easily aroused and difficult to shake off and that is insanity.

6)  Mad memory: Robots are constantly using their memory all the time and this will result in destruction of their memory without which they cannot do anything.

7)  Mad logic: Mad logic is programmed, by memory and rehashed and those with style have false logic that will descend into mad logic.

8)  Mad perception: False perception is always by programing, is programmed, they are programmed to see certain things in a certain way and this programmed false perception can and will become mad.

Without truth there is no sanity so you are mad to harp on sanity ignoring truth:

It may be true that you can be sane indefinitely without truth or it may be the truth that you cannot be sane indefinitely without the truth and it will descend in tears into insanity.

AND THE TRUTH IS THAT THERE IS NO SANITY APART FROM TRUTH, THERE IS NO SANITY WITHOUT TRUTH AND SO RATHER THAN HARP ABOUT SANITY WHILST IGNORING THE FALSITY UNDERLYING AND ASSOCIATED WITH IT, YOU SHOULD SEEK TRUTH AND ESCHEW OR CORRECT FALSITY AND IF YOU CANNOT, WILL NOT AND HAVE NOT CORRECTED FALSITY YOU WILL NEVER ACHIEVE MENTAL HEALTH NO MATTER IF YOU TREAT IT LIGHTLY OR SERIOUSLY.

Memory, never reason is the mother of all falsity, evil and insanity:

Without memory, using and being a slave of memory a person cannot perpetrate falsity, wrong (evil) and be insane. Memory is the culprit, the mother of all falsity, wrong and insanity.

People get so caught up in it and they think it is meaningful and they understand when they are deluded heading for eternal perishing.

It is not change that matters but correctness and so when you focus on change, talk about change you are deluded and guilty of misguiding others.

Whatever is true and good never require change and it is what is not true and good (how a sick baby is managed is about programming, rules, falsity) that requires change but if you will not undertake what is correct then you can change forever, change drastically still it is not good and so suffering.

IF THE GARD CASE HAS CHANGED ANYTHING THAT ANYTHING CANNOT BE GOOD BUT BAD, IT IS NOT A MATTER OF CHANGE BUT CORRECTNESS.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD WORLD AND ALL THINGS BORN HERE INCLUDING YOU MUST SUFFER AND DIE AND IT IS POINTLESS KEEPING ANYTHING ALIVE IF IT IS WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING, THOSE WHO ARE HEEDLESS ARE ALREADY LIKE THE DEAD AND SO IT IS DELUSION AND EVIL ANGUISHING OVER THE SUSTAINING OF A BABY THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE BLAMELESS.

THE BUDDHA SAID THE HEEDFUL DO NOT DIE, THE HEEDLESS ARE ALREADY LIKE THE DEAD AND SO IF YOU THINK IT IS SO TERRIBLE TO DIE THEN YOU SHOULD BECOME HEEDFUL BUT IF YOU YOURSELF IS HEEDLESS (SOMETHING THAT CANNOT BE DISPUTED IN TRUTH) THEN YOU ARE A FOOL MAKING A FUSS ABOUT DYING.

Malaysians are going places – literally

Truth is never about Malaysians going places but what they do is correct or incorrect (and it is incorrect).

And so you are incorrect and not concerned about the correctness of Malaysians but instead you are incorrectly concerned about Malaysians going or not going places. That is wrong view and the Buddha taught there are two destinations for wrong view, hell or the animal womb.

MALAYSIANS GOING PLACES IS WRONG VIEW, MALAYSIANS INCORRECT IS RIGHT VIEW. AND SO THOSE WHO ARE CONCERNED WITH MALAYSIANS GOING PLACES BUT NOT MALAYSIANS INCORRECT HAVE WRONG VIEW THAT LEADS TO HELL OR THE ANIMAL WOMB, SAID THE BUDDHA.

Najib: Umno instils confidence, not fear, in the people

Whatever is true and good never requires confidence, which is fabricated, make believe. It is only what is not true and good, material pursuits and affairs that require but no matter how confident, there must be doubt and uncertainty lurking because your confidence is fabricated, make believe and whatever not true and good indulged in no matter how successful or pleasurable must lead to disquiet, sadness even depression.

WHETHER CONFIDENCE CAN BE INSTILLED IN OTHERS IS OPEN TO QUESTION AND EVEN IF IT CAN BE INSTILLED IT IS NEVER BY TRUTH BUT BRAINWASHING, MAKE BELIEVE IN THOSE WHO ARE THEMSELVES ROBOTS. THOSE WHO ARE NOT ROBOTS NEVER REQUIRE CONFIDENCE OR DIFFIDENCE.

