If you treasure your memory, then this is what you must do to preserve whatever is left of your already damaged memory:
Pay attention to eliminate all stretching of syllables, changing of speed and loudness that then eliminates the need to rehash which means you do not need to work or trouble your memory process to search, retrieve and playback what is recorded so that your memory process is not worn out from exhaustion.

Estimating others is a wrong, deceitful source of action:

There is one correct reason to base one’s actions on a correct estimation of others. Based on a correct estimation of a person, the Buddha may choose not to teach him or teach him the basics that his limited understanding can cope or he teaches to the maximum to a person he estimates has a limitless un-deluded mind.
People base their actions on estimates of others more than they realize. Thus shopkeepers will treat people they estimate as wealthy or celebrities with greater attention and liking than the poor or wretched. This is evil, so long as both pay the same money, they should be treated the same.

There may be other reasons not leaving Osama’s body behind or burying it at sea and it may be that the mutilation it was subjected to cannot see light of day and must be concealed from the public gaze.
If Osama was left behind, his photos will be splashed across the world and so the body had to be taken away and then buried at sea so that (HOPEFULLY) no one would know what happened. Yet someone might spill and release the photos.

If you treasure your memory, then this is what you must do to preserve whatever is left of your already damaged memory:
Pay attention to eliminate all stretching of syllables, changing of speed and loudness that then eliminates the need to rehash which means you do not need to work or trouble your memory process to search, retrieve and playback what is recorded so that your memory process is not worn out from exhaustion.

If Al Qaeda was to launch similar drone attacks on targets in the US the US would scream but it sees nothing wrong with its actions.

Estimating others is a wrong, deceitful source of action:
When RPK said, ‘never underestimate the people’ he is giving advice, advocating correct estimation of people as a source of action not realizing it is deluded and will end in insanity for him and he has karma for preaching to others so.
RPK is admonishing politicians to correctly estimate the people as capable of turning against them and so act accordingly by fulfilling their election promises.
This is a wrong and deceitful reason for action (fulfil election promises) because the true or correct reason for fulfilling election promises is because it is good and you want to, not to placate the wrath of the people. Circumstances may change after an election that makes fulfilling a promise ill-advised and you don’t fulfil the promise just for fear of being kicked out of office.
There is one correct reason to base one’s actions on a correct estimation of others. Based on a correct estimation of a person, the Buddha may choose not to teach him or teach him the basics that his limited understanding can cope or he teaches to the maximum to a person he estimates has a limitless un-deluded mind.
People base their actions on estimates of others more than they realize. Thus shopkeepers will treat people they estimate as wealthy or celebrities with greater attention and liking than the poor or wretched. This is evil, so long as both pay the same money, they should be treated the same.
THIS IS A WORLD WHERE IT IS INGRAINED, PEOPLE ARE SIZING UP EACH OTHER UP AND BASING THEIR SPEECH AND ACTIONS ON THEIR ESTIMATES OF OTHERS, IF THEY THINK THEY CAN BULLY YOU THEY PROCEED, IF THEY SEE A BURLY GUY, THEY RECOIL. THE HARRASSED, STRESS, RESTLESS DISTRACTED STATE OF MIND IN EMOTIONAL PEOPLE PRECLUDES THEIR ATTENTIVE COMPLETELY LISTENING TO WHAT OTHERS’ SAY, THEIR OBSERVING COMPLETELY WHAT IS SEEN AND SO THEY LISTEN AND SEE IN SNAPSHOTS & THEN THEY JUMP TO HASTY CONCLUSIONS THAT ARE OFTEN WRONG, A MISINTERPRETATION OF WHAT THE OTHER PERSON IS SAYING AND BASED ON SUCH REHASHED FALSE GENERALIZED UNDERSTANDINGS OF WHAT MIGHT BE SAID OR SEEN, THEY SEARCH AND SELECT FROM THEIR VAST LIBRARIES OF RECORDED IMPRESSIVE OR PLEASING SPEECHS TO REEL OFF IN AS FAITHFUL SUBSTANCE AND STYLE AS POSSIBLE.
