FOOLISHLY CONTINUE FABRICATING THAT IS SUFFERING IN ITSELF AND LEADS TO DEBTS
AS VAST AS OCEANS. THOSE IN HEAVEN ARE PARTIALLY UNDER THE SPELL OF THE DEVIL,
THOSE IN THE LOWER REALMS ARE TOTALLY UNDER THE SPELL OF THE DEVIL, THOSE ENLIGHTENED
ARE NO LONGER UNDER THE DEVIL’S SPELL.
Jesus
did not live till old age, the Buddha lived to 80 whilst his deputies were 84;
the Buddha passed away 1 month after his deputies passed away.
It
is said that enlightened ones have the supernatural powers necessary to suspend
decay so that they may live to the close of the Age but not beyond. Moggallana,
one of the Buddha’s two deputies decide to allow aging to overcome him.
On
three occasions in three different places the Buddha prompted Ananda his
attendant who was not enlightened that those enlightened like the Buddha could
live till the close of the Age if they chose but Ananda blinded by the Devil
did not asked the Buddha to remain and so the Buddha made the irrevocable
decision he would pass away three months hence.
The
Buddha spent his last rainy season retreat alone when he was afflicted by
severe suffering that he mindfully bore and at the end he decided he would
gather his strength to say goodbye to his followers and he made the journey to
the twin sala trees where he passed away in an event attended by all deities in
heaven and on earth, heavenly music playing, heavenly incense, perfume and
flowers falling from the sky.
. But when the Blessed
One had entered upon the rainy season, there arose in him a severe illness, and
sharp and deadly pains came upon him. And the Blessed One endured them
mindfully, clearly comprehending and unperturbed. 29. Then it occurred to the Blessed One: "It would not be fitting if I came to my final passing away without addressing those who attended on me, without taking leave of the community of bhikkhus. Then let me suppress this illness by strength of will, resolve to maintain the life process, and live on."
Sariputta,
the Buddha’s deputy returned to his mother’s home after lifelong absence after
bidding goodbye to the Buddha and he too died of illness and diarrhea. He was
visited by heavenly deities at his deathbed.
Moggalana
who was the Satan of one Age, was pursued by paid assassins and he made himself
invisible when they came looking for him but when they came a third time,

Buddha a last time.

EVEN ENLIGHTENED ONES HAVE TO REPAY LAST DEBTS BY SUFFERING INCURRED IN THE
COUNTLESS ROUNDS OF PREVIOUS EXISTENCES AND THE WISE PERSON WILL TAKE HEED AND
STOP ACTING AND PARTAKING OF THIS WORLD. NOW YOU ENJOY AND RAVE OVER THE
DELICIOUS STEAK, YOU HAVE TO BECOME THE STEAK FOR OTHERS TO EAT IN THE FUTURE,
THE BRAHMIN WHO SACRIFICED A GOAT HAD TO BE SACRIFICED 500 TIMES IN REPAYMENT
