you have style you are using force to prolong, change speed and loudness to
stir others’ emotions and this must cause suffering in yourself.
When
you talk or do something, even eat you must use force and so the wise person
will talk and act/eat sparingly.
When
you are emotional you are stirring mental force that is suffering and destroys
your mind.
When
you turn the air conditioner or fan strongly you are using more force that
exposes yourself and the machine to more harm. Cold can kill you just as heat
can.
When
you put a lot of spices in your force you are exposing your stomach and body to
excessive chemical force that will wear you down.

struggle. I probably tore some muscle fibers of my deltoid muscle and each time
you moved it causing pain you are aggravating it and delaying recovery which is
slower in old age.
Today
I thought if I strapped the shoulder with bandage I may provide some external
support or splint that may reduce the pain and promote healing by not
disturbing the injury so much. The shoulder is a very difficult joint to strap
or splint but just wrapping the upper shoulder sufficiently tight resulted in
80% reduction in pain and more comfort in movements.
STRAPPING
THE SHOULDER IS THE CORRECT ANSWER AND HAS REDUCED PAIN SIGNIFICANTLY. I CAN
MOVE MY SHOULDER FREELY NOW WITHOUT PAIN. THE BANDAGE ACTS AS AN EXTERNAL
