These conditions of the spirit to be cleansed were specified by the Buddha and they are ill will, greed and delusion. Selfishness, doubt and uncertainty and faith in rituals and rules are delusions.

The style present in everyone here is the source of his ill will, greed and delusion, style makes a person evil, unfit for heaven because he's constantly attacking others with force prolonging, changing speed and loudness, inciting emotions, inflicting stress, restlessness and distraction on others and he is replaying falsely from memory talking about false memory subjects.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ENLIGHTENED TO GO TO HEAVEN BUT THERE ARE EVIL PROPERTIES OF THE SOULS OF EVERYONE HERE THAT MUST BE WASHED AWAY AND THESE ARE SPELLED OUT BY THE BUDDHA WHO SAID ILL WILL, GREED AND DELUSION ARE THE BONDS TO THIS WORLD. The purpose of meditation is not to control stress you are constantly creating in your sinful participation in this world that will lead you to more suffering, death and a return here mostly as animals but the purpose of meditation is to expel stress you have foolishly created in your wrongful conduct whilst you strive to correct your conduct so as not to create stress in the future.

THE PURPOSE OF MEDITATION IS NEVER TO CONTROL STRESS THAT WILL FAIL BUT THE PURPOSE OF MEDITATION IS TO EXPEL STRESS YOU FOOLISHLY CREATED WHILE YOU ENDEAVOR TO CORRECT YOUR CONDUCT SO THAT STRESS NEVER ARISES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE ENABLING YOU TO WASH YOUR HANDS OFF THIS WORLD TO HEAD FOR HEAVEN, NEVER TO RETURN.

Stress is never caused by the lack of meditation so meditation cannot cure stress but stress is caused by the style or prolonging of words, changing speed and loudness in your speech and actions and the styles of those you foolishly greedily expose to in order to get along and thrive and so long as you continue to have style, continue to expose yourself to and accept others ' styles you will never escape stress that worsens, gets more severe, uncontrollable with age.

Stress is always suffering, unnecessary and evil, slowly destroys the mind and body of the person, grows stronger and out of control with age and is the path to eternal suffering not heaven.

Stress is caused by action which requires resistance or braking to stop, the more frequent you undertake action, the more frequent you change speed and strength, the more resistance or braking you generate and when the braking is too strong and frequent it has no time to dissipate and there's permanent resistance or braking in your mind and muscles and this is stress.

For every given action the person with style, who prolongs, changes speed and loudness is doing more work that generates more braking or resistance causing stress.

There are three possible actions, thinking, talking and doing things. For a given action the person with style generates more force requiring more braking that leads to stress.

STRESS IS ALWAYS SUFFERING AND HARMFUL, STRESS IS THE WAY TO MORE SUFFERING IN OLD AGE AND THEREAFTER.

IT'S ACTION (THINKING, TALKING, DOING THINGS) THAT REQURE BRAKING THAT CAUSES STRESS.

THE MORE YOU THINK, TALK AND WORK THE MORE RESISTANCE AND STRESS YOU GENERATE AND THE PERSON WITH STYLE ALWAYS DOES MUCH MORE THAT GENERATES MORE STRESS.

WHEN STRESS IS GENERATED TOO FAST AND STRONG IT HAS NO TIME TO DISSIPATE AND IT BECOMES JAMMED, THE PERSON IS SEIZED BY UNSHAKEABLE STRESS. A PERSON SEIZED BY STRESS IS DRIVEN TO KEEP SAYING AND DOING THINGS THAT GENERATE STRESS, KEEP HIM TRAPPED IN STRESS THAT'S TORMENTING.
