be true for those with understanding and will confer release from suffering
even here and give the person insight he previously did not have.
Many are not fit to be tamed:
The
Buddha spoke of this fit and not fit to be tamed and even many who are very
well educated and clever are not fit to be tamed and for them it does not
matter if there is heaven and eternal life.
Good is cessation requires understanding not faith:
It
was the Buddha (and no one else) who declared, good is cessation, good is when
they forever cease and this statement is absolutely correct and it is to be
understood not have faith in.
Stealing
is action, not stealing is not action or stopping.
Telling
lies is action, not telling lies is ceasing.
Scolding
others, beating others is action, not scolding not beating is inaction.
Smiling
is an action not smiling is not an action or cessation.
Talking
is action, not talking is inaction and good.
Work
is action, not working is inaction and good.
Thinking
is action, not thinking is not action, ceasing and good.
Like
and dislike is action, not like and not disliking is not action and good.
Style
or stretching syllables, changing speed and loudness is action, no style is
cessation and good.

SO IT IS, WHAT THE BUDDHA DECLARED IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE (THERE ARE NO CAVEATS OR

WHO TAKES HEED WHAT THE BUDDHA TAUGHT AND TRAINS HIMSELF TO STOP IN FAVOR OF
INACTION AND REST IS WISE, HE SUFFERS LESS DAILY AND IS HEADING OUT OF
SUFFERING FOR HEAVEN EVEN ENLIGHTENMENT.
THE
MORE YOU STOP THE LESS YOU SUFFER NOW AND FOREVER, THE LESS YOU STOP THE MORE
YOU SUFFER NOW AND FOREVER.
The Buddha points out the link between virtue, concentration and
wisdom:
Faith
is useless not needed but understanding is indispensable to know what the
Buddha declared:
"Such
and such is virtue; such and such is concentration; and such and such is
wisdom. [9] Great becomes the fruit, great is
the gain of concentration when it is fully developed by virtuous conduct; great
becomes the fruit, great is the gain of wisdom when it is fully developed by
concentration; utterly freed from the taints [10] of lust, becoming, and ignorance is the mind that is
fully developed in wisdom."

is putting your body in various postures and sustaining them in the belief they

Tai
chi is ritualistic slow motion actions of limbs and torso that is deemed to
have health benefits. It is an exercise and form of action and whatever is
action is suffering and evil.
Meditation
is not action but stopping. It is about stopping talking, stopping thinking,
stop movements of the limbs and torso.
