My 1 year plus or two year Samsung Z fold 4 was updated a few days ago and yesterday a bright thick pink line appeared longitudinally across the screen. The Buddha saw with his divine eye what scientists deduced using memory not seeing that the cosmos began with a big bang, the faint cosmic microwave radiation is a leftover, echo of that explosion that makes everything move apart, the further apart the faster they recede.

The Buddha said from an inconstruable moment comes transmigration, a beginning point is not evident but beings hampered by ignorance and shrouded by delusion are wandering on, going around in circles. After your brief sojourn here as a human the next time you return here as a human is at least billions of years later.

Those who do not know what is a truth or memory subject is blind and blindness is not the way out of suffering and insanity to heaven. Those who know what is a memory subject and they eschew memory subjects, embrace truth subjects are heading out of suffering and death.

This fighting is evil, damages, harms the patient as it harms the disease, causes suffering and side effects and only delays the inevitable death of the patient who is a sinner.

The cure of spiritual disease or style is simply the end of style

This is not fighting, takes no effort and the end of style leads to the permanent end of stress, restlessness and distraction, sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict and fear.

THERE IS ONLY ONE DISEASE OF THE SOUL AND IT IS STYLE THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL DISEASES AS WELL AS STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION, SADNESS, HURT, CONFUSION, CONFLICT AND FEAR. THE END OF STYLE IS THE CURE FOR STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION.

The end of style and fabricating are monumental events in the life of a being:

From the end of ignorance or from enlightenment comes the end of fabricating leading to the end of consciousness thence names and their forms, sensory media, contact, clinging, becoming, birth, aging and death.

Just as fabricating or using memory is the key, lynch pin to the end of existing, there is a key, lynch pin to escape from this world, the lower realm to heaven and ultimately enlightenment and this is no style.

NO style or no prolonging words, changing speed and loudness is the only exit from this world to the relative safety and eternal blissful life in heaven.

JUST AS ENDING FABRICATING OR USING EVIL BLIND MEMORY IS THE KEY, LYNCH PIN TO ENLIGHTENMENT, NO STYLE IS THE KEY TO ESCAPE FROM SADNESS, HURT, CONFUSION, CONFLICT, FEAR, STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION AND THE KEY TO ESCAPE TO HEAVEN AND ETERNAL BLISSFUL LIFE.

There are two pivotal, monumental events in the existence of all beings, the end of style or prolonging words, changing speed and loudness that enables him to exit this world for heaven and the end of fabricating or using memory that enables him to become enlightened.

NO STYLE AND NO FABRICATING OR USING MEMORY ARE THE MONUMENTAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF ANY BEING.

Without successfully quitting style you cannot advance to ‘no thinking’, the second higher state of the mind, no like or dislike, the third higher state of the mind and finally no feelings of pain and pleasures, the fourth highest state of the mind. Subsequently it is no forms, no space, no consciousness, Nothingness and finally the cessation of all fabricating.

NO STYLE IS THE FIRST HURDLE OUT OF DEATH AND SUFFERING, NO FABRICATING IS THE LAST, FINAL HURDLE.

The Buddha said the first higher state of the mind is serenity of the mind and body with discursive thinking. The abolition of what ordinary people take for granted, do all the time (thinking, like and dislike, feeling pain and pleasures) result in the higher states of the mind. There is another thing people do all the time without knowing namely prolonging, changing speed and strength or style that determines his exit to the first higher state of the mind.

IT IS THE ABROGATION OF WHAT ORDINARY PEOPLE DO ALL THE TIME NAMELY NO STYLE, NO THINKING, NO LIKE OR DISLIKE AND NO FEELINGS THAT ENABLES HIM TO REACH THE HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND WITH REDUCTION IN SUFFERING AND LONGER ETERNAL LIFE.

Thinking, like and dislike and feelings are suffering but not as much as style: Thinking, like and dislike and feelings are constant and significant suffering which is why their elimination gives higher states of the mind with increasing lesser suffering and longer lives in heaven.

Foremost style exerts the most constant suffering which is why he suffers terribly from sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict, fear, delusion, stress, restlessness and distraction, he has short lives and is trapped in the lower realms, the animal world because his style harms everyone who comes into contact with him.

THINKING, LIKE AND DISLIKE ARE ALL SIGNIFICANT SUFFERING WHICH IS WHY THEIR ALLEVIATION GIVES RISE TO HIGHER STATES OF THE MIND WITH LESS SUFFERING.

STYLE EXERTS THE WORST SUFFERING WITH A COCKTAIL OF SADNESS, HURT, CONFUSION, CONFLICT, FEAR, DELUSION, STRESS, RESTLESSNESS AND DISTRACTION AND BECAUSE HIS STYLE HARMS OTHERS HE HAS DEBTS TO REPAY AND CANNOT GO TO HEAVEN.

The benefit of meditating about death:

Anyone with style can be reborn as a stray cat or dog or farm animal to be bred as fast as possible to be then sent to the slaughter house.

If you realize this it will dampen your lust and enthusiasm for this world, you will not be so complacent but redouble your effort to quit this world even never to return.

IF YOU HAVE STYLE, YOU CAN BE BORN A STRAY CAT OR DOG, A FARM ANIMAL BRED QUICKLY FOR THE SLAUGHTER. KNOWING THIS IT WILL DAMPEN YOUR ENTHUSIASM FOR THIS WORLD SPURRING YOU TO REDOUBLE YOUR EFFORTS TO QUIT THIS EVIL NEVER GOOD WORLD.

The Buddha taught you should regularly meditate about your death to remind you of your mortality and dampen your grasp of this world.

Unless they are mad people say or do things with motive or purpose and there are two possible motives for speech and actions. You should seek refuge only in yourself:

The Buddha said you should be a refuge for yourself, seek no other refuges, have no dependencies.

How is this so?

If you are a refuge to yourself you must be constantly alert, immediately sweep out all distressed, troubled states of your mind by swiftly disengaging secluding and meditate to restore calm not resort to jogging, swimming, yoga, tai chi or music or entertainment.

The security and happiness of the four higher states of the mind far exceed whatever happiness that can be obtained externally.

Often the Buddha will pack up his belongings and head off alone to secluded deep forests and only return after a period of time. Social intercourse is to be minimized, it is a hindrance.

As the Buddha said, whoever has a dependency has a wavering, whoever has no dependencies has no wavering and that's the way out of suffering and death.

Why people only talk memory subjects:

The reason why people in this world only talk memory subjects is because they do not have understanding, if they had understanding they will be conversant in truth subjects are than totally engaged in false, suffering, meaningless memory subjects.

And the reason ordinary people have no understanding is  because of their styles that make them total replaying slaves of their memory that dictates everything they say and do that is by false standardized replay from memory. The overpowering cocktail of emotions, stress, restlessness and distraction churned out by their styles overwhelm, paralyzes them to keep replaying from memory. Because they cannot speak live, cannot understand they can only talk about memory new truth subjects.

They reason they are suffering is because they are still quite bad as they admit and what they call their good eg their humor, jokes, laughing, being nice to others and their evil styles far offset whatever good they might do to others.

The person is his own worst enemy:

Everything in this world is attacking, harming the person including heat, cold, light, darkness, sounds and food. Everyone including their loved dearest ones are attacking, killing them, even God is waiting to punish them severely because they have done others wrong. But by far the worst enemy and attacker is the person himself. His constant style is churning out insoluble renewing sadness, hurt, confusion, conflict, fear, stress, restlessness and distraction and he is saying and doing things unnecessarily that causes suffering and incur karma to be repaid as suffering and deaths in future lives.