Only robots have and need confidence:

Confidence and diffidence are attributes of robots, those who rehash falsely whatever they say or do without understanding.

Because what you say or do is painstaking by memory, by reproduction and it is not you but your memory system that is perishable and unreliable that calls the shots, you must have confidence or diffidence undertaking what is said or done by obedience to your memory system.

THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND AND DO NOT REPRODUCE WHAT THEY SAY OR DO BY MEMORY AND SO NEVER REQUIRE CONFIDENCE NOR CAN THEY BETRAY DIFFIDENCE BECAUSE WHATEVER THEY SAY OR DO IS WITH UNDERSTANDING, TRUE AND GOOD. IT IS ONLY THOSE WHO UNDERTAKE WHAT IS NOT TRUE OR GOOD BUT MOTIVATED FOR MATERIAL OR DEVIOUS ENDS YOU ARE REHASHING WHAT THEY PLANNED OR MEMORIZED NEED CONFIDENCE TO CARRY OUT WITHOUT DISPLAYING HESITANCE WHO NEED CONFIDENCE. THUS A BALLET DANCER NEEDS CONFIDENCE BECAUSE WHAT SHE IS DOING IS SENSELESS, INSANITY, MECHANICAL ACCORDING TO A PLAN, FOR SHOW TO IMPRESS NOT TRUE AND MEANINGFUL.

Only if you are pretending or acting do you need confidence:

Only if you are pretending or acting or putting on a show do you need confidence. If you are not pretending, not acting, not putting on a show you never need confidence.

And you can only pretend and act according to plans of how to pretend and act that makes you a robot and so only robots need confidence.

And people in this world (all not some) are pretending, acting, putting on a show full time, all the time and that is why they treasure, value confidence.

What is important to every being here:

You and everyone here may not care, you think you have far more important or urgent things to attend to but you are subject to serious suffering even now (even very successful people smoke like a chimney, drink heavily daily, take drugs, play games, take holidays, indulge in sexual debauchery as wrong ineffective antidotes to their daily suffering and these antidotes have severe side effects and added damages), you are degenerating in mind and body that will end unfailingly in more worse mental and bodily suffering, you are assailed, attacked, abused mercilessly foremost by yourself (you are your abuser in chief), by others including dear ones, by the elements (cold, heat, sounds, light, smells and touch) and you have created debts for yourself by what you say or do that is as vast as an ocean and will take eternities to repay in death and suffering and even if you and everyone here will not do so, there is a way out of this hellhole people call paradise and although this escape is well hidden and difficult to trek, still it is the only recourse for those who are wise and discerning because the fruits of not escaping is too terrible to contemplate.

AND SO THE ONLY TRUE OR CORRECT GOAL OF LIFE IS TO ESCAPE SUFFERING AND DEATH TO THE PLACE WITHOUT SUFFERING AND DEATH AND TO THIS END ONLY THINGS OR MATTERS OR CONSIDERATIONS RELEVANT TO THIS ESCAPE, CONNECTED TO THIS GOAL IS TRUE AND WORTHY OF ATTENTION. WHATEVER THAT IS NOT CONNECTED ARE DIVERSIONS THAT LEAD TO SUFFERING, DEATH AND DETENTION IN THIS WORLD, NOT WORTHY AND SUFFERING NEVER FUN TO ATTEND.

AND AS THE BUDDHA SAID, YOUR CONTEMPLATION SHOULD BE WHAT IS SUFFERING AND WHAT IS NOT SUFFERING, WHAT ARE THE SOURCES OF SUFFERING AND TO PUT TO A STOP THESE GENERATORS OF SUFFERING. EVERYTHING SAID OR DONE, SEEN OR HEARD CAN BE DETERMINED TO BE CORRECT OR INCORRECT AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF CONDUCT IN THIS WORLD IS INCORRECT, IS SUFFERING TO UNDERTAKE AND INCUR DEBT TO BE REPAID AS SUFFERING.

AND SO CORRECTNESS OR OTHERWISE OF SOMETHING IS THE ONLY WORTHY CONSIDERATION WHATEVER THE MATTER OR ACTION (NEVER MATERIAL GAIN OR LOSS, PLEASURE, MEMORY OR EXPERIENCE). IF YOU WISH TO ESCAPE SUFFERING AND DEATH NOW, WORSE SUFFERING AND DEATH LATER, ETERNAL SUFFERING AND DEATHS YOU MUST KNOW WHAT IS CORRECT AND INCORRECT AND AVOID WHATEVER IS INCORRECT.

