Stirred and not stirred:
Nowadays I have achieved a steadiness of my mind such that it is not stirred by things I see or hear or smell and I can say it is an incomparably happier & saner mode to exist in compared to the past when my mind was stirred by things happening.
By ‘stirred’ is meant the stirring of a person’s mental force to like (attracted, excited), dislike (repulsed, angered), sad, hurt, agitated or fearful. Even something dropping or the creak of a (car) door squeak is enough to irritate people whose mental forces are well conditioned to be stirred and they have never known the incomparably superior and happier existence of one whose mind is not stirred by anything happening.
IT IS BEYOND THE ABILITY OF ORDINARY EMOTIONAL PEOPLE NOT TO HAVE THEIR MENTAL FORCES STIRRED LIKE A YOYO BY THINGS HAPPENING AND THIS IS ALWAYS SUFFERING COMPARED TO SOMEONE WHOSE MIND IS LIKE A MOUNTAIN, UNMOVED BY ANYTHING HAPPENING. NOT ONLY IS THIS SUPERIOR EXISTENCE HERE AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED FOR MYSELF AND CAN ATTEST, IT IS THE SECRET TO EVEN 4 ETERNITIES OF HEAVENLY BLISS ACCORDING TO THE BUDDHA.

China pollution reduced global warming:
It seems suphur emissions from Chinese power plants are blocking sunlight attenuating the global warming of rising CO2 levels but this is short lived, later the full warming effect of rising CO2 will be unleashed.
Exponents of global warming have struggled to explain why temperatures have declined in recent years instead of rising in line with the significant increase in greenhouse gas emissions.
Researchers now claim that sulphur emissions from power plants in China are blocking sunlight and having a cooling effect on the atmosphere, cancelling out the effect of global warming.
The impact of the sulphur emissions has combined with a cooler stage of the sun's cycle and a change from the El Nino to the La Nina weather system in the South Atlantic has kept temperatures artificially low, the experts argued.
If true, this could mean a change in the Sun's 11-year cycle along with measures to refine Chinese coal boilers will cause temperatures to rise significantly.
But sceptics of man-made climate change said the researchers "tweak an out-of-date climate computer model and cherry-pick the outcome to get their desired result".
They wrote that man-made climate change between 1999 and 2008 appeared "slower than previous decades because the cooling effects of sulphur emissions grow in tandem with the warming effects of greenhouse gas concentrations."
These effects "largely cancel after 1998", they said, allowing natural variables such as Sun activity "to play a more significant role".
Prof Piers Forster, Professor of Climate Change at the University of Leeds, said: “The masking of CO2-induced global warming by short term sulphur emissions is well known.
"It needs to be emphasised that any masking is short-lived and the increased CO2 from the very same coal will remain in the atmosphere for many decades and dominate the long-term warming.”
But Dr David Whitehouse, science editor of the Global Warming Policy Foundation, said: "Despite what the authors of this paper state after their tinkering with an out of date climate computer model, there is as yet no convincing explanation for the global temperature standstill of the past decade."

Strauss-Kahn faces new complaint
A French novelist will file a complaint Tuesday accusing Dominique Strauss-Kahn of attempted rape, her lawyer says, just as the US case against the former IMF chief falters.
NEW YORK: As soon as she entered Room 2806 of the Sofitel New York, a hotel housekeeper said, a naked Dominique Strauss-Kahn pushed her to the bed and, as she sat, began to sexually assault her. She freed herself, only to have him pull her towards the bathroom. After she fell to the ground, she said that he forced her again into a sexual act.
Versions of this story have been told in court and in criminal documents since the former head of the International Monetary Fund was arrested in May on sexual assault charges.
But the most direct account of the housekeeper's version of events to be offered so far comes from a report prepared by a counsellor at St Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Centre, where the housekeeper was treated after the attack.

The report, given to prosecutors and defence lawyers, includes notes of the graphic story told by the 32-year-old Guinean housekeeper whose credibility has since been called into question by prosecutors because of lies they say she told during her immigration application.
While prosecutors now express severe doubts about the strength of their case, this account is suggestive of a serious sexual assault that led prosecutors to charge Mr Strauss-Kahn with attempted rape and sexual abuse.
There are a couple of sentences, however, on which the defence could focus, most notably one that could be interpreted as the housekeeper saying that after the alleged attack, she observed Mr Strauss-Kahn getting dressed, which would run counter to her later version of events.
Prosecutors said they still believed that there was evidence of a forcible sexual attack. Most of their problems with the case, they said, were with inconsistencies in the woman's life story - lies she told on her asylum application and tax returns; deposits made into a bank account in her name; and a conversation she had with a man in an Arizona jail.
The one major discrepancy in the woman's version of the attack is that, in her grand jury testimony, she said she had waited in the hall for Mr Strauss-Kahn to leave after the attack. But she has since told investigators that she cleaned a nearby room, according to the prosecution.
The counsellor's notes record that the woman said a room service attendant had told her no one was in the suite. As soon as the housekeeper walked in, a man ''naked, with 'white hair','' locked the door behind her and pushed her on to the bed.
He ''put his penis into her mouth briefly'', the report said. She told him to stop and tried to get away, according to the report, but he pulled her towards the bathroom. He put his hands under her clothes and touched her crotch area, the report said. After she fell to the floor, according to the report, Mr Strauss-Kahn again forced her to perform oral sex.
The woman's lawyer, Kenneth Thompson, has since said the housekeeper suffered bruising to her vagina.
She spat onto the carpet once the sexual encounter was over, according to the report. Then, it said, the patient ''reports he got dressed'' and ''left the room, and said nothing during the incident''.
If she were in the room at that point, it would not be consistent with the two versions she has told investigators, which have her fleeing the room after the attack.
William Taylor, who is representing Mr Strauss-Kahn along with Benjamin Brafman, declined to comment.
The report states the woman washed out her mouth with water and told her supervisor there was blood on the sheets, but it was not hers.

