Further if you can stop thinking that's higher and happier giving two world cycles in heaven. If you can destroy your emotions neither liking nor disliking that is four world cycles in heaven. If you cut off all feelings of pain and pleasure that's 500 world cycles in heaven.

WHEN A PERSON CAN GO ABOUT HIS DAILY LIFE WITHOUT HIS MENTAL FORCE PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH HE IS SAID TO HAVE ESTABLISHED MINDFULNESS IN HIS MIND AND BODY, HEADING FOR SAFETY, ETERNAL LIFE.

Music that used to arouse my memory and emotions in the past do not arouse me nowadays and this is never a loss, deprivation but an incomparable release from suffering now and forever.

Things happening eg music, events stir arouse people's emotions and memory involuntarily and this is never happiness but slavery and suffering, those who have wisely trained themselves to calm themselves through seclusion and meditation, are able to effortlessly not be aroused suffer less now and in the future.

MUSIC AROUSE TWO THINGS, MEMORY AND EMOTIONS, BOTH OF WHICH ARE MEANINGLESS, WRONG, SUFFERING AND BONDAGE TO SUFFERING THAT LEADS TO DEATH.

 

How people say, ‘I don’t think there is a chance’:

People in this world do not say, ‘I don't think there is a chance’, they say, ‘Aiee.... DON'T THINK there's a chance’.

Karma is the sole governor of the present and future suffering or well being. This is the second knowledge the Buddha awoke to in the second watch of the night he became enlightened. On the second watch of the night of his enlightenment the Buddha said he saw how beings were born to destitution or happy destinations in accordance to the merit or karma he undertook. He saw how a being was born in bad destinations, the animal womb even hell as a result of bad deeds.

THE BUDDHA SAW ON THE SECOND WATCH OF THE NIGHT HE BECAME ENLIGHTENED HOW THE GOOD AND BAD A PERSON DID DETERMINES HIS FUTURE BIRTH AND DESTINATION AFTER HE PASSED AWAY.

YOUR FATE IS DETERMINED BY KARMA AND MERIT, NOTHING ELSE, NOT HOW CLEVER OR WEALTHY OR FAMOUS OR RESOURCEFUL YOU ARE.

Jesus said who can deny what is yours, your place in heaven, if by merit you deserve it. Heaven is the only true happy destination, this world that the Buddha calls the lower realm is never a good destination no matter how well endowed you are here in beauty or handsomeness, talent or skill or intelligence, wealth.

Jesus future said there will be more joy in heaven for every repentant soul what more God will prevent you from going to heaven if you deserve by merit to go to heaven.

Stress, restlessness and distraction are caused by style, nothing else:

Stress, restlessness and distraction always occur together because they have the same cause namely the constant automatic prolonging, changing speed and strength or loudness in the speech and actions of everyone here. It is not speech and actions that cause stress, restlessness and distraction but it is the style or constant automatic prolonging, changing speed and loudness that is the cause.

Stress, restlessness and distraction have intensity and strength, they can vary from mild, moderate to severe even reaching suicidal homicidal levels. Stress, restlessness and distraction never subsides to zero in ordinary people but even when they think they are relaxed there's significant stress, restlessness and distraction so they have never tasted the stress, restlessness and distraction free state that is actually the first higher state of the mind.

If you think speech and actions is the cause of stress, restlessness and distraction then you can obsessively refrain from all speech and actions but that's wrong, unnecessarily strict because as soon as you resume speech and actions no matter how light, stress, restlessness and distraction resumes. But if you know style or prolonging, changing speed and loudness is the cause then you need not stop speaking or doing things but you make sure you speak and do without style, without prolonging, changing speed and strength.

THE CAUSE OF STRESS IS NOT ACTION AND SPEECH BUT PROLONGING, CHANGING SPEED AND STRENGTH OF FORCE.

Truth knowledge are entirely for seeing, never require remembering and replaying, they are no use for making money or popularity but it is truth knowledge that enables the person to escape insanity, stress, restlessness and distraction here and head for heavenly blissful eternal life.