CORRECTNESS IS NOT KNOWN TO ORDINARY BEINGS, WHAT THEY THINK IS CORRECT IS INCORRECT, THEY NEVER CONSIDER CORRECTNESS, THEY ONLY CONSIDER MATERIAL GAIN OR LOSS, PLEASURES GAIN OR LOSS, EMOTION GAIN OR LOSS AND EXPERIENCE, THE MEMORY OF DOING SOMETHING AND SO THEY ARE HEADING FOR RUIN, DISASTER, ENDLESS WORSE DEATHS AND SUFFERING.

'I still have nightmares about the abuse'

As priest, Catholic, Buddhist or otherwise, callous and intent on satisfying your deviant lust, abusing your power over young children you do not know or care how your sexual abuse have severe traumatic effects on the young people you abused that will scar them for life and even drive them to suicide.

It is unlikely if not impossible that so many accusers would admit to trauma and nightmares and they are seeking redress not so much for monetary compensation but account those responsible for abusing them.

The Buddha describes what happens in hell:

THERE ARE MANY FORMS OF TORTURE A DENIZEN OF HELL IS SUBJECT TO.

FIRST HE HAS HOT IRON SPIKES HAMMERED INTO BOTH PALMS AND FEET AND ONE THROUGH HIS CHEST. NEXT HE IS BEATEN AND HAMMERED. THEN HE IS HUNG UPSIDE DOWN AND CUT WITH KNIFE. THEN HE IS YOKED TO CART THAT HE DRAGS ALONG ON GROUND OF HOT COALS.

FINALLY HE IS THROWN INTO A BOILING CAULDRON WHERE HE SWIMS AROUND, DIVES IN AND OUT IN DESPERATE FUTILE ATTEMPTS TO ESCAPE.

Hell is a formed realm with warders who punish the prisoner who remembers who he is and no matter how severe the punishment he does not die or pas away until he has finished his allotted punishment.

Bhikkhus, the Great Hell is square and has four gates. It's divided into two and is enclosed with an iron wall. The top is closed with an iron lid. The floor spreads up to seven hundred miles and it stands there every day.

The Buddha said even the suffering of someone given 60,000 whippings three times a day is nothing compared to the suffering in hell and those who cannot go to heaven are heading for hell so be lackadaisical to your own regret later.

ßIn the same manner bhikkhus, the unpleasantness and displeasure experienced on account of being given six thousand whips three times a day cannot be compared, not even as a quarter, nor even as a sign for the unpleasantness and displeasure experienced in hell.

The warders of hell give him the fivefold binding. Two hot iron spikes are sent through his two palms, and two other hot spikes are sent through his two feet and the fifth hot iron spike is sent through his chest. On account of this he experiences sharp piercing unpleasant feelings. Yet he does not die, until his demerit finishes.

Next the warders of hell conduct him and hammer him. On account of this he experiences sharp piercing unpleasant feelings. Yet he does not die, until his demerit finishes.

Next the warders of hell take him upside down and cut him with a knife On account of this too he experiences sharp piercing unpleasant feelings. Yet he does not die, until his demerit finishes.

Next the warders of hell yoke him to a cart and make him go to and fro on a ground that is flaming and ablaze On account of this too he experiences sharp piercing unpleasant feelings. Yet he does not die, until his demerit finishes.

Next the warders of hell make him ascend and descend a rock of burning ambers On account of this he experiences sharp piercing unpleasant feelings. Yet he does not die, until his demerit finishes.

Next the warders of hell throw him upside down into a boiling, blazing pot of molten. There he is cooked in the molten scum, and he on his own accord dives in comes up and goes across in the molten pot. On account of this too he experiences sharp piercing unpleasant feelings. Yet he does not die, until his demerit finishes.

Next the warders of hell throw him to the Great Hell.

That is not hell itself but only the torture chamber of hell:

What the Buddha described is the torture chamber of hell not hell itself.

There are five things they punish him like hammering hot iron spikes into his hands, feet and chest then he is beaten up upside down, made to pull a cart over hot coals then thrown into boiling iron and after that he is thrown into the Great Hell for even eternities.

HELL IS RELEVANT FOR MOST PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HEAVEN AND THOSE WHO ARE NOT GOING TO HEAVEN FACE HELL.