If Strauss Kahn had been wrongfully accused he would not look like this but he would be indignant or raging or upset. This is the look of dejection, an involuntary display of the mess he realizes he has put himself in.
Why is Strauss Kahn so distraught if it is baseless accusation?

What is shame, what is respect?

When people want others to respect them, they want others to like them, to look at them with an attractively stirred mental force. Her credibility has nothing to do with the case, it is the substance of her allegation and what evidence to support eg Kahn’s semen on her clothes.

Madams have come forward to say he is blacklisted and prostitutes who have serviced him complain of rough treatment and so here is a man who seeks prostitutes regularly and has a reputation for grabbing and violent sex. There have been alleged incidents of sexually imposing himself on young vulnerable girls.
This is a world that values expressions and body language and yet it does not truly understand body language that it holds as meaningful. The body and facial language of Strauss Kahn indicates guilt, is not compatible with a powerful man who has been wrongly accused by a malicious maid. Why was he in such a hurry to depart the country? If nothing happened, he would only hear about it and try to escape when confronted by police. The fact that he hastily secretly tried to leave means something serious did happen to cause him to flee.
How did he know beforehand that the maid was going to wrongly accuse him of rape that he should flee before it broke out?
True understanding never has difficulties:
Unless he does not see or it is not brought to his attention but once he sees something or it is brought to his attention, a person of true understanding effortlessly, immediately understands what is said to him, what he sees or hears.
It is only a person who makes effort, uses force that is blind to understand who has difficulty understanding and even here it is his false understanding that he has understanding and only has difficulty understanding certain things presented to him because IN TRUTH, he has NO TRUE UNDERSTANDING, only recorded rehashed false programmed rigid or fixed standardized understanding.

Even games like football can be dangerous, can seriously injure even kill and so you should care not just with winning but care not to harm or kill yourself and fellow competitors.

When a person speaks about hope he is speaking about his mental force stirring to like that is prolonged to greater or lesser extent.
Thus when a person says “I hope you will come”, he is saying that his mental force is stirred attractively longingly or in a prolonged fashion that you would come.

China pollution reduced global warming:
It seems suphur emissions from Chinese power plants are blocking sunlight attenuating the global warming of rising CO2 levels but this is short lived, later the full warming effect of rising CO2 will be unleashed.
Exponents of global warming have struggled to explain why temperatures have declined in recent years instead of rising in line with the significant increase in greenhouse gas emissions.
Researchers now claim that sulphur emissions from power plants in China are blocking sunlight and having a cooling effect on the atmosphere, cancelling out the effect of global warming.
The impact of the sulphur emissions has combined with a cooler stage of the sun's cycle and a change from the El Nino to the La Nina weather system in the South Atlantic has kept temperatures artificially low, the experts argued.
If true, this could mean a change in the Sun's 11-year cycle along with measures to refine Chinese coal boilers will cause temperatures to rise significantly.
But sceptics of man-made climate change said the researchers "tweak an out-of-date climate computer model and cherry-pick the outcome to get their desired result".
They wrote that man-made climate change between 1999 and 2008 appeared "slower than previous decades because the cooling effects of sulphur emissions grow in tandem with the warming effects of greenhouse gas concentrations."
These effects "largely cancel after 1998", they said, allowing natural variables such as Sun activity "to play a more significant role".
Prof Piers Forster, Professor of Climate Change at the University of Leeds, said: “The masking of CO2-induced global warming by short term sulphur emissions is well known.
"It needs to be emphasised that any masking is short-lived and the increased CO2 from the very same coal will remain in the atmosphere for many decades and dominate the long-term warming.”
But Dr David Whitehouse, science editor of the Global Warming Policy Foundation, said: "Despite what the authors of this paper state after their tinkering with an out of date climate computer model, there is as yet no convincing explanation for the global temperature standstill of the past decade."

