produces a lot of heat by radioactive decay and this drives by convection

expect that was failing but it was an accessory SATA hard disk and I only found
out much later yesterday when I tried to clone to that 4TB drive and it was
aborted by hard disk sector failure. I thought maybe this is the reason the old
desktop failed to boot and I tried to start the computer and sure enough it now
started normally.
DELL
WARNED OF DISK FAILURE BUT IT DID NOT TELL ME WHICH DISK. IT WAS AN ACCESSORY
DISK DRIVE THAT FAILED AND THIS CAUSED THE COMPUTER TO FAIL TO BOOT AND IT
COULD NOT BE RECOVERED AND SO I WROTE IT OFF AND BOUGHT A $2000 REPLACEMENT. IT
WAS ONLY MUCH LATER WHEN I TRIED TO CLONE A DRIVE FROM THAT COMPUTER AND IT WAS
ABORTED BECAUSE OF SECTOR FAILURE THAT I REALIZED THE DESKTOP FAILURE TO BOOT
WAS NOT BECAUSE OF C-DRIVE BUT AN ACCESSORY DISK DRIVE.
I

has been many years since I bought a Dell computer and when I opened the new
desktop recently I saw much has changed.
Old
computers were heavy robustly built, the current ones are thin and light. No

motherboard that I could not find online. There are no bays for additional hard

Lousy Microsoft and Peugeot software programming:

is always lousy Microsoft design when a computer can fail to boot and cannot be
recovered when one of its Sata drives fail. I can understand it failing to boot
if the C-drive fails but surely the offending accessory drive can be ignored,
by passed in the boot up sequence.
In
the same way, I never used the factory CD player in my Peugeot but after a few
years it jammed because it is automatically activated with the ignition and
this caused the essential central dashboard display to activate.
WHY
SHOULD THE CAR CD PLAYER ACTIVATE EVERYTIME YOU START THE CAR AND WHY SHOULD A
JAMMED CD PLAYER STOP THE DASHBOARD DISPLAY WITH OTHER UNRELATED FUNCTIONS FROM

AGING COMPUTER IS THE FIRST COMPUTER THAT I HAD EXPERIENCED SATA SOCKET FAILURE.
I KNEW (HAVE MEMORY OR REMEMBERED) BEFOREHAND ONE OF THE FOUR MOTHERBOARD
SOCKETS HAD FAILED PERMANENTLY AND WHAT HAPPENED APPEARS NOT LOUSY MICROSOFT
PROGRAMMING LEADING TO PERMANENT IRRECOVERABLE BOOT FAILURE BUT THE SATA SOCKET
THROUGH WHICH C DRIVE WAS CONNECTED HAD FAILED CAUSING PERMANENT IRREPARABLE
BOOT FAILURE. AS I SWAPPED SATA SOCKETS THE COMPUTER BOOTED OR FAILED AGAIN
UNTIL I REALISED IT WAS THE SATA CONNECTION NOT MICROSOFT PROGRAMMING THAT WAS
AT FAULT.
Notwithstanding
a connected hard disk had a bad sector, it was not its failure and bad
Microsoft programming that was at fault but the motherboard Sata connector may
be failing causing the irreparable inability to boot.
The
traditional Dell motherboard has four sockets to plug in Sata disk drives and
in this particular aging computer I knew one socket had gone dead and it turns
out the socket through which the C Drive was connected suffered a failure

is anecdotal evidence from Chinese studies that those of blood group O are more
likely to fare well against covid 19 than Gp A and so there may be genetic
factors other than blood group affecting the antigens on a person’s lung cells
that makes the person more or less vulnerable to covid 19.