WHAT THE BUDDHA DESCRIBED IS NOT HELL BUT THE TORTURE PRE-CHAMBER AND AFTER THEY HAVE TORTURED HIM, HE IS THROWN INTO THE GREAT HELL.

People think they are clever and will be praised for their wittiness but they are needlessly incurring debt to be repaid by suffering.

It is likely that she is referring to erasing the memory of Liu rather than Liu himself and this play of words and tampering with truth has consequences in suffering not merit.

Then the warders of Hell put him back to the Great Hell.

Wanting others to be nice is wanting others to address your feelings and emotions and that is never good or correct:

Many do not realize that in their daily interactions with others, they want and expect others, their spouses to be nice to them and not to upset them and they think this is correct and good when it is incorrect and evil with debt due.

Wanting others to be nice to them is the creed of this world and that means they expect others including their dear ones to say or do things with a substance and a style or manner that does not upset them but generate pleasant feelings and stir their emotional liking and this is always incorrect and evil for self and others.

If you say or do something for truth and good it is never to please others, if your intention is to please others what you say or do cannot be true or good. Wanting to please others is work, fabricated, rehashed from what you remember pleases the particular person and it is suffering and controlled insanity and it is never be indefinitely sustainable in the recipient, no matter how a person desire others to be nice to them, being nice to is actually suffering and meaningless to receive and so must lead to suffering and recriminations.

WHEN PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD SAY OR DO THINGS THEY NEVER ADDRESS THE TRUTH AND GOOD BUT THEY ADDRESS:

1)  THE MATERIAL GAIN OR LOSS OF A MATTER.

2)  THEY ADDRESS THE FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS OF A MATTER, BEING NICE (AND ALSO ITS OPPOSITE, BEING NASTY) IS NEVER DIRECTED AT TRUTH BUT FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS.

3)  THEY ADDRESS THE MEMORY OF THE SITUATION. TELLING STORIES, RELATING EXPERIENCES ARE ABOUT MEMORY NEVER TRUTH OR GOOD.

A person’s style is intended to please and impress others and addresses feelings and emotions never the truth:

Consciously or otherwise, a person’s style or how he stretches syllables, change speed and loudness is intended to please and impress others and that means stir their like and dislike and arouse feelings of pleasantness.

Pleasant is a feeling generated by contact with mild force but it is a perversion what is pain to think it is pleasant and so cumulatively pleasant becomes unpleasant, loathsome.

ORDINARY PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD NEVER SPEAK AND DO THE TRUTH AND WHAT IS GOOD EXCEPT IN DELUSION. THEIR INTERACTIONS REVOLVE AROUND MATERIAL GAIN OR LOSS, PLEASURE AND PAIN, EMOTIONS (BEING NICE IS BEING PLEASANT AND TO STIR LIKE) AND THEY TALK ABOUT THINGS TO BE REMEMBERED NEVER UNDERSTOOD.

Excerpt of the Buddha’s discourse on ignorance and enlightenment:

ALL EXISTENCES FROM THE LOFTIEST TO THE LOWEST STEM FROM IGNORANCE NEVER ENLIGHTENMENT, IN IGNORANCE THE BEING CLINGS TO, IS INTERESTED AND GREEDY FOR THINGS THAT ARE FABRICATED, FALSE AND DECEPTIVE AND ARE THUS TRAPPED IN ENDLESS ROUNDS OF MEANINGLESS UNPLEASANT SUFFERING AND DEATHS. AND THE DEVIL IS THE CHAMPION OF EXISTING, SUFFERING AND DEATH.

THOSE WHO ARE ENLIGHTENED ARE NOT INTERESTED IN WHATEVER IS FABRICATED EVEN THE LOFTIEST, BECAUSE INTEREST IS BONDAGE LEADING TO BIRTH, SUFFERING AND DEATHS. THEY HAVE EXTINGUISHED THEMSELVES FROM EXISTING.

ßHere, bhikkhus, the not learned ordinary man, not seeing Great Men, not clever and not trained in the noble Teaching, perceives earth, thinking it's earth, becomes earth, thinks it is mine, delights. What is the reason? I call it not knowing thoroughly (ignorance). Perceives water, thinking it's water, becomes water, thinks it's mine, delights. What is the reason? I call it not knowing thoroughly. Perceives fire, thinking it's fire, becomes fire, thinks it's mine, delights. What is the reason? I call it not knowing thoroughly. Perceives air, thinking it's air, becomes air, thinks it's mine, delights. What is the reason? I call it not knowing thoroughly. Because he knows that interest is the cause of unpleasantness, from being is birth, to the born is decay and death.