What has ‘what me worry’ got to do with the question as to whether cellphones are dangerous? There is no point worrying but you should establish the truth as to whether there is danger and act accordingly and if you don’t know you should refrain from bravado and scoffing.

Act against Anwar, urges Rahim
KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik – part of the Datuk T trio who revealed the sex video implicating Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim – wants the authorities to act against the Opposition Leader.

It does not matter whether Anwar is the man in the tape or not, Rahim has committed more wrong than Anwar and he is asking for more karma by trying to cause more harm for Anwar by calling on authorities to act against Anwar.
Anwar’s crime if true consists of privately procuring the services of a prostitute which is none of his business to call on authorities to act on Anwar.
Rahim’s crime includes unauthorised recording of another person’s private affair, publicizing it driven by ill will to discredit and cause loss and trouble to Anwar and now he is instigating others to cause more trouble to Anwar.

Strauss-Kahn faces new complaint
A French novelist will file a complaint Tuesday accusing Dominique Strauss-Kahn of attempted rape, her lawyer says, just as the US case against the former IMF chief falters.
NEW YORK: As soon as she entered Room 2806 of the Sofitel New York, a hotel housekeeper said, a naked Dominique Strauss-Kahn pushed her to the bed and, as she sat, began to sexually assault her. She freed herself, only to have him pull her towards the bathroom. After she fell to the ground, she said that he forced her again into a sexual act.
Versions of this story have been told in court and in criminal documents since the former head of the International Monetary Fund was arrested in May on sexual assault charges.
But the most direct account of the housekeeper's version of events to be offered so far comes from a report prepared by a counsellor at St Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Centre, where the housekeeper was treated after the attack.

The report, given to prosecutors and defence lawyers, includes notes of the graphic story told by the 32-year-old Guinean housekeeper whose credibility has since been called into question by prosecutors because of lies they say she told during her immigration application.
While prosecutors now express severe doubts about the strength of their case, this account is suggestive of a serious sexual assault that led prosecutors to charge Mr Strauss-Kahn with attempted rape and sexual abuse.
There are a couple of sentences, however, on which the defence could focus, most notably one that could be interpreted as the housekeeper saying that after the alleged attack, she observed Mr Strauss-Kahn getting dressed, which would run counter to her later version of events.
Prosecutors said they still believed that there was evidence of a forcible sexual attack. Most of their problems with the case, they said, were with inconsistencies in the woman's life story - lies she told on her asylum application and tax returns; deposits made into a bank account in her name; and a conversation she had with a man in an Arizona jail.
The one major discrepancy in the woman's version of the attack is that, in her grand jury testimony, she said she had waited in the hall for Mr Strauss-Kahn to leave after the attack. But she has since told investigators that she cleaned a nearby room, according to the prosecution.
The counsellor's notes record that the woman said a room service attendant had told her no one was in the suite. As soon as the housekeeper walked in, a man ''naked, with 'white hair','' locked the door behind her and pushed her on to the bed.
He ''put his penis into her mouth briefly'', the report said. She told him to stop and tried to get away, according to the report, but he pulled her towards the bathroom. He put his hands under her clothes and touched her crotch area, the report said. After she fell to the floor, according to the report, Mr Strauss-Kahn again forced her to perform oral sex.
The woman's lawyer, Kenneth Thompson, has since said the housekeeper suffered bruising to her vagina.
She spat onto the carpet once the sexual encounter was over, according to the report. Then, it said, the patient ''reports he got dressed'' and ''left the room, and said nothing during the incident''.
If she were in the room at that point, it would not be consistent with the two versions she has told investigators, which have her fleeing the room after the attack.
William Taylor, who is representing Mr Strauss-Kahn along with Benjamin Brafman, declined to comment.
The report states the woman washed out her mouth with water and told her supervisor there was blood on the sheets, but it was not hers.

If Strauss Kahn had been wrongfully accused he would not look like this but he would be indignant or raging or upset. This is the look of dejection, an involuntary display of the mess he realizes he has put himself in.
Why is Strauss Kahn so distraught if it is baseless accusation?
If it is a baseless allegation and nothing happened, there can never be irrefutable evidence and in such cases where it is the man’s word (a big shot with access to powerful lawyers) against a lowly maid’s word, Strauss Kahn is likely to win ‘hands down’ so why is he so downcast?
YOU DON’T NEED A TRIAL TO KNOW IF HE IS GUILTY, YOU NEED DISCERNMENT. A MAN’S POSTURES AND DEMEANOR EXPOSES HIM MORE THAN HIS DENIALS AND LAWYERS’ ARGUMENTS.
CCTV tampering proves death not suicide:
If it is true CCTV recording on that day was deleted or tampered with as testified, then it is proof that Sarbiani’s death is not suicide because someone has an interest in concealing what happened that day.
IF SARBIANI COMMITTED SUICIDE, WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO TAMPER WITH CCTV RECORDINGS TO HIDE WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY?
