skillful qualities (calm, goodwill, loving kindness) that have not yet arisen.
(iv) He makes effort for the maintenance, increase & culmination of
skillful qualities that have arisen:

attention)? (i) There is the case where a monk remains focused on the
body -- putting away greed & distress with reference to the world. (ii)

thought & evaluation, he enters & remains in the second jhana: rapture
& pleasure born of concentration, one-pointedness of awareness free from

physically sensitive of pleasure. He enters & remains in the third jhana,
of which the Noble Ones declare, 'Equanimous & mindful, he has a

as with the earlier disappearance of elation & distress -- he enters &
remains in the fourth jhana: purity of equanimity & mindfulness, neither

emotions can be genuine or faked, they can fake they like you, like what they
are saying or doing, fake they are sad, hurt or upset, afraid or confused.
There
are many fancy names for what essentially are five emotions, like, dislike,
sad, hurt, confused and fear.
When
people are eager, enthusiastic, thrilled, excited, pleased, ‘happy’, delighted,
elated, joyous, proud they are experiencing like.
When
people are upset, disgusted, annoyed, reluctant, anger, hateful, incensed,
irritated, they are experiencing dislike.
When
they are down, sad, sentimental, melancholic they are experiencing sadness.
When
they are agitated, confused, panicky, startled, restless, they are experiencing
confusion.
When
they are upset, ashamed, pained, heartbroken they are experiencing hurt.
When
they are anxious, frightened, nervous, shaken they are experience fear.
NO
ONE IS A MASTER BUT HE IS A CONDITIONED SLAVE OF HIS EMOTIONS THAT DICTATE HIS
ACTIONS AND SPEECH. EMOTIONS ARE MEANINGLESS, FALSE, HARMFUL PROGRAMMED
UNNECESSARY STIRRING OF MENTAL FORCE. THEY CAN BE DECONDITIONED AND DESTROYED
TO EXPERIENCE AN EFFORTLESS FREEDOM FROM EMOTIONAL SUFFERING.
EMOTIONS
ARE NOT ONLY SUFFERING, THEY ARE DANGEROUS, ARE WRONG BASIS FOR SPEECH AND
ACTION THAT CAN GET YOU KILLED. I HAVE DESTROYED MY EMOTIONS SO I KNOW EMOTIONS
ARE EVIL NEVER GOOD.

EVEN ONE PERSON IN THIS WORLD CAN OR WILL TELL YOU THIS, WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO
DO ABOUT YOUR EMOTIONS IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU, IF YOU WANT TO SUFFER AND GO TO
HELL NOBODY CAN STOP YOU).
